Fast Aid Urgent Care - La Grange TX

I was not given the option to use the app or fill out the paper work (the app takes longer and I was given no assurance that the information I placed in there was secure). I have 2 children I brought in to be seen both under the age of 2, and they charged two separate fees even though they were seen at the same time. The wait time was unacceptable for how many patients were in the office. When the PA (not a doctor, although they will charge insurance as if he was) arrived he gave us no reassurance as to what my children have and gave us a diagnosis that I could have given. I could not believe that he would examine my 6 month for a maximum of 2 minutes and still charge me full price as if he gave him a real examination. I am very displeased with my service here and would not recommend. Overpriced and amateur for the service given.

Everyone was very pleasant and nice. The facility is clean and inviting. This was my first time there and I will definitely go back if needed and I would 100% recommend to others.

Being ill on an out-of-town trip is no fun, but I was lucky to find this clinic. I was seen and treated immediately upon my arrival and every person I encountered was kind, helpful and efficient.

My sister was kicked out before even getting to get tested for what the dr thought was wrong with her by the dr. she had to call twice for a drs note to be emailed to her, at the first call she was told by the dr that she should have gotten one when she was there (she got rushed out) and then it was never sent.have had great experiences in the past so extremely disappointed with this treatment. will not be going back and dont recommend to others.

We’ve seen Chelsea Jecmenek severaltimes. She has always been awesome! She listens and cares and takes great care of us. The staff is great too. We’ve always had a terrific experience at Fast Aid.

This was my first time going to Fast Aid and their name says it all. It is fast, thorough, clean and very kind. There was no wait and the forms to fill out were super easy and quick. I was shocked by how quick I was able to put my information in and then get called back right after submitting it online. Dr. Anthony answered my questions and I’m on the road to recovery. I will be using them for any future needs and recommend them to anyone.

My husband was directed to go the urgent care because he was not able to see a doctor at the VA at Lagrange. I am so glad we were able to visit the Fast Aid in LaGrande. The PA was professional, friendly, helpful and NICE. We were treated as if they had known us a long time. We will be going there again if and when we need to be see a doctor for my husband. Five star service. 🌟

The front desk lady was welcoming, the intake nurse was kind and patient with my 2 sick little ones, and the PA was kind, patient and detailed during the visit and about after care for the kids. He was accommodating when I called hours later to ask a question about med dosing.

They are always professional and thorough. Its clean. The providers are knowledgeable.

Thank you so much for always being able to see walk ins. With my familys hectic schedule, most of our needs come after hours or weekends. You are 10 times more reliable than the local clinic who can barely see us without canceling the day before a months-planned visit. With 4 young children who frequently get sick, your clinic allows us to get the help we need when we need it rather than waiting until an opening days later or being referred to the ER because our family doctor is too busy. I highly recommend this clinic, I have visited 3 times. The PA’s are very knowledgeable and explain everything in easy understandable terms. They are caring and really listen to any of my concerns. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I cannot always get into my doctor’s office for several days yet at this clinic I can walk-in and the wait time has never been more than 10 mins. which is nothing compared to my regular doctor appts.! The facility is nice and clean too. What a wonderful addition to our community.

I went to the La Grange facility for eye care. I waited maybe 5 minutes before they called me back to be seen. There was hardly any wait time to be seen by the PA in charge.I thought it was a pleasant experience. Professional, great bedside manners, felt comfortable all around.I have also brought in my children to the same facility to be seen and thought their visits went well also.We will be returning for any future needs.

The streamlined online registration process is simple and quick. The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Dr. Chelsea is professional, thorough and kind - I am very grateful to have this excellent care facility available in La Grange.

So glad I came here! I’ve had an ear infection since the end of Nov and I went to TWO other urgent cares. By the time I got here, I assumed the fix was more ear drops and antibiotics. Wrong, it took Chelsea two seconds to notice there was something stuck in my ear! I was in and out in no time and now my ear can actually begin to heal. Would have been so upset if I actually went to an ENT - so grateful for Chelsea and team!!

Just like the name says, Fast Aid. People were great and knowledgeable. Software used to register for my appt was a bit buggy on my phone, but the front desk person was able to help me work around it. I would definitely go there again, although I hope I dont need to.

I was able to get an appointment immediately. The wait in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. The PA listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. I felt heard and cared for. I was in and out of the office very quickly. This experience was very pleasant.

Front desk help was extremely rude to me. No understanding of scheduling or customer service what so everSave yourself some time and go elsewhere.

This was my first time going here. I have a 22 month old son who was sick. They refused to test for anything but the flu because it is what they had the highest rate of positives for here even tho I said I had just traveled 11 hours two days prior. We waited over an hour which didn’t bother me because I’m use to waiting at his normal peds. The dr came in, looked at his throat and said he had a throat infection but didn’t know what kind. That it could be strep or from him coughing so much but wanted him on antibiotics just in case it was strep. They tried to put him on an antibiotic that I had already stated twice that he was allergic to (entire body covers in rash). We ended up not picking up his meds because I got sick the next day with no sore throat. We still have no clue what he had (little brother & I both ended up with it). He was sick for 3-4 days then finally himself after almost a week. They didn’t offer any advice on what to do about him not eating or drinking to keep him hydrated. Or what type of meds/anything to use for him fever. Would not go back. Giving three stars bc I know they were busy but it’s frustrating when my child was overlooked. They put him on an antibiotic for something he didn’t even have?? That they easily could have tested to see if he did (strep test).

My experience was the best! From start to finish everyone was so nice and helpful. The only wait time I had was for my flu test which was positive. When you feel so horrible it’s nice to have a great place to go to that doesn’t make you feel even worse!THANK YOU !!

Super easy to book and fill out paperwork. Friendly front desk staff! Very clean facility. The Dr was very nice. He was very thorough and great bedside manners! Will definitely be back if we have another need for an urgent care visit !

Fantastic Urgent Care! Exactly what La Grange has been needing all this time. Staff was super nice and professional and quick. The Dr is amazing, he does his job and cares about his patients unlike some other drs around the area. Little to no wait time, I was seen and released within about 45 mins. I would highly urge anyone from the area to go directly to First Aid Urgent Care over St Marks any day. Like I said, this is the emergency care this town has been needing all along

Chelsea Jecmenek was AMAZING!!! Supporting staff were Fantastic! I had to have a huge cyst removed and her whole team got me in and out of there in 30mins. Their online appointment booking is on point. I walked in and was called back 3mins later and 27mins later I am walking out the front door. Thank you La Grange Team Urgent Care for being so caring, professional and efficient.

My visit to First Aid Urgent Care in La Grange was exactly the kind of experience you hope you’re going to have when you’re not feeling well. PA Chelsea was very empathetic, easy to talk to, and quickly determined the best course of action. One of the best medical visits ever. I highly recommend this location and PA Chelsea. .

I’ve been to FastAid Urgent Care more than a few times. The staff shows care and concern, they all seem knowledgeable and after getting the prescriptions, I get well.

I did all the paperwork online, went inside and the lady at the desk told me I could stay in my car if I wanted and they would come get me. There were several patients. The wait was about 30 minutes and the nurse came and got me. They were very nice and professional. And it only cost me my co-pay!

The Doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She has always made me smile. She diagnosed my issues quickly and gave me a path to recovery!

Ok. This was my 3rd time this year to go to Fast Aid in LG. Thank the Lord. When Dr Nolen passed I had no Dr for a while. Now that I have a new Dr., I still go to Fast Aid first. Why? Cause theyre fast. And they can x-ray my screwed up finger and limbs. I trust them enough to send my 82 yr old Dad to them. And they treated him great too

Fast Aid is open consistently. The receptionists are kind & helpful. The doctors listen and are genuinely interested in helping you feel better. Melina & Chelsea were awesome!

Absolutely astounded by the fantastic and quick service! The check in process was painless and we were able to sit in our car until it was time to be seen. From walking in the door to seeing the Dr. Might have been all of 5 minutes and this was during a peak weekend time. I could not brag anymore about how impressed I am. Normally this location is a breeze. Though no fault of their own today - the day after Christmas - was jam packed with sick patients. And not just in the waiting room. You have to consider all of the people waiting in their vehicles outside as well. There ought to be a visible waiting list for everyone to see. After two hours waiting, I left. Having extra physicians or PA’s on hand would have eased the wait time and efficiency as well.

10 yall were amazing. Please thank all the staff for being so professional and kind. For not having an appointment yall saw me quickly and everyone was so nice.

Urgent Care is the best place to go they got great personality for a great nurses and secretaries and doctors that will help you any way they can give you good treatment solve your sickness and have you feeling better the next day because we do not have a hospital in Fayette County nor emergency room so urgent care is a hospital and emergency room thank God for that love our urgent care love our doctors in Urgent Care and all the personnel have a blessed day

Such a relief to find this place! We just moved here & are having to find new Primary doctors. Thankfully when our child got sick we were able to get her in here, without a super long wait.Weve been here twice (once at 8am, and then again on a few days later at 7pm). We have been in and out within an hour both times!

I have not been to the Dr. In a very long time. Your staff made me feel very comfortable, and the Dr. Had a genuine smile that is always a plus. Everyone was super sweet.

I fell and hit my head. I was worried about hidden issues. Everyone at the facility were friendly, helpful and I was seen in a timely manner.

Took my son to see Chelsea because he couldnt get in to see regular DR. She diagnosed him immediately and called in antibiotics which were ready in 20 minutes. No waiting, friendly staff, very helpful with insurance paperwork! Highly recommend!

Love this location and Fast it’s a easy drive from where I stay at and the setting your appointment up is really easy to choose a time slot and when you check in the staff is always friendly even when they are busy I went in today and got seen at little as 5 min to the back and the PA on board was very friendly and quick and efficient with care and thank y’all for that , one of my kids have came to this location and we got the same excellent care with this location.

Grateful Fast Aid has not changed how they treat patients due to Covid. A PCP wont see you in person if youre sick, they want to do a telephone visit, because of course they can diagnose that way right? February 1st I tested positive for the Flu, which couldnt have been done with a telephone visit, and was still felling bad today, the 15th because I have a Sinus infection. I was given a steroid shot, that I couldnt have gotten over a telephone visit either! Also got prescriptions called in. Thank you Fast Aid for caring enough to see Patients in person, it is very much appreciated!!
