Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Robert along with the entire staff have given me the highest level of care while teaching me so much about what my medical issues were and how to address them. They are two of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and their level of care and professionalism is unmatched. They have made my life worth living. This is the highest level of care around with unmatched resources and care. Thank Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Robert my quality of life keeps getting better because of your care. 🙏🙏

Dr. Duy and the rest of the staff at Radiant are the best. I am grateful for all the resources they offer. Im able to get my blood work done in house and they even had a therapist I was able to see. Highly recommend to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ Community

Terrible staff, the worst service I experienced in my life. My mother-in-law is 97 years old she is doctor Duys paciente. She has an accident where she brooked her wrist and pubic bone. She supposed to see an Orthopedic in 3 days from her accident which acure on 12/ 3 / 2023, today is 12/19/23 and we still with no Orthopedic. Referral Coordinator keep making the same mistake over and over.1 Referral Coordinator send the referral to a Don Pediatric, which does not care with wrist our pelvis.2 Referral Coordinator send the referral to Ninh, Christopher C, which does not care with wrist our pelvis.I have called and send emails explaining that this doctor does not care with wrist our pelvis.Has been 3 weeks and they dont solve the problem. This is a big disrespect with a 97-year-old lady. Negligence pure negligence.

They many services that can help you..however they have many incompetent people who run it. Head of housing ..David is the absolute worse . So is Raina the head of transportation. Absolutely horrible. Be prepared to jump threw many hoopes to get any kind of pantry or housing. I had been with them many years and actually had to go thru another program to get housing. Annie..Ricki and Wendy..you are truly amazing.The two I mentioned are useless and overpaid.

Well!!! Not really had a good comment to say about this place, its started when my first visit. So i called to make an appointment and the girl that took my call by that time did not register me. So I showed up to this place and told them i had an appointment, turns out I didn’t. The girl that took my call didn’t register me. They told me they couldn’t take me that day, that i have to make an appointment to go.after this i got treated decent when i went back for my check ups. So far it was ok! Today march 1 had an appointment at 12:20 pm. So i was running late ! I called them and told them i was gonna be late like 25 minutes! So that girl that took my call said they were not sure what time or how long would they take me, because i was already late. She told iwas gonna wait unthey had an open appointment for me to me! I was already like 5 minutes away , so E adrina calls me , saying that it wasn’t really nessesary for me to go. Since i have kaiser as my health insurance, and i was planning to get prep treatment and that i would have to go kaiser and talk to them.

Overall I had a decent experience at this clinic. The doctors and nurses made sure to follow up with me with anything. I provide a 3 stars solely due to 2 reasons: 1. The clinic RARELY, I mean for reals, RARELY pick up their dam calls. It makes me wonder if the clinicians dont want to pick up calls? It just becomes a roulette game where you need to try your luck and hope someone pick up your calls for anything important. 2. Any appointments you need to schedule at least two weeks ahead of time, sometimes even a WHOLE MONTH!!

Called about going in as a walk in and the soonest day I was told I could is 2 weeks later. What a joke, how can you claim to be a community resource when you cant even take in patients. People, please fund public programs!

Just had a conversation with my finance about being apart of this organization as a child(2000-2010). These people are the best!!!! I remember going to camps, getting food, field trips, getting assistance etc... My mother was sick, and wasnt in the best place financially ro care for my sisters and I how she would have liked to but(ASF) would always be an organization that we could rely on.

They should be lucky that you have to leave a star. Been dealing with this place for five years and i will say its been the worse experience of my life. George smith is a discriminating racist bigot that hides behind his desk and makes up lies on certain clients that he thinks are of African American decent. He doesnt even know that he got caught being prejudice but there is video and recordings of it. The company itself lies and uses retaliation tactics to control their clients and keep them quiet. At least they think they do. But this year there going to have to legally answer to the neglect the have shown certain clients who will be coming forward with the proof. I hope they have theirs. If not get ready for a major lawsuit

Radiant Health Center provides free HIV testing for all, including LGBTQ+ community. They also provide free HIV/STD testing services for uninsured patients - a definite icing on the cake. Their team is professional, and provides optimum health care services without judgment.Safer STD Testing

Most caring group of people out there. Easy scheduling, simple process, great people who will treat you extremely well. Highly recommend for STD testing
