I am so impressed with the quality of care I recieve here @ Kissimmee Planned Parenthood. Dr. Antonio has the best bedside manner and Sabrina is so personable. The entire staff, from intake through the entire visit really makes you feel comfortable and understood. So glad I came here for my care. I could not have asked for better!

Sabrina and Angie were absolute godesses. I have extremely bad anxiety but they both were so kind the whole time. They were even happy on my behalf for a recent procedure I had. I’ve had doctors ridicule me over it when I disclose it in the paperwork. It just felt good to have people be kind and happy. The waiting room is cozy. Couldn’t have been happier when I left.

Sabrina and Angie were phenomenal! Very welcoming from the moment I met them throughout the whole appointment. It’s caring people like them that make annual wellness visits not such a burden. Thank you for all you do!

I came in for an appointment and Ada, the receptionist in the front, was very funny, sweet, and professional, she did such an amazing job answering any questions I had. I was then seen by Sabrina & Maika who were both VERY lovely ladies, they both made me feel safe & cared for. I knew they could sense my nervousness but they did an amazing job on calming me down & making me feel welcomed. They were very professional, welcoming, & i felt as if i was talking to people i have known for ages! I’m not sure who’s reading this but those 3 ladies NEED A RAISE!! Much love for them

I had my first appointment on May 17th, 2024 And was so impressed with the services provided. My second appointment on May 31st was amazing too. Very knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and passionate staff..I had a lot of questions and concerns and they were answered and supported. I felt amazing to have amazing, hard working women who not only helped me physically but emotionally too! Sabrina and Angie were so compassionate and professional!

Had a appointment here. The wait wasnt long. My nurse Diana was very knowledgeable, patient, and nice. She was awesome. She made my time there enjoyable.

From the front desk with Ada, to the Nurse Sabrina, and the Nurse Practioner Angie, I can say I had a lovely experience at Planned Parenthood. I felt cared for and welcomed. They address my issues with compassion and love. I recommend this center and thank you all for treating me like a person and not just another patient.

Very happy i found this place! The staff were all professional. The place was very nice and clean. I was seen by Sabrina and maika and they were both wonderful! I love this place so much :) i went in for the nexplanon implant, the front desk lady was very welcoming. and enid i believe her name was, (who i talked to first before the doctor) walked me through the side effects and everything. she was so sweet, then when i was getting it put in i saw angie and a student nurse but i dont know her name, they were both so nice. angie kept asking me if i was okay through the whole thing which was really comforting, and even joked with me which eased the nervous feeling, i hate needles lol. then she told me everything i needed to know after and i barely felt any pain other than the numbing needle was a bit uncomfortable but that wasnt her fault! id come here again for anything :)

Everytime I come here Ada is so welcoming and nice. I saw Edin today and she was awesome. Keep up the good work. I’m always in & out and happy. The service is great. Thank you so much

I got The implant when I was 17 and I’ve had it for a year now I get the worst headaches. I don’t get my period. I’m trying to take it off and I called the clinic but they asked me for an extension number just so I can be able to communicate with them, and I don’t even know the number, like I’m trying to make an appointment and they’re unable

Had to wait over two hours after my scheduled appointment time to be seen and they aren’t even that busy. What’s the point of an appointment when they’re going to see you when they get to you. If you schedule an appointment here make sure you don’t have anything else to do that day because you’ll be here for a while

Giving it 2 stars because the front desk is very nice. I came to have a new IUD put in because the Lakeland location put the IUD in wrong so it was removed and I had to wait 30 days before putting in a new one. Anyways..after one hour of waiting I left because it seemed like the walk ins and the appointments that came in AFTER me were seen first. I spent 3 hours round trip driving just to the location, not counting the additional time it took to drive to the babysitter plus money spent on babysitter and gas. Anyways if you’re ok with waiting then go for it. Staff is friendly and place looked clean. If you have insurance just go to a GYN for your services

This is by far the best Planned Parenthood I have ever been to. I usually go to the P.P near UCF, so I was a little dismayed that they werent doing IUD appointments at that location anymore and that Id have to drive all the way out to Kissimmee. But after my visit, I will make the trek out here ANY DAY. The team was so incredibly caring and compassionate. An IUD appointment is never a fun experience, but Diana and the Nurse Practitioner who placed the IUD were PHENOMENAL. Their bedside manner is UNMATCHED.First of all, they let my fiancé come back with me, because I was so nervous. Second, during the insertion, they repeatedly followed my non-verbal signals and made sure I was comfortable to proceed to each step (I had an IUD removal, and then a replacement). Third, I made a joke about swapping to pills instead of the IUD, and they asked Do you want us to stop? (Consent is key!), Fourth, they talked to me throughout the whole procedure and let me know what was going on with my body and when I could expect to feel the cramp. Fifth, at one point I started to feel faint, because of the pain from the procedure (which is totally normal), and in milliseconds from voicing my concern, Diana was right there with a cold ice pack on my chest, and had some smelling salts to keep me from passing out; Sixth, They. Didnt. Rush. Me!!!! My last IUD experience at the UCF location felt very rushed, especially once I was done... but here -- they let me take my time to get up. Diana went out of her way to make sure I had a pillow and that I was comfortable after the procedure. She grabbed me a heating pad to stick to my stomach, let me keep the ice pack, and checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was okay.Thank you Diana and Team for making this experience so wonderful. Despite the fact that IUDs are never a fun experience, you made an unpleasant experience, pleasant! I will be back JUST FOR YOU!

Answered all my questions which I appreciated because it showed her depth of knowledge and passion for what she does. Need more people like her in this field. I went in on a Tuesday for a 12:30pm appointment. I was already expecting to have some delay in being seen by my clinician, since there was quite a few people already sitting in the waiting area.. which wasn’t a problem for me. Jazmin had helped me at the front desk and was very sweet and professional. Diana was also sweet and professional! Also felt comfortable around her, usually I’m super nervous.. maybe it was the 80s/90s r&b music playing, lol. Lorna was my clinician and she’s one of the best I’ve had. All of the ladies above are clear and direct with directions and what information they’re giving you. Never had a problem at this location!

1st let me tell you THEY ACCEPT WALK-INS. I called 10 different locations only to be told the next available appointment is in 2 months. Planned ParentHood immediately took me in. The staff was amazing. From check in Ada front office, to Joelenid nurse assistant to the NP Kristina Felix. Joelenid and Kristina have excellent bedside manner. They listened to my concerns and treated me great. I would definitely return. Thank you all for your kindness and courtesy. We need more people in Healthcare like the staff in this location. 👏 🌟

I had an appointment for 3:40pm. I received a call on the morning on my appointment to come in early so I arrived at 3:00pm. I wasn’t seen until after 4pm….. what was the point of having me come early to waste my time waiting

I had an appointment here this past Tuesday and the people that work here are so kind and were so helpful! The woman at the front (I think her name is Ada) was so sweet and was able to get me a last minute appointment that I really needed and I couldn’t be more grateful that she was able to help! And the nurse (Ashley) was so nice to me and got me through my appointment quickly. And then the person that helped me check out (Ariel) was also really nice. I appreciate them a lot for being able to help me out when I really needed it and for making this a more pleasant experience. Thank you so much!!

I went in office for the first time after two years of telehealth appointments. I was nervous as all hell but Sabrina and Maika were both so patient and explained everything as it was going on. They definitely helped make the visit a smoother one as it was already an uncomfortable one!! Definitely glad these two ladies took care of me and understood my situation and were 100% helpful and mindful of it all!!! I actually had Sabrina as my nurse thru telehealth visits and meeting her in person she was just the sweetest down to earth person! 10/10 for you ladies !

This office is great! As usual, I was incredibly anxious about my annual appointment but they really put me at ease. Candice and Kristie working the front desk were friendly and helpful. I initially went in for my annual exam but thankfully was informed by Myriam & Kimberly that it didn’t need to be done for another 2 years so if there were no issues, all I needed to do was renew my birth control. They were both so polite and understanding of my mistake. When I was taken back into a consultation room to renew my medication, I felt that my appointment was still being treated as a priority even though the type of appointment had changed. I was then seen promptly by Maika, my provider, who had The. Best. bedside manner and had me laughing out loud in the exam room. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is great!

The staff was very welcoming and super nice. I didnt feel uncomfortable or judged at any point in the visit. Ms. Candice was the front desk clerk and she was super helpful. And Nurse Natalia was very informative, she told me all birth control choices i had. I definitely will be going back even if its just to say hi. Highly recommend!!

The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. It was my first visit and I really felt comfortable. They offer an excellent attention. The doctor and nurses were extremely nice, friendly, helpful,and communicated in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Despite the invasive (and a bit painful) nature of my appointment it was not a distressing experience thanks to the staff

A few weeks ago my girlfriend had made an appointment for a copper IUD at this location - since they’re not open on weekends, we had to schedule the day off of work and drive over an hour to this location (the only location they were offering copper IUDs).We confirmed the appointment by phone the week before, the day before, and the morning of: a copper IUD, 12:50pm appointment.We arrived on time, signed in, and then waited about an hour to be seen again, where they let us know they were out of copper IUD’s and if we wanted to do a hormonal IUD instead.It’s a huge inconvenience to make a specific appointment for a sensitive matter, take a whole day off of work, and drive an hour to be told they’re out of the reason the appointment was made.It’s something that could have been easily handled over the phone and rescheduled instead of all the apprehension of preparing for a sensitive appointment, doing the research, making the decision for a specific IUD, only to be told it’s no longer in stock while we’re physically there.Did they not know the morning of the appointment? Did they not know before us waiting an hour to see somebody?It’s a lot of time, energy, money, and emotional energy to go through for a simple fix that could’ve been handled over the phone.If you have an appointment at this location, I would advise calling beforehand and completely doublechecking that you’ll be able to receive the actual care you took the time out of your schedule to receive.Planned parenthood does amazing work, but this is unprofessional and makes an already emotional situation more frustrating and expensive.

I Never wrote reviews but I just had to, this office was very clean, the staff went above & beyond & were extremely nice, careful, respectful & welcoming! I had a chance to speak to Melissa & she was so thorough & informative & super sweet! She honestly everting was so kind that it made me feel at ease but Melissa played the biggest role, loved her, I genuinely recommend going here for any questions or decisions your making, they will help you & inform you in any way that they can .

Always have a great experience with the staff. They are all very pleasant and go out of their way to go above and beyond. Courteous and respectful; Im trans and they used my proper pronouns as soon as I revealed this, even though I hardly passed. They understand that money is tight for me and have often allowed me to bring my two young kids into appointments so I dont have to call a babysitter. The only two cons are 1) yes, wait times can be pretty long, and 2) Theres no way to directly contact the clinic by phone, you have to go through a middleman call center--although this is policy coming from the company, not this location. I understand its probably a security concern to have people able to directly contact the clinic.

Came for a nexplanon removal walk in visit Enid and Angie were super amazing! I was fearful since I’ve heard many horror stories about the removal process however it was very fast, painless, and Angie was super gentle and made it super easy Enid was also very comforting I appreciate them. I recommend this location!

Horrible experience, I got there at 10:37am for my appointment and touched based with multiple people. They had me in the lobby waiting at 11:53 I got up and asked the receptionist how much longer i would have to wait since I had to work in a little bit she explained they were busy and it could be a little longer and that 8 patients were in front of me. Okay, understandable. At almost 12:40 they call me up and tell me that she wants to apologize “that they doctor did not take my insurance plan” and that they could reschedule me for the week later with someone who could take my plan, obviously at this point I had waited almost 2hrs and saw multiple people who confirmed my info but none ever mentioned my Plan wasn’t accepted by the doctor, I tell the receptionist that at that point I was willing to pay out of pocket because I had taken hours off from work to be there and they said that I couldn’t do that either. Offer no solutions but reschedule me for a later date, like the time I had just wasted meant nothing. I would never go back to this location.

This place is filled with most AMAZING people!!! Every single person I’ve interacted with (and there were 6 total) were kind, compassionate, supportive, genuine. My appointment was done quickly and efficiently. I don’t have a single complaint. Just a PERFECT experience!!!

I had the best healthcare experience at this location today. I went in to my appointment unsure of what to expect. Id been having some pelvic issues and I was nervous that I wouldnt be taken seriously. I also wanted birth control.I was checked in by Sonia who was SO sweet, friendly, and also funny. I usually have an awful experience with medical receptionists but today I didnt. Upon checkout, Candice helped me. Candice was polite and really sweet and didnt treat me like I was an inconvenience. Both ladies were awesome.Aishia was my nurse who was my hero of the day! I went in to my appointment totally clueless. Wasnt sure what birth control would be right for me, wasnt sure of what the heck was going on with my body. I asked so many questions and I honestly thought I was going to bug her, but she answered all of my questions and more. The entire appointment she was so friendly and informative and didnt treat me like I was an inconvenience. I didnt feel rushed... I felt listened to, which is a rarity in Florida with medical professionals... I usually dread seeing the doctor because I feel like they are never truly listening to me. She went above and beyond to help me through the appointment. The Doctor, Chrissy then came in to do my pelvic exam, and she was super friendly and helpful too. Both of them made me feel really comfortable, in what I thought was going to be an uncomfortable situation.Thank you, ladies for giving me a positive experience.

Staff is very unprofessional. Front desk girl has no regard for patients or her job. She clearly hates it. Drove an hour only for her to tell me that we’re overbooked and you’re not on the schedule. I booked the appointment over a month ago and confirmed the day and time two days before the appointment. They overbooked their schedule and took me off like I never had an appointment. This was a very important cancer test at that. They didn’t care one bit. Stay away from this location. Staff is very ghetto and cold hearted.

Nurses and doctors are very nice, i was late for my appointment but they still fit me in. i couldnt get what i came for that day but it was an error on my end and they rescheduled for a later date. id definitely recommend the location to my friends

This is a great Planned Parenthood location! Initially I went in for an annual wellness exam, but the clinicians reviewed my history and helped me realize that wasn’t what I actually needed. Jackie and Mirium are an incredible team and made me feel very comfortable. They are friendly, helpful, and open to questions. Will definitely be back. I don’t have insurance so I’m always scared of pricing for medical treatment, but you can call or ask when you get there, and they will let you know!

I walked in was nicely greeted by Ms.Ada and Ms.Candace, they were extremely friendly as well as very helpful. Was then take in by Ms.Myriam and Ms.Lynette and they explained the procedure very well and they were as well very friendly to me. Then was taken by Ms.Jacky and she did my procedure and she was funny and extremely nice as well. Overall my experience was amazing, was quick and easy. Please give them a special shoutout for me because they were amazing. Thank You ladies.

Wife went here and the nurse Ada was absolute the worst!!!! Literally told my wife to sit and wait after waiting an hour and seeing other ppl pass that arrive later than us my wife approaches her and tell her how long she said she didn’t fill up the paper work so until she can’t be in the line!! What???? My wife tell her you haven’t call me to fill paperwork and her reply “yeah I haven’t called you”, simply rude. Wife is already depressed going through this process so how do you think this interaction made her feel??? Honestly if she doesn’t like her job she should find another one how insensitive this person is?? Wife continues to tell her she had an appointment at 1:30pm we arrive at 1:00pm it’s 3:30 and wife is still waiting to be seen. Waiting is not the problem it’s how insensitive this person was, at the end we are all humans going through rough times. If you can’t deal with ppl she should find another field to work in. Again her name was Ada. Thanks for nothing Ada hope your find a career where you can be happy and threat ppl the right way.

When I walked through the doors, signed in, and waited to be called in I noticed the wonderful lady at the front desk was very sweet, very helpful, and welcomed me since it was my first time visiting a Planned Parenthood. The process was super quick, and even though I was very nervous I was instantly put at ease due to all the staff being super welcoming and understanding❤️ Thank you, Great service. Very professional as well, I felt good taken care of and they really are super informative.

This planned parenthood has such a nice staff. I’m always greeted with smiles and my needs are always met. I even had a day where I accidentally made an appointment somewhere else and they were able to help and take me in that same day anyways. Highly recommend.

Horrible place. I came to my appointment for them to tell me that the doctor doesn’t except my insurance and I need to reschedule to see the other doctor that does take my insurance. What? How does that make sense? This place is unorganized and not trained properly. When I made the appointment they clarified my insurance so why give me a day that they don’t take the insurance. Wasted my time and gas. So now I have to wait another month to come back. I will be looking for another place because who knows this will probably happen again the next time. Lady said she tried to reach out to me and that’s a lie because I kept getting messages to confirm my appointment. Even got one the morning of my appointment so she was a lier.

I had a great experience. They got approval for me from my insurance, the staff was nice, it was a clean place. I moved and couldnt find a gynecologist in my new city and my birth control was almost up so I came here. Honestly, the staff made me feel more emotionally comfortable here getting an IUD than getting a regular pelvic at the gynecologist where I used to live with awards all over her office.

Very, very nice. I love to have access to obgyn services without waiting months for a first appointment. It was clean, signage was inclusive and welcoming, and every person I met was caring. LGBTQ+ affirming and non-judgmental. 5 stars. Get your needs met!

The ladies at this location were so nice, helpful, and understanding. I came in for a check up and they took in all my information (even if it was all over the place because of my nerves lol) and they worked with me and gave me exactly what I needed. I didn’t feel judged or anything here. Fast service from the ladies up front, the whole establishment was very professional and kind. I will 100% recommend coming here. Thank you ladies! The people working have been nice but everyone in the center has been waiting for over TWO HOURS to just be seen!! I’m writing this while still waiting and it has been two hours and 25 minutes so far. Kind of want to leave but I drove and hour and a half to get here. This has been a huge time suck just for my minor issue. What’s the point of having an appointment? (Ended up waiting about 3.5 hours total for a 20 minute appointment, which seemed to be very smoothly conducted)

Went to be seen by a DR because I have cycles that last anywhere from 40-60+ days, HEAVY and PAINFUL periods that lasts 7-12 days. I have a family history of fibroids, PCOS, and colon cancer. I was told my only option is birth control, regardless of the cause. I never saw the Dr, didn’t get an exam, or take my medical history. The lady that took me back to the room was the middleman between me and the dr. What a sad excuse for women’s healthcare.

I usually never write reviews, but with coming to this clinic for my womens health exam, I feel like its really important to stress that everyone from the front desk to all of the nurses/medical assistants I saw were so kind.I have spent a lot of money going to private practices for OB/GYN exams before, and have dealt with professionals who did not take the necessary steps to warn me about painful procedures, or believe me when I said I was going to be sick from pain, and those experiences stayed with me for a long time.That was not the case here. Not only was I able to receive quality healthcare, but Candice and Ada (as well as all of the medical professionals) were so thorough with their explanations of every procedure/form/questionnaire, and I felt their warm bedside manner every step of the way. Even though I have to commute 40 mins, I will keep coming back to this location. Absolutely amazing first (of many) visits.

This was the best experience I have had while getting a well women’s exam. Kristina, Myriam, Aishia, and Candice made me feel so comfortable during the whole visit. No one likes going to these types of appts but they made it good!

I just had the most amazing experience here! Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I had my nexplonon removed and a new one inserted. They explained every part of the procedure (that only took 15min!) And made me feel safe and taken care of! Thank you so much!

I came into this location for an annual wellness exam at the end of March and after my appointment I was told to make a patient portal account so that I could view my results online. I’ve tried to sign up for an account 2-3 times now since then and each time I receive an email saying that my request has been denied. I have called 3 times now to ask why I am being denied and I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone. After 30 minutes of waiting the call ends and I keep having to call back to have the same thing happen again. I am so beyond frustrated as my appointment was a month ago and I still have no information on my results. I had to pay out of pocket and it was not cheap, so this is very disappointing. I would have liked to use this location again because other than a long waiting room time everyone was nice and professional, but after this I will never come back to this location.

My first time there, and everyone I encountered was very kind, calm and patient with me. I was anxious but Myriam and Maika (along with all the other staff) put me at ease and answered all my questions. They even gave me proper information that I had misinterpreted from my last GYN. I also was concerned about cost, because I dont have insurance, but was able to get the health services I need for an extremely reasonable price. A comfortable, safe place, free of judgment. I 100% will be returning for all my needs.

Yesterday was my second time visiting this particular Planned Parenthood for birth control since I moved here and everyone has been nothing but kind, I felt so comfortable each time. I was in and out in no time, they are informative, efficient, and friendly. Thank you to the staff I visited yesterday, Ada, Aliye, and Ariel, and everyone else on the team. Happy Holidays!

Everyone was nice. Tatiana was sweet and understanding when asking very intimate questions. Past planned Parenthood experiences that were not this place were quick and blunt but this one i highly recommended to other women who need any sort of advice.

I came in to get the nexoplanon birth control implant and i shared that i was SUPER nervous to get the implant due to the fact i am scared of needles. i ask if my partner can come with me but unfortunately he wasnt allowed due to safety reasons, which is super understandable. the doctor and nurse involved in giving me my implant made sure i was super comfortable. i held the nurses hand and the doctor just talked me through the process and it was quick and easy! i had a great experience.

Walking in for a walk in appointment as I was advised last week that I could do when calling them , walk ins accepted until 2 just to drive an hour and be told no walk ins bc of short staff, that is something they should have told me prehand instead of wasting my time and driving a hour here and a hour back home. Inform people of no walk ins if y’all don’t have enough staff for it!!! Remove it as a service!!!!

Honestly a great experience every time I go for anything that I need. All the staff is great and always makes me feel so comfortable and explains anything I have questions about.

They were sweet and supportive, it was my first time doing anything of the sort and they walked me step by step throughout the process, they held my hand and made me laugh so i wasn’t as nervous! intake was quick and easy, i felt completely comfortable and safe

I had an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early and I was only seen briefly. I was finally seen (briefly) an hour after my scheduled appointment, but I was sent to wait for even longer. There is no organization here, and the employees are very rude. Go to any other Planned Parenthood offices and you will be seen quickly, treated nicely and sent home with whatever you need. Dont come here.

They are so sweet and so kind. Theyre never busy so wait times are very low, youre in and out in no time.

Very clean facility. Staff were professional and personable. They made the appointment go smoothly and answered all my questions, they made me feel like I had options and that they did care for me and my health. They are one of the better locations that I have been to. Nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff!!!

I’m so thankful for the individuals that work at this location.. the wait times are a little long, but everyone is so very nice and helpful. They’ve made the process of starting hrt go very smoothly, and are always available to answer any questions pertaining to my transition. This is one of the best planned Parenthood offices in Orlando. The only difficult thing I had to deal with was my insurance and even I didnt have to talk to them, the front desk girls took care of everything. The practioner was very nice and calming and I was seen in a timely manner.

Came to this location to get my iud replaced. Firstly, most painful iud placement I’ve ever had, couldn’t even manage to drive home so I had to sit in the parking lot for 45 mins after. Nurse was nice but obviously had no idea what she was doing. She couldn’t get it placed and had to repeatedly start over. I had nothing but problems with the iud for a month before deciding to get it taken out. The doctor I saw for that was amazing and took it out quickly and with little discomfort. However, a few days after I woke up massively bleeding. After calling planned parenthood and talking to an awful nurse who had no interest in listening to my concern, I ended up going to the Winnie Palmer ER. The iud caused multiple cysts on my ovaries that had ruptured. It also gave me a massive infection that I’m still trying to get rid of to this day. Nice staff but I advise against getting any sort of iud placement here.

Visited for the 1st time and was pleased overall with the care. The wait was short, a complete exam was done, questions were answered, instructions given clearly and everyone from the front desk staff to the Nurse Practitioner and Asst were very friendly and informative.

The girl at the front desk was very rude to my friend and me, I accompanied her because she had to take a pregnancy test and she said that the only thing she could do was make an appointment with the doctor, then she sent us to the hospital across the street that according to her they did pregnancy tests and it was a lie, in the hospital there werent even gynecologists, when we returned she didnt even want to attend to us saying that she had many patients and there was only one person behind us!!! My friend left this place crying.

APRN Maika, was so patient with me. I was getting a procedure done last week with my birth control she was very fantastic. Candice Asia- Myriam. I been receiving birth control with this company for over a decade now. Different locations but this one here Made me feel that they are here for me.

They were helpful enough when I needed transgender care but theyve officially just taken my money and left me out to dry. First of all, they refused to use my blood test results from my actual physician, forcing me to spend $260 for their time. Which, by the way, its horrifically unbelievable they todl me upfront I wouldnt be able to just give them the results myself even though I have been told by other trans folk theyve been allowed. So Ive already pretty much been lied to?I lost a vial of T because they a) prescribed me different needles than what they trained me with so I didnt even have an exact draw of T, as well as well as b) an incomplete prescription for a differently sized needle swap, which led to me being forced to use a 21g which hurt like hell.Theyve never once picked up my call in the maybe 7 times Ive called them to ask for a replacement vial so I was forced to use a refill and therefore I am now officially missing a month. In order to have that prescription renewed Ill have to go back in for early blood tests and basically drop another $300 on people I cant even remotely trust to get these things right.At first I thought it was my fault, being new to this and everything, but upon discussing this with other trans groups and clinics, its pretty obvious theres something off here.If youve had a better experience as a trans person here, good for you, but it didnt carry over for me. Ive been living in constant financial anxiety for the past month and a half because of their behavior and prescriptions. Im switching to another clinic.

I had a great experience in planned parenthood getting the nexplanon implant. From the front desk to the nurse and the doctor, the service was very friendly and transparent regarding the healthcare service. I would recommend it to a friend, great staff!

I always have a good experience at this location for planned parenthood hood everyone is so kind on top of things and enthusiastic yesterday I dealt with Ariel Ada and Ember all of them were great people loved it as usual!!!! We need more people in the medical field with this kind of care for everyone.

Laquandra is awesome. Everyone here made me feel super comfortable. They don’t judge at all and they are all super sweet! I was literally in and out in 40 minutes but I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Best doctor visit ive ever had. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very nice. The facility was very clean and everyone made sure to keep everything safe for both patients and staff

I had THE WORST experience. I didnt wait too long like a lot of people say they have, and the nurse who took me back was very nice. However, the doctor who came in was EXTREMELY rude. I have never met someone so rude and never been more uncomfortable when seeing a doctor. She was very judmental about me being there to get BIRTH CONTROL when Im 23 years old and have been getting it since the age of 18. I can only imagine what she says to people who are there for other personal reasons! PP is supposed to be a non-judgmental and helpful organization that makes young adults comfortable to go to (Im not bashing all PP locations because some others Ive been to have been wonderful), but this place would discourage anyone from trying to get help or even getting information.DO NOT GO HERE. Pick another Planned Parenthood in Orlando, etc.

I went to this PP yesterday to do the pill procedure and had to pay 600$ out of pocket not considering that we’re literally in the middle of a pandemic! i have an online portal with pp with my insurance attached to it which approved my insurance. when i was called to the front desk the lady said “we’ll be taking your payment of $565” didnt discuss nothing with me about my insurance or anything. ive gone to PP’s in New York (thats where im originally from) and they do payment plans and also try to figure out any insurance issues. this one woman or clinic obviously didnt care. while the portal said they take my insurance she goes ahead and says they’re not contracted with them. never again.

I always book an appointment ahead of time & I always receive a call a couple hours before my appointment so they can have my prescription ready ; but my prescription is never ready at the time of my appointment . I’m always asked to wait 20 mins . This is very dissatisfying for me because I expect it to be ready by the time I scheduled the pick up . Ive been with you guys for a while and this is always an issue .

I came literally at 5:22 thinking they tell me I can’t come in. The ladies were all so flipping sweet. They helped get my blood pressure for my birth control and filled my prescription! I am forever grateful 🙏🏽

Automated phone prompts do not include options for callers looking for non-abortion services. No option to speak to a human being. No option to leave a message for call back. There are three different options for abortion services - but none for birth control, LGBT services, or STD screenings or prescription rentals. All call are referred to the website for scheduling - when many issues could be resolved in a timely manner with a simple phone call and don’t require a telehealth appt. 2 weeks down the road.

The front staff was so kind, the facility was exceptionally clean, and I felt like the staff cared. I came here since I am out of state and needed a quick check up and couldn’t have been happier!

One of the worst service ever , staff was unprofessional in every way . Total waist of time. It took more than two hours of waiting for routine checkup with appointment!!!! Staff is charging for the tests that are not needed at all. Be aware and dont ever go there . I have been to several location and never had a problem . Doctor was not professional and did not answer my questions . That is wired is not the answer of qualified doctor!!!!!!

Had some unexpected spotting this morning, so I immediately called Planned Parenthood. They made me an appointment for this afternoon. Not only was I in and out in about an hour, but all staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
