I want to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Patounakis. The care I got was outstanding from start to graduation from the clinic.I was always able to express all my concerns, feelings or fears to Dr. Patounakis, and he helped resolve all my problems navigating the difficult road of infertility.The care I received was like that of trusted family. Each and every step, i was treated well, professionally, and comfortably.

Dr. Patounakis is incredibly knowledgeable. He takes his time to get to know your unique situation and makes you feel confident about the process and being able to conceive. He was there for every appointment, which was so important to me after being at other fertility clinics where I felt like I was part of an assembly line. Even though my situation was a little more complex, my husband and I trusted him to help us start our family. We are currently expecting our first child in November!

Dr. P and his staff are the absolute best! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience. Dr. P always made sure we were comfortable and understood all the steps in our fertility journey. We are welcoming our first baby in March, and we have RMA to thank for that. After 2 1/2 years of not having answers, Dr. P was able to figure out the best way forward for us. Thank you all so much!!

Dr. P is amazing. He had amazing bedside manner, is personable and actually makes you feel like you are his only patient. He worked hard with me and believe me, my case was a hard one. He never gave up, kept me hopeful. Dr. P called me personally with important updates after hours! In the 2 years I was there, I saw Dr. P all but 1 time. His staff is amazing and they take the time to get to know you. Sasha is amazing! I would definitely recommend RMA and Dr. P to anyone that is at any point of their fertility journey. I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and it was bitter sweet leaving his office. Good luck ladies!

We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Patounakis and his team with helping building our family. Our journey began back in 2019 and it was a very stressful time for us. After multiple tries and seeing other doctors, we were recommended to see Dr. P. My husband and I were a little skeptical about the process but decided to give it a try.During first consultation we felt welcomed to the clinic. Dr. P. took a very detailed history and we had sequence of appointments with labs, imaging studies, oocyte retrieval and a transfer of the embryo. During every single visit Dr. P. Was very attentive and professional; having a positive attitude and being sensitive to the subject he gave us a hope and we believed him. His knowledge comes from evidence based medicine and we never doubted it.We never felt just like a number in their clinic. We have built up warm relationship with the doctor and the stuff. The appointments were made early in the morning that is feasible for people who work and worked out perfectly for us. Plus, we were receiving reminders with detailed instructions from nurses and front desk about upcoming appointments with time and dosage of meds that needed to be taken or injected. Having busy lives we really appreciated it. Dr. P. provided us with his personal phone number and was very approachable when we had a question.In November 2020, after first IVF try, we welcomed healthy our first born son. Two years later we decided to have another child. We didn’t even think twice where we will be doing another IVF. Dr. Patounakis was the only option that we would consider. Second time around we received a superior care from Dr. P. and the team.In May 2023 we welcomed another healthy baby boy to our family. Thanks to Dr. P. and his team our family is complete. 🙏🏻 There is no money in the world that would substitute our happiness and joy.Dr. Patounakis was highly recommended to our friends who also had positive outcomes and are very happy with the process and final result 😊Thank you Dr. Patounakis for all your help, care and love for our family.

Dr. Patounakis and his staff make you feel so safe and important. I feel so spoiled now. Going to a regular ob/gyn after leaving his care has been jarring. It sounds weird but Dr. P makes you feel so special that you feel like family. I dont think Ive ever trusted a doctor the way I trusted him. They are so incredibly responsive. You can contact them about any concern 7 days a week and chances are theyll see you in person as soon as you can drive there. I spent 16 years experiencing loss after loss and not knowing why and now were expecting our daughter around Christmas. Im still in shock. I cant thank him enough for what he did for our family. Id give more stars if I could.

The best fertility doctor out there! We tried for five years to conceive… no luck. We started the process and Doc wasted no time. Lots of appointments, attention to detail and a system catering to our specific needs. Doc had us pregnant the first round. He knows what he’s doing and is meticulous in his craft. Would recommend to anyone! Our beautiful baby boy was born a month ago and we couldn’t be more satisfied with all we endured to get to this moment. Thank you Doc! A miracle worker and we had a few laughs too.

RMA of Lake Mary Florida is a dream come true. I have been a patient of two other large fertility clinics in Central Fl where I felt like I was on a conveyer belt. It felt very impersonable, and I didn’t always see my doctor with each visit and treatment. At RMA, every staff member I have come across provided excellent care and customer service, from the front desk, to the IVF coordinator, to the insurance specialist. The financial office worked tirelessly with my insurance to provide them with all the documents requested and all the hoops they made us jump through to get it approved, and she was reassuring and communicative in every step of the way. Every person who was a part of my care was caring and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable and attentive. Lab results were called back around the same time each day, phone calls were answered by a live person or voicemails would be returned promptly. Emails were replied back very quickly. The office staff made you feel like you were a VIP client and they weren’t doing anything beyond just being themselves and caring. The procedure for egg retrieval was fantastic. The anesthesiologist and the surgical team were just as caring and compassionate and knowledgeable. The lab technicians always had a smile on there face even at 6am. It felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and it really put me at ease. Lastly, Dr Patounakis. He is the best doctor I’ve been to for ANYTHING. He is extremely knowledgeable, concise, great bedside manner, open and honest, and extremely reassuring. He did the egg retrieval and the embryo transfer, he did a few of the ultrasounds, and called me with results. After two terrible experiences with other fertility doctors in Central FL, I was extremely anxious, overwhelmed, and defeated by the time I found RMA. However, after the consult with Dr. P my partner and I walked out of there feeling empowered and knew we were in the right place and with the right physician. They are truly an asset and a blessing to the Central Florida area.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. P and his staff at RMA. When choosing a fertility doctor, it was important to me to feel like more than just another number. Dr. P took the time to understand me and my specific situation. He approached my treatment with great care and intentionality. I never felt like my treatment was a “one size fits all approach.” He and his staff took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my treatment. After a year with no periods, I was able to get pregnant on my 4th IUI cycle and am currently 11 weeks pregnant with my first child. I recommend Dr. P and RMA 10000%. THANK YOU DR. P!!!

Dr. P helped my wife and I achieve our dream of becoming parents. He is the epitome of what we need in our healthcare system— a doctor who truly is invested in your success and willing to work just as hard as you. You won’t feel like “a number” here. The office is run like a well oiled machine. You are seen on time. You see Dr. P each visit. Results are delivered promptly. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The journey might not always be easy but it’s these things that make all the difference. We can’t thank you enough, Dr. P and all of the RMA staff who truly were invested in our journey!!!

Dr. P is the very best! Undergoing fertility can feel like an out-of-your control experience. So many decisions are to be made and it can be very stressful. At this office you feel like family. Everyone is warm and friendly. My husband and I both work in the medical field and we make decisions based on data and research. Dr. P was very patient with us and explained things thoroughly and in a way that made sense to us. He presented all the information, pros and cons of all our options and then allowed us to make our own decisions. I always felt satisfied with my treatment plan and like everyone was on my team. I highly recommend Dr. Patounakis for fertility treatments! He is very knowledgeable and his office staff are friendly. My husband and I changed doctors after having a bad experience at another fertility clinic in Orlando and our experience with Dr. Patounakis was amazing! We didn’t feel like a number. He knew our names and was very hands on. I saw him at every visit. Luckily our first round of IVF worked and we welcomed a beautiful baby boy! Highly recommend Dr. Patounakis and his team! Everyone is very professional, timely, and thorough. Lots of one on one interactions and calls with Dr. P which was greatly appreciated. Office staff was responsive and helpful. They took a challenging set of circumstances and made me feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and cared for.

Our son was born a few weeks ago. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Patounakis and his staff. Dr. Patounakis was warm, receptive and realistic throughout the entire process. I was able to reach him on a weekend and before dawn one morning. He was present at every appointment. He took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how trivial. His level of personal investment in our success was very reassuring. Every staff member I met throughout the process was kind and professional. Though I initially felt overwhelmed by ivf, Dr, Patounakis, Sasha and Ann Marie supported me through every step. Though the practice utilizes current, evidence-based protocols, my care felt completely individualized. I also appreciated the early morning appointments and efficiency within the office which prevented disruption in my work schedule. Thank you again!

From the very beginning I knew that RMA was a good fit. The care and knowledge they all have is just amazing and wish everywhere I went had the same knowledge. We’re so thankful for our experience. Dr Patounakis was wonderful. He waited until everything was ideal to move forward with the process. And things played out exactly as he said they could. I can not recommend Dr. Patounakis and RMA enough. If you are in need of fertility help in central Florida- this is where you want to be. I want to really highlight why everyone that is in need of this type of practice needs to be here:1. Personalized care- I started with Dr P after a bad experience elsewhere, and after my very first meeting with him, i felt comfortable. We met face to face, he was very compassionate and most importantly to me, he was REALISTIC. I had direct contact numbers, after hours numbers and all the info I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with IVF. I saw Dr. P at EVERY appt- even just a blood draw, I would pass his office and he would wave, but every ultrasound- He did it. This may seem like a simple thing, but I spent 14 months with an other practice and saw my doctor 2 times, out of nearly 20 visits! You will not just be another number here- you will be well cared for. Dr. P is amazing.2. The office itself/appointments - when you walk in - the ladies at the desk greet you, and after 2 visits they know you by name and are so welcoming. The waiting room rarely has more than 2 people in it - WHICH IS IMPORTANT! they are not stacking patients and having crazy wait times. I would arrive early sometimes and they would even take me early which is unheard of at any Doctors office Ive been to. I never waited more than 5 mins from my appt time which is amazing when you are going frequently like when doing IVF (blood, ultrasound and visit and i would be in/out in no more than 25 mins!). Its very clean, and procedures are all done in the same place which is convenient.3. The nurses - these women were truly fantastic. They are attentive, so knowledgeable and communicative. They are always available, quick to return phone calls and explain each step well. They always call with results as well as email through the portal so you always know what meds, when and how - it was very reassuring.I live south of Downtown, and originally looked into going here but went elsewhere first because of the location (lake mary). DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. I could have my baby in my arms by now if i had just started here originally. I would drive here from Tampa for the type of service I received- just make the drive- its worth it.

Dr p and his team are awesome. We have seen multiple fertility clinics throughout central Florida and dr p and his team were the only successful ones. They are super nice super professional and I really don’t understand how anyone could think differently. Dr P your the man!!

The staff and doctors are so nice and explain everything in detail. They are always checking up on you and how your feeling. I love this office

RMA is the only place I would recommend. They have made our family complete. Dr. P and his staff are the best out there.
