Worst place to go too.They make you a 9:30 appointment and get you sitting for 1 hour then call you to the window at 10:30 🕥I Do not recommend this place to anyone.Take your business else where.

You are a priority as a new patient but once they got your $$$$ you will never reach them by phone or get a reply in their little portal. They’ve got some really nasty customer service here too. This place does NOT care about you! This is supposed to be a place that HELPS with infertility problems. Instead, it’s a battle with unhelpful, uncaring, and nasty staff. Once they got your money, you will never reach them by phone ever again or receive a reply in their disfunctional portal. They put you in a position where you have no choice because other places are insanely expensive and ppl go here but here you’re just a number and they could care less about you. This has been my experience with this place and I’m very disappointed. Mr. Kiltz makes his fortune on other people’s misfortune.

Great clinic that I would recommend. Offices are really nice and have spa like feeling, they dont feel like depressing medical offices. Staff is young and upbeat. Price, you really cant beat. Sometimes there was some miscommunication and small issues, but I had more problems with my local fertility clinic that charges 10x the price. You do have to advocate for yourself, but that seems to be the case with any doctors these days.

I didn’t not have the best experience at this facility. They have messed up my billing and is now trying to put the bill on me and is giving me the run around. I’ve been told that someone is going to call me back and no one does. Besides the fact of being on hold forever, it’s frustrating and seems like they’re really not in favor of the patient. I had faith that this would be a smooth procedure with insurance but I’m being squeezed due to the facility improperly not providing my information and documentation for coverage. This is not fair practice.Update: 5/28Still no status or update to provide. I’ve called Aetna and was advised that during my first consultation my chart was noted that I had my tubes tied which is inaccurate. The 2 appeals I have opened is due to the medical malpractice from misdiagnosing as me having my tubes tied. Desiree was no help when I called. She act as if I was interrupting her morning. Ha!Update: 6/21Just don’t use this facility or company if you have other options. Unprofessional and not trained properly on their own billing systems and patients chart. Never put faith in a doctor that misdiagnosed you from the beginning and expect a successful procedure.

My husband and I worked with them and our baby boy is 3 months old. It was our first transfer. They have been supportive and open to all questions. The portal is such an important part of your treatment here! My insurance has been covering everything, but I know thats rare. Payment plans are offered and this is the cheapest fertility center, making it accessible to many.

Worst clinic Ive ever been to. Incredibly unprofessional. I was billed for a service I didnt receive, for someone of the opposite gender. Ive been contacting them for a month and Im constantly transferred to a voicemail and they never follow up.

Just did my egg retrieval this week and am so thankful I choose CNY. The nurses were so helpful from the beginning to the end. Made me feel comfortable and took great care of me.

First things first. They did get the job done. BUT everybody is clueless and have horrible communication. The stress they put my wife through was a lot for her and even brought her to tears . if you know…. you know how stressful enough this process can be. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic .. you definitely get what u pay for. Which is a bunch of clueless untrained unreliable staff which are nice BUT But have no solution or answers to any of your questions or concerns.And the ACCOUNTING TEAMS .. oh brother. They tried to steal thousands of dollars from me and my wife with unexpected and random charges. We would constantly have a new bill on our portal and would have to call to get it sorted out. So on top of staff being no help they also try to steal your money.At the end of the day my wife is now 3 months pregnant with the professionalism of the embryologists and doctor who did the transfer .. so cheers to that. But the staff are TERRIBLE.

This is the worst experience ever. Not only do they have horrible communication, a horrible website and patient portal, they have terrible billing systems and just downright bad service. Found out a more than a year later that I still had sperm cryo preserved when after a first round of IVF we were told that they used all the specimens. That obviously has a huge impact on planning and mental health. It’s just devastating how bad this has been. I only learned I had another vial frozen because they switched billing to embryo options. Promptly paid that bill to find out I still owe for the previous year (the one we had no clue we had anything to pay for). So insult to injury now I owe another year of preservation fees. Seriously life altering and depressing. Get it the F together.

If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience with them. They are unprofessional, impersonal, and not well informed about proper fertility treatment. After having gone through IVF previously, I expected something very different than I got. I never once was given a chance to see a doctor. They let the nurses run all of the cycles, which to me, is quite unprofessional. They overstimulated my ovaries with hormones, forcing me to to freeze my embryos and waste an insurance cycle. They also insist on freezing at day 3, which is just a way for them to get and keep your money. Please do not go to this clinic. Save your money and emotional distress

The staff are so friendly and really care about whoever walks through their doors.

I AM SPEECHLESS!! All I can say is THANK YOU ROSE from the call center, for making what seemed like the impossible, completely possible!! After hearing our new consultation wouldn’t be for another 3-4 months, my fiancée and I were crushed because 1. We were planning for a November transfer, and 2. We were completely unaware and informed that we had to schedule a new consultation due to our first one being last year. Rose was completely understanding, compassionate, and full of patience. With a miracle from God, a cancellation came up while we were on the phone, and we now have a consultation next week!!! Thank you for your patience and understanding Rose!

I’d give no stars if I could. This place is a nightmare! The communication is horrible and they gave the wrong medications to my wife for TWO of her IVF cycles leading to failed pregnancy outcomes. You’re treated like a number rather than receiving personalized care at this place. I’d run far away from this establishment and go somewhere else if possible.

We have had a great experience with CNY. They are quick to respond and have made everything incredibly easy, despite the hard circumstances. This is the third fertility clinic weve been to, and they have easily been the best at communication. Despite traveling from South Carolina, we have spent a fraction of the cost of what IVF would have cost locally. I have recommended them to several friends struggling with infertility.

I am on my second cycle with CNY and had my first IUI at this location this month and it was a breeze. I was pretty anxious but the experience was not difficult at all and everyone who handled my care was absolutely fantastic. I felt very at ease immediately when I realized how nice everyone was. Im thankful to have found CNY and the care I have received has exceeded my expectations. If this cycle isnt the one, I have faith that Im in good hands and will have success soon. I cannot say enough good things and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs help in this area.

We had such a great experience here at CNY Albany. From the egg retrieval, to transfer, and acupuncture, everyone was so amazing!!! It does not feel like a medical facility but more like a spa. The whole atmosphere is calming and helps make you feel relaxed. Everyone made us feel so comfortable for every procedure and the nurses are amazing! Dr. DitKoff and Dr. Grossman are both great as well! couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been a patient of CNY for almost a year. The staff, nurses, and doctors have all been very supportive and kind. I feel they have listened to our worries and have included us in developing a plan we feel comfortable with. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience so far! Took over 3 months to get a consultation. I was told once the consultation is done, everything will go by fast. Lies!Once required documents were uploaded to patient portal and medications ordered/received, the entire team went silent.I was told by the traveling team that they will contact me once they get the SIS and HSG results uploaded, no one did. I uploaded those documents on 5/15 hoping they review it and follow-up with me but no one did. 6/1, I emailed the call center manager (Rebecca) directly with no response. 6/7, I emailed the call center through patient portal with no response. 4 1/2 weeks into turning in the requested documents, medications received, and no one respond to my emails or reach out.6/14, I called and a rude lady kept talking over me, telling me that I need to call them once I have my menstrual and everything is uploaded. See, I was afraid this would be the issue, therefore I discussed this with them during my consultation that I don’t get my period without medication because I have PCOS. I was reassured that it’s normal for them to get patients like me, so now this lady is giving me a hard time because I “didn’t call” them after my period. Hello lady, tell me how do I call after my period if I don’t get one without progesterone or birth control? How do I start taking my medication when your team never gave me any directions on when I should start my medications? If I have “normal bleeding” would I have the need for IVF? I was told by the traveling team to upload the required documents and they will reach back out to me. So, going forward are you telling me emails are not the most effective ways to reach you guys? That my messages will be left on seen or unread like the two I sent within the last 4 1/2 weeks and no one seems to care or take me seriously? Please don’t turn this around and make it a “me problem” for “not calling” to get directions when I was told they will reach out to me; even emailing should suffice a response. How do I rely on a non-local infertility clinic to help me get pregnant when they can’t even do a simple follow-up? Will I spend all these money on medications, procedures, traveling, and hotel just to fall through the gap? Will I even be able to get pregnant with false hope provided by this clinic? Please, tell me!

I am so frustrated with my experience with CNY. Most of the staff on one hand are so caring and kind but on the other hand the communication lines at this clinic are horrible. I have spent days just trying to get my prescriptions in order with barely any help or inconsistent help from the clinic. I am not sure if some staff are just terrible at writing notes and the other half are terrible at reading them. I seriously have no idea. But I already have had treatment delayed due to staff error not mine and now I am worried I will have to wait another month again for staff error not mine. I do have faith the process will work out with them but good lord, I dont think I should have to call everyday to make sure things are getting done.EDIT: I need to stress that the staff is kind and very helpful. All of them. It can be bumpy at times but keep going.

I plan to edit this review once the results are in to reflect my overall experience with CNY. For now, I will describe what they have done right and what they have done wrong.Cost - obviously doing it right. People on here saying you get what you pay for are absolutely right... if youre getting the traditional IVF experience that has not been streamlined such as CNY, that has not had the fat trimmed such as CNY, and is stuck in 2000s era thinking, you bet youll be paying for it. I can see where they have obviously cut costs and IMO as far as value for dollar nothing is lacking.Packages and Financing - What other IVF clinic offers Financing? The Prepaid IVF package for $3999 and medication package add on for around $1500 is still an entire round of IVF for less than $7000. The finance charge is $250 for ever $1000 financed with 50% down.Scheduling - They made it very clear that they were 3 months out. After the initial consultation, things moved quickly.Communication - This area certainly needs improvement. We got mixed messages, certain information was not made clear (medication is additional), and it seemed like we were being put into a cookie-cutter one size fits all IVF program. Somehow after emphasizing many time that we were affected by male factor infertility, my wife developed Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome due to the medication that she probably didnt need.

Only for those with minor fertility issues. If you suffer from uterine receptability or hostile uterine environment etc please do NOT waste any money or time. Failed transfers will not be discussed and tackled from a different angle. The nurse only concern will be if your starting a new cycle right away or not. The same protocol will be used even if it failed. The clinic is ran by the nurses, even the initial consultation is held by a nurse. No real discussion will be held with any doctor until your day of transfer, if you make it that far. I gave it 2 stars because of the pricing and in house payment plan option. For many, we can not afford even 1 round of IVF, this center makes it possible for anyone to try. That being said, they will try and continue to try no matter the outcome. If you have it to spend, they will take it, never addressing any issues. Clinic LACKS communication and because of this resulted in my 3rd failed transfer. Will be going to a different fertility clinic, you get what you pay for and unfortunately, this is all some can afford.

When I started with CNY my consultant was not what I expected. I barely could get a question in. The lady doing my consult told me if I have any questions to direct them to the portal. I was an out of town patient and referred by a family member. Honestly, it didn’t benefit me to be an out of town patient because there were so many unanswered questions that I kept asking and never got a straight answer and then there was always someone different answering my same question with different answers. I ended up going with a different fertility clinic and I am well aware every clinic is different but I’m learning so many different things that CNY should have went over with me that never happened. Now I have a $100 fee on my account with CNY and never received any services. I had already paid my consultant fee. They keep sending me the bill with no explanation. In the end, I’m not pleased with CNY and I hope the future patients have a better opportunity than me

Took 8 dead babies and 2 years of treatment to get 1 phone call with a real doctor.They expanded too quickly and care about money, not patients. No help, no personalization, no sympathy, and no expertise, despite us wasting our entire savings. You get what you pay for. Look elsewhere. Theyre getting sued for a reason.

I PRE PAID for my initial consultation. And havent done anything since. But they constantly text me about a $100 bill. Ive called and sat on hold for billing for over an hour 2x and now am sitting here waiting again already at 15min.. Noone can help only billing. And billing doesnt answer.After speaking to billing. They told me they took my PRE PAY payment and then chose to bill my insurance which my insurance didnt pay( exactly why I self paid up front) and then BILLED ME THE RESTSHADY business practices.Ill use another fertility agency.

I have had a terrible experience at CNY. It should be stated up front that you will not have one doctor over seeing your case. The nurses run the place and make the decisions. I had a consultation, 2 doctors appointments. An egg retrival, qnd two embryo transfers. Each time it was a different doctor looking at my chart for the first time. I was asked to get medications and then never instructed to tale them, had a doctor no show me on zoom, they forgot to take a picture of my embryo before the second transfer and tried to pawn it off by giving me a picture of my first embryo (I noticed the date on the photo was that of my first transfer), and they never explained tk me what an HCG wash was until I was in the room. When I asked to speak to a charge nurse or office manager repeatedly the answer was that there was nobody.I decided to change clinics and ha e asked that my records be sent over twice and mu new doctors office have not received them. I just send a third request so I guess we will wait and see.Overall I felt extremely unvalued as a patient and ir caused so much added stress in an already stressful time.I had a terrible experience.

Would definitely recommend CNY. We had been trying for years to have a baby with no success. Finally we decided to try ivf as it was the only thing we didn’t try. We shopped around and CNY by far had the best prices. Even with traveling to Albany, NY and Colorado Springs it was still cheaper than doing it locally by a good margin. The staff was great. We feel very fortunate as we had a good amount of good embryos and the pregnancy took the first try. Just 4 days ago we welcomed our baby girl into the world.

My experience has been great and rewarding. From the first call to the successful delivery of my baby and now Im going back for the second IVF. In short words.... CNY fertility is good!!!Good and experienced staff. Dr. Kiltz and other doctors there make dreams happen.Im glad I left Maryland to go there ( Albany). My prayers were answered through them. My first appointment at the lab was the day of getting the ovules... Everything went well that day!But 3 days ago was my appointment for the transfer, when I arrived with my husband they sent us to take a seat in the waiting room until they called us.When my turn came my husband asked if he should come in with me and the nurse replied that he could stay where he was sitting... Another thing I didnt like was that the doctor never said his name, he just came in and said Hello he placed the sonogram apparatus before inserting the cannula then he removed it and placed the eggs in me and I never saw where he left them nor did he explain to me!! I was surprised!! and when he finished he just said... Good luck! He never spoke to me during the process! And that for me was horrible because I have the doubt that if they really placed them because they were placed without the guidance of the ultrasound.PS: I am not a patient directly from the Lab. And my English is not very good so I had to translate this review.

In the end, we have a beautiful baby that we couldn’t have had without IVF. That being said, I would not recommend CNY Albany if you need the help of a urologist. They do not have one who specializes in fertility procedures and the one they sent us to, at Albany Med, should be replaced immediately. In fact, he should just get a job with Fred the Butcher or as a stunt double for Michael Myers. I won’t go into detail and make my husband re-live his horrendous experiences (plural) when he reads this review, but they rival the last scene in Braveheart. He would have been right to divorce me right after that. Although we did not have any success in Albany, the staff there was very nice and supportive. We had a much better experience overall at CNY Syracuse on the third try—to include working with Dr. Kiltz. More importantly, my husband is still married to me and our baby is healthy and happy.

Had my retrieval here back in October 2018. I am forever grateful for them. The office is like a spa, you walk in and instantly relax. Dim lighting, comfee seats, relaxing decor. I came from Texas and drove and stayed with family. Prepping to do a frozen embryo transfer here at Albany again. You cant go wrong with CNY Fertility.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a number of years now. I know this is a fertility clinic but I went here to get the Essure treatment which prevents me from having children. Dr. Montalto consulted with me and did the procedure and I have never forgotten how warm, kind, and how easy the process was. No one questioned me, no one judged me for not wanting children. Instead they treated me with just as much love and kindness as the women getting their eggs harvested. I highly recommend this place for any kind of fertility treatment, including stopping fertility! :)

I am from NYC. My Doctor sent me to this fertility center. I went there first time last week for my Egg retrieval. It was a great experience. The lady at the reception was very nice and answered all our question. We filled out all the forms and whatever I didnt understand, the nurse named Brie explained. Brie was amazing and very friendly. Doctor Grossman was my doctor. I was nervous but it went very smooth. I was put to sleep and then the process probably took 10 mins. After i woke up the nurse helped me to the changing room and we were done

Justine is absolutely amazing in every aspect including being extremely knowledgeable about infertility! If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt be receiving treatment at CNY.

If I can give less than a star I would. I literally waited more than a hour while they called all patients in that came in after me. I told them I had to get home to take my medications at a specific time and they didnt even look at me when in giving me a response. Even after the nurse who roomed me after an hour had me sitting in the patient room for another 30 mins. Extremely rude front desk staff that doesnt acknowledge patients concerns and except for 1 nurse I spoke to rest are very dismissive. If youre desperate go here other than that dont except even a ok customer service

The doctors and staff are so incredibly friendly. Theres so much stress revolved around infertility, but the staff (and the facility itself) has a way of taking away some of that stress. Thanks to CNY in Albany, we have 3 beautiful children ❤

The care we received was exceptional the staff and nurses are wonderful they really care about you and are considerate. Our journey together made it possible to have our beautiful daughter.

Terrible waste of money! I spent over $15,000 here and the experience was awful. Office staff is rude and dismissive. There was so much miscommunication between the pharmacy, Dr, and nurses. It truly sucked. Remember you get what you pay for. It may look like a deal but in the long run…it’s not! Choose a different fertility clinic please

Good luck scheduling with them. Still waiting to hear back from 1/10. Attempted to schedule online and via phone x3. Three weeks and counting …Will update review if/when this progressesUPDATE - I find it interesting that this review was responded to within 24 minutes when I hadn’t received a call after three weeks with multiple messages left. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Amazing office! I never felt more welcome and comfortable then I did with the CNY staff. We traveled 7+ hours to be seen by them and after almost 4 years of infertility we were blessed with our miracle ivf baby!

Dr. Ditkoff and all of the staff at Albany from the front desk to the nurses and medical assistants have been amazing and accommodating to us since day one. As travel patients, we couldn’t recommend CNY more ❤️

I love this place ! After I left RBA in Atlanta Georgia I did my research and found CNY fertility . They are so professional Dr.Kiltz is amazing he got me pregnant first try with my own eggs! I’m 45 so that’s rare . I lost it but I am still currently there . Staff is very helpful and they are extremely affordable! I highly suggest ! They will do everything in their power to get you pregnant

Wait time for a consultation is over 6 months out, and the receptionists do not understand any trans-related issues, including pronouns or assigned sex at birth. Way too many assumptions made based on the sound of my voice, not great client care. Train your front line staff better.

Shout out to CNY Albany. the staff have been amazing and positive. Niccole NP is an awesome resource who has helped me tremendously in developing my plan of care. The Drs at Albany are efficent and effective. BIG thanks to the great care from the healing art center Karen always takes time to really assess my needes each accupuncture session and i know its really helping. lastly, Dr. Magarelli at Colorado springs office, thank you for your Live streams. you always answer my questions and help me become more informed about this difficult journey.

I had my very first ER today ☺️☺️it was a beautiful experience!!!everyone from the receptionist to the doctor, nurses whole medical staff was extremely informative, but also put all my worries at ease I’m so happy to have CNY. I wish there was an option for a 10 star ⭐️ option that’s how very pleased I am. Soooo many thanks to the Albany team you rock

After contracting sepsis and nearly loosing my right ovary as a direct result of donating eggs, I can firmly say: go somewhere else. This is a company that will squeeze every last egg out of you (37 in my case in one go), without any concern for your body or what might happen to you afterwards.

CNY in Latham gave me my little boy! I’ll be forever grateful. Both Drs there are excellent and I’d recommend this location over others for several reasons. Visits were smooth and easy to schedule and the onsite spa is lovely.

I had my first appointment on December 23rd. My husband and I had blood work done at that appointment, and found that I have the ovarian reserve of a 40-something year old (Im in my early 30s), and that he had a genetic abnormality that would be fatal to 2/3rds of his offspring. I was heart broken, and it didnt look good. We did a round of IVF in January, and another in February (after tinkering with the meds), and I got my positive pregnancy test on February 25th. I didnt think that it would happen for us at all, nevermind within 2 month of my first appointment! Thanks CNY Fertility!

Im so very upset 😡I had appointment with them that I had to wait a month for. They cancel and now they wants to give me an appointment for three months later . When I did everything already with my clinic which three months later I would have to repeat some of the tests again What a waste of my time😔

This place is Surprisingly beautiful and Professional. Very organized. They got me pregnant twice.

I have made contact with dr Klitz twice on tik tok prior I scheduled an appointment no rep no call I also made a second schedule no reply it’s been more than 2 months waiting for a reply I guess my age at 48 have no place for CNY

I just dont get it its hard to get in touch with anyone here to be on hold for a hour on 2 separate days and still not reach anyone is horrible 😕 with the amount of stress I have to go through just to speak with someone and get help I might as well not have kids
