Was in and out in about an hour. All the workers there are super reassuring and very supportive. They even warm up the gel before an ultrasound so you aren’t freezing the whole time. The doctor there is Super gentle and is a very good listener! 10/10 recommend especially for new mommy’s

Everyone there is so friendly and sweet! The nurse I talked to made me feel comfortable and seen and helped me through the process of my visit. Most of their services are free, unless youre getting a blood test, which is still quite cheap. Very highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience both times I went! The staff is amazing they are sweet and kind! They help in any way they can and answer all questions they can. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. They offer so much to help get you started when expecting a little one.

Its a nice place they give you a packet with good Lil booklets and any new mom that had test their gets a welcome baby tote bag with baby items to help mom or dad care for their new bundle of joy 😊

I went here 6 almost 7 years ago with my first pregnancy, I knew I wanted to come here for this pregnancy. From the moment I walked in they were so welcoming and understanding. They took their time to really get to know me and listen to me. They answered all my questions with no hesitation. They kept the energy warm and comforting. No one pressed me to make a choice that I did not want to make. I knew going in I wanted to keep my pregnancy. I do admire the process that they have! Sherry, Rachael and Jimmy were the ones who worked with us, they all are simply amazing at what they do and they truly care about the families they help. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would recommend not only this company to anybody but if you get the pleasure to work with those three, consider yourself pretty lucky from the start. I left the office feeling like I had so many questions answered and with a clear peace of mind! Thank you to your team for being wonderful! I definitely needed this positive experience!💛

I had a very good experience with this place. I was in a vulnerable state and they all showed a lot of compassion and care for me. I would recommend going here to anyone needing any of their services. I’ve never been to a place where I felt less judged and like everyone was there to help me.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Check in was very easy, reception was very kind. Was nervous to have my first experience with testing (as a teen) but the nurse/worker was so helpful. All of my questions were answered, I had no confusion on procedure or pricing as it was explained to me thoroughly. I did have some anxiety with getting blood work done but was very reassured by the nurse who kept me distracted with small talk and offered a water/soda afterwards. She definitely seemed to know exactly what she was doing. In all the whole experience was quick, easy, and private. 10/10 would recommend!

8 years ago I went there for a routine check up at the age of 17 and they informed me that I was pregnant. I was scared and embarrassed and emotional. The ladies there were so supportive and the kindest human beings. I have now a super smart 8 years old girl who’s full of life. I’m so grateful for the support this awesome place showed me at the time. I think about those ladies time to time.

Everyone here is so kind. Its a welcoming environment and they make me feel like my choices and feelings are important. They are also very gentle and considerate while during an ultrasound. Thats a big deal for me, esp with the transvaginal one.

Very hospitable and welcoming atmosphere and staff! This was the best experience I’ve ever had when getting a pregnancy test or ultrasound (both are also free). The process was quick and seamless, and they give you so much support, information, and resources! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is thinking of making a visit here!

These women are so patient and kind. There are few places where I know Ill be cared for even if I cant afford it, but this is a good one.

Honestly, I was skeptical to go to Choices but now that I’ve been I’m so glad we got to experience it! Everyone I met was nice, super helpful and caring. Very informative and excited with us! They prayed with us before we left and let us know that they would continue praying for us all the way through after (asking if it was ok), and I believe that they will do so! They were so kind and informative in helping me confirm my pregnancy and discussing my options. It was a lovely experience, especially considering I was freaking out a little with it being my first pregnancy and having no clue what to do. I highly recommend Choices if you are a little lost and need help navigating everything.

This place was very helpful, from front desk all the way to ultrasound tech was very pleasant. they made sure to answer any questions i had, were very understanding, and helped reduce my anxiety with my concerns. theyre very informative, and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible all the way through. my significant other was also pleased with Kim and our nurse/US tech (i unfortunately do not recall her name).

Choices in Joplin is a place where you can walk in and know you are in a safe environment. Everyone is genuinely caring and very attentive to your needs. It’s honestly a judge free zone. They provide the best service and go the extra mile to help you in anything. Forever grateful for Misha and Kim and the rest of the staff. God bless you all.

The best RN named is Donna there! You can tell she loves the Lord and loves to give hugs, if you ask her for one. She is truly joyful.I had her for both visits and she was very understand!

My experience was very good!!They were efficient, listened to me, kind, and low cost.The nurse I had, was lovely! All three people I interacted with, were professional, yet personable.

I went there in 2015 and it was an overall good experience. There were Christian undertones and they were very clearly pro-adoption rather than pro-choice, but it was a quick in and out experience. The pregnancy was confirmed, I was told about their classes to earn free formula and diapers, etc.I went there for another pregnancy confirmation recently and it was not the same experience. I was preached to twice - once while my urine was being tested and again before my ultrasound. In the past, pregnancy and related resources seemed to be their main mission. As a medical facility, ya know, this makes sense. That’s not the case anymore. Their focus is less on the pregnancy and more on Jesus and at one point, the second coming.If you are even remotely not Christian, I don’t recommend bothering with this place. The staff has extreme bias, they’re very loose with what little medical care they provide, and the free ultrasound isn’t worth it. Access Family Care will also provide pregnancy confirmations and they won’t preach to you or mislead you about the state of your pregnancy.

Susan was great with my granddaughter who is young and going thru a rough time. She was very understanding and patience. She knew how to make a bad situation easier on all of us. Thank you for having a heart of gold.

They are very friendly, and helped me with a pregnancy test for free. They would have offered free services if I were pregnant. They helped me find programs and doctors as well.

Called and got an appointment an hour later, got a pregnancy test and got an ultrasound same visit. It was fast and the staff is super friendly.

Wow is all I can say! This place was such an amazing experience literally from the first phone call to try and get some help through the entire process. The love of God is doing such amazing thing at this clinic if your looking for support during what can br one of the scariest times in your life this place is unbelievable. You absolutely wont be disappointed.

Every time I go to this establishment I am always so shocked with how welcoming everyone is. I’m always nervous/uncomfortable about going here but they make it so easy for me to ask questions and learn about women’s health and protecting myself. Any women AND men please come here if you are needing health services that they provide because they are the best!

They offer a great service to the area. I looked everywhere for similar services. I was unsure if they offered service to men and I was pleased to find out that they do!Super straight forward process. They offer great information.Super friendly staff. Although you do get a bit of the religious overtones in conversations they are very respectful and caring. If that’s not your thing it won’t be too much of a hassle.

I have had three different ultrasounds done at Choices over the course of the last 7 1/2 years and I am so grateful for the services provided. The staff has always been very kind and always treated me with the upmost respect while there. I know each time I was so thankful to have a place like Choices Medical to go to for these services!Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Not only was it a easy process the staff made me feel comfortable and reassuring me on the results. Id recommend them to everyone whos needing testing.

This place is the perfect example of how a health department should be, they get you in QUICK and the staff is just so friendly and professional. People who don’t rate it with 5 stars should go to another community clinics specially in a different state, we have a top of the line clinic and we should be so thankful for that. They were there when I found out I was pregnant with my baby girl at a young age, and talked me through everything and gave me an ultrasound & etc. My daughter is now almost 7 months old, and I am also married to her father now. I came to this organization when I was in deep stress and lost. But one Karolyn she turned my life in to joy and I am happy. They treat everyone with love and care. God bless this team heavenly.

This experience was way better than I expected. The inside decor is on point. And Kelsey (my bad if I spelled her name wrong) was the coolest person ever. Her and I could totally be friends lol but she was super nice, and I didnt feel weird about anything. Dr. Roberts was cool too.

Anytime I’ve been undecided or need help, Life Choices has been a great support! I have a son who’s now four but before he was born I went to Life Choices and not only had great woman supporting me but also Choices opened several doors for parenting classes and several other things.

The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. They offered so many resources and made sure I didn’t feel alone throughout my visit there.

Tried to get a pregnancy confirmation appointment I will be moving the 23rd it’s the 7th. I need this pregnancy test in order to get a house (we’re military so it’s a bit complicated) I was told my partner could come in then I explained that he has orders out of state so he is currently gone and won’t be attending, we talked about my son right after so I assumed I could bring him instead. I was never told I couldn’t bring him with. We moved to Joplin as a middle ground between our families (fam is in Virginia and California) so I know absolutely no one here and I was asked twice if I could just have someone watch my son, but I was already there trying to check in for the appointment. It’s overall frustrating, and now making it extremely difficult to move overseas as I don’t know what my housing situation will be.

Nothing like getting shamed for not being married and not being Christian and then when you go back for me the 2nd time they wont let your partner back. Majority of women that come to Choices come because they are in a vulnerable position. I personally think it is a gross malpractice Choices takes advantage of these women and try to bring them to God or even try and convince them to get married.If that is the mission of your clinic at least have the decency to openly admit and advertise it.No, patient advocate Julie, I do not believe in God and I dont plan on getting married. Not that it was anyones place to ask me in the first place. How does that pertain to the quality of care you can provide me? I already shared that I was excited to be pregnant and wanted a confirmation of pregnancy. Why was it pertinent for Julie to know how I met my partner, when we met, if we went to college, if we owned or rented? Is that all in your policy? May I please get a copy of your full clinic policy?

I felt they were very disrespectful when I asserted myself and requested they respect my rights according to the hppa law. They tried to discuss my very personal medical history in front of my friend who accompanied me. The acted very offended when I asked they respect hppa law and attempted to lecture me and said if I dont appreciate there free service I can go elsewhere.

Name of business is misleading. The only choice they give you is pro-birth. Its Christians guilt tripping with sonograms. They will give you free things, but you have to sit through one of their propaganda videos. Health services with an agenda.

Its a great thing that Joplin offers this. It is very cheap and some things are free like some STD testing and pregnancy testing. The PAP tests are only $15. They answer all your questions and are very nice and dont judge. They ask you very personal questions but couldnt be more professional about it. They arent religious. Yes, they give you some sex ed and promote abstenence but of course that is the best safe sex. They offered me a drink while waiting.

I do not condone an organization that receives money from churches in order to push their political agenda and lobby against legitimate medical care clinics in the name of religion. I received an examination (I’ve had plenty of annuals to know the difference) and the doctor made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable by their mannerisms and treatment of me.
