Dr Price is the best! We’re on baby #2 with her now. Had a great experience with her for the first delivery and are very happy to have her delivering our next.Dr Price is responsive and comprehensive but also concise. Though she has a ton of patients, she never makes me feel rushed or like I’m not a priority. She also has a great sense of humor. I genuinely look forward to appointments with her.Office staff is friendly and approachable. Very happy with the support we’ve received through my pregnancies.Would highly recommend Dr Price and the Eastside OBGYN team.

Dr. Tsuang is wonderful and very experienced, we are lucky to have been able to be her patient. The staff are professional and courteous but feel fairly impersonal. Unfortunately, as other reviews may have mentioned, the billing and insurance left a lot to be desired. I was double charged for a visit and even after they admitted it was their mistake, they never followed up and I still received bills for that double charge. About half of the time I call, I had to leave a voicemail just for general inquiries. I would recommend Dr. Tsuang to other women, however, the way this office is run may be a deterrent for some.

I saw Hannah Galvan and 10000/10, would recommend. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner. She clearly and patiently went over all options with me, and when I selected a path she then went over all options that would make that path the most comfortable, without any pressure or judgmental commentary. When I had to message the clinic she personally responded within hours and was again super helpful. Im also a diabetic so she proactively researched how my choices would possibly interact with my insulin needs, which has never been done for me in the 26 years of having diabetes. I literally teared up when she just included the information, like it was totally normal.I could go on and on, but all you really need to know is that Hannah and the entire team will make you feel safe and comfortable, every step of the way.

My experience with Eastside OBGYN, especially with Hannah Galvan, ARNP, has been phenomenal. Hannah listens and takes my concerns very seriously. Her team is prompt to respond when I message in the portal which I find so convenient. They took into account my entire medical history and proactively recommended preventative tests. The vibes are very positive in that entire office. I cannot say enough good things!

Has been the absolute best team. Dr Chelsea Price is beyond professional, very knowledgeable and experienced in the field and is also very empathetic and caring for her patients. I came to this clinic after having a previously rough experience with another clinic and I’m so thankful I was able to find this team. Everyone who works there is beyond friendly, helpful and considerate of their patients. Very happy to be a patient here.

Pregnant women deserve better.. Pregnancy starts at the inception, and not based on scheduling.This practice did not want to provide necessary medical support and care at the start of the pregnancy, only after you’re seen between weeks 8-10. Anything beforehand they wouldn’t support - not even provide advice. I needed medical care and advice for spotting early in my pregnancy, as well as about simple things as vaccine recommendations. I was so disappointed and left without proper care or direction. Early pregnancy is already super anxiety filled, this experience just made it so much worse. I do not wish this to happen to others. Eastside OB/GYN needs to take a real deep look at their practices and change their policies to actually address pregnant women’s needs. This is not a factory, and again, pregnancy takes place at the inception of the baby, not based on your scheduling and availability. Women need proper care from day 1 of their pregnancy.

Dr. Chelsea Price is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and provides exceptional guidance. The friendly and efficient office staff make every visit pleasant. Highly recommend for top-notch care!

My experience with this clinic has been disappointing. While appointments are typically brief and straightforward, recent changes in their policy have left me feeling excluded and frustrated. Despite being a loyal patient of Dr. Tun, I was informed she no longer conducts checkups for her current patients. Moreover, I was asked to cancel my appointment because I needed to bring my son along, which they dont accommodate. Its perplexing how a clinic marketed as for women, by women, fails to consider the needs of mothers and children in their scheduling and customer service practices. Not only was I turned away, but I was also charged a cancellation fee. I would advise others to seek alternatives to this clinic

Receptionist isn’t friendly and rude. They asked about my medical history very quickly, and when I didnt catch what they said and asked them about it, she impatiently interrupted and told me that if I didnt hear it, it meant I didnt have that medical history. I asked friends who have been treated here, and they had similar experiences to mine.

I had an appointment with Hannah Galvan. She and staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable during the appointment. If I didnt understand something, they were patient and explained it in other words. Much appreciate it.

Receptionist isn’t very friendly and rude. I don’t feel like they treat you very well after baby is born. I’ve had issues with them. Got an email stating they can no longer help me with no explanation. They will treat you all good up till the baby is born and after the baby is born, you might as well just find somewhere else to help you because they don’t treat you very well.

I was a bit concerned as it took a long time to get an appointment for a gynecological issue that had already been confirmed by my pcp with applicable diagnostic testing. But…Dr. Tun was AMAZING and super friendly. She explained everything - which I already had kind of assumed it would go due to prior issues in the past with the same problems - but it was nice to have a physician walk in with a big smile and be very warm and kind, all while trying to be sensitive around the fact that my issue was going to require surgery. Dr. Tun made me feel very comfortable, and it turns out she knows my old OB/GYN! Great experience at the office.

I was running late for my appointment today, and Hannah Galvin still took the time to be extremely thorough and answered my questions thoughtfully. I’ve had a tough birth experience in the past, and everyone I’ve worked with at Eastside OBGYN has been well educated and kind. Highly recommend!

My OB/GYN Hannah Galvan not only made me feel comfortable during my appointment, but she made me feel excited about my health journey and the possibilities I had never considered. I am very thankful to Eastside OB/GYN, and will continue using them for the future of my health. All folks in the office are kind, as well.

Let me preface this review by saying I have not had the pleasure of meeting any of these doctors and am sure they are wonderful professionals. However, I called this office with a concern and specifically asked if they were taking new patients and if they would take a referral from another doctors office. The receptionist said yes. I explained to her the reason for the referral and my concerns about my health. I requested to see Dr. Tun. The receptionist stated that she would need to receive the referral before making an appointment and that I could not dictate if/when the appointment would be made as Dr. Tun would be making all these decisions. Strange but, okay. My referral was sent over and I waited about 2 weeks before reaching out again as I had heard nothing from this office. I left a voicemail like I did before but this time did not receive a call back. Its been about three weeks now and I still have not heard anything. It is very disheartening to know that a doctors office would ignore a patient in need of care. Im not sure if it is Dr. Tun or the receptionist but either way, this behavior is unprofessional. Im not sure if they are a part of JC but I will be looking to file a complaint elsewhere.

Dr. Dydell is FABULOUS! My wife raves about Dr. Dydell. She takes the time to connect with the patient and does an excellent job of explaining things in laymans terms. Dr. Dydell is compassionate, down to earth and has a healthy dose of humor and wit !We are blessed to be under Dr. Dydells care for the past 20 years !

1 star for scheduling. Im a new mom seeking to establish postpartum care after a move to the eastside. My C-section has been hurting and I needed to see a provider close by because I couldnt do my postpartum check due to moving my residence with a newborn.The best the person on the phone could offer me was a birth control (?) appointment with a nurse. Im so confused. Do womens postpartum care end after 3 months? How am I supposed to check whether my C-section incision is even healing? No wonder PPD exists. Sad.

Dr. Dydell is very knowledgeable and patient. She drawn to help us understand the pregnancy process and situation. She made me feel comfortable and confident for the coming pregnancy weeks of my 1st Trimester.

I highly recommend Dr Tsuang! I’ve been a patient of hers for 7 years, 3 pregnancies and coming up on my 3rd delivery soon. I’ve had different family members accompany me to appointments as well as all deliveries, they all love her and became patients of hers because of what they saw with me! She’s the best, 1000% recommend!

My wife and I have enjoyed working with Dr Jean Dydell, who is very professional and empathetic. She guided my wife through her first pregnancy, and we are happily working with her again for our second one. The office staff is very responsive, and their on-call rotation during evening hours have helped us tremendously. The office even followed up the very next morning when we called late at night due to some questions/concerns. We are very pleased with Eastside OB/GYN and their excellent service!

Bad interaction with phone intake staff, unsympathetic, unprofessional, argumentative. Why dont they care the first impression patients are going to get from talking to those unqualified front/phone staff? Hope this can get improved soon.Updates: no one pick up phone calls and no returning calls even promised will call back. Frustrating experience…

Nurse Hannah is very pleasant, good listener and patient. She heard all my concerns and answered all my questions with grace. She did not trivialize my concerns or dismiss them.We were able to come up with a health plan that I ended up feeling confident about.Highly recommend!!

It was my first appointment with Dr. Price. She went through my health status and history in details, and explained everything with pros and cons. She is very caring, patient, and helpful. She also tried to help with my other symptoms, she wrote down her diagnosis and asked me to see a GI doctor.

Hannah was great! Straight and to the point. My appointment was quick and painless.

Highly recommend Dr Price, she took such good care me on the day of delivering my second baby via c section. Knowing I wasn’t going have another baby Dr Price really took the time to remove my scar tissues from having my first baby and sew up the incision. This is a great team of doctors and my experience with Dr Dydell, Dr Tun, and Dr Tsuang was nothing but great.

Dr Mary helped me with my first baby and Im so grateful to have her be my OB. So I continued the partnership with her for my second one. She is professional and kind and always understand my concerns and sharing useful tips with me.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Eastside OB/GYN and Dr. Dydell. My experience from the beginning of my pregnancy to postpartum was amazing. I felt so supported and cared for. I love knowing that for my future pregnancies I will be well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend them!

Going to Eastside OBGYN and Evergreen Hospital was the best decision that our family could have made. We live an hour and an half away from the clinic/ hospital, but the trips were worth it. Our main OB, Dr. Dydell, was amazing throughout our pregnancy. Since we had our baby over the weekend, she was not the on call physician at that time, so we had 2 other OBs from the same clinic help during the labor process, which were Dr. Tun and Dr. Price (who ended up delivering our baby). All 3 physicians as well as the entire nursing staff were on the same page with every decision made during my labor which made it way less stressful on my partner and I since we knew our care team was in sync with one another. All around, we had an amazing birthing experience and would recommend anyone to have their babies here.

Love the organization in the office, my nurse in the beginning was very nice, didnt feel like she was trying too hard like most do, she was very homely if that makes sense. My Dr. came in and explained everything to me so well like I needed so bad as my first time at a OBGYN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Dr Tsuang helped me delivered my first baby and we are so grateful for her help. She is so caring and professional. Highly recommended.

I would not suggest this clinic. I called them to take an appointment with Dr. Price for my daughters irregular painful periods. After collecting all the info receptionist asked if I am fine with prescribing birth control pill to my daughter because thats the only prescription will be given in her case. I have said NO and I want to first figure out if she has cyst. She responded back we will do ultrasound but if you are not agree on birth control pill than I would not schedule the appointment since thats the only treatment. I am surprised without seeing the doctor, without figuring out if their is a cyst, receptionist deciding the prescription and based on that she will schedule my appointment.

I saw Dr. Hannah Galvin and she was wonderful, kind and helpful. I was also able to get a new patient appointment pretty quickly which can be hard to find! I will definitely continue to visit Eastside OB/GYN.

I received the best care I could ask for during my pregnancy at Eastside OB/GYN. Dr. Dydell was my doctor, but I also saw Dr. Tsuang and Dr. Price after I delivered my baby in July 2023. They are all amazing. They listen to your questions, provide guidance, show compassion and most of all, always allow you to discuss your options for care. I also appreciated the nursing staff at Eastside OB/GYN as they were always quick to answer my questions in the patient portal. I highly recommend this clinic if you are seeking a quality doctor for your pregnancy.

Everyone was very sweet. Doctor Tun is an amazing sweet caring doctor she let me know everything I need to know and is very helpful with all my questions. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful I really enjoyed going there for my appointment.

It was a bit of wait after the check in for my appt (I was there early). ARNP Hannah is really sweet and listened to all of my concerns, my appt did not feel rushed (which sometimes with other providers it can) and we finished on time!

Dr Dydell is great! Listens to all questions and concerns and makes sure to answer them in detail. Had a great experience to have her as my doctor during pregnancy and post partum.

Hannah was very patient and thorough. She showed care about my health and took time to explain to me. I am very satisfied to the visit to her.

I liked her personality, very knowledgeable and informative. Physical exam had problems. Very prolonged and painful before she finally got a doctor who had no trouble. Was very frustrating for a simple annual checkup to take an hour and be so painful.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tsuang for over 12 years and she is consistently kind, caring and guided me through gynecological and breast cancer issues I’ve encountered. I am truly thankful to have her as a physician and enjoy her warm disposition and demeanor.

My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and shes been having painful cramps that is concerning to both her and me. Calling the office to ask for guidance is a nightmare! They are extremely unsympathetic and worst of all, passive aggressive! They made us feel as though were annoying them by calling about a genuine concern.We have put all our trust in this facility to help deliver our first baby and were extremely disappointed in how theyre treating us.Name of the nurse we spoke to: Miriam

I had a wonderful experience with Eastside OB and Dr. Price recently and would definitely recommend her services. I appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything to me and she took the time to answer all my questions. Her exam and procedure were easy and gentle and she explained what she was doing as she was doing it - which I appreciated so much. Dr. Price herself, got back to me with results right away and was quick to answer my follow up questions through the portal that same day. This was by far my best OB experience and I look forward to seeing Dr. Price again for my regular care.

This office is outstanding. Dr. Tun and Hannah are both wonderful. Great bedside manner. Very caring and professional. Highly recommend.

The receptionist is unwelcoming and very unhelpful. Their scheduling process is also very inefficient. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve these aspects for better patient experiences in the future.

I had a new patient appt/yearly gyno physical here with Tania and was very pleased overall with my visit! Tania was super nice and welcoming. I was able to discuss my health with her without feeling rushed and she was super easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable during my exam as she talked through what we would be doing. There was a little bit of a wait for my appt once in the room, but the healthcare industry is a busy bee of a field right now so I plan extra time for any medical visits. Will be returning for my annual next year :)

It has taken me over a year to be ready to write this review. I unfortunately can’t recommend Eastside OBGYN. I had complaints of chest pain towards the end of my pregnancy, and despite telling them about it, how it extended into my left arm, and how Tylenol was the only thing that helped with the pain, they insisted it was heartburn. This was after telling me Tylenol wouldn’t help with heartburn. It’s also worth mentioning that my platelets had dropped when they did my blood work at 36 weeks. I was told that was common and nothing to be concerned about. It wasn’t until they did blood work when I was admitted that we learned I had developed HELLP syndrome. The chest pain was liver pain, not heartburn, and at that point, my platelets had dropped to 51. I won’t go into all of the details, but suffice it to say that my labor was incredibly traumatic and it ended with a c section under general anesthesia. It’s taken 15 months and some therapy to be able to write this review. There’s so much evidence that doctors don’t take women’s medical concerns seriously and my situation is a prime example. If their doctors had actually listened, I truly believe they would have caught my HELLP syndrome earlier and my labor and delivery experience would have been much more positive. Luckily, my daughter and I are both healthy and well today, but I credit Evergreen hospital with that more so than Eastside OBGYN. I will certainly not be returning there for any future pregnancies and I strongly recommend others avoid them as well.

I had a great experience with the clinic throughout my pregnancy. They have easy to available and schedule appointments option. The web portal is a bliss. Easy to check upcoming appointments, send and receive responses for any type of queries. It is not crowded. Really had a good experience compared to other care tan clinic in Evergreen Health.

I had a great experience here with a labor. Everything was very professional. Specially I want to say Thank you to labor nurse Kelsey! Kelsey, you are super professional and kind person. I’m very glad that I had you as a labor nurse, thank you so much. I gave a birth to my second child here so I have an experience and can compare my first labor and second.

Scheduling is absolute nightmare. The receptionist/person answering the phone is extremely rude. I like my doctor and all the nurses I have interacted with have been nice. My last OB appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm but I was not seen by the doctor until 4:15pm. There was no proactive communication to me regarding the delay. I understand scheduling can be hectic but if they are going to be running more than 20-30 minutes behind schedule they should notify the next patient so they can plan accordingly.I called today to try to reschedule my next OB appointment since I have a work meeting later in the morning I cannot miss if they are running behind again. The receptionist told me there was only one other time available that week which didnt work for me. I asked if I could see another doctor instead to open up more options but she said no that was not possible. This seems unreasonable to me. I went to this clinic for my first baby and she was delivered by a different doctor then the one I saw for all my OB appointments. In my experience these check-ins last less than 5 minutes. The doctor checks the babys heartbeat and measures your belly growth. Of course Id prefer to see my usual doctor but if another doctor has availability that works with my schedule it shouldnt be that big of a deal. She didnt offer to put me on a cancellation list or suggest any other options. I am 8 months pregnant, work full time and have a 2 year old that I have to take care of. Its extremely disappointing how inflexible, inconsiderate and rude this person has been. I have been in the waiting room and overheard this person talking poorly about other patients and complaining about them. I cant imagine I am their only patient feeling this way which is sad.

Best experience!!! Most professional staff, knowledgeable and ALWAYS ON TIME! So rare to get in and out of a doc appt in a timely manner without feeling rushed or having to sit in lobby waiting. This office and staff is amazing.

I am very sad to write a negative review about this office because it had a friendly supportive vibe to it. I really liked the ladies at the front desk and the in house ultrasound technicians. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Dr Tun. She made me feel very uneasy about my pregnancy from the beginning. I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and it was too early to detect the heartbeat. Dr Tun told me that since there wasn’t a heartbeat, she would have to consider it a miscarriage. She urged me to go to the ER if I started bleeding after hours. I spent the next week absolutely terrified. 7 days later, we found a heartbeat. In the weeks to follow, Dr Tun continued to raise concerns and tack on additional ultrasounds. She never made me feel good about my pregnancy, never even said congratulations. I finally switched doctors because I couldn’t handle the stress of seeing her any more. Now I’m 20 weeks pregnant and everything has been fine. My current doctor is very kind, supportive and sensitive. I’m so glad I switched.

The doctors here are so amazing. I’m currently pregnant. I see DR. Price, who’s very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I was admitted at the hospital last week for hypremesis. Dr. Dydell and Dr. Tsuang saw me while I was in the hospital. These two doctors were so great, they’ll sit down and talk with me. They Involved me in my care, listened to my needs and they made sure they had a plan for me after discharge. I’ve never been treated like the way these two doctors treated me. Dr. Tsuang came to my room three times just to check on me. They genuinely care. I’ll recomend this office 100%.

I do not recommend Dr Price as she made me feel very uncomfortable during my appointment. She made suggestions that what I was seeing her for was more serious than it actually was (before we actually had any lab results). Which made me nervous and stressed for no reason. Then I got the call a week or so later to tell me that it was not a large concern. Overall she was not very friendly/empathetic which is important to me as being an OB/GYN is a very intimate practice.

Love my doctor, ultrasound techs and nurses, they all are great. Less to be desired with administrative side. You will always be waiting in the lobby. Today i have waited over 45 minutes for my doctor. Have waited longer, but consistently waiting at least 30 minutes to see my doctor. So frustrating. Would like to see reduced capacity to clean rooms and see people get in and out timely.Billing also is not easy. The deposit process to insurance will leave you calling back to get a refund. There will be delay with each postpartum visit (although these are covered by insurance).

The reception staff and nurses are completely unprofessional. Speaking as someone who worked as a medical receptionist for over 4 years I am truly disgusted by how rude both the nurse and receptionist were. If they were any indication of what I could expect from the doctors these are definitely not the people I would trust with my pregnancy.

Everything was ok with Hannah Galvan. She explained all my questions and helped me to understand more about menopause.

I have Dr. Price as my OBGYN and am currently 31 weeks pregnant. This has been a difficult pregnancy and I am at high risk for pre term labor. Everyone in this office has been nothing but kind and welcoming since day one. Dr. Price has answered all of my questions and she has been there every step of the way. I feel very cared for and know that Im in good hands with any doctor at this office. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for monitoring my baby and I so well. You are all truly angels and I appreciate it so much. Covid has put us in some tricky times and Im grateful you are all working to provide us with the best pregnancy and labor possible.

Switched over to this office at 30 weeks since the previous office I went to was not a great experience. Wish I had gone to Dr. Whitman from the start! She is so thorough, but also just gets straight to the point of what the appointment is focused on. Ended up having to have a scheduled cesarean due to my little babes being frank breech and the surgery went amazing. i was in and out of the OR in 45 minutes. Im a pretty small person so they had to pry my belly open, but I was stitched up and stapled very well. Scarring is very minimal and hidden.Staff is great and never have had any issues. Love Dr Whitman!!!Edit* my baby girl is 8 months old and it turns out dr whitman is unfortunately no longer at this office anymore.

I had my 1st baby with Dr. Dydell, she is the best so far and I was all comfortable throughout my appointments and delivery. She has a lot of patience to understand your concerns and treats you accordingly. I would love to consult with her in future and recommended my friends too.

Have not been able to find an OBGYN in WA without a 4+ month waitlist. Finally got an appointment here that was 2+ months out and then 1 week before the appointment, they cancel, saying that the NP left and they have no availability. My appointment is time based and needs to happen within the next 2 months, but now there are no availabilities for 4+ months. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. I’ll be flying to an OBGYN in California to get the appointment I need.

Been coming to Eastside OBGYN for 2 years and have seen Dr. Price and more recently nurse Hannah. Both have been professional, kind and informative. Highly recommend!

I love having Dr. Tun as my GYN. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable, she’s also proactive. She takes the time to get to know her patients and she has their best interest in mind at all times. I feel very confident knowing she’s my doctor.

Dr. Wittman is amazing!! She delivered my first baby and was incredibly professional and so friendly. I loved that she took the time to get to know me and my family. She is fun, funny and is all around a great and knowledgeable doctor. The staff at OBGYN is also wonderful. Nurses, receptionists and ultrasound techs were all helpful, kind and so supportive of our growing family. We love Eastside OBGYN!

5 stars for Dr. Tsuang and Dr. Tun. They are so caring and have such great energy. Dr. Tsuang was my ob but Dr. Tun delivered my baby💗🙏They are both amazing, very professional and most importantly know how to be positive and keep the mom calm while in delivery and still do a great job of making sure mom and baby are healthy and safe.

I absolutely have loved Dr. Dydell!! She did 2 c-sections for me in the past two years. I went to her because she did 2 c-sections for my aunt as well. So she gets five stars from me. But I am disappointed in the lack of punctuality of the office staff which is why I have to give it 3 stars. With my first baby I did not know Id be required to pay a birth deposit of $950 before even giving birth or that after paying my hospital bills off in full right when receiving my bills that Id get the money back. But I knew this going into it the second time. I went back to the office because I loved Dr Dydell. After I gave birth the second time I called immediately after paying my bills in full to get my again $900 birth deposit back. I was told my bills were still pending and to call back at 2 months. So I did and the lady on the phone told me shed ask the billing department then call me back but she never did. Now here I am at three months and called today. She said shed call me back again. I am assuming Ill have to keep calling to inquire where my money is. Which is frustrating in the times of covid. I also have had to wait upwards of over an hour to see Dr. Dydell for more than one appointment because someone before me had over an hour appointment unintentionally. I probably wouldnt recommend to a friend. And when Dydell leaves the office so will I.

I would like to thank Eastside ob/gyns team and Dr.dydell. This clinic really has the amazing team. From the nurse, radiologist, doctors, everyone here is so nice and friendly. I have been many OB clinics before, and I found out it is not easy to find a welcoming OB clinics. But Eastside ob/gyn is so different from them. They really ensure mommy and daddy will be taken care during the pregnancy mentally and physically.

Hannah was very attentive and genuinely cared about my concerns. She was very patient and kind and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Price and the staff at Eastside OB/GYN made the experience of having my first baby as non-eventful and stress-free as I could have hoped. I’ll be back whenever we decide to go for number two.

I met with Dr. Tsuang who was very friendly, personable, and took the time to answer my questions. She didnt make me feel rushed which I appreciate as I know doctors are constantly running from patient to patient.The only downside is that this office is located in a hospital type building. For the first time in my life I contracted some stomach bug after my visit and spent the next 3 days sick. Next time I will honestly wear a mask in the halls.

Dr. Dydell was my primary doctor and I absolutely loved her!! She is easy going, informative and professional. Really enjoyed having her as my OB and will definitely want her again for our next baby. I had a 3am baby and Dr. Dydell was not on call that night but Dr. Wittman was and she was an amazing stand in. I had limited time wth Dr. Wittman but would recommend either one from my experience. The entire staff at Eastside OB that I encountered were all fantastic!

I loved working with Dr. Christina Tun! Shes very personable and straightforward. Also, if you have a C-section, she only uses stitches instead of staples to close up your abdomen. Stitches are way less fussy and a lot prettier than staples, trust me! I look forward to working with her and Eastside OB/GYN again soon.

I have been seeing Dr. Jean Dydell once a month since may 18th have loved every minute of it. Kind and helpful staff and if you have been waiting longer than 10-15 minutes there is a sign clearly stating to let them know how long you have been waiting, I get to all my appointments about 10 minutes early so when my scheduled appointment time comes I get called right away if you are a little late for your appointment you wait about 10 minutes, unless you go on days your doctor is not in, then you may have to wait a little longer. But very good experiences so far kind staff and always helpful!

Super speedy annual appointment from start to finish and right on time, if not early! Plus, Hannah was so down to earth and just the sweetest.

Dr. Dydell’s experience & knowledge combined with her compassion & warmth makes her the best kind of doctor you could ever hope to find. She is truly the best.

Dr. Christina Tun is a very friendly and knowledgeable GYN. This is my second year having her as my doctor . She does her best to ensure comfortability throughout the duration of the visit. I am so thankful to have been graced with her expertise. I also, had the pleasure of having evergreens finest nurse Stephaine Burkin. She is very attentive and kind. During my Ultrasound Mckenzie eased my nerves by distracting me with a gracious engaging conversation. I just want to say THANK YOU ALL for making me feel extremely comfortable !

I love my OB Dr. Dydell. I am 3 months away from my due date. I am always seen on time. And if I am seen a few minutes late it doesnt bother me. Dr. Dydell always spends enough time with me and answers all of my questions. Office staff are always polite and pleasant.

I absolutely love the doctors and staff at this location and recommend them to anyone who will listen, but what I cannot stand is anytime I call, I am placed on hold for 5 minutes or more, there is no way to pay my bill except to call the office and pay by phone, pay in office or send a check in the mail (who uses checks anymore?)and I am never sent a confirmation of payment or receipt. As someone who works 50+ hours a week, I dont have an extra 5+ minutes to sit on hold just to pay my bill and for this reason, it makes me frustrated and to the point of looking for another provider..I am hopeful they will offer online payments just like my other doctors at Evergreen.

Dr. Tsuang is very experienced, sweet, knowledgeable and compassionate. This practice is very supportive of natural birth; weve had 3 smooth deliveries with them! They were very kind when we had to walk through a miscarriage.

She was great. Listened and explained and didn’t rush any questions. She has a very calm personality.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tsuang for 15 years. She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She’s a gift to women’s health.

I have seen all of the doctors at Eastside OB/GYN and they are all great. My primary doctor is Dr. Dydell and she delivered my youngest son. She is extremely sharp, caring and attentive. I highly recommend her!

I had a very bad experience with receptionist and financial department at this clinic. They billed me after over a year passed telling me that I did not provide my correct insurance information therefore I am responsible for the bill which was $250. When I called to talk to someone Mary, the receptionist transferred me rudely and had me leave a message. They did not call back for a few days!! I called back but took a half day to talk with someone finally. Then they blamed on me for not providing a correct info, but cmon, I used them for a few months before I changed my OB and this was the only bill I received, that means they DO have my insurance information!! Also the clinic is not very comfortable to be at.DO NOT USE THEM. I will spread the word because I am so done with these stupid & rude people. DONT GO HERE

Not professional. Questions not answered - esp when asked about side effects of the medication. This medication was being given to my 15.5 year old daughter. Drs should take more care in advising teenagers and not be lax about the approach. Overall not happy. This was with Dr. Wittman. I will not visit this clinic again.

Called to try to make an appointment. This was the first EVER Dr. office that wouldnt tell me if they were in my insurance network instead of giving me their tax ID and telling me to do it myself before quickly hanging up on me. I will not be trusting a doctor that hires office staff that displays immediate lack of competence, helpfulness and work ethic to dig in my vagina. Thanks though.

Dr. Tsuang is very nice and professional. The front desk is helpful. The triage nurse that was there when my Dr. was out of town, was condescending and rude.

Never mind the 22 years I went here before, Ive been deleted. New patients only being taken by new dr who is booking 5 months out and that schedule isn’t open anyway. I waited bc of COVID but I need help now. Sooooooooo disappointing.
