Heartfelt Obstetrics & Gynecology

My provider was Kendra. She was great and made the whole experience really comfortable, considering. She really took the time to talk me through what needed to be done. She answered all my questions and more. Is was quick yet still left me feeling like things are getting accomplished. Im not just getting referred or pushed around without any results.Thank you Kendra!

Dr Metz is the best! I love her charisma and personality. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes the time to listen and then addresses the issues. She truly cares. I love her and her staff.

Dr Rubinstein is not a good doctor for pregnancy. I initially called to book an appointment after getting a positive pregnancy test, but before that appointment I lost my baby. I went to the ER and they found I had a cyst on my ovary, so I went back to rubenstein to have it removed. Before we scheduled my surgery, I did get pregnant again (we were trying for a baby). She belittled me and made me feel wrong for having gotten pregnant. She only had interest in the cyst, did not care about me or my baby.The office canceled appointments on me last minute and scheduled me with people I dont know without telling me. I switched to midwife care and have 0 regrets. I do not recommend rubenstein at all.

I was really expecting more from this clinic, especially from Dr. Martin L. Meinig. I would never recommend him ever again! I waited 30 minutes to an hour for most of my appointments and during my appointment it was rushed. When it was 3 days before delivering my baby at my appointment he said Ill be giving birth probably this weekend or within the next couple of days. He said that he had his schedule completely clear but when I went into labor ( a couple hours before my due date ) he went on vacation. And wouldnt answer anyone and I was told he was gonna see me the day after my baby was born to check on me and he didnt show up or call. Every check up appointment we have gone to since he still isnt there. Definitely would not recommend him. Extremely disappointed in him. If you are looking to find an OB Id suggest not to pick him unless its your last resort. The nurses there are nice. Dr meinig was the worst I couldve had as a provider.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Metz. She was able to diagnose a bleeding issue I have suffered with for over 15 years. I saw so many doctors and suffered through innumerable diagnostic tests with no answer until Dr. Metz. She is not only brilliant, but warm, personable, and caring. I love her MA as well. We are so lucky to have Heartfelt in our community.

So far the staff has been absolutely wonderful! My family and I felt so welcome and taken care of.Its a much different feel from other offices Ive been in and Im excited to continue going to this office!

Well, I am a senior living on a limited income. Dr. Meinig treats me with respect in spite of my circumstances. His nurse is a compassionate lady and the office staff are always friendly. It is a pleasure to be a patient at the Heartfelt clinic.

Dr. Metz has an amazing bedside manner. She seems to truly care for her patients. I recently had a surgery and have had a great recovery so far! I would recommend her 100 times over!

From the moment I walked in here, I immediately felt welcome! The environment was very relaxing and they even have an awesome fish tank for you to watch while you wait. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor were absolutely amazing. The doctor I saw (Dr. Matlock) was so kind and sympathetic about our situation and made me feel heard and understood for the first time ever. I love that she didnt brush off any of my concerns and went out of her way to explain so much helpful information to me. She really took the time to get all the info she could about my past history to help me as best as she can. She is by far the best OB Ive ever had. I feel lucky to be a patient here and I just know my next pregnancy will be a lot less stressful now that Im being seen here! I would highly recommend Heartfelt to all my friends and family💕🙏

The clinic is fabulous and all of the staff are so helpful and nice. Kendra, whom I saw, was wonderful along with the other staff that was assisting me. Great people and office!

I have found the Dr. and the staff at HFO to be friendly, helpful, caring, and very competent. As I am 83 my problem has not been related to pregnancy, but to other feminine issues. I like Dr. Rubenstein quite well as a doctor, but she needs to develop just a bit more sense of humor about most everything. She is always so focused; its great that she is so serious about her work, but we all need a bit of humor to make life more reasonably acceptable. Especially since I dont think my problem is a life or death issue (just a nuisance), and even if it was, at my age, I really dont care. Bedside Manner means a great deal more than young people now days think it does.

Does not keep scheduled appointments. Constantly rescheduling. The provider didnt show for my birth. 0/0

When I came to Kendra Cundriff and asked for education she failed to provide me with what I needed because my insurance wont pay for it. She took away my choice and now Im paying a heavy price. They also missed an ectopic pregnancy a couple years ago and they keep making me try every kind of birth control they can think of instead of treating me properly. Im so over them. They used to provide good care but they havent provided me with any in years.

The staff here is supportive and helpful! I never feel rushed here. Dr Meinig is a great communicator and listens well to concerns. At 69 yrs of age, I felt at ease and have a greater understanding of why older women like me need continued annual checkups by gynecologists, including urinary concerns. I highly recommend Heartfelt as I feel seen as a whole person and not just a vagina!

We love Dr Metz and Heartfelt! She has been my doctor for a little over 9 years and I feel so safe and know I can trust her with my health and the health of all of my little ones.

I was so excited to have her as my OB through both my first and my current (second) pregnancy. She’s very open, discusses all the options and never makes you feel judged or pressured into anything. 10/10 recommend her for first or repeat time moms.

Everyone at Heartfelt has been extremely helpful, kind and compassionate. Dr. Metz spent a lot of time explaining my options for surgery and made sure I was able to ask all my questions. The surgery went well and I had lots of nurses looking after me.

Dr Metz is an amazing doctor! She takes the time to listen, she shows genuine compassion, and she goes above and beyond her patientscare. A doctor that truly cares!

Kendra was fantastic, I was able to ask her post-menopause/hysterectomy questions and get a much needed prescription. I feel better about my overall womens health issues. All the staff are awesome! Very welcoming and I dont have social anxiety when I go to appts here-which is rare.

Heartfelt has been very disappointing lately with the amount of cancelled and moved appointments. While I dont attend here, my daughter is a patient and has had more cancelled appointments from Heartfelt than actual appointments. If you value being able to see a doctor on a regular basis without change, I recommend somewhere else.

Dr. Meinig, a few other doctors Ive encountered at Heartfelt & the staff are always professional, friendly, kind and welcoming. Ive NEVER had a bad experience going there. Dr. Meinig has always answered any questions or concerns I might have and actually explains things well and gives excellent advice on how to move forward with my health. He is definitely the best doctor Ive had.

Very professional, caring staff. Dr. Laura Matlock makes you feel like her only patient. Im so glad I found this place. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My surgery went amazing. I was nervous and anxious. Those feelings dId not last long, everyone was so happy and nice to be around. Also, they care about you. The employees were just as nice as before I went in for surgery. They have a great team. I knew I was in great hands

Dr. Meinig has been my OBGYN since my first pregnancy in 2016. He was kind and supportive to me as a young first time mom. He put my anxieties to ease and had such a calming presence in such a hectic delivery room. He takes my worries personally and always makes sure to give me non-bias information to answer my questions. In 2019 during an 8 week scan we found out my third son no longer had a heartbeat. I had gone to that appointment alone and he made sure to wait in the room with me while I cried and processed the news. He was a truly comforting presence and I realize now how important those first moments were. He preformed my D&C and was tender with me and understanding of my pain. Fast forward to now, pregnant with my 5th and final baby, I still couldn’t be more grateful to have him as my OBGYN. He is kind, compassionate and personable. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes time to visit and talk about any concerns. It is not a sterile or clinical experience ever! And through all 5 of my pregnancies, he’s been amazing with making my husband feel included and important. He answers his questions and lets him be involved as much as possible in our deliveries. I wish he could be my PCP!!! I highly recommend Dr. Meinig and his practice to anyone looking for an amazing OBGYN. Highest praises!!!!

I trust Dr. Metz completely! She has delivered my two youngest, and got me through two surgeries, this last one being a laparoscopic hysterectomy. The time she took with me and the care I had before and during my surgery was amazing. I 💯 will recommend her. Thank you Dr. Metz

Ive been going to Heartfelt OB care for two babies. My first OB was so awful I was nervous to have to find a new one, but then I found Dr. Mining and his medical assistant Grace, Ive always felt like my concerns and needs have been met with respect and always taken seriously! The office is beautiful, and the girls up front are so nice and ingage in conversation while checking in and out! He was the most capable, kind and thoroughly professional doctor I’ve ever met. This man is exceptional. Also i had Dr. Metz perform my hysterectomy and she was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and yet kind as well. She surely knows her stuff. The staff is great and runs the office well. I also know that the docs take very good care of their valued employees. That speaks volumes. It is a clean, pleasant office with easy access and close to the hospital. You just can’t ask for more. Can recommend them enough.

The staff at heartfelt are all so kind! I never felt like a burden when I thought I had problems and wanted checked out or whenever I brought my younger kids along for appointments. I hit the jackpot when I found Heartfelt. Dr. Meinig is my all time favorite doctor. He helped my husband and I 6 years ago begin our fertility treatments. The office worked seamlessly with the fertility clinic in Eugene to make the process go smoothly and make me feel comfortable through every step of the journey. Then, I had two high risk pregnancies and received the best care from the Heartfelt team. Now, see Cheri Monteith; shes excellent, warm, friendly and always listens any issues or concerns you may have.

This ob is very young and very quiet if thats the ob your looking for then she will be your fit. I need a ob that actually makes me feel like they want to help deliver this baby! I havent even been asked my birth plan, and Im 8 months pregnant!

Dr Tanya Rubinstein did an excellent job of diagnosis for my wifes pain issue. We have spent over 16 years struggling with this problem. I cannot remember how many doctors have we have been through. Many of them were disinterested or wanted to run us through like a production line. Tanya listened to us, believed us, and did what was required to properly diagnose the problem. Unfortunately five stars is all I can give here. She deserves more. Thank you.

Just Brea Frost as my provider for a well woman exam and she actually did investigating that no OBGYN had done for me before leading to a PT referral! She listened and addressed it right away, very polite office staff and provider. The fishtank is a plus to look at!

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable health care facility. Kendra Cundiff is straight forward and no nonsense. She puts me at ease, answering all my questions and stays nice and calm.

Dr. Ariel is absolutely the best. She was the only doctor who would listen to my concerns and tried to help me as best as she could. I would recommend her to anyone. Shes amazing.Her husbands pretty cool too. He did two of my surgeries. 😂

Dr. Metz saved my sanity. She even hugged me when I started crying. Months of being thrown in different directions, jumping through too many hoops, hitting walls with other doctors. A 30 minute appointment with her and she had a plan and put it to action. I wish I would have been referred to her sooner.

Then, when I was diagnosed with cancer and the insurance company wanted to deny the special treatment, Dr. Metz went above and beyond to help me get the specialized treatment!!She didnt do it for money, she did it for me!! Im so blessed to have found this team to be on my side!

Kendra is very easy to talk to, which makes your visit much smoother. She explains things that are not always easy to talk about. I love going to her.

This place is amazing! All the doctors are compassionate and kind. They take the time to listen and are willing to help. As a Mom, most of the appointment was good but we had called ahead to see if they could do a urine test because Alicia’s bladder has been hurting and it burns her to urinate. Well before the nurses left they could have given Alicia a cup to pee but they didn’t. The PA didn’t come in right away so there was plenty of time to get it done. I understand that her body is recovering but through this whole experience she has not once complained about burning when she urinates and I can’t see where this is part of the healing process. Anyway overall everyone was very nice.CJ Smith

They have always taken care of me here at Heartfelt. I have been through some really tough issues, and they have always done their best to make sure they tackle the issue, and get the best help for me. The staff here are friendly, and very caring. I recommend Heartfelt.

Unfortunate mishaps during surgeries occur. I understand that , however a family member of mine underwent a procedure that was not urgent enough that it required an emergency surgery and this procedure was planned in adequate time. In this case, accurate planning was not done causing pain and suffering to my family member from Dr. Rubinstein and the assisting surgeon from her clinic. I do not recommend Dr. Rubinstein, as the care of her patient was not taken in high regard. She should have been able to plan a different approach and had the best possible outcome going into this surgery.Although I hear wonderful outcomes from other surgeons/gynecologists in the clinic, I do not recommend Rubinstein.

Dr. Meinig was very kind and patient while talking to me about my symtoms and what he would do during the exam. Then talked to me about what treatment he would put me on. He treated me like an equal human being rather than distancing himself like many Dr.s do. Thank you Dr. Meinig. Now all I have to do is learn how to correcrly pronounce your name.

This clinic provides more than Healthcare, they treat you as family. From all the upd/downs through TTC and now postpartum, I couldnt have better staff on my side. Dr. Meinig and Grace are the best!!

Went to Dr. Meinig for both my pregnancies and had the same team both times. Dr. Meinig was great himself, but all the nurses and cnas remembered me from the first time and made me feel at home. I loved that staff had remained basically the same after 3 years. It says a lot about the environment when theres such a low turnover. There was never a long wait time and it was always a clean and friendly environment. Another bonus was Dr. Metz being available when Dr. Meinig was not.

Very caring and professional. They give you time during your appointment, you dont feel rushed and answer any and all concerns to find whats best for your health.

I Absolutely love DR.Metz and her team! She has been my DR for 11 years now. Ive had other drs tell me that I need certain operations that I knew I did not need so I made an appt with Metz to reassure myself that I did not need it. I in fact do not need what they have told me! When in dought go see DR. Metz she is the absolutely best in this town when it comes to womens health! She will fix you and make you feel like yourself again!

Goes above and beyond for their patients, I received absolute amazing care while pregnant, and now amazing care postpartum. They truly care about your well being. I highly recommend Dr. Meinig and his staff.

As much as I love heartfelt and the staff. Even with everything Dr Metz has done for me during my difficult pregnancies. I can no longer give heartfelt a 5 star rating. One reason being the patient portal rarely if ever has updated information. A lot of what I see in mine is from 4-5 years ago. Unfortunately I have noticed care seems to have have gone down some since my first visit 7 years ago. Which really saddens me. I find myself more reserved when dealing with staff. I really miss seeing Dr. Metz, and instead for whatever reason they only schedule me with Cheri. I like Cheri but its not the same as dealing with Dr. Metz. As a result I find myself more likely to put off making appointments. This year I delayed making an appointment for a couple months.I have referred family and friends to the clinic over the years. I am sad to hear back that not everyone has received care like I had. I was so adamant that they would receive excellent care. Ive learned some have left or have transferred to a different provider. Wish I knew what was going on at at a place I used to love.

I’ve only had positive experiences with this office. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Dr. Rubinstein is a great listener and explains things in a way that is easily understood.

I would choose this group again and again for my OBGYN care. They have delivered all 4 of my babies and with care that is unheard of. Everyone from the providers, medical assistants, and front office staff are top notch. You couldn’t be in better hands. You will feel like part of the family when you’re there. I’m so thankful we chose them!

Seriously wouldnt been able to have either of my last two babies if it werent for Dr.Metz. She is the greatest doctor anyone could ever ask for. I recommend her 100%. She thankfully is willing to help me with anything that I need help with 🙂

I saw Ms Kendra Cundliff today for an annual check up. Her student, Christa was the one who completed my exam. Both women were knowledgeable and kind and I felt very comfortable with them both.

This institution pushes significant over utilization. We received bills from our insurance and various genetic testing agencies that we had no idea we agreed to. When you go to a doctor or physician, you want to assume that they are doing the standard of care but when we finally switched to another clinic, we found out that most of what was done was unnecessary and not directive in our care. Beware if you choose this clinic, follow up with your insurance BEFORE they order any tests to see if it is covered. Heartfelt will order anything and everything to be profitable while also making you feel guilty if you question or refuse a certain test or service. Very disappointed and disheartened from our experience here which left us with more debt than necessary.

I strongly recommend Dr. Meinig. He is knowledgeable but maybe more importantly, will put you at ease for this (lets face it) invasive and sometimes embarrassing appointment. I am more comfortable with him than any OBGYN Ive had, and that includes 2 female doctors.

Dr. Metz is awesome. She actually sits down and wants know what is going on in your life. She is always ensuring all parts of your health are being taken care of!

Dr Metz did two surgeries for me and was absolutely wonderful bedside manner was amazing made me feel way more at ease with the surgeries help me through the long road and just truly an amazing person absolutely love doctor Metz

I was referred to Heartfelt from the fertility specialist I’d been working with for two years. I came practically bouncing into their office that first time - finally pregnant after months of bloodwork and medicines and pillows under my hips. My very first encounter with them was not a joyous one however. These kind, but new to me, doctors had to inform me that I was miscarrying... but they handled the process with such incredible empathy and professionalism. And when I came back a year later, no longer filled with excitement and joy but terrified that my hope might again be dashed, every person in the place was attuned to and sensitive of that trepidation. My assigned doctor (Meinig) was running late so his partner (Metz) stepped in “You do not need to be sitting in her waiting in fear.” I left that day with extra ultrasound read outs with the phrase “It’s time to get excited” printed across them. And for the next nine months of what turned out to be a brutal pregnancy, whenever I would enter their offices afraid of a new symptom or feeling I was always met with empathy and understanding and endless patience. Dr. Meinig handled my anxiety like a pro. Never telling me too much but never leaving me in the dark either.Then when my life fell apart a couple years later and my body reacted accordingly, Dr. Meinig and staff again responded with empathy and understanding, guiding me in what would be best as I moved forward. I would (and do!!!) 150% recommend the staff of heartfelt to all humans with uteruses and whatnot.

Dr. Meinig has been helping me since 2009. Thank you for always putting my concerns at the top of the list and made sure I was okay! I beat cancer with his help. I had a son after being told I may never have another child. My life has been blessed due to your help! Thank you so much!

My provider was very sweet and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her care.

I am so tired of the current internet system of reviews and rating. First, you dont even have to have been a patient with a clinic to write a review (Health Grades, Google). No one is really verifying any of the information you read. Second, reviewers think that ignorance and slander are perfectly appropriate when it comes to reviewing medical practices. I abhor that media practice. Heartfelt holds the highest standard of care for OB/GYN practice in Klamath Falls. Please refrain from making definitive suggestions to the contrary as a lay person. We make medical recommendations, not insurance recommendations. If you want insurance companies to dictate care, good luck with said, standards.Finally, Our providers work very hard to take care of our patients, sacrificing holidays, weekends, family celebrations, etc. Sometimes we miss a delivery for the people we REALLY care for. Sometimes we are in surgery or doing deliveries when patients need an appointment on a certain date at a certain time with no other options. If you are so heartless to claim that we dont care because we are not available 24/7, 365, Shame on you. I am disgusted by the modern use of rating with Google, Health Grades, etc. They are Peerless and sometimes baseless. Shame on the internet companies for allowing bullying of healthcare providers on their sites especially when we feel we cannot defend ourselves. If you want the BEST OB/GYN care in Klamath Falls you should go to Heartfelt Clinic END-OF-Story.

What a great office; everyone is super pleasant. Dr. Ariel Metz and her assistant care about her patients.

Dr. Rubinstein is thorough and kind. She is someone a patient can give complete information to and she gives excellent advice. I strongly recommend her.

Belittled my wife in front of our daughter, because my wifes English isnt perfect. Then proceeded to talk about my wifes and other patients medical history in front of others. This left my wife without any trust in this practice and my daughter in tears. Ive worked in medicine for almost 20 yrs. A HIPAA complaint has been filed.

First thing I had a baby girl through heartfelt two years ago and Dr Metz was my doctor. She only attended 6 of my wifes appointments the rest were done by her assistant and also she told us when we first became her patient she said she would not be on vacation for the birth then she was and didnt even call to ask us how it went or how the baby was after no post birth appt never heard of that and now my wife has her as a doc again because she is the only female obgyn in town and she is ordering unnecessary thyroid tests and also she doesnt read her charts or talk to her on the phone or adress any of her concerns very condescending when you ask any question hands down the worst on I have ever seen in this town ever

I had a great appointment with Kendra Cundiff and highly recommend her to other women! I felt that she really listened to me and she made recommendations that I can use.

Dr Metz is a dynamic doctor, taking proactive steps to uncover the roots of patients ailments. Not common with other providers.

My thoughts and concerns were taken into consideration and a part of the planning for my visit. I felt supported, and I recommend this office to anyone wanting quality care.

I waited a month for my 1st appointment only to be turned away for arriving 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment time - due to having severe morning sickness & repeatedly getting sick on my way in. There was absolutely no one else in the lobby waiting to be seen - and my blood type is o- , so I’m in need of getting the rhogam shot or my body will create antibodies and attack the fetus… I found this very discerning that a prenatal care office would turn away a pregnant woman in this type of situation - in such a cold manner. I’ll most definitely be finding another office for my prenatal care.

I absolutely love Dr. Metz and Dr. Meinig! I couldnt imagine having anyone else delivery my babies. They delivered all 3 of our boys and I wont go anywhere else. The best of the best!
