The doctors are amazing and helpful, but the wait is super long. All of my appointments have been over two hours. You should plan to not schedule anything on the day of doctors appointments, because there is no telling when itll be done and no communication from the staff.

I called first to figure out what steps I need to take to go about seeing a doctor here and the lady was so kind but when I got here I was met with frustration and impatience. I wish people understood that this may be your job but this is our lives. You don’t know what people are going through. We aren’t coming here because we have nothing better to do with our time we are coming here for serious concerns. I hope everyone has a little more patience and understanding, it goes a long way.

Hands down one of the best well women exams Ive ever had. I felt so comfortable and at ease. NP Kristie was personable, fast and efficient. She really made the experience seem like a walk in the park. Thank you so much!

I came in with my daughter to her ultrasound appointment. We have 5 people sitting in the waiting room. Her appointment is at 9:30 we came in 20 minutes early. People have been waiting for at least an hour or more. 9:45 a and we have 4 in front of us.. They did come and apologize but this happens every time per my daughter.

Called to set up an appointment, got sent straight to voicemail and nobody ever got back to me. Not very professional.

My girlfriend went with my aunt for her ultrasound. She waited about 20 mins and they called her👍🏾 due to preparations

I came in and did everything they asked- they said they would call me and tell me my results and to set up an appointment and I still haven’t heard from them and it’s been a few weeks!

Appointments take hours.

I took my pregnancy monitoring here and very well I never had any problems, I dont know why people speak very badly about this hospital if it is good.
