Susan is the best of the best. She is the most caring provider I have ever had. She listens to you and doesn’t talk at you. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t make you feel rushed. When you have an issue, she is on it. She doesn’t leave you worried about results of tests and lab work, she will call you right away. Thank you Susan for being so awesome!

Susan Parks, FNP-BC, is a very knowledgeable and caring, skillful practitioner. She listened attentively and patiently to my responses to her pertinent questions and to my comments and concerns, and she provided me with clear and very helpful, empathetic advice and treatment options. I left my appointment with her feeling not only very competently treated but affirmed and respected as a patient. In my eighty years, she is the best primary care provider I have ever had.

I love knowing that when I am sick and need to see my provider or am well and would like to see my provider that it is easy to book an appointment! Susan is amazing! Susan Parks has agreed to serve as my Primary Care Physician. I recently had my initial consultation with Susan. I was very pleased to find that she was very approachable, engaged, and thorough. Ms. Parks was clearly familiar with the latest protocols associated with my particular neurological disease and had a thorough understanding of the orthopedic challenges I am facing. At no time did I feel rushed or discounted. I felt like I was entering into a partnership in which I unmistakably had been given a voice.

Just started heat and everything was great!!! I was in and out. The staff was all extremely helpful and kind and I loved my NP. She mad me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all and would definitely recommend!!!
