Dr. Rosencrantz and his team are truly wonderful. He is very thorough with all of the information he provides and does so in a manner as to not be overwhelming. He takes the journey with you and no matter how many times you may want to jump ahead, he makes the current part of the journey the only concern. My husband and I cannot thank him and his team enough for the truly amazing experience we had. We are blessed and forever thankful. We had a great experience with Dr. Rosencrantz. He gave us all the information to make the decision that was best for us. There was no pressure to move to ivf, even when the probability was low for iui we didnt move on until we felt comfortable. Not every cycle will be successful but he did everything he could to mitigate the risk. Also, him and his staff have great bedside manner. Lorena in particular is fantastic at building you up when you need hope.I would say before getting fertility help anywhere having realistic expectations is key. Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff arent magicians but they do know their science and how to help you get pregnant. We couldnt be more grateful for all theyve done for us.

My husband and I started our fertility journey with Dr. Rosencrantz, which started with a Zoom consult one February evening. We knew immediately that we were going to be in good hands, and WOW, was I right! My husband and I both work in healthcare and have very busy schedules. The fact that Dr. Rosencrantz offers early morning appointment for working individuals, like ourselves was extremely impressive and is a true testament to how much he cares about his patients.Dr. Rosencrantz and his team made this process as easy as it could have been for us. After being devastated about my diagnosis (diminished ovarian reserve), I was always treated with absolute respect, professionalism and compassion. By the end of my fertility journey, I was actually sad to be graduating from this IVF clinic, as all of the nurses and staff began to feel like family to me (special shout out to Lorena, Rachel and Anne!). I have always been intimidated by being treated by male doctors, but this experience has completely changed my mind.Infertility treatment can be an extremely costly undertaking, but I found that the services provided to me were very fairly priced, especially for the quality of the treatment I received. Lauren was amazing with explaining very thoroughly how much different treatments were going to cost in advance, and there were many payment options for cash-paying patients, like myself.My husband and I underwent two egg retrievals back to back in April/May of 2023 and were absolutely floored by our results. We ended up with 8 healthy embryos from this process, which is a huge success given my condition. Dr. Rosencrantz is seriously a miracle worker! I truly believe I would not have obtained these results under the care of a different physician.After a few other treatments in the summer of 2023, I had my first, successful IVF transfer in August of 2023 and will be expecting my first baby boy at the end of April. My husband and I are forever grateful to Dr. Rosencrantz and his team, and I could not recommend this fertility clinic more. I have already referred many of my friends and acquaintances to Dr. Rosencrantz, as I have full confidence that they too will have major success under his care.Infertility sucks, but there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. Fertility is a tough topic to tackle. Like many struggling couples, my husband and I asked around for recommendations and did our research into each doctor we considered. A lot of our friends actually referred us over to Rosencrantz. I don’t think I need to go into his credentials and professional experiences - check out his website.What I do want to talk about though is our experience with him and his team - amazing. They were extremely thorough with explanations and provided prompt responses. All the different medications, procedures, surgeries, etc. was extremely overwhelming, but they made sure to make everything understandable. One thing most couples feel during fertility treatments is anxiety, especially during the waiting game. He and his team held our hand throughout the whole process with utmost patience. We really appreciated them.Something else to note is that it never felt like Dr. Rosencrantz was trying to gauge us for money. He was honest with his assessments and opinions that we received from other providers. It didn’t feel like he was trying to make us run any tests or undergo any procedures that were not necessary. It’s already so hard dealing with fertility issues, financial costs, and everything else. It was comforting to be in the hands of a doctor and team, who genuinely made us feel like they were always looking out for our best interest.After becoming successfully pregnant, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Rosencrantz and his team. I hope I won’t have to struggle with fertility in the future anymore, but if there is anyone looking for a doctor and team for fertility, I highly recommend going to them!

Dr. Rosencrantz is a wonderful doctor with tons ofKnowledge, an honest approach, and so kind. His staff always made me feel like the only patient they had. I even moved my embryos to follow Dr Rosencrantz wherever he went, he is the onlyPerson that has done my two successful transfers and given me the family of my wildest dreams. He always gave me honest answers and steered me in the direction to give me the most successful possible outcome. He sees you at every visit, his nurses are top notch and very knowledgeable. His consultation and services are worth every penny.

Going through a journey like IVF can be extremely challenging, its emotionally draining and mentally and physically exhausting. It was important to my husband and I from the start that we begin the journey with a team that we not only trusted, but felt extremely comfortable with. Not only is Dr. Rosencrantz an amazing doctor and insanely good at what he does, but he also surrounds himself with an A+ team. I honestly dont think I could have gone through the ups and downs of this journey (especially the downs), if it werent for the compassion and genuine care of him and his team. His nurses genuinely care and you can feel that in every visit. We were able to get pregnant on our first try (first IVF cycle, retrieval and embryo transfer). Dr. Rosencrantz recommended I had a few procedures done first and was also very picky with certain things and looking back Im so happy he took the harder and longer road in order to ensure success in the end. We saw him at every visit and we never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. I honestly couldnt have asked for a more positive experience.

Dr. Rosencrantz is everything you want/need in a reproductive endocrinologist. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. He takes accountability always—and advocates for his patients.Dr. Rosencrantz is the most down-to-earth physician. I remember the first time I called his private practice—on a weekend—and HE answered the phone and chatted with me (I had been a patient years earlier prior to his practice opening). He is approachable and is a great communicator—I would recommend he and his squad to anyone.Through intuition—and clinical testing—he was able to determine my Endometriosis diagnosis (missed by my previous clinic!). I trust him and his team with our family, and you should, too.

Dr. Rosencrantz was first our fertility doctor 5 1/2 years ago. We had success with our first embryo transfer! I fell pregnant spontaneously 5 months postpartum with our second son. Then we returned back to Dr. Rosencrantz at his new practice, last year for help to grow our family and had another successful embryo transfer. Our daughter is now 6 months old. I’ve referred both my cousin and a friend, who have also had success.Infertility is hard but we are truly living our greatest dream. Dr. Rosencrantz is truly the best! I love that each of my appointments are actually with him and that you dont get tossed around different doctors. I never have to wait for my appointments, and Ive always been able to choose times that works best for me & my schedule. Many of the updates/calls are also from the actual doctor. How often does that ever happen!?Something about Dr. Rosencrantz is also very calming. He clearly explains every step of each process, and so kindly responds to all my questions. Through the patient portal, its very easy and convenient to contact the doctor, or nurse, and ask questions, and you pretty much immediately get a response. He is so knowledgeable and always clearly answers my questions, and is open to suggestions when I advocate for myself as well.He truly cares for each of his patients as if we were his own family or best friend. Last year, when I began my search for an IVF doctor, I was told that you may find a genius doctor, but they probably wont have the best bedside manner. I was determined to find a genius doctor who also had good bedside manner, and that is exactly what I found in Dr. Rosencrantz.I highly recommend Dr. Rosencrantz for your infertility needs!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser Permanente, when he decided to start his own business my husband and I knew we wanted to continue care with him. Dr Rosencrantz cares for his patients, he has passion for his patients and his work, he never gave up on us, he is an amazing Doctor. Its his hard work and staff that my husband and I have our baby, thank you Dr. Rosencrantz and Cindy.

From the onset of our journey with Dr.Rosencrantz, I felt a sense of calm when speaking with him via zoom for our consultation. It began by him asking about US and OUR story, not his and his plans, like the other consultations we had attended. Dr.Rosencrantz got to know us, where we were at, and our level of IVF understanding, he asked us of our questions before he even went on to explain the science of it all. I Remerber laughing and speaking about Beyound Burgers..I know, exactly, he felt like family from the start.. and since, its been history past, we have a growing baby in my belly and we have a forever Dr who we can call upon. Shall we need future assistance, Dr. ROSENCRANTZ will be the ONE !

Im a few months late, but its because Ive been so busy being a mommy thanks to Dr. Rosencrantz! Our experience with him was truly the best I could ever have imagined and definitely a positive one. Dr. Rosencrantz is the best doctor I have ever had. Came to him when he was working at Kaiser and he helped give me my baby who is now six years old. If you are looking for a good fertility doctor who is caring and very understanding, Dr. Rosencrantz is the one who you want to go to :-)

I have been wanting to write this review on Dr. Rosencrantz for such a long time, but I have been super busy being a mommy with my two rainbow babies! My husband and I feel so fortunate and lucky to have met Dr. R @ Kaiser when he was still working there back in 2019. Prior to my baby boy, I had a few missed m/c and didnt know why. Dr. R did some testing on my husband and I and suggested I try a couple of procedures on top of supplements. He always made us feel so confident and comfortable about having another child. He would say reassuring things like And when you have another baby, etc. I am so thankful that our insurance at the time covered each appt including the procedures done. I had a hysteroscopy done and he cleaned out my cob webs and he told me You can now try for a baby. That was the last time I ever saw him personally because I got a positive pregnancy test and they transition you to your OB I got pregnant within two cycles and my miracle rainbow baby arrived 11/04/20. Lastly, Dr. R left Kaiser two months after I got preggo

Such a accurate doctor I have ever seen. He got through each step of treatment accurately and perfectly with the most confidence.

Marcus and his team are wonderful. They clearly set goals and expectations, guide your family through every step of the process and really truly care. He was honest about the odds/chances of success, listened to all of our neurotic worries and succinctly guided us through the entire process. Couldn’t wait to introduce him to our little bundle of joy and fingers crossed for more success in the future!

My experience was terrible with this doctor. Long story short: I paid A LOT of money, did not get results, and when I asked for help/explanation I was practically told it is what it is. In my opinion this doctor is focused on the business. It is evident to me how much emphasize he puts on doing advertisement but does not publish his fertility success rates. I would look for the fertility success rates which most doctors disclose and would pay no attention to the paid-for reviews if I were to go through this journey again.

Dr. Rosencrantz and team are incredible! Fertility is a sensitive and can be a scary topic. The team is very genuine, welcoming and reassuring.

Amazing staff, nurses and doctor. Always available to answer questions and concerns. Made the entire IVF process easy. Pregnant on my first cycle.
