Any Lab Test

These people are very difficult to work with. I had 8 tests done and they told me I would have to pick one test in person during normal business hours which is very difficult for me. That one test was not important to me. They will not mail, fax, or tell me any other results over the phone due to a policy they have with the lab they get the results from. I tried for 15 minutes to figure out a way I could get some of the results and was told no every time.Where there is a will there is a way, unless you are close minded.If you are retired or work part time this may be a great service, but just understand that most likely you will have to pick up the results in person.

Showed up twice during business hours and no one there, place locked up. Answering machine on but calls not returned. Ghost lab!

Theyre never there. Dont plan for them to follow their posted hours. Dont plan for them to pick up their phone.
