Yvonne was top notch. I didnt even feel the hyperdermic needle. My husband wanted a butterfly needle so he walked into Lab Corp. We came back within half an hour so Yvonne could draw blood. My hubby is a baby, but we had a great laugh. Clinic clean and friendly atmosphere. Yvonne or Eileen are the best!

Stay away from this location. It is the worst location the lady that worked today 8/28 at 9 amShe Refuse to do bloodwork, to my 10 years old daughter SHE SAID I DONT we went there prior to this visit and they told us to come back Wednesday we did today Wednesday She said no I’m not doing it I said, you just asked us to come today she start Screaming with profanity My daughter was scared I was shocked unbelievable human!!!!!Please be aware of reviews. They are asking their friends and family to put a good review so the real reviews go to the bottom.I have called corporate and all they say leave a message!!! I will post Update if they ever return my call

Had a great experience today! Ivonne has a great hand. Didn’t feel any discomfort, from someone that has to get bloodwork done every three months it was very good.

I called the office to confirm if I needed an appointment to get tested for Natera and the lady told me that they don’t make appointments for that and that I can go anytime between 9am and 5pm. I went today and a rude lady told me it was too late (it was 3:30pm) she didn’t even say hello beforehand, I understand there are some rough days but I didn’t even get a chance to talk, she just said it had to be Monday through Friday before 2pm but they should have given me that information when I called so I wouldn’t have to leave early from work to just waste my time.

Called the day before to make sure I would be able to come and was told they close at 5. Told them I would be here between 4-4:30 as I am a teacher and had to take off early from school. Arrived at 4:07 to see they had closed early with no call. Tried to call and leave a voicemail but their mailbox is full. I am a teacher who is pregnant I am very limited on the time I am able to take off. Very upsetting and disappointed!!

Literally do not go here. I paid $50 for a blood test for them to not give me my results and then when they FINALLY pick up after a week I’m on hold for 20 minutes. Then instead of giving the results they close the store down and won’t pick up the phone again after I called another 10 times. I either want my money back or I want my results. Absolutely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. I mean truly. I hope this place gets shut down seeing as all they do is scam people.

Aileen was super helpful, nice, and fast. I tried calling 2 different lab places this morning and they both had automated phone systems which directed me to their website. When I called Any Lab Test Now, a human picked up immediately and answered all of my questions, which is extremely important when you are worried about your health.

Kidney transplant waitlist. Was sent monthly bloodwork but do not have a doctor here. This place was clean, quick and affordable. They did the tests I needed and also took my test kit as they use FedEx, so I didn’t have to search for a FedEx location. Super friendly and painless draw. Will be going monthly for these tests.

I recently visited this lab that is owned and operated by a female owner who was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. The Atmosphere was spotless, making a comfortable and reassuring experience. Highly recommend!

Went in just for a blood test and they told me they were closed. Online it has the option to make an appointment at 4:30-5:00pm yet it is 4:18 and they are already packing up to go home? Definitely don’t recommend this place if you want to be taken seriously.

I have no words to describe this place of business, I dont. I have so many negative things to say about this place and staff that I dont know where to start. The staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. The office and bathroom are dirty and filthy. I was asked to leave the sample on the countertop without a cover. If I could give less than one start for this lab ... would give 0. The visit was done the first week of August 2022.

I spent several hundred dollars here for two tests. I got the results for the most expensive test in a timely manner, but only because I called. Despite submitting forms authorizing disclosure of results to my email, I had to reiterate all of this information when I called. And I never got the results of another test despite multiple calls and e-mails. I had to go to another location at my expense and get another test.Be careful when you call this location if you dont like being laughed at by the owners while your call is put on speakerphone for the entire waiting room to hear. Also, theres a very high possibility the results of your urine test will be discussed with strangers in the waiting room. If you hear Era limpia from the woman at the front desk to a complete stranger uninvolved in your situation, great news! Youre clean. You just got the results of your test. Eileen probably shouldnt make assumptions about who speaks Spanish and who doesnt. :)Just go to Winter Park. Theyre professional and you dont have to beg for the results you paid for. And dont bother calling corporate in Atlanta. Theyll give you the run-around and put you on speakerphone there as well. Culture runs from the top down.

Wow!! I just met Evonne at Any Lab Test Now & she was phenomenal!! I needed a very specific test and was initially sent to a lab in Melbourne (where I was turned away). And I’m so glad I found my way to Any Lab Test Now in Kissimmee. Evonne was incredibly kind, caring and quick! I have small, problematic veins and this was the first time in my life I never even felt the needle stick!! (Where have you been all my life Evonne?? I wish I could clone you!) Absolutely ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and when I got there, there was a note on the door saying “out to lunch be back at 3:45” so I drove 30mins back to where I live to pick up my daughter from school. I return at 4:30 with ANOTHER scheduled appointment and they were closed because they decided they wanted to go home early. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this unorganized place what so ever.

My review is simply in reference to their website and scheduling feature.This was my second attempt to have my blood drawn for Immunolabs testing at a different lab company.I arrived for my appointment and was told that this test can’t be performed on Saturday’s because there is be pick up service until Monday & these tests are very sensitive and need a fresh draw to test.Then WHY does your website allow Kyle to schedule an appointment for this test on Saturday?!I have now wasted my time yet again and my gas. Please do everyone a favor and ensure your testing is able to be scheduled appropriately through your website if that’s a feature you are going to offer.

As a contractor, I dont have insurance, so I pay lab costs on my own. I did my homework, and Any Lab Test Now is by far the cheapest. For someone like me that is required to have multiple labs of $250 or more, every dollar counts. And the staff is awesome, so friendly. I would not go anywhere else for my lab work.

My appointment was for 9 am.... I wait 1 hour until 10 and they never show up. Thats very unprofesional. Not even a note online

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to come here EVER. I came to this location for a drug test for a job. The owner was very rude the whole visit and I am a very nice person who avoids conflict at all costs. The instructions given were unclear and it was almost as if he wanted me to complete my urine drug test with the restroom door open. Very uncomfortable experience especially since he is an older man. Once I finished he actually threw my pee sample, that I had just given for the drug test, back inside the toilet and yelled at me for grabbing my belongings. Terrible experience.

I loved my experience here! Had to do glucose test for 2hrs ! I have basically no veins and they were able to find them 3 times for each test. No pain, no digging in to my arm etc. The nurses where so nice that the time flew. Super friendly, profesional and awesome prices for people without health insurance. 100% recommend!

I recommend this lab !! Family oriented facility. I enjoyed how I was treated like family and now another patient / number. The staff was very professional. She reassured me that they were legitimate and even went as far as FaceTiming me and sending me the direct link to their page so I could see they were real. I rarely feel compelled to post reviews, but our experience at Any Lab Test Now this morning was so good that I wanted to share. The staff was simply wonderful -- warm, kind, understanding, efficient. I brought in a very nervous patient, and the staff made her experience as pleasant as such a thing can ever be. They had her laughing and chatting, plus got us in and out right on time.

I scheduled an appointment for a grandparents dna test when I got there the only person who does it wasn’t available until Monday, the girl they have working there didn’t even care that we made a trip and took off work to get to this place, lucky for me this discouraged me from using there services and went elsewhere for the exam that actually goes to your home and only charged me 375 instead for the legal grandparents test that I can use for the social security administration. Definitely shop around don’t settle for Poor service.

I got my blood drawn by Eileen. She’s very friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home instead of treating you like another customer. The place is smaller than other labs and there is a 20 dollar fee you have to pay but i think it’s worth it since the wait isn’t long and you get treated very well

Oh my goodness. The service and speed and sheer kindness of the people who work here at this Any Lab Test Now was absolutely outstanding. Me and my father needed my blood test results asap for a medical issue and came here and the woman who took my blood called multiple people to make sure they would pick them up to test them that night. I had my results within 2 days when the place I had gone before told me it would be 2 weeks before they could have a result! I recommend this place for blood work very highly.

They never answer the phone. I have been calling for over 2 weeks. Made an appointment online for Saturday and when I show up they say they don’t do those labs on Saturday’s. So here I am now on a Monday they are supposed to be open at 9. It is 9:06 and still closed. Worst lab I’ve ever been to. You can’t even leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full.

We had appointments to do our lab work for 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:45 and stayed until 9:30 and no one showed up. Along with us there were several other persons waiting in their car. When you call the answering machine says enter code to pick up messages. I hope the manager / owner is aware they just lost $360 in lab work. We took time before work what a waste of time.BAD location!!! I have used other locations in other cities and never had these issues.AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been going for years and they are both professional and kind. You will feel comfortable and well cared for rather then a faceless number like at other labs. The variety of services are endless so you can be in control of your health!

First of all I gave it one star because I cannot move forward if I dont give it at least 1, I would give it 0 stars. I have so many negative things to say about this place, that I dont even know where to start. As soon as I walked in the door I wanted to walk back out. The person at the front desk was very unprofessional, its a place thats open on Saturdays but they cant do certain test on Saturdays (it would be nice to know before hand-and yes I did call in advance). So I returned on Monday and the person that was there was very friendly (thats all Im going to say about her). Now its been over the amount of days in which my results shouldve been back and the doctor still hasnt received anything. So I called the lab (the same man from the first day I went answered the phone) to make sure everything went out on time and the questions I was asked were insane. It seems there is no filing system in that place, I told him the date and time that I was there and he still couldnt find my information. He gave me a bad attitude and he didnt seem to have any type of customer service skills. Bottom Line is I would NEVER return to this place, I even called my doctors office and told them they should pay that place a visit before the refer people there, especially pregnant women. That man is just RUDE!!!!!!!!! Next time Ill drive the extra miles and go somewhere else.

I walked in there were 5 ppl and the 2 ladies(nurses) wereAMAZING,PERSONABLE,&EXTREMELY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I walked out in less than 10 minutes. The nurses were funny with great spirits an Amazing place to go for bloodwork.

I was refused service here on a Saturday for a celiac disease test claiming they dont do certain tests on Saturdays and the lady was very rude. Theres no indicator of this on their website and it even lets you book a celiac test appointment on Saturday. I had used a different Any Lab Test now in the past for a hepatic function test and it took far longer than expected to get the results. Other diagnostic companies may be slightly more expensive but its absolutely worth it. Im never using an Any Lab Test now again. I will gladly go to a competitor.

This place is very clean & well organized. The sweet lady that was working that day was very professional and kind. I got some bloodwork done and it was painless & quick. I would highly recommend this place!

Thank you for your patience as I am a difficult stick and am expecting.I was at Quest and the wait time was over an hour and I waited 10 minutes here.Clean facility and they are only letting 4 patients in at a time to follow social distancing regulations.

In Dec 2021 I took my father for Blood work in AnyLabTestNow in Kissimmee 1325 E.Vine street , i was charged on my credit card $385.00 Ms.Eileen was the one who preformed phlebotomy and charged my credit card ,while drawing the blood she was flirting with my father,im guessing looking for her sugar daddy ,but with my father is not happening ,sorry for Eileen. Never the less my father,my self or the doctor never received the results of the blood work,I complained to AnyLabTestNow coorporate the owner of the location Never called me back , which showed me that they are low life too as much as their employee ,the full power is giving to Eileen by the owner ,wich it shows me that place is so coorupted,both of them robbed me for my money for services I never got results for .I also did complain to BBB and I will complain to Florida Dept.of Health,Do NOT GO TO THIS LAB ,obviously they so coorupted.The Owner and the employee are Horrable poor services ,unprofessional.

I must say I love this place, I am able to finally take control of my health and monitor my numbers without the hassle of waiting hours at a physicians office.Efficient, friendly, clean and professional.

This location isn’t very professional they ask you up front what test you are interested in taking so the whole waiting room can hear . No privacy .Also when they ask you for a urine sample everything can hear it . No privacyI came rushing from work to get my test results ( 1hr traffic) and they are supposed to be open until 5pm but it was 4:45 and they were closed... needed come back tomorrow and try again..

Went in for routine bloodwork ordered by my doctor and was told that even though I have no co-pay with my insurance I had to pay $25 out of pocket for a blood draw fee. Needless to say I left and went to another company that doesnt try to add nonsense fees on to pad their own pockets.

After possibly finding my husband biological father we decided to use Any Lab Test Now for a paternity test. We used two locations. My husband was closer to Wesley Chapel and his alleged father was closer to Kissimmee. We ran into a hiccup and during that time owner, Eileen from the Kissimmee location, was AMAZING! She was so kind, reassuring, willing to go the extra mile, even called me after hours to give me an update. It was a complete day and night difference from dealing with the two locations because unfortunately Wesley Chapel’s manager was quite rude and short with me and basically wasn’t going to put forth any effort to help in this situation. My mom is diabetic and she went there for a lab; now 24hrs later, the facility called me saying that unfortunately they just received 1 sample of the 6 that they took yesterday.How this is possible!??? Now she have to come back again for another 6 more samples! Unbelievable!!

This place is so clean and the people are wonderful. I usually go to quest diagnostic and always have some issue with them. But this place is superb and I plan on coming back to only this place.

Terrible, the woman had to stick both arms several times to find a vein , I regularly donate blood and have never had this problem , now I cant even get my results.
