ARCpoint Labs of Lansing

Got here, and according to Google, they are open on Saturday until noon. Doors locked, not arcpoint anymore, and new limited hours posted. I just wasted an hour of my time driving here to get this blood work drawn.

An absolute waste of an hour of my life. They do not take appointments online, which I tried to book, for blood testing. However, I watched 10 people go in before me for TSA pre-check testing over the course of almost an hour, and the staff said nothing and let me sit there. When I asked the staff how much longer it would take, I was informed that “another round of appointments was coming up” so I would have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. Absolutely not. My time is valuable, so I left. This place needs to take a good hard look at their SOP in terms of managing walk-ins and respecting customers’ time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This facility being located in a seedy old strip mall should’ve been my first clue.

The blonde haired lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me when I told her I had to leave an come back I wish Id gotten her name you can always go somewhere else is what she said to me!!?? Idk if she hates her job or jus a rude POS but she definitely doesnt need to be working there!!! I will never go back RUDE STAFF!!!😡

Dont bother calling. They just hang up on you, even when they are open for another hour. Terrible customer service.

Had to have a drug screening done for a new job. Took me a few tries to have enough urine for the sample. While sitting in the waiting room, I could hear the girls behind the glass window talking about me and saying I should have better things to do with my time than sit there and wait. And that if they were me they would have been sure to drink more water before hand. I have a nervous bladder and did not want to sit there but there is a 30 minute required wait between each try. Hearing them talk about me made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Ive been coming here for a few years and honestly it used to be pretty bad. Long waits, technicians that didnt know the lab codes, etc. But in the last year theyve gotten a lot better. Antoinette has been my tech for the majority of my draws and she is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. ARCpoint, if youre reading this, make sure you take care of her, shes the best!

A Pretty quick stop. The staff was friendly and professional, Although I will never stop finding it weird and almost embarrassed to hand my pee to another human being I dont really know at all, Its just wired. But thats just me, they do a great job

Do not use this place! Ive always gone to sparrow labs, did a urine drug test for employment 10 days later get a call and Im pretty sure they got the samples mixed up or the drug investigator has no idea what they are doing. Tell me I have something in my system that Ive never had but yet a prescription I take daily didnt show up.... strange then read the paperwork and youre supposed to initial the label after they put it in the bottle to send it, never initialed anything, THEN they have you pee in a NON sterile cup. Ive never heard of that. Hands me a dixie style cup instead of having me using the sealed sterile cups that are in the restroom, thats unsanitary and how do you know those cups have not been tampered with.

Waste of time, very unprofessional. Ive never heard of releasing personal results to a drug screening to someones ex. I didnt sign a release for him to have my results. But the very unprofessional girl working there told me the results go to my ex because he paid for the test. Mind you I said he had to pay for it because he wanted to see if Im on drugs. So in good faith in went to take the 1700$ test but Ill be darned if I will send him my personal specimen results to anything. This place is a joke! Id highly recommend going to Pats instead.

To hell with all these haters reviewing this facility you just got caught so stop complaining n hating on the very nice staff that work there. How would you feel if you had to handle peoples piss (prolly mostly drug addicts n prolly the ones on here complaining) all day. Give em a break if they seem in a bad mood! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Keep up the good work ladies. The big white guy with the crazy last Name! Ill continue to use this lab for all my future pee testing requirements lol

First of all I was given a newbee to collect my blood. I didnt even need to be told she was new. Then my results came back missing the second page. Lab said they never got the second tube of blood. So back in I go to give more blood. After not getting results after 5 days I called and was told...oh well that tube was full of clots and couldnt be tested??? So she wanted me me to come in for more blood?? This place is obviously new and they dont have a clue what their doing. What a waste of my time.

I was just in here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had to do a drug screening. My pee sample temperature was supposedly out of range when I had just pissed in the cup a minute prior.I was told if I left the facility I would fail, it was 3:10, and I had to work at 3:30. This place is ridiculous, go somewhere else.

The clerk was nowhere to be found and when she did approach the window, she was very shallow and short with everyone. Then, this lab never sent my results to my job. My employer was asking me for a few days did I go take it. Im not sure why he didnt receive it though

I came in for a routine blood draw. The staff was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to a friend. I would not make a return visit to this lab. I wouldnt be surprised if a mistake was made during the collection.

Employee I interacted with was friendly and prompt. I was in and out in 10 minutes. One note; the google navigation is not 100% accurate, the actual building is a little further back than labeled on Maps in the 6810 strip mall across from the Speedway.

I have called this place four times and no call back. In the message I told them I need a paternity date done for the courts, with time limits and still no call back.

I went into the Holt office today for a urine screen and was greeted by very friendly, professional staff. Nothing but five stars.

I’ve been here a few times for pre-employment drug screens and the employees are always efficient and professional.

If I could give a zero star I would. Very unprofessional, very rude. All they care about is money. Do not care about time. Wasted an hour coming here and they let me sit in the waiting area.

Great places, very welcoming, in and out.. All the ladies in there are Great!! Did 2 test and no issues.... A+++++

Unprofessional staff. Showed up at 30 til closing and was turned away by a rude older woman.

The lady that does the lab work is racist made several rude comments to me awful experience
