Every single person I’ve encountered at Conceptions has been incredible. I mainly visited the Lafayette clinic, but have been to nearly every clinic for various tests or procedures, and each clinic is great. Dr. Chiang is so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain each step of my care to me. I really appreciated how she never sugar coated anything, but still delivered information in a compassionate way. I truly felt like I was in great hands with her! The nurses I worked with the most were Alex and Jessica - both of them are incredibly helpful and thorough at explaining exactly what to expect in each step of the IVF process. I happened to have most of my ultrasounds with Gina, who is also great. She always made me feel at ease and has always been so kind. Truly, every person I’ve encountered has been phenomenal. While so excited to be able to “graduate” from Conceptions, my husband and I are so sad to leave the excellent care we have received here!

After over a decade of trial and error and dead ends. We finally landed at conceptions, and thank God we did. Dr Greene and his team were truly amazing. Always very positive and encouraging while also giving us the facts we needed to make informed decisions. I can honestly say out of every clinic and doctor that we met along this journey, conceptions stood apart from the rest. And Dr Greene always came with hope and positivity. I’m truly grateful that we went to conceptions and now we know the joy of parenthood with our beautiful 5 month old. It wasn’t easy and if you’re already on this journey you know the highs and lows but stick with it trust in God and surround yourself with the best people in the baby business. Btw our first transfer failed, don’t give up.

Last year, my husband and I went through our IVF journey with the team at Conceptions Reproductive. We were lucky enough to work with Dr. Greene and the medical staff at the location in Lafayette. The staff and nurses were kind and knowledgeable, helping us with everything from billing questions to questions about the procedures. I always felt cared for whenever I went in for an appointment and the individual care I received from my dedicated nurse was always top notch. Although IVF can be frought with concerns and stress, the whole team was always available to answer questions, phone calls, and emails which really helped to put us at ease through the whole process. My doctor was Dr. Greene and our experience with him was just the best. He always made us feel confident and comfortable about our decisions and took his time presenting all of our options in ways that we could understand. He impressed me with his knowledge of reproductive medicine and his dedication to staying on top of new research and studies. I felt that the tips he gave us with the latest cutting edge information really helped us get the best outcome possible. Now we are blessed with a healthy baby boy and the words in this review cannot begin to express the gratitude we feel towards the team and Dr. Greene at Conceptions Reproductive. My husband and I just welcomed our first IVF baby. We are so thankful for Dr. Greene and all the wonderful staff that helped us get our daughter. Its definitely a hard process but everything was explained well to us each time we went in and communication was great by portal or phone. Highly recommend coming here, and hopefully in the future we will continue to grow our family with conceptions.

It was devastating to struggle with secondary infertility after losing our first daughter at 33 weeks. Dr. Greene came highly recommended and we were so grateful to have the opportunity to work with him. He was deeply understanding of our grief and complex emotions surrounding our loss and trying to conceive again. The entire staff was so kind and caring which meant the world to us after enduring birth trauma and anxiety in clinical settings. We always felt comfortable and supported. Bailey, who helped with our IUI, felt more like a friend than a nurse! We are just starting the fertility journey, and really nervous and worried about it. I am working with my OB on some female issues Ive had most my adult life and so we decided to go ahead and have my husband tested to make sure we werent both having issues. They called my husband back with his test results and without asking any information about me at all, immediately made a big deal about the fact we had waited so long into our relationship to seek fertility treatment. Like we didnt already know its been a long time to keep trying and not have gotten pregnant already. Like I havent struggled everyday of our marriage to get pregnant. Even after telling them some of the issues I have they continued to point out the fact that weve gone on a very long time without getting pregnant or fertility treatment. They were not very compassionate at all with the concerns we did have, or that I am actively working with my dr on trying to get to where it is safe for me to try fertility treatments. For a clinic that is based on fertility, you would think there would be a little more compassion for those of us truly struggling with starting a family, no matter how far into a relationship we are.. I was not very impressed with the way the entire situation was handled.

This place is impossibly compassionate and the communication is incredible. after interviews with a bunch of different clinics, I chose to work with Dr Chiang, and I couldn’t be happier in my choice.The entire crew from Michelle at the front desk, to the blood draw helpers, portal communication with Aysha (who I’m pretty sure is a saint!) I feel super taken care of.

I just got off the phone with Brittany, one of the new patient receptionists and I had one of the most pleasant phone calls in a very long time. She was supportive, kind, genuine, and very helpful.I feel like I am in the best of hands, and excited to get the support I need.

Highly discourage women from working with this clinic. I have had my eggs frozen by two leading doctors, one of which is a leading expert in the freezing of eggs. In all, I have 32 frozen eggs which is phenomenal results. First I called to schedule a consultation with Dr Greene. I got on the calendar and just when I was about to hang up I mentioned I already had frozen eggs. The phone person then said she had to cancel the consultation because my egg freezing process had to be reviewed. Then I had to hound a woman to get a response on how I get the record to her. That probably took a week. Then it took me a month to get the data collected for them. They said they didn’t receive it when my previous doctor had it clearly documented it was mailed to them. So I finally get all the data - probably 6 weeks later. Two weeks after that my previous dr gets a call that RMA had requested my eggs transferred. I definitely don’t want that so tell them no. Then RMa tells me they still don’t have the egg freezing data. Took them 3 weeks for them to tell me that. Then they had the audacity to tell me my 32 eggs, frozen by 2 different drs, are not compatible with their unfreezing process. Keep in mind one of the drs that did that freezing is world renowned for defining the proper egg freezing process. So, three months in all passed! Waste of my time and effort. Meanwhile another Dr in town (CCRM) took my appointment within 3 weeks, had no concerns about my eggs nor needed data, generously spent an hour answering all my questions, and never charged me. On top of that CCRM’s staff and software interface are phenomenal. Shop around and find the right doctor for you that doesn’t have nefarious motives for making $ off you and has a well organized office. I highly suspect RMA is just scamming women to require them to do the egg freezing with them because it’s $16,000 a cycle = more revenue. But that is ethically not the correct thing to do - you want to use the youngest eggs you can for genetic reasons. Shop around - It is worth it when you are talking $ investment and your family’s future.

We welcomed our baby boy in January because of the amazing job of the embryology department and medication protocols at Conceptions.Dr. Greene was very thorough and answered questions via email outside of appointment times.

**CAUTION TO ANYONE CONSIDERING GOING HERE** This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. One star is not even adequate to describe this medical office. I am posting this review 6 months later after our initial consult. The consult was a whirlwind of information thrown at us being moved from room to room and being asked to sign documents with very little time spent explaining what was being recommended and why. There was no discussion of financial responsibility and what insurance would or would not cover, though we had submitted a mountain of paperwork prior to the appointment. We were forced into performing a slew of tests THAT DAY which we followed based on the recommendations of the medical professionals. Mind you, we were not even experiencing infertility just wanted to gather information about the process should we ever need to go down the IVF route. Then what followed was a series of bills over the next several months that amounted to >$21,000 out of pocket. I have spent the last 6 months fighting with this medical office and insurance companies about these tests that in reality, given our situation, were completely unnecessary. Then when I brought up our concerns about the lack of explanation and hurry to pursue all of these tests on day one, I was told you signed on the dotted line. We did NOT know what we were signing for or agreeing to. We were completely scammed by the doctors and nurses who apparently just recommend the same plan for anyone that walks through their office, regardless of what stage of the journey they are at to make as much money as they possibly can. The nurse manager Sarah and office manager Glenn lack any sort of empathy or compassion and did NOTHING to help with our situation, despite voicing how upset we were. And these are the highest people up in the organization??? In fact they refuse to even return my calls or emails after trying to contact them upwards of 15 times. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It is sickening how they operate and the lack of care about their patients. It is a money making operation and I would go to great lengths to avoid this clinic and find a medical team who is actually in it for the good of their patients.

This place has questionable charging practices. After paying for a fertility test at the counter during my visit, I was told I would get a call in a week with the test results. What they did NOT tell me is that they were going to charge me an additional $50 for the phone call itself. They gave me no other option for getting my test results. It allowed them to upcharge me after the test was done. I would not recommend this place.

The process to get through to anyone is horrific, you literally wait for 10+ minutes and still dont get through. One person finally picked up and said You have to hold I have another person ahead of you then proceeded to hang up the phone I would never use them due to the fiasco in trying to even reach a human. They will have someone call you back from NJ or CA it feels like a call center and you are simply a number.

Ill start by saying that if youre struggling with infertility, I am so sorry, and it is definitely the hardest road to walk. My husband and went for five years, trying to conceive, utilizing science such as IUIs, medications, and various homeopathic interventions. Nothing resulted in a live birth. We decided it was time to give IVF a try. Looking at the cost was pretty intimidating as we were just coming from a season of unemployment.Thats when I found Conceptions. They have their prices listed online for insurance and self-pay and I really liked the transparency of that. We met with Dr. Greene a few months later, and he greeted us with so much compassion and knowledge. Immediately, he had some theories about our infertility and was excited to jump in and help. After hearing no so many times, it was wonderful to have hope that we could figure out a solution.Fast forward a year and a half, I am now holding my baby boy in my arms! A miracle I thought may never happen. Dr. Greene and his staff were so patient, so kind, and so willing to go above and beyond for us. His expertise is why we have a baby today.If I can give you any advice through this process, here it is:1. It is truly a marathon, not a sprint. Different test results may delay the next step. There is often a reason for infertility, and it will take time to address the issue first. Add a few months to your timetable.2. Trust the doctor! It is so easy to question everything, but Ill encourage you to trust Dr. Greenes methods. He has been doing this for so long and he really has your fertility in his scope.3. Research the various programs available for helping fund IVF and the medications. Youll need $16,000-$25,000 depending on your individual case. There are so many organizations out there who offer discounts, including a multiple egg retrieval discount.Theres more I could share, but Im already too wordy. Wishing you baby dust and extra measures of grace as you continue this journey.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Greene and the team at Conceptions Lafayette. Came to IVF because husband had vasectomy of 12 years and the reversal didnt work. I started the process as a healthy 39 yo and am now 10 weeks pregnant with our one and only healthy embryo. All the appointments, time, and shots were worth it. Trust the process, do what your told, and dont stress. And choose Conceptions!

Conceptions has been absolutely wonderful to work with during our trying times. I always felt like they cared about me and my husband and our success. Not once did I feel like just a number or statistic. I had a lot of anxiety and they were very good about keeping me informed and teaching me a lot about the process and how my body works, which was really cool. They were very patient with my anxiety and did everything they could to help me be comfortable when I had to have three surgeries within six months.I mostly worked with Dr. Chiang and saw Dr. Greene for a surgery. Both of them were absolutely delightful. I loved that Dr. Chiang kept me really involved in my own treatment and I always felt like I could help make decisions with her expert guidance. Dr. Greene is a super expert at polypectomy and I had no complications after the surgery. Pam is an absolutely amazing ultrasound tech who helped me actually not mind all the ultrasounds that were required. Every nurse I worked with was wonderful and so helpful.Everyone from the doctors to nurses, reception, ultrasound techs, lab techs, embryologists, and billing were great to work with. I felt that they used the most up date research in our treatment which helped us become one of their success stories! We definitely plan to use Conceptions for any future pregnancies. The best in the state and the nation!I am so looking forward to being able to share our baby photos with them when she arrives!

My husband and I worked with Dr Greene and had a wonderful experience. Dr Greene was very supportive and helped guide us through the entire IVF process. The staff was always available to answer questions and provide support the entire way. With the help of the team at Conceptions, we welcomed a healthy baby girl and could not be happier.

Cant recommend this team enough. I have been with these amazing folks for 2 years now at least and they are amazing. Organized, thoughtful, funny, and always hopeful which was really key for me. I loved all my nurses, the scheduling staff, the embryologists, and Dr. Greene is like the head cheerleader - such an optimistic and kind hearted guy. I felt taken care of from start to finish through some hard times. Cant wait to introduce my little one to the amazing folks who helped make it happen. Loving your team through the fertility process is so key, and I lucked out!

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. We did everything we could to avoid going to a fertility clinic. Our biggest regret of this journey was not going to Conceptions sooner! If you are looking for answers with a team of wonderful people then look no further than Conceptions. Dr. Greene gave us the hope we needed! He was extremely knowledgeable and honored our feelings. We werent just another patient. Every single person who interacted with us during this journey showed compassion and kindness. We feel extremely grateful to every single staff member!

Forever thankful for Dr. Greene and the team of nursing, embryologists, and all other staff involved to support our dream of creating a healthy family. We choose IVF due to a genetic disease and we were gifted with 2 healthy boys! We would fly back to CO for all needed Dr. Apts when we were relocated out of state. When we’re ready to add more little ones we will definitely be back!

We met with Dr Greene after a recommendation of our Ob for secondary infertility. Due to COVID, we started with a virtual visit but Dr Greene’s genuine nature, compassion and expertise was easy to see right away. I am in the medical field but my husband is not, and he explained things to both of us so we could understand fully. He offered his email and responded to questions we had after this initial meeting and throughout our time with Conceptions. We started with one IUI even though the chances of it working were low, and then moved on to IVF. I was lucky to have him on my egg retrieval day and although I have DOR and only 7 eggs were retrieved, Dr. Greene was so positive and reassuring with the results. We ended up with 2 normal embryos and underwent a successful frozen embryo transfer in December with him.The week leading up to transfer there was concern with my lining and a decision needed to be made of continuing or switching to ERA. I was unsure what to do and my nurse, Kristine, called and talked to me about the options and was so calming as I was crying on the phone. We also emailed Dr Greene and he immediately set up a televisit that morning to help guide us to a decision. They were able to squeeze me in for a repeat ultrasound the next morning to make the decision. The compassion and care they took in those moments speaks to the care you will get at Conceptions. You are not just another number. The nurses and doctor want to see each of us succeed. Needless to say, my experience was only positive with Conceptions and I recommend them to all my friends who are in need of fertility services.The front desk staff to nurses and Dr Greene are supportive, amazing and kind. Throughout my time, my nurses were Lindsay, Megan and Kristine- they always respond within the day but usually within an hour or two of my emails and were always available to call with additional information. Infertility is a terrible situation and IVF is an emotional roller coaster but having a supportive team is crucial.

We moved from CCRM (1 star) to Conceptions (4 star) and were really happy we did. CCRM was a private equity-owned IVF factory. CCRM waited months into the process to let us know the costs. Not only were Conceptions prices lower than CCRM, but Conceptions was really clear from day 1 about costs.All of these clinics take on more clients than they should. But, Conceptions offered much more personalized service than CCRM. I feel like everyone knew my name and cared about my success. The embryologists, doctors and nurses were all excellent. They are very LGBTQ friendly.The only thing that prevents 5 stars is that they take on too many clients, so it can take 2+ months to get an appointment with the doctor or to have the next procedure you need. In the meantime, youre only getting older. Relatedly, I also felt like nobody explained to me that your first IVF often needs to be followed by an immediate second round within the same cycle to be successful. If you wait to get advice from the doctor, it is too late to take advantage of doing two IVF retrievals in one cycle. By the time I realized this was an option it was a real rush to get my insurance to approve the second cycle in time. But, Im glad I did because the second round was the charm. I kind of had to ask a lot of questions and be my own advocate. I think this relates back to them being distracted by too many clients.

I love conceptions! Dr. Greene and all of the nurses are amazing! I successfully got pregnant at Conceptions with my first and now I am back again to get pregnant with my second. The staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and always respond in a very timely manner. I love that I have Dr. Greenes email and my nurses email so I can always ask any question that pop up. Conceptions does an amazing job at communicating and treating you like an individual. Going through infertility is stressful and scary, but Conceptions does a great job at making you feel heard and comfortable.

My husband and I have used Conceptions twice over the years. Dr. Greene helped us conceive our daughter in 2017 through IUI. We came back at the end of 2019 to start trying for our second. It was definitely more of a struggle this time, but Dr. Greene was amazing throughout the entire process. After a surgery, failed IUIs, and medication, we moved onto IVF. We are unbelievably excited to say that we were successful with our first transfer! Dr. Greene, his staff, and all the outstanding nurses have gone above and beyond to help give us our family and we are forever grateful!

We are extremely happy with the care the entire team at Conceptions has provided us in supporting our growing family. Weve been through several rounds of IVF and each time the FET nurses, embryologists, office staff and Dr Greene have treated us like their own family. The visits are personable, never uncomfortable and certainly not pushy to do something you dont believe in. Dealing with infertility is difficult enough emotionally and mentally and can be a huge stressor on your marriage and family life. Conceptions helps to determine your options and whats best for your family. If you have any doubt that your difficulty in conceiving is remotely due to some type of infertility issue I highly recommend scheduling a visit with Conceptions and Dr Robert Greene.

Working with Dr. Greene was a great experience! We had switched from another clinic after a couple of unsatisfactory rounds of IVF. Dr. Greenes approach and protocol just makes sense, he explains things well and was very respectful to our decisions and considerate of our feelings. Just as everywhere is experiencing right now (End of 2021 and into 2022) they had some turnover and personnel changes in their nursing team and the support we have had the last few months from the nursing staff was disappointing. Luckily, we have done this (FET) before so knew the questions to ask, medications & procedures to request, etc. You truly need to do your own research and be your own advocate along this journey! Dr. Greene was always within email reach and willing to hop on a call whenever we needed him! He has given us our miracle pregnancy and we will be calling him up again when we are ready for our next! Good luck to all who are going down this path, youve got this and you are not alone.

Absolute phenomenal care! We used Conceptions for testing, IUIs and one round of IVF. Throughout our journey, the team was warm, caring, informative, and prompt. They treat you as if you are family and the support they give is immeasurable. We had our first IVF baby in February of 2022. We are currently starting our next round of IVF for baby #2! I recommend Conceptions (Dr Greene, especially) to everyone I know going through infertility. Their stats on successful live birth pregnancies are the best, which is why we chose them. We are so thankful for everything they have done for us and consider Dr Greene and his team part of our family.

We had a wonderful experience with Conceptions. After 2 years of infertility and 2 failed IUIs at another clinic, we found ourselves at Conceptions with Dr. Greene and we immediately felt like we were in the most experienced and caring hands from our first meeting.Dr. Greene is the best. He is data driven and provides explanations for everything along the way and never made us feel like a burden with our many questions and concerns. He is also one of the kindest and happiest doctors Ive had the pleasure of working with. He encouraged us at every turn from our 3rd IUI, 2 rounds of IVF and 1 FET.The nursing team (shoutout to Lindsay and Tasha!), sonographers (Sonya!), phlebotomists, billing (Nichole and Renee!), front desk and embryologists are also incredible. They are genuine, knowledgable and responsive. The nurses helped me in a pinch when my medication didnt arrive on time and saved the day (and the whole cycle!).In addition, Conceptions consistently has the highest success rates in the state and the country. We felt truly blessed to be in their care during such a difficult time of our lives. Thank you so much to every single person at Conceptions for guiding us to our beautiful baby girl.

I did not have the same experience as Mr. Hagen. Dr. Bush was extremely professional and knowledgeable during our treatment at Conceptions. He was very thorough and explained my diagnosis in detail. He offered me two options, and allowed me time to confer with my husband before selecting. The staff was unbelievably supportive. He was compassionate during all of my procedures, and I was able to go through the process with very positive experiences. Thanks to him we were able to conceive! I would recommend him to any other woman seeking infertility treatment.

When we came to see Dr. Greene we had no idea that we would need more advanced fertility treatments. As a lesbian couple, there were only so many failed home IUIs we endured before we sought help. Dr. Greene helped put everything in perspective and guided us to the treatment we would realistically need. He and his whole team compassionately cared for us through two rounds of IVF and two babies! We are forever grateful for our family that was made possible here.

Every single person we worked with - from admin staff, to our nurses, to the ultra sound techs/sonographers, to the doctors themselves - has been amazing. They are so supportive and communicative which for a process like this makes all the difference. This was our second clinic so I can say that this experience was not at all universal. At Conceptions, we feel completely taken care of. IVF is no joke but the conceptions team makes everything manageable. Theyve been realistic and honest with us but also keep the hope alive! We love them!

Our first physician at Conceptions was not a good fit. After switching to Dr. Chiang our experience was wonderful. Dr. Chiang is realistic but also positive and reassuring. She treated us like actual humans and not like we were just a number. All of the nurses and the nurse practitioner at Rose location are wonderful. Very responsive, always responding within the hour with any questions submitted and also compassionate.

The whole clinic is so friendly and positive!! If you have to go though a fertility clinic to get pregnant, these are your people. My wife and I felt heard and welcomed from day 1. Our nurse was amazing at always answering our questions (small or big) and I could feel her excitement when she got to share the good news with us. Well be back for baby #2!

There are really no words to express how wonderful Conceptions was during our entire IVF/transfer process. Going into this, we were pretty overwhelmed by all of the information (to say the least) and every single person on the staff from the receptionist to our RE was absolutely wonderful and put our mind at ease as much as possible.I just graduated from the clinic after 2 rounds of IVF and a successful first FET, and it was actually a little bittersweet! I NEVER thought I would say that, but these people become very close to your heart during this process. We have two embryos on ice, and it will be so comforting to know that we will be going back to such a wonderful crew when the time is right.

Dr. Chiang and her team are incredible. We have been going to conceptions for 1 year and we were always treated well. She explained our options clearly and was always informative. We are so grateful for Conceptions helping us grow our family.

First of all i dont think 5 stars is enough, this office has some of the kindest and friendliest Drs, nurses and front desk staff i have ever had the pleasures of dealing with. From the first day I met Dr. Greene we felt welcomed and important. Not only from him, but from the entire team at Conceptions. Right away I felt like I was in the best hands possible for this trying time in life. They immediately built a trusting relationship with us, and because of never having to doubt their recommendations, we were able to move through the difficult process with a little more peace of mind.As a stickler for good communication, I have to say the communication and organizational skills are top notch at this clinic. I am so impressed with the behind the scenes cross-team collaboration that must take place because everyone, from reception to doctors, to nurses, to physician assistants, they all knew what was going on with me at any given time, and I can only assume the same for every patient. I never had to repeat my story, or give an update where I was in my process, everyone just knew.All the nurses (who you will work closely with) always had answers to my questions, explained what was happening and why, and never made me feel like I was bothering them or asking dumb questions.If you are reading this, you probably received difficult news and are facing what seems like an impossible road ahead of you, and I assure you, this is the team you want on your side.

Ive been with Conceptions for over a year now. Dr Chiang, the nurses and staff are all amazing! I was primarily at the Lafayette office and always had a great experience. I really cant recommend them all enough.

Fertility can be difficult- so many details, procedures, and emotions. Dr. Greene, Cori, Tasha and the entire staff held our hands and guided my husband and I through this process with care explaining every single step. When things went great they celebrated with us and when we hit speed bumps they genuinely mourned with us and helped keep us going. Our son Leo was born on March 3, 2021... thank you Conceptions for making our dream come true!

The people at this clinic are the kindest most wonderful and helpful people. Especially the front desk. I appreciate all of the help and understanding as I navigate offsite monitoring.

I strongly recommend visiting Conceptions if you are having a difficult time conceiving! The nurses at Lafayette were absolutely outstanding! Being told you need to see a fertility specialist is extremely overwhelming. As a woman, were meant to conceive and carry children but that doesnt mean everyone achieve that naturally. After visiting with Dr. Chiang and going through my initial testing to rule out problems, I was diagnosed with PCOS and I wasnt ovulating on my own. She recommended proceeding with an IUI and I was so grateful she didnt jump straight to IVF. This made me feel like she wasnt just trying to get us to pay thousands of dollars for something that wasnt truly necessary for our diagnosis. I am a little over 10 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby after an ectopic pregnancy and my husband and I couldnt be happier or more grateful for the help of Conceptions.Thank you!

FIDGET SPINNER!!! Very Dissatisfying. My wife and I arrived for a consultation after extensive blood work and testing. After waiting more than 20 minutes past our appointment time, and directly on the heels of another couple, we were seen by Dr. Green. Needless to say he had no time to prepare for our consultation whereas the seat was still warm from the previous family. The entire time we were discussing results and possibilities Dr Green kept himself entertained with a fidget spinner. Let that sink in, we are talking about infertility struggles and trying to start a family, and the Doctor is playing with a fidget spinner!!! Maybe try giving your patients your full attention next time. I’ve never seen something so unprofessional in my life. Shame

There are no words to express our gratitude and appreciation for the entire team at Conceptions. We were completely blown away by the thoughtful way the IVF and IUI processes was explained to us, the caring phlebotomists, the extremely empathetic and available nurses, the lack of judgement, and the abundance of hope. I would recommend Conceptions to anyone dealing with fertility issues or even just interested in testing to see if there are issues to begin with.

This was the second clinic we tried after 18 months of infertility. The doctors and nurses are compassionate and knowledgable. We underwent IVF and are now pregnant with a healthy baby boy after our first transfer.

Weve had the most amazing experience here. I started with an OB in Boulder after hubby and I tried for 14 months on our own. My OB office visit ($230), ordered an HSG ($1900), bloodwork ($1100). Had I started at conceptions my services would have been less than 25% of these costs. They are so quick to get you answers. Amanda is just the most amazing, patient LP, she really explained all our options in detail and never pushed us to do more expensive things. Sonja the ultrasound tech is very friendly, she makes you very comfortable and always has a smile on her face. Calisse, the nurse, is fantastic. Shes so responsive and excited to help you. The only product they recommended was a vitamin supplement for my husband and it made sense, and frankly worked because his sperm count increased 50%. Absolutely wonderful place that will take good care of you, help you start a family and do its best to not break your bank.

Dr Green has been amazing to my husband and I through our journey to get pregnant. He has always been upfront and honest to us and has never lead us astray with cost or anything. We are thankful to him for everything he is doing to help me get pregnant

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish, Dr. Greene is great along with the entire staff. Thanks to them we got pregnant on the first try with IVF. I’m forever grateful . Thank you Dr. Greene and staff!

We were really disappointed with our experience at Conceptions Reproductive. It wasnt the result of the procedure that bothered us but rather the attitude of Dr. Bush. He spent more time talking about his accomplishments than he did listening to us and discussing our situation.Going through infertility is extremely difficult and I was really bothered by how insensitive he seemed to our situation and our struggles. I would not recommend Conceptions Reproductive to our friends and family that are going through infertility issues.

Dr Greene is very knowledgeable in the IVF process and knows how to explain everything so you can better understand every step of the way. I am excited to see what our future steps will bring us!

I strongly recommend this clinic. Although there was a couple of missteps by staff and the process is very long it was well worth it. Our one embryo worked thanks to the cutting edge technology that they use and the doctors knowledge. I would strongly recommend this clinic but just know that it is a very long process

I sadly would not recommend Conceptions to our family & friends. We had a good experience our first time when we had our first kiddo, but this time (4 years later) has been very different. Communication has been flat out horrible. No one knows, or tells you, what is going on. They neglected to tell us the process for certain tests. They didnt post our test results without me calling them & requesting. Be prepared to waste 3 months & countless money to have the same bloodwork done 3 times(without anyone able to give you an explanation, even when you have been through a successful process with them & with no substantial issues, or changes to the initial blood work..at least not that they shared) & meet multiple times with the doctor, before starting any treatment. Their process seems very much to be a money making scheme(why on earth would I do blood work 3 times, or need to meet with a doctor a second time, if there are no changes, or issues that would substantially change the process I thought we were all on board with?) that is not geared toward individuality. They also billed my insurance twice for everything they did so far. I asked to speak with a manager in hope of sorting out the situation to figure out where we apparently missed some important information & have yet to get a call. Really, really disappointed. I would save yourself the confusion & frustration and try somewhere else. At this point my husband & I arent even sure what to do as we are so confused due to lack of communication.

Dr Chiang and her staff are truly amazing! Theyve made me feel so comfortable and at home while in their office and through testing. Highly recommend!

The entire staff worked so hard and cheered us on the entire process. They gave us hope that turned into a successful pregnancy and I could never thank this group enough for the future they helped my family achieve!

Have been trying to get a new patient consultation appointment scheduled for a month, leaving vm’s for “new patient appointment specialist” and no return call to schedule.

My wife and I had a really terrible experience here and will be not be returning. We found Amanda to be condescending, unhelpful and rude. Dr Greene also. Its especially terrible considering how much we spent at this place.

I found them to be extremely unprofessional and rude. The doctors did not seem knowledgeable to me. The nurses seemed too busy to help with my concerns. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Had our heart set on going to Dr.Bush , Husband works out of town, had a family death, and I was sick once and we had to cancel 3 times but when we finally had a few dates we could be seen the manager told me we couldnt be seen anymore so if you work a busy unsure schedule they will not work with you there policy is 3 cancellations no matter what your reasoning is.

Exceptional experience if you have to go through it…. Dr. Greene was wonderful and our family is now complete!

Very unprofessional. Laughed at us when we thought we were miscarrying. 2 days later we found out we are miscarrying.

The staff was very helpful always and the process was not stressful.
