Dr.Norton delivered my baby last week and I just wanna say he is a GREAT doctor very fast and straight to the point! Very great respectful guy, and honestly my best choice I don’t think I would’ve done anything differently picking dr.Norton EVERYTIME ! However in his office since he’s the only doctor it kinda takes time so make sure you don’t have anything else lined up for the day !

We are so happy to be Dr. Nortons patient. He turned my babys complicated labor into a smooth, safe and fast delivery! Thank you for giving us the ease of a peaceful pregnancy and labor experience despite the unexpected and personally frightening labor situation.

The clinic staff is welcoming, professional and assertive every time. Dr. Norton has almost three decades of experience with his profession, and I’m grateful he is my Doctor. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, fastly responsive and a kind human being. Would definitely recommend him!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Norton’s since 2014. An OB’s office is not a woman’s favorite place to go, but Dr. Norton has always listened to and treated my medical needs. He delivered my daughter and quite possibly saved my life and my son’s when I had pre-eclampsia. I have seen the changes through the years, sometimes the wait times are really long, but I think people fail to remember that a doctor who delivers babies has an unpredictable schedule. I’ve seen his Nurse Practitioners and they are wonderful as well. They listen and take precaution without making you feel like they are already 20 minutes behind schedule and need to go. I don’t mind waiting in the lobby knowing I’m going to get good care in the long run.

Dr. Norton and staff are wonderful. I am so particular that this was the 3rd Gynecologist I tried since moving to Las Vegas and feel 100% confident in the care given here.

Dr. Norton and Staff are awesome! I am truly impressed with the team. Dr and staff were kind and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my first pregnancy. Thank you Dr. Norton and team for the excellent care.

I love this clinic. I have been a patient since I was 19. I’m 26 now. Office is always clean, staff is very understanding and nice, and Dr. Norton is very informative. Dr Norton delivered both my babies. One natural birth and my recent was a C Section. I had a lot of anxiety knowing I’d have to get a c section. Fortunately, during my surgery Dr Norton helped me feel safe and secure.All my appointments and deliveries have ran smoothly. No complaints from me. Wouldn’t want any other doctor.

I was driving down Ft Apache and discovered this office. I am thrilled that they accept my insurance and I was able to be seen the next day. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Even when I had a bit of a wait Brittany, the nurse practitioner was apologetic. She explained things to me and listened to my answers and concerns.

Procedure went amazing! I love Brittany her bedside manner is great and she is so easy to talk to about my medical concerns. Will definitely be requesting her every time.

I’ve been going here for years, I noticed the nurses come and go at this clinic. My past two nurses I had I felt comfortable with. Last time I went I got a pelvic exam done and the nurse Brittany was very extremely rough, not very friendly. Didn’t really feel comfortable asking her nothing, just felt like she wanted to hurry and get the procedure over. I told her I would like to be back on birth control , my past two nurses here always prescribed me birth control or even asked would I like to get on birth control. She denied me birth control, saying I can’t receive birth control until I get a Pap smear. mind you I was already there for a pelvic exam/ bloodwork that day. So if every thing is fine with my test results. Why deny me birth control until a Pap smear? No doctor/nurse has ever told me that. So I don’t know if it’s just something new here or what. I won’t be coming back here. I once booked with the doctor here Dr. Alexander and waited two hours in the waiting room to see him and they told me he had to leave. Definitely will find somewhere else from now on.

I was kindly greeted on walking through the door and quickly checked in. Brittany was my provider today for my annual exam. AMAZING. I get extremely anxious for annual exams due to a traumatic experience when I was younger. Finding a provider I’m comfortable with has since been very difficult for me so I would just like to give a huge thank you to Brittany and the ladies who assisted me with checkin/checkout for making this experience go smoothly. It may be routine for you, but your patience, attitude, and kindness mean very much to me. THANK YOU!!

I dont know where to start. Every time I go in there is new staff and new procedures. I get my depo here every 3 months and besides Dr. Norton, I never recognize anyone. The front desk coordinators hardly coordinate. Most times the staff is rude if you have questions or concerns. For me since Ive been coming here for over 2 years now I just deal with it. I suggest new patients look else where

I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Dr. Norton is a phenomenal doctor - he shows empathy and compassion for his patients but he also allows his patients to advocate for themselves. He listens and takes my concerns as his patient serious, which is so, so important. I could not ask for a better doctor or one that I trust more.

Dr. Norton and his team were really great. The check in process was easy, checked in and was called back right away. Dr. Norton had answers to all my questions, will def see him again.

This office is a dumpster fire. I have had 5 appointments at this office, one was put in on the wrong day, but the card they gave me and confirmation call were for a different, the second appointment that I finally got to see the doctor, was after 2hours of waiting and having to cancel another appointment. For the follow up appointment #3 I was checked in my copay taken/payed for and then informed that the doctor wouldnt be able to come into the office that day.... #4 canceled due to staffing issues. #5 canceled because the doctor wouldnt be coming in. Nice enough guy but doesnt have the female partner anymore and the business reflects the loss. They dont care about the patients, they just want your money so they overbook and under-serve.i waited each time hoping they would redeem themselves but I am out $25 and worst of all my health has declined further in waiting for my providers promised services. Really sad. They still call me today, no matter how often I ask them to stop.

Wonderfully nice staff and very clean and efficient doctors and nurses! I would recommend anyone to go here

I scheduled my appointment a week ago for 9:45am, I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early, as requested, gave samples promptly. I sat waiting from 9:30 - 10:15, when I asked if my appointment would be complete soon and the lady at the front told me the doctor was on his way from Vegas... I sat for 45minutes for a doctor that wasnt even there. Im very upset about this and the lack of notice I received regarding his availability. I wish I had been called and notified he wouldnt even be there. Wont recommend. Wont go back. Ill wait for Dr. Brathwaite.

Dr. Norton and the Team at Spring Mountains Womens Clinic are top notch. Everyone is friendly. It is easy to schedule appointments and they are very responsive to any issues or questions we have. We are highly satisfied and would recommend Dr. Norton to our friends.

My recent visit to Spring Mountain Womens Health was the BEST Ive had since I moved to Las Vegas in 2005!!! From the front desk to the assistants to Ms. Brittany Delacruz, APRN, WHNP-BC (who is absolutely AMAZING.) I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Spring Mountain Womens Health to any woman in Vegas or the surrounding areas!!!!!

I had my first visit today after being referred by another doctor. The office was clean, the staff was friendly and punctual. Looking forward to continuing my prenatal care here!

I really dislike making bad reviews but hoping this will help make changes. I made an apt to see the Dr. for birth control and a general check up. Wait time was 2 hrs and when I was seen I didnt see my dr, I was told he was on vacation. I wish I was told that before the appointment. I was very rushed. I was told the BC would be ordered and Id get a call to make an appointment for the Dr. to place it in. Weeks go by so I call and they assure me Ill be called when its ready. A month goes by I call again and the woman said a mistake has been made, shes looking into and will call me back the same day. no call. Mind you I am very busy and my time is also valuable. I call again a week later and goes to voicemail, leave a voicemail. Nothing. Called again and goes to voicemail. I am being ghosted. Just please make changes. 🙏

Like every complaint on here, it seems you guys really dont care. I waited TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I havent ate a bite of food since 10am and my appointment was at 1pm. I arrived a half hour early and made me wait two hours. I am very pregnant, hungry, and now very impatient. There were people who walked in and got seen before me. I got angry and had an attitude, and they denied my service on the spot. I clearly told them I am pregnant, hungry, and have been waiting hours to be seen at 1pm. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DONT KNOW YOUR WORTH.

The office staff are friendly I’m always greeted with a smile . Dr Norton is so caring he’s delivered both my babies who are now 6 and 9 and I still come here for my annuals I wouldn’t go anywhere else . Thank you Dr Norton

The staff is really great! I typically have great visits but sometimes the wait is a bit long which is kind of expected if the dr is at the hospital doing a delivery or something.

Make you wait forever, over an hour for a 9:15 appointment. Sit in the exam room for an hour with no updates. Doctor doesnt show up on time, literally I was told he wasnt in yet when I got there. Why schedule appointments before your doctors are even in. All to give you info they could have called you with instead, still charging you to come in. Never coming back again. 0/10

I’ve been a patient for many years, Dr. Alexander Norton was my gynecologist after my first son 11 years ago and delivered my second son 9 years ago. Slowly this place changed and it’s definitely not the same anymore . The new staff has make it so unorganized. They leave you on hold and forget you are there. They fired the front desk girl who was amazing with the patients and was very transparent BUT now the new girl(s) have no clue with anything. The new front desk girl told me they let go of the nurse practitioner who was very helpful. The last time I saw Dr. Norton he looked very over worked and cut the conversation short by saying “you just need to loose weight, after that you’ll be fine…here’s numbers to weight loss clinics”… that was not the case the wonderful doctors at Southern Hills Hospital did multiple test and ultrasounds found out it’s not a weight issue. I don’t know why anyone would want to keep coming here. They don’t care.

My only complaint so far is Dr. N REALLY needs to slow down. My appt was so rushed I was scared to ask questions. I even jumped from the way he barged into my exam room with the nurse running behind him. I see the reviews about long waits but Sheshhh the way my time was rushed feels like I’m just another $$$. The other doc that covered for him had me wait like 30+ min but he actually took his time and made sure all my questions were answered before I left.

Worst doctor Ive ever been to, that is if he bothers to show up for your appointment. Also, if the office is even open at your appointment time. Ive had 3 separate appointments that I had to leave because I waited over an hour and no one showed up. They even told me he was still just at home - not even coming from another appointment, they told me he was coming from home, just hours late for no reason. The office staff is rude and unhelpful, doc doesnt tell you what hes doing as he just sticks his hands up in your body and works silently. Im amazed this place is allowed to operate at all. They have no clue what theyre doing. Stay away from this place.

Terrible doctor, Dr. Alex has rough hands, rushed my initial exam and doesnt know his patients. Even worse staff they have no idea what is happening and they stood around laughing and joking while women sat for hours for an appointment.his business is so terrible. A year and a half ago I went into this office for a follow up biopsy and the office took my money and then after an hour canceled my appointment. Now they are trying to charge me for the biopsy that I never received. They also never issued the refund, which I let go because they are such trash it wasnt worth my time to fight for. Aricelli is a scammer and a pawn for this company. Dont waste your time.

Dr Norton is my doctor since my second child I have a deferent experience before going to him ! to say that he knows what his doing and very articulate and understanding of his patient . I am having my 3rd baby soon and hopefully all will go as usual perfect 🙏😊

Staff is very nice they work in a fast pace to get you in and out . My prescription went through quick to my pharmacy got within mins .

I give it one star for a wonderful and cheerful staff. But if youre sensitive about your time, please think twice before you visit this place. My appointment was at 9:30a. Arrived at 9:10a signed in and took a seat. At 9:30a, got called in for vitals and was told to wait a few minutes before I see the Dr. Then after more than 90min wait, around 10:41a, I spoke with the cheerful and respectful front desk that its going to be another one hour wait ( total of 2 hrs and 30 min to see a Dr) I would have appreciated if in the first place told to come in a bit late that way I dont have to wait all this time for a regular checkup that will not take too much of the practioners time:/

I have been going to Dr. Norton since I was 19 now, I am 34 and still continue as his patient. He delivered 2 of my children.I can say for many years he, has been the best obgyn for me. I also have Met so many wonderful great staff who are very helpful and genuinely kind. Thank you, to the best OBGYN Dr. Alexander Norton!

I would like to take the time out and say that I am highly satisfied with Dr. Norton new receptionist Ciara. She is such a sweet person and genuinely cares about a patient needs. First experience with this clinic and could not be more impressed. It met the expectations I was told by others. Its a busy clinic but every staff was so nice, smiling, and welcoming. Really felt like you were their only patient. Will definitely recommend! Thank you Doctor Norton and Amazing Staff.

Had an appointment at 1:45 and waited in the waiting room for an hour before I asked the receptionist when I would be seen and she had to go see if the doctor was there. She said the doctor wasn’t there, she didn’t know when he would be back and there were still four patients ahead of me. I can’t afford to waste hours of my time and not even be seen when the appointment was confirmed by the office. The least they could do is call me and cancel the appointment so I don’t have to takeoff hours of work and take food away from my family.

I been coming here for almost 12 years and never had an issue till two years ago I been trying to have my anual for the last year and either they make you wait half naked in the room for almost two hrs and than tell you that dr had emergency, try to schedule again and called back that dr was not gonna be in town so reschedule but than they scheduled me at the pahrump location why???? Why will I drive more than 1 hr when I’ve never been seen in that location and I leave in Vegas?????? Dr Norton has to get better staff there doinvery horrible job!!!!!! There’s also a African American lady that give you attitude…

I started coming here after I found out I was pregnant and my insurance changed. The front desk was unpleasant and unprofessional on many of my visits.Very early on in my pregnancy I woke up at 6:30 one Monday morning bleeding heavily and called the office. My doctor, Dr Norton, was the on call doctor and told me to go to the ER and that he was sure I was having a miscarriage. (His impersonal jump to that conclusion sent my BP through the roof) He also told me to schedule a next day apt in his office to review my ER visit.The ER determined everything was fine. They told me Dr Norton has privileges at that ER so I would not need to take anything with me to my follow up apt with him.I called Dr Norton’s office explained all that happened and they scheduled a follow up for the next day with Dr Norton.The next day his office called and asked if I could come in an hour early for my apt. I did, but then sat in the waiting room for an hour! Why call me in early and then make me sit there?Finally an hour and 15 min later Dr Norton called me into his office and said. “I’m just going to be honest with you, we can’t figure out why you are on the schedule today”How unprofessional and also impersonal!I reminded him of our conversation yesterday and explained that I told his front desk what the apt was for as well. He said he would have to contact the ER and get a copy of the report from my visit and said I would have to reschedule this follow up apt. I was later billed for that apt in his office!OF COURSE I didn’t reschedule and just found a different doctor. The front desk fought me tooth and nail when I wanted my medical record sent to a new office.To top it all off the medical record they sent to my new doctor indicated that they had done a Pap smear in Dr Norton’s office which they NEVER did!Despite all this I will say Debbie Trotchie his Nurse Practitioner was very good! But no one is good enough to compensate for how bad the rest of the office is.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I should have listened to the yelp and google reviews in the first place.My new doctor was fantastic and I now have my beautiful baby girl.

Have been seeing Dr Norton and staff for 11 yrs. He has delivered all 3 of our kids (soon to be 4!) Very kind very professional and always a pleasure. Will continue care for the foreseeable future. Great work

I love this office. Ive been going since 2010 and never had any issues here. Dr. Norton delivered my daughter and every year after Ive been there for my annual. The staff is also really nice.

This was my second worst experience with the front office at Spring Mountain. The main receptionist that sits where you first enter the office is extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever, she told me my 930 appointment had been canceled and they didnt call my number, I booked it on Zocdoc and it was for my annual pap exam which is pretty important and when she told me I didn’t have an appointment I asked then if I could find out my mammogram results that Nurse Adler had not called and reported my results that were taken on 05/02/22, at SDI and I had a lot of anxiety not knowing the results, she said, No you need to book an appointment to get your results? No by this time I never want to deal with this person ever again and I declined making another appointment however I do need these results so what is it going to take to get them? What do you think Dr. Norton because I’m gonna be Forwarding this to you as well.

Was not made to feel safe or welcome & was flat out refused care. Was very mean & rude. Told me I needed to go to the ER simply because I was uncomfortable & was in tears??? This is already an absolute terrifying experience & they did not want to make it any easier on me in any way & made me uncomfortable & refused to care for me or answer any questions I did not understand. Will be finding a new dr asap. Do not recommend. First thing he said to me and my husband is do I wish to end my pregnancy. Accused me of rude things. Calling my husband BOYFRIEND. Simply because he asked me something & I said “no that is not correct” when he ASKED ME. Unprofessional. I have never been refused care & told I need to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM for crying! He told me I was being in appropriate! NO! HE WAS!

I used their office for my second baby and I saw the dr maybe 3x during the whole thing. She came out and everything was fine so I decided to give them another try. This time everything went well I saw the Dr more so I was ok. Im now 38 weeks pregnant and I have not been seen in 2 weeks because I keep getting rescheduled because no dr will be in Im guessing no dr will be in when its time to have her either. Also, the last time I saw him he came into the room thinking I was another patient. Obviously they need better training in their scheduling department maybe overall.***Update***At full term I couldnt feel her moving as much. I asked to be induced and they denied saying theres no reason to do that. The Dr wasnt available during this time either. When I went into labor she came out with fever. I had to leave her in the NICU for 2 weeks. Dr. Norton wasnt there to deliver my baby. I was right, he wasnt available to deliver her. I had a terrible time and my baby was put in danger. I dont recommend this place.

Dr. Norton is an excellent doctor. He might move quick, but he knows his job very well and for me did not miss a beat on my pregnancies. He delivered both of my children 1 was an emergency c-section. If he did not think quick and do an emergency c-section for little fetal movement my daughter probably would not be here. She had the cord wrapped around her neck twice. He is kind and well educated and always makes sure you are comfortable. Also the staff(all of them especially Alicia) is very friendly, they know who you are when you hit the door, and they all have worked there for a long time. If I were to have another baby he would be my doctor again. Thats how much I trust this doctor.

I had a daughter 11 years ago and every doctor I had was awful. Naturally I was worried when I got pregnant again but Dr Norton was incredible compared to anyone Ive ever seen. My husband and I miscarried, Dr. Norton and his staff were so amazingly supportive and he performed my DNC. Luckily my husband and I got pregnant again months later and 3 months ago Dr Norton delivered our beautiful baby girl! Not only is he professional but he is also very personable and makes you feel very at ease throughout your pregnancy and labor.Ill be very loyal to their facility. ✌️️😊

Dr Norton has delivered 2 of my babies and now going to deliver my 3rd. He is a very caring detailed attentive dr and i have had the nothing but great experiences with his office staff and himself. My oldest son passed away due to a tragic accident in 2018 and dr Norton & his staff were all very compassionate and empathetic to me. Seeing how his pediatrician didn’t even acknowledge my baby who he’s been with since birth. If you’re complaining of waiting lmao I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. He’s a dr a very busy dr who has lots of patients and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I love Dr. Norton! I’ve been going to him for about 3 years now. He shows professionalism and his bed side manners are great. I do not feel rushed and he fully explains everything. I also like Crystal, his assistant, she’s very kind and answers all my questions with out being annoyed. Btw I’m 13 weeks pregnant and very confident with him delivering my baby.

Dr. Norton took me in at 40w4d pregnant when I switched OBs because of a very negative unprofessional experience I had with my previous Dr. Switching doctors that late in the game was scary, I didnt know him, I didnt know his views on different possible procedures (c-section, etc.) Needless to say it was SCARY but I didnt want to be made to feel uncomfortable like I would have with my previous dr, so we took the chance! I am more than grateful I did because I found an incredible dr out of this whole experience.We had to be induced, he was on top of it every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable with the decision and made it happen 2 days later.The delivery experience was wonderful, he was very patient, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. This man KNOWS what he is doing and he is confident which makes you feel that much more comfortable and confident yourself. After delivering while stitching me up, although I had only met him once before he told me how good of a job I did and that he was proud. When making his rounds the following day he said the same thing and asked me about how I was feeling and when Id want to go home.I had choices with him! I had control over my birth and my experience and I couldnt be more grateful for that.I plan to continue to see Dr Norton from here on out. He listens to your concerns, he lets you have a voice and doesnt make you feel bad for what you decide to do. He is caring and extremely smart.I could not begin to thank him enough for taking us in when the stakes were high and nobody else would.Im not even upset about the negative experiences that led us here anymore, it all happened for a reason.I couldnt give him enough praise, if youre looking for an OB in the valley, check him out. You wont regret it!!Side note: I live all the way off of horizon and horizon and I plan to drive all the way to him.

Why schedule an appointment if youre waiting 45-1hr past your set time EVERY time we come?The nurses are pretty attentive and know their jobs but it takes forever to be seen.When youre pregnant and need to be seen, waiting over an hour before you even sit in the nurses room is unacceptable.Great doctor though ..truly a nice man and is professional and thorough...but he is ALWAYS late.No respect for the patient. Once youre in the room, expect to wait another 30.Bless

Horrible place. Horrible to their patients. Does not matter when you schedule youe appointment, theyll have you wait an hour past your scheduled time. Ive been here multiple, multiple times and i have yet to meet Dr. Norton himself. He sits in his office on his computer and does not introduce himself to any of his patients. Even when i had an emergency he refuses to talk to me, only had his nurses talk to me. This place charges for EVERYTHING, including filling out any paperwork or a simple signature for work. I do not reccomend this place to anyone who wants a smooth pregnancy.

I am baffled by the negative reviews on here. I started seeing Dr. Norton in August when I was 6 weeks pregnant; he was always patient, answered my questions, I never felt rushed, even had me do NST testing twice a week for the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy due to my concern of lack of movement. I also loved Debbie and the ladies running the front desk and the back, they always said hello and asked how I was doing, etc. Sometimes the wait was up to 45 minutes but I feel that was because they are thorough with everything they do.

Doctor Norton has been my OBGYN since 2006. He has delivered 3 of my children by c-section he is an amazing doctor, I wouldnt go to anyone else but him. The front desk workers and office staff are all amazing. I think that the low ratings probably came from a few pregnant hormonal women that did not get what they wanted for whatever reason and decided to give him a one star shame on you.This man is phenomenal and so is his staff I recommend him to anyone. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, and just because you had a bad day doesnt mean lie on others by giving false ratings. The 5 star ratings are definitely accurate.

Horrible experience, so much so that my wife is changing her doctor mid way through the pregnancy. Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour over your scheduled appointment time. Weve had about 5 visits with Dr Norton and the last visit, we waited two hours just to get some routine paperwork filled out and when he finally came out of his office, he just told her to give the paperwork to the clerk to fill out. And then the front desk clerk tells my wife to just fill out the paperwork herself and theyll just sign off on it. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of his patients time. Good luck attempting to contact the front desk by phone, they never answer and youre lucky to receive a call back in the next two days no matter how urgent or how many voicemails you leave.

This is the doctor for you if you like waiting for two hours at every single appointment and then having a 30 second long appointment with a Nurse Practitioner. Ive seen the doctor one time since I joined this practice in the very beginning of my pregnancy and it was for less than 1 minute. I never receive any answers to my questions, I never feel like theyve checked anything or done anything or even asked me any questions to see how Im doing.The front desk is usually rushed and unfriendly. I never see anyone in the back office for longer than a couple seconds. They dont smile or laugh. The scheduling girl has an attitude and is easily confused. While Im waiting, no one says anything to me at all. The doctor seems nice enough but who knows, I barely know the guy.Im thinking about switching doctors because its hard to trust strangers to deliver my baby.

I am a new patient here. I am glad to had received the referral here. The Dr was awesome! He was very attentive and answered all my questions. The staff were great! Everyone was very nice that I came in contact with,Including the African American lady.

Debbie is good but Im always waiting way too long to be seen. Ive waited over an hour past my appointment time for ultrasounds and readings before. Today I hoped to get around that by booking my appointment as early in the AM as possible so they couldnt claim they were running behind. However, they were still running far enough behind I had to reschedule because they claimed they had to double book appointments due to the holiday. If I take time off work to make my appointment I would appreciate more respect from the office for my time.

This place feels boutique 🤍 finally met Dr. Thornton he is an delight very caring and knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable with their practice as I had always just felt like an claim to others this office makes me smile gets me in and out happy every time

Dr. Norton is great, unfortunately you are as good as your office staff.. One year ago a test was sent to the wrong lab, which through the billing process charges quite steep if you dont have insurance. That was my case at that time and I got stuck with a $800 bill that was supposed to be $100. The office manager was going to look into it. I never got a call back after leaving 2-3 messages. Sent a letter, addressed to Dr. Norton, with a different payment they needed me to pay, check was cashed, no reply to the letter. I get a phone call just now, a year later - a reminder I was supposed to come in today for my annual. When I informed her, Debbie (?), that I am not coming to this office again, she asks why? and then referring to me with hun. I explain and I get a hang up in the middle of it. I do not do reviews online almost ever. But please, consider this - your reputation is definitely on the line since someone like me takes the time.

Scheduled through zocdoc and specified that I would be paying for myself for a consultation. Got a called from them the day of my appointment just to make sure what my consultation would be for. After explaining my situation they told me no problem and asked for my insurance provider. I told them I would be paying out of pocket then I get told that I couldn’t do that. They only allow out of pocket for pregnancies and exams, which is kind of ridiculous. If that is the case for their policy they need to fix it on Zocdoc to only allow out of pocket payment for those types of appointments. Only glad they called me before I wasted my time driving down there.

5 years ago I gave birth to a healthy baby girl thanks to Dr Norton. I have not thing but the up most respect for Dr Norton and staff. So thank you and keep up with the good work.

Dr. Norton is very unprofessional and he doesn’t care about patients but money. I went to his office because he was the only doctor that accepts my insurance in my area after I fired my old OBGYN. The first time I was assigned to his nurse practitioner, she did test on me and gave me medication. It cost me $240 after the insurance discount for that test. It showed nothing was wrong. But i was still uncomfortable after a month then I came back to see Dr.Norton. After 1.5 hours of Waiting in the exam room, he broke into my door and scared me, he didn’t even knock the door! He came in with an intern and asked if she can do my test. I said what test?? I then said, did you read my chart? I had a few tests from here already.Then I told him what tests I have had and the context. He then left to read my chart. OMG. He didn’t even prepare before he rush into a patient’s exam room.The next moth, I had to go back to see him again because I decided to give him another chance ans also because I had a hard time to find a new doctor in my area. He convinced me to take another test even I had had many tests in his office. I asked if my insurance will cover he didn’t answer. Until I received another medical bill a month later, another $240 medical bill! And then another $130 bill from his office. A small problem cost me over $600 with insurance.I am now $600 in debt and still have the same problem. He doesn’t care about patients! Stay away if you can.

Dr. Norton is a wonderful specialist. His staff takes excellent care of you and I wouldnt go anywhere else in Las Vegas for my care.

I was so eager to visit with this office as they were highly recommended by a friend only to be disappointed that they would not allow me to make an appointment (none are available for a minimum of 3 weeks out) due to me being a new hire and not having received a member ID yet. When I offered to pay out of pocket (as instructed by our benefits administrator) they refused to schedule me stating that there are always appointments. So much for following the hippocratic oath of seeing patients who need assistance.

Great doctor and once he sees you it’ll be quick! They’re scheduling sucks though. Appointment at 11am, got there at 10:50, sat in the waiting room till 12:10! Ridiculous. Doctor is busy with lots of appointments but it’s happened all three times I’ve been here. Need to change your scheduling.

The front desk lady Alyssa I believe her name (not 100% sure) was is extremely unprofessional. When I arrived at my appointment, I realized I didn’t have a mask. I walked in to ask if they had masks because I failed to bring one & she said no. Sounds crazy right, a medical office not having masks? So I left to get a mask, while I’m driving to a corner store to get a mask I give them a call to let them know I’m going to be late because of this, she said well your grace period is only 10 min and I had 1 minute left to be there before my appointment is cancelled. I will not be returning here again.

Although the wait was long that was something that didnt bother me too much. Ill start off by saying every time I went in for a visit Dr.Norton always seemed flustered and in a rush. There were a couple of visits where he got my passed visits mixed up w/ other patients. And every visit/check up I ended up seeing him for literally 2-5 mins. Aside from that my main issue with this place and this doctor was my delivery. A week or two before my due date Dr.Norton had told me my son is a bit too big to deliver naturally (I was thinking theres no way because after all of the check ups and ultra sounds he barely noticed right now?) So he had me see a special doctor for a different kind of ultra sound that I had to pay some $$ for. During that ultrasound he ended up asking me in the middle of taking measurements why are you here again? Your son seems perfectly fine and ready to go?.. That kind of bothered me.. A lot. So when I seen Dr.Norton for the last time before I would deliver he ended up saying hes going to be going out of town for Christmas (my sons due date was on Christmas) and suggested I get induced because I wanted him to deliver my son no one else. I mean who would want a random doctor deliver their baby if they had a choice? If I didnt have a choice of course I would have no problem with it. But again this was my first pregnancy and I felt comfortable sticking to what and who I know. I went ahead and said yes to getting induced because he ended up saying I can end up going into emergency c section and have difficulties because my son was big... Or I can try to deliver him vaginally and no complications arent promised. He made it sound like I was in a difficult situation and I should go with the c-section. So I did. Im Not bashing anyone.. Just sharing my personal experience. I was also only 20 when i got pregnant so still a little young but thats why I felt comfortable with him because hes the only doctor i have gone to since I got pregnant.The day comes where I get induced and an hour after getting induced my water breaks... Either way .. He didnt deliver my baby. Because he had to go out of town. For Christmas. And that should tell you everything right there.

I can only speak as someone who goes in for annual exams and depo shots, but Ive never had an issue. Waiting room is pleasant, never waited more than 15 minutes past my appointment time and every is professional.They are quite busy every time Ive gone, so your experience may be different.

I have been in Vegas for over 13 yrs and Dr Norton is hands down the BEST obgyn EVEEERRR. Not only did they schedule me in the next day, everyone was prompt, pleasant and very efficient. I will continue to see Dr Norton and refer him to EVERYONE. Thank you Dr Norton for making me feel important and caring for my situation.Perla

I have been a patient of Dr. Nortons for about 5 years. I started seeing him when I was pregnant and I have been going back ever since. Hes a great doctor and his P.A. Debbie is THE BOMB.The office is slow, but its a great practice so I feel that it is worth the wait - especially since I only see him every two years.

I’ve been coming for years. Everyone is so welcoming and Dr. Norton is respectful and has always been a great OB. I wouldn’t have anyone else.

I had a great experience with the staff and the dr ! He was very patient and he was professional! He delivered my daughter and you might wait to see him but your going to wait to see any doctor lol every doctor chargers for fmla or certain paperwork so consider that reading these comments! He calls you back and doesn’t hide behind a computer . I have nothing but good to say about the staff and the dr ! :-)

I love Dr. Norton and Patti! Both are amazing! They are kind and genuine. The receptionists are very proffesional and keep you up to date on everything insurance wise. The place is very clean and well set up.

Mentirosos ! Office staff is polite but the doctors and NP are scammers, make appt then pawn you off to np who was Terrible reviews and bedside manner. Test results for regular pap took three weeks. Then tried to tell me I needed a biopsy which I refused. View the other reviews they all say the same thing. Tried to sign me up for a subscription vitamin service. This place is a JOKE

Delivered all 3 healthy babies! He knows what he is doing. Last pregnancy Dr himself called to see how I was feeling after appt that day. He knows when something is right and something is wrong. My last delivery was a prolapsed umbilical cord he saved my baby with the timeframe given of 5 minutes! yes the wait is not the normal 5-10 minutes but we’ll worth waiting for a healthy baby at the end he makes happen!

Everything is fast and efficient. The staff is very nice and welcoming and Dr. Delacruz is very helpful and easy to speak with!

Was on time for my appt. But because it was 15 min before noon. Right before thanksgiving . I had to reschedule. They constantly double book themselves. Some staff is nice others not. Im on weekly visits now so missing a visit could risk my child and my health. There answer go to the hospital but we are closing.

All the staff are new after covid. All old staff were expert . We all start from the scratch they will be experts one day. Keep learning new staff

Why is cash not an option for this facility? I’ve been to this clinic a few times through my health insurance. But like many others during this pandemic, I’ve been layed off and lost my health insurance. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and hoped to see my physician for treatment. I was willing to pay cash (any amount) and was turned away not only by office staff but the office manager. I will not be back.

Doctor ok. Front office Debbie awful. I have been at Spring Mountain Womens Health at least 10 times in the past 5 years. Is a very busy practice and staff is always running but I never minded until today when I called to confirm my next appoimment. The front office lady DEBBIE told me on the phone that she had a very long day and couldnt understand my last name. I spelled three three times and she insisted she couldnt understand my accent in not a nice way. She interrupted me again and asked me my birthdate. I gave it to her and she repeated a completly different date. She was either completly tired, or distracted.Whatever the case, she was awfully rude. I told her that it was hard to believe that a professional medical staff in the Southwest of the US had a problem understanding accents. I just dont buy it. I have lived in the US for 25 years and went to college here. Honestly, my accent wasnt the problem. It was DEBBIES POOR PEOPLE SKILLS. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE MANY PATIENTS with foreign accents at Spring Mountain Womens Health. I am pretty sure theyre many of Them. I hope their management takes seriously their reviews.

Staff is absolutely stupid. Cant schedule you correctly. Supposed to have a appointment today and 15 before leaving they call me and cancel. Watch them cancel the next one. Then Im going to go to a different doctor.

Horribly abusive verbally demeaning and constantly interrupting woman name Alicia horrible customer service on the phone I felt like I was in the twilight zone she was saying horribly rude and insulting things about me that were not true the note in my file were incorrect and just trying to understand them she kept talking over me and then acted like I was doing something wrong the woman has clearly something wrong with her hormones or must’ve thought I was somebody else regardless it was extremely unprofessional and wild I tried to keep calm and ask her why she was interrupting me and ask her why she’s being un professional she continued to be extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there and I have been a 13 year client.

I cannot get a hold of ANYONE in their office. I have called for 2 days and left messages on 4 different mail boxes and still have not received a call back. Will be transferring Dr. offices once I get my medical records.

I had to wait in a closet for 45 minutes for surgical paperwork for them to charge my insurance company $449 for them to give me surgical paperwork to take to my surgery besides the fact of every time I come there my appointment that I have Im not seeing for at least an hour to an hour and a half to be seen for 5 minutes and you would charge my insurance company $449 then you make up surgeries I dont need and procedures I dont need the end up costing me thousands of dollars that I paid in advance and now Im fighting to get my money back I shouldnt have paid so no I do not recommend this facility to anyone because theyre not telling you everything and theyre overcharging you for nothing every day I came there every appointment I had I was mad when I left

I love doctor norton he saved my life I was extremely sick in my pregnancy with hyperemeris he had a meeting with desert prenatal just for me to get me the right help I needed he did everything he could to get my stable and home to my daughter he delivered both of my kids I’m forever greatful to him I know the wait it long and he’s sometimes in a hurry but if he knows ur okay he’s a very busy guy he does his very best for his patients or he’s a great doctor I wouldn’t trust any other doctor and I love his staff very friendly and nice
