KCS Health Center - Irvine

🥊😁🥊More than exceptional service once again by this wonderful team. Was running late for my appointment yesterday with my PCP Dr. Andy Lo, I was stuck in heavy traffic but still was on my way, explained how I had not been feeling well and was dealing with severe pain, they were kind enough to still take me in right away. I had explained how I had last minute late in the evening on Wednesday taken myself to Woodbridge Urgent Care in severe pain just to be rushed, belittled, given the third degree, and basically treated like dirt this time around by the Nurse Practitioner at the Urgent Care. I am from the health field, unfortunately unemployed for the past 11 months, but 26 1/2 years as a Clinical Myotherapist and an ex-boxer and martial artist so can take pain until I need to throw in the towel, never once had I ever treated any of my patients or clients with such degrading disrespect, no matter if I was in pain with an ice pack strapped to my side, tired from back to back patients and in overtime, having to miss a prior engagement, always regardless gave proper care, compassion, and a smile. That is what you get from the KCS Team, Andy and both the front desk girls were simply wonderful, very accomodating, highly compassionate, showed the utmost care and service possible. Also a big shout-out and thank you to todays, Saturday, on-call physician Dr. Nicole Quick, who was kind enough to phone me and answer some concerned questions for me, she was very kind, thorough, extremely helpful.🥊😁🥊Finally had the privilege of meeting Chiropractor Dr. Kevin Jung...What a wonderful experience, Kevin is a very warm, polite, humble individual, stretched and adjusted my cervical and occipital, feels wonderful; checked and stretched my injured arm, gave me some great recommendations and advice.🥊😁🥊Well, got to say, first visit was wonderful. Staff are all very welcoming and amazing with great knowledge, place is very clean. Their call center people are great, very helpful if you have questions or concerns, appointment reminders, etc. Receptionist is great, very helpful, polite, accomadating. The Medical Assistant who took my vital signs was really good, very humble, very polite, great demeanor, very thorough, alot of knowledge. And as for my new Primary Care Physician, Dr. Andy Lo, my first impression so far is Wow, very caring, very thorough, a very high amount of knowledge, specializes in Internal Medicine. This facility also has Chiropractic service from Dr. Kevin Jung, whom I have not yet had the privilege of meeting, but have spoken with over the phone and seems wonderful. There is also an Accupuncturist whom I have not met but seems wonderful as well, Neurologist, Dental Team, Pain Management. KCS(Korean Community Services) has several locations, Irvine, Orange, Anaheim, 2 locations in Buena Park. They offer other services as well, assistance for low income, assistance for drug addiction, counseling, dental, vision.

The clinic is very clean and the staff are all welcoming! I just had my first visit and it was smooth and efficient. Harley was kind checking me in. MA Sang was extremely helpful and took my vitals carefully. PA Selina was wonderful and answered all my questions! I look forward to having my primary care at KCS!

I had my first check-up here at KCS Irvine, where NP Andy and MA Sang assisted me. They were incredibly friendly and kind, guiding me through the process with a positive attitude. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel comfortable and heard at the same time. Not many individuals can offer such a professional yet friendly attitude like this. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience.

So I recently moved from LA county and was in need of a new health center - which was pretty hard for the first couple of months. Luckily I stumbled upon KCS Irvine and boy am I glad that I did. On the day of my appointment - I had finished my first rounds of paperwork online, so my in office check-in wasnt too long. When I first walked in, I immediately was greeted by the front desk. I sat for what felt like 2 mins until I got called in. Not long after, MA Sang introduced himself and started to officially check me in. MA Sang was compassionate, helpful, and overall so kind during my check -in and it really felt like I was talking to a friend. He was absolutely great! It made my first experience at a new place - not as intimidating. As I waited in the room, NP Andy walked in. He politely introduced himself and asked my about my my visit that day. He was bright, expressive, and made me feel even more comfortable - even though I went into the health center with some newly pressing health issues. He really listened to my all concerns and really made me feel heard when I needed to voice out my health needs.Let me tell you...finding a health center that truly cares for their patients is hard. Finding a place where you actually enjoy going to get a check up is even harder. Ive had some horrible experiences not feeling heard or understood and THIS PLACE IS NOT IT! It is the complete opposite! Thank you MA Sang and NP Andy for making your patients feel heard, welcome, and always being so bright and compassionate during our visits. I am so thankful that I was able to find KCS Irvine and I will continue to be a patient at this location!

Received amazing chiro care after a back injury. Great medical office. Everyone is pleasant and competent. Dr. Jong is amazing

I am very satisfied with the service I get when I go . From the staff to the Doctors there is no better place to go . Sang is incredibly helpful and amazing at being on top of things when I need . He is very professional and really listens to all my concerns . Dr.Andy has being nothing but Amazing every single visit and also really has helped me a great deal . I would give this location 5 stars plus if I could . Thank you for taking care of me and helping me get back to my health .

Great experience! I go in for acupuncture and chiropractor appointments, and theyve been professional, effective, and great at listening to what is giving me pain. I also feel incredibly relaxed after these appointments. I highly recommend acupuncture/chiropractic treatment here!

Andy and Sang are first class when it comes to my health care needs. They are very attentive and listen carefully to my issues. They always ask questions which shows how much they care. I am so comfortable with both of them. Thank you both.

My visited was very pleasant and efficient, as the place is very clean and MA Sang did a very good job checking me in and check my physical. Then NP Andy was very helpful, give me a quality check up and give me lots of good and helpful note for my health. In all, highly recommended for friends and family.

Seriously, five stars does not do justice to the level of professionalism and care provided by all KCS Irvine staff to those in need. I wish I could indicate 100 stars. I cannot adequately articulate the level of care provided to me, especially in comparison to the level of care by other providers in the community. These guys are world class. I wish to especially thank Andy, Irene, Sang, and the KCS acupuncture magician, too.

I have been a patient at KCS for over a year now and I am beyond pleased with the staff and services provided! Everyone is so kind and willing to help give me the best medical care! From primary care to chiropractor to acupuncture, KCS provides everything I need and more! Thank you to everyone at KCS!

Doctor Andy Lo and the whole KCS Irvine staff have very helpful and it is a great place to been seen at. It is very easy to schedule appointments with them and they are very attentive to your needs and taking care of their patients. They are all so nice too. I am very happy with my services there, compared to multiple other doctor’s offices I have been too before.

July 26, 2023- After I left the review, now Hope is not in this facility. NIT HAPPY.April 2023 - This is a great health center with a great doctor (Dr. Andy) and acupuncturist (Hope) I ever treated by in any medical center or anywhere. And I usually dont give 5 stars, but they are exceptional. Im so happy to find them.

Really had my doubts being that they covered my care through medical but was proven completely wrong. Super blessed to have made it to this office for help. Hope is an amazing comforting acupuncturist and dr Jeong is a very knowledgeable and helpful chiropractor. Would recommend this spot to any one I love. Thanks kcs. Much love✌🏼
