Very busy office but the staff is pleasant and professional. Had a short wait to get checked in and out but just a few minutes each time. First time meeting with doctor Jones, which proved to be quite interesting. She asked really pertinent questions getting to know me and my history. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been treated at Arkansas Urology Associates Mens Health Clinic for about a year now. I have always had an excellent experience and Dr. Reed-Jones is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. Her staff is awesome as well, I am very grateful for everything that they have done and continue to do for me.

It was an easy and pleasant experience as much as it can be for a doctor’s visit. Doctor Gail Jones made this visit comfortable. She explained may condition and needed treatment in friendly and clear manner. She is great. Tests done right in the clinic. All staff is courteous and works efficiently. I will come with confidence of a good treatment.

From the time I called to schedule the appointment until I left the office, service was first-class all the way. Empathetic staff, nurse, and nurse practitioner. Very pleased with the experience.

I have received 3 messages and email confirmation that I have an appointment, when I reached there for an appointment after so much arrangements, they said sorry it was mismanaged internally. They charge no show fee if we miss an appointment so they would also compensate when they did mistake and missed an appointment as per message confirmation.

Can’t believe AR Urology has taken a pretty good system of drop by labs and turned that into a fiasco. Sat at Bowman location for an 8:00 lab draw and got out at 9:00! I’ve never waited more than 10 mins before appointment was required. Doesn’t do any good to make an appointment only to select order to be seen by order of appearance. Why not leave well enough alone. If it wasn’t broke - then why bother…just enjoy the success.

Sam Raney performed my procedure painlessly & with great skill. He thoroughly explained the post precautions & follow up. The feeling of safety & trust with this provider is 10/10.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Arkansas urology. Dr.Jones and her staff are always very professional, courteous and knowlegable in all areas of their operation. I have never had a problem with any of the services.

I called to make an appointment for my husband because I thought his testosterone may be low because of his age and he had so much fatigue. We got the recommendation to the Mens Health -Arkansas Urology clinic on Bowman from one of my colleagues. About his 2nd or 3rd appointment the front desk forgot to check him in. He sat there for and over an hour in the waiting room as he saw that patients who arrived after him kept getting called back for their appointments. Finally someone asked when his appointment was and what was his name and they said they got busy and forgot to check him in. Meanwhile he was over 2 hours late getting to work because of their mess up. Then this last time he went in to see his doc and they took some more labs and someone would call him about how to proceed since his RBC was elevated. A month later and we still havent had a call. I personally called 2 weeks ago to speak to his nurse and had to leave a message and was told that either him or myself would be called that day or the next day. No one called. The last time I called and they said as long as he wasnt off the testosterone for 4 weeks then he wouldnt have to start over. I got tired of waiting and called to get him into a different clinic because I felt he had been abandoned as a patient since no one would return our calls. I called today to speak with the office manager to let them know he had been abandoned and she was out of the office. Dr. Jones finally called and said she couldnt figure out what went wrong and where they slipped up. I told her I just thought it was ironic they couldnt bother to call or return messages to get him back in or tell him how to proceed, but they didnt have any hesitation in sending him a bill for almost $700. Luckily the place we have him in now values him as a patient and he really likes them and they never give him the run around. So I will no longer be recommending Mens Health-Arkansas Urology to any more of my colleagues.

I met Dr. Jones and she was wonderful. She was thorough in explaining my labs and did so in a friendly and relatable way.

Front desk was rude: on headset phone talking loud, yelling to person in back office, yelled at me when I didn’t realize she was talking to me. Stated I sign in and barked that’s only when we’re busy, not at desk when left to ask for shot set ups. Lab attendant perfect!

Was supposed to be a quick blood draw … waited 40 minutes and they could not tell me when they were going to get me back so had to leave to make an appointment .

I really did like my last PA, but Scott seems very kind and receptive to hearing and treating my needs. Also, the nurse that did my vitals was very kind and authentically outgoing which was nice to encounter. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and quick in her duties.

Typically I love doctors but these guys are butchers. Longstory short twice I went to this clinic and both times I was forced by my urologists there right away to do invasive UNESSESARY surgery/treatment that would of made huge very bad medical, financial, or family burdenss for me for no reason what so ever. They wouldnt even listen to me with there way or the highway attitude. Well I would give them the highway! Things like that make me suspect they want a new house or car something like that. You know what I mean? IF YOU SLIGHTLY SUSPECT SOMETHING IS UP GET A SECOND OPINOIN! Continuous practices like that at this clinic will get this clinic in deep trouble.

Great reception. Kind doctor. Thorough and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience. I logged in the telehealth link at 1:45 and put my phone on do not disturb like it says to do on the link. Then after 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting while it told me they were running late and continue to wait I messaged to find out they tried to call me on the phone they had me put on do not disturb and that I have missed my appointment. When I called the main number I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Now I have to reschedule again for a lab review 4 days from now.

Came in for labs, blood work...in , out, no problems. Today I was able to come right in and do my labs. I had canceled an earlier appointment for a later one. But things worked out and when I called from the parking lot I was told to come on in. I was seen and back in my car in less than 15 minutes.

Dr D’Anna is fantastic and will be missed, though I hope he enjoys his retirement.

We called the Bowman location today to get some help after attempting several times to contact the Benton location about making a payment and scheduling a procedure. Carla answered the phone and listened to our problem and instantly offered to help. She went above and beyond to get us connected to the right person. She could have just transferred us back to the Benton office or said that she couldn’t assist us since we are not seen by her doctor but she did not. We were able to get everything done in one phone call because of her great customer service and polite attitude. Thank you again Carla for 5 star service!

Arkansas Urology has been my Urology Clinic for over 20 years and I like their Doctors. My recent visit was to Mens Health which is also good.The reason I only gave 2 stars is for their poor phone service. They definitely need to add one or more human operators so patients dont have to remain on hold for 18 minutes to talk to someone(as I did this week). In recent past even calls to Mens Health had to go through main phone system, but now they have separate number which also puts you on hold. Lady at office said those calls also sometimes go through main system. PLEASE guys, improve your communications system! Surely a clinic with 19 Medical Doctors and multiple other providers can afford as many dedicated phone system operators as needed to answer calls immediately! What this tells me is that you value your time but think my time is not worth much!

The Arkansas Urology provide world class medical care. Dr. Jones and her staff addressed all of my health care concerns. I highly recommend her.

Michael Stirling was excellent. He was collaborative and open to what I had to say and thought about potential treatments while giving me good advice about the pros and cons of each. It gave me more confidence than Ive ever had that Arkansas Urology is the right place for me to be to address my issues.

Dr. Jones performed a procedure on me today and was very professional but sincerely compassionate and friendly at the same time. Explained each step carefully and made sure I understood entirely.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 215 appointment. I was called and went into an examination room got weighed, had my blood pressure taken and was taken back to the examination room. Unbeknownst to me Dr. Jones was dealing with a new, complicated patient that required a lot of her time. Unfortunately, I had another appointment and had to leave. I had just returned to my house after the second appointment when my phone rang. It was Dr. Jones apologizing over and over about me not being informed about the complicated situation she was dealing with. She was able to give me good news about my situation and suggested that I get another appointment in a few weeks to make sure everything is okay. She is a very professional physician and I will miss her after I move.

Dr. Jones has been fantastic since the first time I saw her years ago and since I wasn’t able to make it to the office, the telemedicine call worked out great. Thanks again for offering this service to disabled people and those that have no ability to get to the facility.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful and kind.

I would like for you to do better. I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled blood draw. I have worked in health care for years and I can tell when you’re busy and when you’re not….and you weren’t busy.

Dr. Richard D Anna is great at listening and solving however, I was told that the medicine i was prescribed was to be covered by insurance and when i went into the office to pick it up the woman at the desk said it was “100% not covered by insurance” so not sure who to believe when it comes to that.

Been using them for several years and although much has changed, it is changing for the better. Ken Mitchell was a great add and Dr D’Anna in telemedicine is excellent. Needed to work on calling back when they say and are doing better at that. The product and person to service is excellent though.

The phlebotomist was professional and knowledgeable. My wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes and the entire lab visit was 15 minutes.

Failed to order meds necessary for appointment. Lack of professionalism by front office. If I can get everything done in Conway I will NEVER be back. If they are the only ones that do my procedure may consider changing Urologist. No matter how well I like them in Conway.

I love going here for treatment. They always put me at ease with treatment plans and give me choice of sedation if needed. I will admit chicken when comes pain. So going to sleep every time. The people are very nice and helpful. I am on fixed income an they never give me problems when short cash for deductible. This is top notch clinic and professional.

I have to say after speaking with Dr. Kenneth Mitchell I do think he definitely has the best interest of the patients in mind. I think I unfairly jumped to an assumption that is not accurate at first .Dr. Mitchell has reached out several times to address my concerns and he has effectively done so with sound facts. I feel he is truly doing his best to provide the highest level of care to his patients. Thank you again to Dr. Mitchell and the Arkansas urology staff !

Dr Brian Rayburn is awesome you can talk to him about stuff you dont want to talk about easily. Hes knowledgeable understanding and helpful. And hes about getting into the solution of whatever your dealing with.

The experience I had with Dr. Jones and the young lady who did my ultrasound was super calming during what could have been a very stressful appointment.

Kenneth Mitchel is an outstanding practitioner and communicator. His review of my record was thorough and his examination was comprehensive. He understands the link between the health of the intestinal tract to other systems in the body and advocates for an integrative approach to healing that embraces the importance of nutritional and other life style practices on the healing process. I recommend him highly.

Cancel my follow up appointment not once but twice then tells me I have to come in on Thursday or Friday of the week; because the doctor only in those day when I was scheduled for a Tuesday both times before like WOW.

Been a patient a little over a year I have no complaints about any services Ive received.

My husbands appointment was cancelled without being notified. My husband called and asked why his appointment was cancelled without being notified and the receptionist claims they spoke to someone when calling the wrong number (after being given updated information). They’re lazy and do not do their job sufficiently when people are coming to them for help.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The last visit took forever but out of 3 visits that was the only issue. I realize stuff happens sometimes. All in all couldnt ask for a better experience.

Dr. Jones was great and very helpful. However the office staff fails to tell you they will not bill your insurance as a preventative or wellness check for insurance requirements, even if you tell them it is what the visit is for. They code it as a medical office visit therefore it will not be covered as preventative under insurance guidelines.

Good visit. The facilities, staff and doctor were all Great.Nothing is perfect, though. I was asked to fill out paperwork that duplicated what I had dond online. *sigh*

I drove from Texarkana to Little Rock to see these guys and was extremely impressed. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and figured I’d be bored sitting in their waiting room but to my surprise they brought me back within minutes, performed the procedure, and had me heading back to Texarkana before my appointment time was even scheduled. I know this is probably not the norm but they were able to get me in early and by golly they did! VERY professional AND friendly, which is a rare combination in today’s world! I HIGHLY recommend!

This was my first time at the Little Rock Men’s Health location and I must say that all went well. All my information was accurately in the system and I guess I should not have been surprised. It was my first visit with Ken Mitchell and my impression was that he was quite knowledgeable and accomplished in his field. This last visit supports my level of confidence in continued success and progress with Arkansas Urology.

Absolutely ridiculous that I sat in the waiting room for an hour for a mid-morning appointment. No long line of people. Just an excuse that they were backed up to see the provider. Will not go to this location again

No a long wait time for the doctor to see you. My appointment was 9:45, they called me back at 9:47 and the doctor came in at 9:55. Excellent service and I wish other doctors visits was like them

Was very impressed that Brian was able to spend the time to talk to me and let us go into detail about what the problem was most scientifically and physically etc. it’s not often that there’s enough time to actually get into the problem and try to figure out the best solution. I really do appreciate Brian’s effort to do so.

The woman taking my blood had an awful attitude proceeded to tell me that she had to know my name but I did not need to know her name I don’t know where she came from but where I come from I wanna know who’s gonna stick a needle in my arm. I have lost all confidence in Dr Reede Jones’s abilities please change me to a new doctor thanks this is the third time I have asked. Thanks!

So far my experience with Arkansas Urology and Mens Health have been awesome Dr Ronald kuhn, Gail Jones, and especially Ken Mitchell are the best Ronald kuhn Triad nurse Eric always returns my calls very promptly and explains things very thorough he is very patient. Not too happy with the scheduling Department though they dont seem to be on the same page and get lost in the mix they dont communicate very well with the doctors and nurses other than that its a great place I would recommend Arkansas Urology and Mens Health to anyone needing to see a urologist for the most part very happy a special thanks to Ken Mitchell has his patience best interest at heart a true professional thank you Mr Mitchell
