Ive been with OBGYN CARE since 2016, and Dr. Marinescu was amazing with my c section! He has always been so detailed, and makes sure that the baby, and the mom is in good health! He was even able to make my scar better from my first c section! I had keloids and he was able to make it a clean line.Now in 2023... I went in for my Annual check up, and he found that I had a cyst on my left ovary!My stomach was growing and I have been having pains but I thought it was my other issues that were causing them.He quickly issued tests to see the cyst, and found out I had endometriosis and the endometrium (chocolate cyst) on top of all my other issues... he then ran other tests to see if I was fit for surgery and got me in as soon as possible! Now Im 5 weeks in recovery after a successful hysterectomy, and cyst removal!Ive heard horror stories from other women about other obstetricians just minimizing their pains... you will not go through that here... He truly cares! And will do the very best for you!Dr. Marinescu...He is a gem! Hes brilliant! And hes such a skilled surgeon... And I feel blessed to have him as my Obgyn... I will forever be grateful to him! And also his staff are all super sweet, and amazing too!!!!

If someone considering surgery for endometrioma or fibroid and looking for a doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Marinescu. He and his team are great.I had been suffering from an ovarian cyst over 9cm and he suggested the surgery without hesitation and he was very confident on the robotic sugrgery while most obgyn doctors are hesitant, due to lack of experience and or knowledge, but he saved my ovaries!I am about 3month after the surgery i dont have any discomfort and pain like before. I wish i could have met Dr.Marinescu earlier about this cyst. But im so glad i had the surgery with Dr.Marinescu.Also, his team is for friendly and has lots of knowledge like their doctor. One of his team, Bri, is really helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions and scheduling my surgery as soon as possible.

Dr Marinescu is a great knowledgeable doctor, I went to see him after other doctors dismissed my symptoms. He was attentive and showed interested in helping me, since seeing him I was scheduled to have a laparoscopy, while I am a little nervous, I feel safe knowing he is a skilled surgeon as well as a great doctor.As far as his office, the staff, they are great!! Just amazing .Everyone there is super friendly, helpful and competent. Great attitude!

Dr. Marinescu was the saviour of my pregnancy and delivery! After a terrible experience with another doctors office, months of insurance complications and tonnes of stress, Dr. Marinescu agreed to take me on very late in my pregnancy (32 weeks). He is incredibly thorough, straightforward, calming and informative. After complications during labour, I was informed I would need an emergency c section. It was a very high stress situation but the second Dr. Marinescu walked into the room, both myself and my husband felt calm. My baby girl was delivered safely and my body is already healing from the unplanned surgery. I am so grateful to have found this doctor! The office staff are incredible too!

Yesterday was my first time in Dr. Marinescu’s office, and as much as I was dreading this appointment because although I work in the medical field I dislike going to the doctor and rather wait for the worst to happen lolMy visit went great: didn’t have to wait much, and doctor explained all that was being done and why, Overhaul, Doctor and staff are awesome! I’m glad I went 😁

Dr. Marinescu is a wonderful OBGyn. He is very intelligent and I feel very confident that I am in great hands during my pregnancy. Appointments are easy, in and out with minimal wait time. His staff is nice and work hard. He has an office in Newport and one in Irvine, which is very convenient.

No long wait time, usually in-n-out with in 30-40 minutes. Staff is nice, office runs very efficiently, can draw blood perform ultrasound. Dr is nice, he is short and sweet. If no concerns, usually very quick but will take his time if you have questions. Overall much better experience than previously Dr Christine Oday office in orange.

Doctor Marinescu is approachable, direct and flexible. Love the fact that you can get a hold of the office personnel on the first call usually and that the doctor delivers over 95% of their patients - quite impressive in this day and age.

Dr. Marinescu is a great doctor, patient & kind listener, and a fantastic surgeon! His front office is also very caring, attentive, and responsive. Everyone is very mindful of costs which I very much appreciate. Thank you for your care!

The nurses were helpful and friendly. Dr. Marinescu answered all the questions I had and has always been reachable whenever I need to talk to him. We have seen him for both of my pregnancies. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an OB or gynecologist.

I was having 3 large fibroids tumors and I was very worried and scared. First I met other drs but thry made me feel more worried until I went to Dr marinescu, he gave me hope and talked professionally so I did the surgery and it was successful ,after that he delivered my first baby and now I am pregnant and keep visiting Dr marinescuHe is the best

If I could give Dr Marinescu 10 stars, I would. I had two surgeries performed by Dr Marinescu, one laparoscopy and one C-section; both without any complications and with the feeling of safety that I am in very good hands. More than that, Dr Marinescu is a very knowledgeable and empathic person, qualities which every doctor, in my opinion, should have. I dont have enough words to thank him for helping me bring my second child safe & healthy into this world and for making the whole experience more than enjoyable. A doctor for a lifetime!

I am the kind of patient who likes clear, thorough information, options, and friendliness in my health care.Dr. Marinescu respected my concerns (among other things, severe pelvic pain), answered my questions, gave me options for diagnosing the problem(s), then gave me a clear plan for action (including alternative actions).I have endometriosis and for YEARS I have been told by other doctors to simply take ibuprofen or go on birth control. It was a surprise and a relief to have a doctor who was willing to explore further the cause of my pain.I also appreciate the kindness and affability of the staff, the easy-eclectic decor of the office(s), and the sincere desire to help me be healthier.Appointments were easy to schedule and reschedule as needed. I look forward to continuing to rely on Dr. Marinescu and his team for my care.

If I could give him ten stars I would! He listened to all my needs and took care of me as soon as possible! He is excellent and the surgery was flawless! I had a quick recovery due to his experience as a surgeon!

I felt I was rushed. I spent more time waiting than my exam and the dr was rushed. I had some questions but he was in a big hurry so I left without them being answered Otherwise I like this dr a lot but I just felt hurried. It didn’t leave me with a good feeling
