I went in today because I was having trouble breathing due to me being asthmatic and having the flu/some sort of infection. I was nervous since I don’t have insurance that they were going to charge me an obscene amount of money to be treated. The staff here were very kind and didn’t try to run my pockets up, they checked with me to see if costs would bc ok before I said yes to treatments which I really appreciate bc times are tough and I’m not a millionaire. Dr Nardi was great and took his time explaining why I was having such reactions with my asthma and made sure that he answered any questions that I had. I left feeling a lot better than when I initially came in bc I had barely slept for two days bc I was having a really hard time breathing. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at any other urgent care compared to the one I did at this one.

Walked into to the clinic in Lindenhurst Sunday afternoon. Was back in my home in 45 minutes. Great staff - Very professional and easy sign in process. I would highly recommend this facility.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I had COVID and they took good care of me. Quickly provided me with the documents I needed for my job.

Reception area was very nice and the people behind the desk was very friendly.. unfortunately I was not happy with the doctor who saw me…. Diagnosed me with a virus even though I told her I felt like I had a sinus infection …also had a very bad cough and congestion….she sent me home with nasal spray and ear drops …. No antibiotics …. So a week later I went to city Md and was told I have a sinus infection and put be on antibiotics and prednisone…. Said she was surprised I wasn’t on them already!

Not at all happy with this locationI was there because of Northwell health butI have bad experience twice timeSo much attitude . And I feel unprofessional group . I hope Northwell team Fully trained crew .

I don’t go to urgent cares often but my primary couldn’t see me until March so this was the next best thing. I was able to make an appt online for 815am. I checked in around 8 & was put in a room immediately. Didn’t have to wait too long to see the doctor & she was very nice & helpful. Speedy service & a very clean facility.

Facility is always clean, the staff is extremely professional and personable and the time spent in the waiting room is wonderfully short!! I highly recommend anyone to visit when needed!!

The staff was courteous and professional and the wait time was minimal. It was extremely clean. I will visit this location again when needed.

Honestly, everything went so smoothly. The doctor was so nice and sweet. The whole staff was also the same just really really awesome considering you’re going there for some problem. I can say that they will make you feel better just by the way they present themselves and the kindness they have and also knowledge I must say of course.

Great fast option for most medical needs. I have a GP but making an appointment and doctors hours can be a problem. the staff is professional and friendly, the check in is simple!

Unfortunately, I can’t recall the doctor’s name but she was amazing!

I am so grateful for Dr B. Balabus and Dayana Diaz that took care of me. God bless them!!

From the front desk to the medical assistant and the doctor they were all very professional. They are caring, compassionate, and thorough. The doctor went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic. I would totally recommend this Northwell site.

I bought my son in complaining of ear pain and the ear was draining fluid. He was diagnosed with a sinus infection turns out he had a ruptured ear drum. Will never go here again!

Visited this location for an ear flushing. I had some blockage in my left ear. I made an online appointment and checked in digitally and was seen exactly at my appointment time. Check in was easy and staff was extremely friendly. Diane my PA was excellent, knowledgeable and had a great attitude along with the Scribe that took my vitals and assisted. Location was clean and organized. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and I was given meds to treat my symptoms. The place was clean and whole process was so easy. Very good experience.

Clean modern facility - could register online. Was assisted by Cindy and PA Brandon, both were polite, helpful and efficient. Had to wait a little bit - but still my shorter wait time than my doctor’s office. All-in-all, my experience was positive and would recommend.

The staff and Doctors are always nice and caring to my daughter and me. The center is clean and fast-paced while listening to patients concerns. The X-ray tech traveled from West Islip to do an x-ray all with a 15-minute wait. I love you guys and am thankful for the entire Northwell system.Thank you💞

Walked it was take immediately. Clean office and the nurse and Dr. were personable and efficient . The illness I went in for is much better thanks to the medication prescribed .

Went in due to severe pain in my back going down my legs. All I wanted was maybe an xray on my back due to the fact I have a rod in my back. I was afraid something had happen to the rod. Well, she said she wouldnt do an xray and she said it was more likely my hips. I was very upset due to my pain. I went to my primary next day and he sent me for xrays Stat which came out to be fractured vertebrae and other issues. Maybe they need to listen to the patient more instead of assuming. I knew where my pain was and it wasnt in my hips. It was in my back going down my legs. Will not use again!!

All the gohealths are connected and connect with the Northwell central data so I did not have to repeat a lot of data. The Amityville office knew the hours of the Lindenhurst office so that I could get my medication ASAP. The doctors and staff were kind and thorough, answering all questions. Little waiting at either place.

The Dr and staff were attentive, friendly and concerned.

The entire staff were professional, cordial, and caring and the place was clean. It was a good experience

They canceled my gfs PCR because her rapid came back positive. Her employer, Northwell, only accepts the PCR as proof. Initially, they said that they were going to do both and swabbed for it. They never mentioned that they would cancel the PCR on a +rapid. Now my gf has to be swabbed again + lose PTO. Poor communication on their part.

Dr. Supariwala is professional. He took the time to understand and listen. He has the best bedside matters. I am happy I went to see him. Dr. Supariwala he made it sure I went to the hospital. He checked up on me while I was in the hospital. Above all

I just walked out little while ago from this facility w/o being attended. I waited an hour in the triage room. The doc finally comes in and tells me that I need an X-ray but the tech cannot be reached. He/she is expected to come from one their other locations. Not only I have to wait for this person to come from other location but she/he cannot be reached, outrageous to say the least. I guess they share personnel in the expense of visitors time. I told them that I wish they told me this earlier so that I can decide whether or not to wait. Obviously, I walked out bc who knows when the tech will show up. It is totally unprofessional and unethical practice to cut corners and save money in our expense. I will never go back here again. Hope they are not planning to charge me for the unpleasant visit.

A very professional group of people.I made the appointment ahead of time with no wait time.I was greeted by the front desk woman who was very professional. The medical assistant was very helpful and the PA was very professional and informative I highly recommend this place. It was also very clean.

I did the on line checking so once I got there the front desk nurse just checked my id and insurance card. I was sent to one of the rooms right away and the Dr came to check me out and prescribed medication. I paid my copay and went to CVS to pick it up only to find out it was on backorder for a week. Went back to Northwell and the nurse called RiteAid and Walgreens to see if it was avaialable there. The Dr was willing to change the prescription to something more readily available but Walgreens had it in stock. Overall very pleased with the staff at this location.

The Doctor listen so well to my problems, she told me so clear what to do, and thanks for what she had told me how to do things i am so well, and got so fast recovery.

Thursday afternoon-the waiting room 1hr1 doc seeing patients, place is slammed!3 scribesAbsolutely nothing urgent about this care. Not slamming anyone here...but 1 doc, cmon northwell.

In and out quickly for the appointment.Everyone so polite and courteous. No paperwork or clipboard entry when I arrived.Clean and modern. Nurse and PA were great. . Explained everything.Excellent experience.

I liked that I didnt have to wait when I arrived for my appointment, and I liked the bedside manner of the PA who cared for me. Making an appointment was easy, and My overall experience was very good. I would recommend this place.

I was able to make a same day appointment. Staff took me in right away upon arrive. Staff was very friendly. Answered all my concerns. Very clean environment. I definitely recommend this location.

So far horrible. They rarely return calls. Front staff is uncaring, nonchalant. Doctor does not return phone calls. Bathroom and reception dirty.

Came in around Late afternoon place was empty and quiet there was no be here except for the workers. Two minutes later the receptionist comes, I check in everything’s ok. A RN comes and starts talking very loudly while I’m sitting there about whatnot and asked about my personal information out loud while people are present. Very unprofessional will not return. Wasn’t friendly at all either.

I was seen very quickly, easy check in and out process, physician was great!

Very nice place inside but had the rudest nurse & doctor. She was rough & impatient taking my daughters temperature and throat culture. Doctor got annoyed at my questions. Very disappointing

Been here a few times with my kids for urgent visits, always had a great experience Dr. Marie Ange Dorval is very caring and thural.

Staff was courteous , professional and knowledgeable and on top of that I was seen diagnosed and on my way home very fast
