We are forever thankful for RMA without them we wouldn’t be having our first son! Thank you Dr. Maslow and Jackie for everything you did for us this year! We will truly miss you guys and can’t wait to bring our baby in :)

RMA has been a blessing to us and we cannot recommend them enough for couples hoping to have a child. Our doctor, Susan Treiser, and nurse, Hope Jans made an amazing duo. Dr. Treiser was always thorough and laid out clear treatment plans, and we felt so secure in her hands. Moreover, whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always responsive- whether via email or phone calls- and that was so comforting throughout the process.Hope made all the little details of the journey possible- and there are a lot of them! She has always been so kind, responsive, and dedicated to making sure that I had all the information and resources I needed to get through. She was also so patient to answer my follow-up questions to make sure that I knew what I was doing. There are days when you can be filled with fear and worry, but Hope is the kind of person who will leave you feeling positive and hopeful. She was an amazing nurse and Im so grateful I had her!In general, the staff at RMA is super organized, responsive, and on time. There was never a moment when RMA kept us waiting, rather, they were proactive in making sure that we were meeting our action items. It was a pleasure to work with them! Also a quick special shout-out to Khitam, one of the best phlebotomists Ive ever had.To end, we are so, so grateful for RMA and everything that the team has done for us. The process wasnt easy, but RMA made it possible, and they can make it possible for you too!

Such a great experience from start to finish. I recommend RMA and had such a positive experience. If you are feeling hesitant please give them a try.

I can’t recommend RMA enough to anyone who might be considering. Although my direct team is located in the West Orange office, I went for all of my monitoring appointments at the JC location. The whole staff is incredible, kind, and you know they are rooting for you which is the additional support you didn’t know you needed. We are expecting our first thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses at RMA and will forever be grateful to this team.

We loved everything about RMA, how professional, knowledgeable and kind the doctors and personnel were, their great and flawless process, quick response time to any of our questions, and much more.RMA is a great place to come with any questions you might have and any hopes big or small.

During our fertility journey the entire staff of RMA Jersey City went above and beyond to make us felt comfortable and taken care of. We will never forget the compassion they showed us during this difficult process. We will forever cherish and be thankful for the relationships forged at RMA.

Words can’t not explain how RMA made our dreams possible of becoming parents and having our family. After several years of going to several doctors, different procedures, medications, etc. they were able to support us through our journey of getting pregnant and provided amazing support from all the staff there. They offer several different supports that I think everyone needs in this journey mentally, emotionally and physically. We are beyond thankful for all the great work!

My husband could not get his test results for a few weeks already. We called many times and never ever received anything. He was even charged a small fee to receive it via email as well. Nothing. Right now we are sitting at the referring doctor’s office without the results we needed.

I cannot say enough good things about RMA in Jersey city. I spent many years struggling with infertility and went through 2 ivf cycles, 3 miscarriages and terrible treatment from the staff at another clinic. I never felt properly informed about anything and it became clear that their only interest was collecting payments. RMA restored my faith and hope in becoming a mom. I loved having access to my charts and nurse Jacqueline was always easy to get in contact with and answer my questions. The receptionists and phlebotomist were warm and welcoming. Dr. Maslow is a wonderful doctor. Her thoroughness made it clear that her interest was to not only get me pregnant but to make sure I had a safe and full term pregnancy. Our last embryo transfer was with RMA and it was such a wonderful and intimate experience unlike the very clinical ones at the previous clinic where my husband hadn’t been allowed in the room with me. I am now a healthy 14 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. This is the farthest along I have come in 10yrs of struggling with infertility. I don’t think I would be here if I hadn’t made the switch to RMA and I am beyond grateful for Dr. Maslow and the entire team at RMA.

You will always wait way past your appointment time, even in your 1st thing in the morning. They can never seem to respect your time.

I could not say better things about Dr. Maslow and the staff at RMA Jersey City! Dr. Maslow is very personable and addressed all my concerns immediately and with great care. My whole team from my nurses, to the US technician to the wonderful receptionist, Cassidy, all made me feel at ease and in great hands. In addition, Dr. Maslow and her team made my family’s dreams come true when I successfully graduated at 8 weeks pregnant! I highly recommend RMA! Me and my husband met Dr. Maslow on Oct 2022 for the first time. She understood our situation and suggested IVF right away but I wasnt really ready. Then after we failed on two IUIs. Realized that she was right. RMA made everything easy throughout the IVF treatment. Dealing with my insurance was more hard. Reproductive technology of RMA is already well known. Just trust RMA and Dr. Maslow. We are so lucky to meet her. Hope she can bring another miracle to your family as well.
