Use to love this place as a nurse just sent my daughter here they never even took her temp, no flu test, she had already taken a Covid test it was negative. She has a history of getting pneumonia, they never even took her temp and just sent a script for cough syrup! Thanks as a medical professional certainly she wasn’t already taking cough syrup 🙄

Im still unsure why my urgent care copay is $60 but I had to pay $90, but I did. Went in to get painful blisters on both arms checked out. Nurse said shingles. PA said contact dermatitis. Gave a RX for oral steroids and antibiotic ointment and no further explanation of what to expect from here on out. Two days went by and it didnt sit well and I was feeling worse (arms burning so much that I couldnt sleep). Was lucky enough to get an appointment with my dermatologist due to cancellation this morning. Just as I suspected, I was told classic case of poison ivy. Told me to continue on the oral steroids, given a steroid shot and told to discard antibiotic salve for a steroid. Long story short I wasted $120 and two additional days of suffering for a misdiagnosis of a pretty straightforward thing like poison ivy.

Quick, friendly, efficient and effective. I made an appointment and did online check in beforehand. The staff was super nice! Hopefully I won’t ever need urgent care again but if I did I would definitely go back. Also, the pharmacy inside the building was very convenient.

Recently went not feeling well. Paid a co-pay for them to do a standard Covid test, which I already have done at home. I was told I had allergies which I insisted it was not due to me carrying a fever for the previous days. Was told just to go get some Claritin and would be surprised what it does. And was told to “come back if it doesn’t work!” So they could collect more money. The following day went to a different doctor that took the proper steps to find out. I had pneumonia, in which I was prescribed the correct antibiotics.

Waited 45 min to have about 5 mins of time with the PA. Jumped right to wanting to test for Covid. Diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection no otoscope.. copay of $200 for a steroid shot and 5 mins with the PA. Wack

This Urgent Care is the best !!! Always clean, fast and knowledgeable. The staff is caring and compassionate. Never ever one issue. My whole family goes there in our times of need! Ive told everyone about their exceptional quality care !!

My experience from beginning to end was outstanding. From the time I checked in with the kind and professional gentleman who checked me in to Crystal who was so sweet and put me at ease to Dr. Lila Popadiuk who listened to my concerns and was very compassionate and treated my symptoms, I felt very relieved. I can’t say enough about all these folks.

Every time I visit this location, I remember exactly why this is my go-to for urgent cares. The staff is kind, quick, responsive, and helpful. Sid did a great a job today, thank you sir 🫡

Very easy to schedule. Sid at the front desk greeted us upon arrival and we witnessed him repeatedly go above and beyond for us and others as they arrived. Wait time was great.MA  was so kind and also professional.The physician was not all that impressive. He was unkempt in his personal appearance and prescribed medication that was not indicated for the diagnosis given. Virtually no history or physical exam. I bring my kids here for sore throats and earaches when they need antibiotics but would not be comfortable with a more complex complaint.It feels like the office is driven by patient reviews rather than good medical care.

Michigan Urgent Care always does a great job. The Doctor (does he ever take a day off?) and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I took a wasp sting to my left hand, resulting in itching and swelling. The doctor at Michigan Urgent Care Livonia spent no more than 10 seconds conducting a solely visual exam. Upon noticing the swelling was moving up my forearm, he said I needed to be seen in ER and left the room. He mentioned the probability of IV treatment (and even the possibility of hospitalization).I went to St. Marys ER. The doctor conducted a thorough visual and textile exam and prescribed a 10-day regimen of Keflex. When I remarked to him the urgent care doctors mentioning of the possible need for IV-injected antibiotics (and potential hospitalization), he rolled back his eyes and snickered.I feel its poor practice for a doctor to so easily pass off his responsibilities to an ER department the way the physician did at Michigan Urgent Care, who billed my insurance company and took my $35 copay. This strikes me as an indiscriminate money-grab.Whats worse, my ER copay was $120. That totals out to $155.Needless to say, I wont ever be visiting Michigan Urgent Care again.

The front desk employee was rude. The doctor was a mess and unprofessional. They barely examined my son and did nothing to help stop the bleeding or clean him up. Just slapped a gauze square taped to his upper lip to catch the blood. Could not tell if my son’s nose was broken or tell me if he had a concussion. Very expensive for no care at all.

Woke up Saturday morning with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment that same morning online super easy. I arrived and was treated so nicely. I love this urgent care! In and out with in 25 minutes. From front desk to the doctors the staff is awesome!!

Second time using this urgent care. The staff are so friendly, love the lady who is always so helpful at the front desk. Needed a TB test it was quick, easy and affordable!

Dr. Webster is the absolute best! Weve been seeing him for over ten years and he always brightens our day! The entire staff is pleasant and extremely efficient

Dr could have been more explicit about what I should do after I was diagnosed with Covid. There has been a lot of conflicting information circulating. Also my first round of prescriptions was never received by the pharmacy. I confirmed with the doctor that the prescriptions were sent but they weren’t. I had to call back twice because the pharmacy didn’t receive them. Also the pharmacist advised me that zithromycin should not be taken because of my other medication for Afib.

Scheduled an appointment due to having drainage, runny nose, and sore throat. I was able to get a same day appointment to be seen. The total appointment with registration and treatment took less than 45 minutes. All of the staff was pleasant and friendly including the Physician Assistant. I would definitely recommend visiting the Urgent Care.

Worst urgent care i’ve been to in my life. i go up there with fever, fatigue, body aches, the basic flu like symptoms and when i told the nurse my symptoms she tells me “idk why you came here i would’ve went to the ER” and then they only ran a covid test and a urine test on me when i’m telling them my symptoms and im curled into a ball not okay on the bed. they basically robbed me of 50 bucks and refused to run any other tests they could to see what i might have so i will never be going back here and if you’re sick, don’t bother coming here either because they just take your money n send you elsewhere :/

Very professional, efficient and timely! Had an injury that needed 30+ stitches, was in and out in under an hour. My last visit to a different ER took 6+ hours in a hallway with zero privacy. This is much preferred!

Loved my experience here. There’s the ability to schedule online and complete paperwork in advance of arrival. So friendly and very quick to be seen.

I prefer this over the other urgent cares in the area. Front is super nice. Can make appointments by phone or online easy. Doc is always super nice. If I’m just sick, I prefer it over my primary physician. Last time I went in for neck and shoulder pain due to a possible slipped disc, the doc knew exactly what to do. 3 days later and I’m starting to feel better.

Honestly the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is incredibly kind and their service is very quick.

I went to the clinic for severe low back pain. They did a urinalysis and decided it was a urinary tract infection. However, besides listening to me breathe no examination was done. I was told to take Tylenol as they said they couldn’t give me anything stronger. I have kidney disease so I know I can’t take NSAIDs. They told me to contact my primary care physician if I wanted anything stronger. That doctor was closed for the day. Basically I wasted $60 on this visit. I will not return to this walk-in clinic ever again.

Going to have to edit my review. Went for a wrist injury in January. X-Rays didnt show a break, so they provided a Breg writs brace for me. It worked fine, and I wore it for a couple of weeks. Then yesterday I received a bill from Breg for $260.97 for the brace. That same brace can be purchased for $39.99, plus shipping, online. Im probably stuck paying it at this point, but if you go to this urgent care ask a lot of questions about what equipment they are providing and how much it will cost. Because they wont tell you otherwise. Had I known it was over $260, I wouldve just bought one myself.

The team that I saw were friendly and extremely quick. I drove past multiple places to come to this one because I know that I am going to recurve great care!

Very fast and efficient. I can never get in to my Dr. when I am sick let alone on a Sunday. I was in and treated and out in about 15 minutes, prescriptions called into my pharmacy. I am thankful you are there.

I am very allergic to poison ivy, and get it every single year, since I was a child. I have been going to this urgent care because the Dr there is usually able to look back at my chart and see that Its a chronic issue that pops up around the same time every year, which makes the appointment quick and easy, usually. Today I was the ONLY person there as a walk in, the receptionist had the absolute dirtiest nails Ive ever seen, outside of my garden. The nurse that took me back was very nice but the Dr, when she came in she immediately said that she didnt believe that I had poison ivy at all, because she didnt think it looked like it. I have had this allergy my entire life, so at least 48 years that I can actually remember. I have probably been to this office, at least 15 times for this same issue. I learned that if I go in when its just starting, the steroid shot will stop it in its tracks and I can avoid the misery of it spreading. So I asked for a shot of steroids, she told me I dont need it and that pill form will suffice. With my experience, the pills do not work as effectively. I said that I prefer the shot, please. She actually got an attitude with me, and told me that she would give me the shot, despite me NOT needing it at all. When I was leaving I said thank you, to her while she was sitting at the desk, she never even looked up at me. So I asked the Nurse as he was walking me out, Did she also call in a steroid pack that I need to go pick up? He stops and asks her, Excuse me Doc, did you call in an RX as well? She never even turned around to answer him, just said YepAs far as I know, steroids arent a drug seekers choice of drugs, so, why I was treated like I was looking for something that I didnt need, is beyond me. I know my body, I know the rash that I deal with every single year, its in my chart that Ive been seen there for poison ivy, every year since, at least 2017. I dont understand why this was a problem today, but I probably will not be back to this office, unless I can be sure Dr DeAngelo is working.

The young man at reception desk extremely helpful, I have no insurance and he helped me with a program to help with expenses and the Dr , DAngelo I believe very nice knowledgeable and also helped me get a discount on my meds

Great experience, very professional and quick. Doctor and MA were very nice. I was diagnosed with an allergic reaction to something. I received excellent care and I’ll always go back when I can’t see my primary doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this urgent care!

Went yesterday because I had feelings of a Uti, waited almost an hour to get in only for them to give me a urine sample and tell me it’s negative and that I just need to drink lots of water. Woke up today and my uti symptoms are way worse. I most definitely have a uti and wish I got antibiotics yesterday. I’m not going here again.

As always the people are wonderful and the medical treatment was thorough and made me feel comfortable

Other than recurring paperwork every time you go there even if its only been a week since you were their last, they sent my and my wife prescription to the wrong cvs every time. The doctors and nurses are the best couldnt be happier with them.

Made an appointment and we were seen right away. The person checking us in was awesome and very patient. The staff was wonderful. We were in and out within a half hour and most of that time was me trying to get my granddaughters information from my daughter. Highly recommend!

It is a place where they only ask what you feel and they give you a medicine, they do not do a complete review, it seems to me that the doctors are not very dedicated. I came to waste time.

My doctor is on 3rd floor of the building, and I always saw the Urgent Care facility as I went in and out of building. Today I tried it for first time. It was pleasant and quick. I saw PA twice, xrayed, got my prescription and out in about 30 minutes. It was a great experience.

Some of the nicest people I have dealt with in the medical field. They cleared up all my questions, helped me get all the paperwork figured out and was just a pleasant experience overall.

Went in for sever knee pain bite was very nice and helpful got x rays doctor examined me for 30 seconds said it wasn’t broken and sent me on my way

Went today and wanted to make sure they took my insurance first. Receptionist told me it was remote and I needed to scan a code behind me. I told her I didn’t have a smart phone and she told me sorry, it’s remote and you have to scan the code otherwise we can’t help you. If I wanted a telephone appointment, I would’ve stayed home and called. One star because I can’t give zero stars.

This is my preferred Urgent Care ( 20 minute drive).The wait time is never long and Ive always received great service. Its clean, and the staff has always been friendly. I would definitely recommend MI Urgent Care.

I fell and got a big gash in my chin. I called my doctors office and they said to go to urgent care. I was seen promptly and got cleaned up, had several stitches and an x-ray which indicated no broken bones. Check out was quick too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.

Great experience with my 4 year old. Wait wasn’t terribly long and once we were called in, we were seen right away. The care team were great with my child, making her experience enjoyable. Over all grateful for the good people God has placed there to care for the people of our community. We are blessed.

This is my go to Urgent Care.. always friendly, professional and the m.a. and dr. very much listen to my concerns. I’ve had to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to 30… still wouldn’t switch to another provider.

From the beginning to end, great visit and quick, thorough visit. I made an online appointment, receptionist, nurse and doctor were all professional. I was dreading going and leaving my home, I live about 12 miles away, but worth the time and drive.

Was seen quickly, and Dr Webster was very congenial. I was surprised, however, that I wasnt offered a breathing treatment for my asthmatic bronchitis. Could hardly talk without coughing. Also, the pharmacy messed up my prescriptions, and I had to drive back to return one, although they still charged my insurance and just gave me $10 cash back. Im assuming they credited my insurance for the prescription, although they did not indicate that they were going to.

They are so streamlined! The longest part was filling out the paperwork on my end. I was truly in and out. The staff was straight to the point with my illness and also incredibly kind and warm. My first experience there and I will absolutely be back!

The checkin process took too long.The doctor was very nice & caring.However, I’m seeking her help with changing the Antibiotic she prescribed yesterday, it was too strong to me & I feel pressure on my chest.

This Urgent Care is so fast and easy. I enjoyed it very much. Plus, they heal me up.

Really lazy nurse that is asking weight and height instead of actually working. Measured blood pressure over my sweater which is inaccurate. Then doctor prescribed a weird cream that insurance does not cover. Avoid if what you are looking for is quality care.

I was checked in promptly by an extremely pleasant person, called in within 5 minutes and seen by a doctor immediately! Every one was so nice! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. The MA did my vitals and the doctor came in immediately after I was done. He was very kind and listened to my concerns! I will definitely go here again

Today was my second visit to this urgent care and just as before, the staff was prompt, personable, and very helpful. The woman at check-in even filled out the paperwork for me (because of an injury to my right thumb). Dr. Deangelo Webster was knowledgeable and very effective in treating my problem. I was checked in, trreated and out in about 45 minutes! For all these reasons, I strongly recommend them. You’ll be glad you chose this urgent care.

The staff was very warm and caring. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to my son. We were seen immediately. I would definitely recommend this staff and Dr. Deanglo Weston.

Went in feeling terrible which turned out to be a sinus infection and after getting the proper meds, I feel great. They were professionals and on top of everything by sending my script order over to the pharmacy. So grateful to them.

I was seen right away for allergic reaction. Easy to walk in- efficient process. However paper states they weighed me and took O2 sat of 99. They did NOT weigh me or take O2 sat which is FRAUD to document something that you did not measure.

Had immediate appointments, I booked online, arrive 15 minutes later, checked in and saw a doctor within 10 minutes, my scrips were sent to my pharmacy. Entire experience after I arrived took about 20 minutes. Friendly staff.

The online check in was easy to follow. The receptionist was pleasant and informative. She asked if it was okay to take a minute away from me to help another patient having problems with internet issues.The X-ray tech was amazing and the physician was thorough in explaining my injury.

By far the best urgent care staff I have ever been seen by. Dr. Webster is one of the kindest and most thorough docs. I dont go to urgent cares often, but since moving to Livonia Ive had to go twice, unfortunately. The doc and his staff are the best, I highly recommend. Very displeased with this location now. I came here numerous times for years before they switched over. They had me drive far and waste my time returning for test results that said I NEEDED to come within a specific time and date on paperwork just to let me know they cant tell me the results when I arrived. When I asked if there was any way to email/call with the results because of the inconvenience, they would not and the lady said the best she could do was tell a manager and said sorry but didnt seem to care at all. I do not recommend if you want to be taken care of properly and not have your time wasted.

I was not aware that this urgent care was taken over a few years ago. They were very efficient and caring. I was expecting a wait but they got me right in. The nurse and Doctor had great bed side manner and I was in and out. At this time with COVID, a lot of places are working short handed and are stressed out- they were very professional 😊

Went here September 2022. Check in was easy on the website and rules to check in upon arrival are strictly adhered to. Wait wasn’t long as I got there right when they opened. Had a nurse practitioner who verified my Covid test was positive. She dismissed my question regarding medication to help with the symptoms, instead recommending vitamin c and d. Thank goodness I had just had outpatient surgery 2 days before and my doctor was able to prescribe the medication. Returned after 10 day quarantine for a retest. Had a doctor who was much more friendlier than the nurse. Would definitely go back and would recommend this urgent care.

They were kind, quick and very pleasant. Took my concerns seriously and had my prescription sent to the drugstore before I left the building.

I rarely post comments, but felt the need to this time.I was the only patient when I arrived. I was greeted by an efficient, friendly staff. Dr. Webster was so calming and professional. I was able to get a chest x-ray on site and the pharmacy across the hall had my meds ready for me. He told me what to do while recovering. It was such a positive experience, I will be returning to my own doctor for my annual physical only. It was the best medical experience Ive had in years

We went in at about 7:30pm. They were not busy at all. The receptionist asked why we were there & had us scan a qr code. She took my cards & ID and then I had to complete an online registration. I did think it was a little extra to have her scanning my cards and the app tell me to take a picture of my card but easy registration for the most part. Wait time wasnt long.The nurse and Dr were friendly. They were pretty sociable with my 6y.o son that was being seen. They tried to keep him comfortable and ease his worry of possible stitches. The Dr explained everything they were going to do to the both of us. The whole visit was easy and quick while still taking care of him.Good first time experience for us.

I definitely recommend making an appointment. It made things so easy. We were checking in as soon as we arrived and we were taken back quickly. Everyone was very nice and got us in and out quickly.

Edited- 8-28-23Today was an exceptional experience. I was treated within minutes for my very severe migraine. Dr was extremely kind as was the nurse. Thank you5-23My family has been going here for many many years. They have switched over quite a few times and the only stable person there who is wonderful is DrDeAngelo. I would normally give this place five stars in the past, and I don’t review very many things, but I was so disappointed today that I cannot leave this unsaid. I took my mom in with very severe symptoms of an illness that we thought maybe bronchitis, pneumonia, or Strep throat. The nurse asked my mom if she wanted to be tested for these things instead of telling her that she should be tested and they refused to do a chest x-ray even though my mom had pneumonia not long ago and we wanted to make sure it was gone. The nurse forgot to take her temperature and blood pressure and the doctor only listened to her chest to say she had bronchitis. After prescribing antibiotics, she came back and said the test was positive for Covid, not bronchitis. They then called in a script for my mom to Walgreens and didn’t give them a number they needed in order to fill it, the pharmacist and myself waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes to get someone to get the number for us. Once they got the number Walgreens wouldn’t fill it because the urgent care didn’t do their due diligence and check kidney function before prescribing the medication, so now we had to switch to another pharmacy. This was at 9:00 am and we never got the medication until around 3:30 pm. When I went to get it, the urgent care had also not called in the inhaler. I’m just so disappointed, I won’t bring my mom back here unless I’m sure DeAngelo is there. Awful experience for an elderly woman.

Cashonn Coney (front desk) and Dr. Griesser are phenomenal. Their care about patients is real and they deserve to be recognized for their kindness. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues.. but if I do, I will come here for urgent care. Very quick, very efficient, and extremely friendly!

Back at Urgent Care today.After being sick since last week, I finally decided to ask a doctor to make sure I didn’t need a prescription. Well, I did, plus other things to help me and was treated with so much care, respect and kindness.All I need to say is, if you come here for an appointment, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.EVERYONE, will go out of their way to help, including the sweet lady at the front desk. Remarkable!

Theyll give me what I want after pestering them enough but is always suggesting I need vitamins or water and just try talking me out of medication. It makes sense when you see how they get most their money: employer mandated drug tests.Busting people for weed is what most their business is so if youre a normal person trying to get antibiotics theyll question if you are just trying to get meds for fun. When all you have is a hammer everything looks like a nail. I went here for a COVID test six months into the pandemic in 2020 and they said results would be back in ten days. Everyone else can get you results in a day but not these guys, health isnt their main concern, their main concern is to accuse everyone that comes through the door of having a drug problem.That goes for every doctor here, the nice ones and the rude ones.

It was a great place for a sports physical for my son!

I scheduled an appointment online on a Saturday and then as able to get in without the next hour. The process was pretty straightforward and I was able to fill everything out before hand. They were able get me an x-ray of my foot quickly. Nurse Crystal was absolutely awesome!! I would definitely recommend Livonia urgent care!

Very friendly front desk staff. He was quick but not so quick to be dismissive. He answered all of my questions, as redundant as they were. Once called back, I got what needed and was on my way home. Very professional staff all around. I like the doctor very much and his assistant was just as nice. This is my second time using your facility. Both times were great. The waiting room is very clean. It is a big open area and the chairs are very spread out.

The Nurse Practitioner we saw (Valencia Hirmiz) was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. She had us in and out without making us feel rushed. And the wait time for this office was short.

Went in for an X-ray when I fell and broke my hand. I preregistered and scheduled my appointment, was home within 45 minutes of blocking into the urgent care. Everyone was pleasant, thorough & swift.I I was totally impressed with the entire team and process!

Definitely 5 star worthy! Great people and great service. I went into the urgent care tonight with a sensitive condition and they couldnt have treated me better. On top of being compassionate they had me in and out in no time. The receptionist at the front desk who checks patients in is outstanding. I believe her name was Ashley. Was diagnosed with pneumonia and was met by the NICEST health care professionals. I feel so thankful to have been treated there. It’s been about 10 hours since my visit and I’m already feeling 50% better. The front desk workers are very aware and make it a point to know you’re not being forgotten about when it’s busy. 10/10!

Dr. DAngelo is the best! He is friendly, quickly diagnosis you, provides solutions and prescriptions as necessary and sends you on your way. The online sign in is great and the rest of the staff is nice and helpful.

The urgent care PAC DeAngelo Webster is one of the most knowledgeable and professional practitioners I know. He’s been taking care of my families urgent care needs for years. Please seek a different urgent care. I was declined/denied service. I was deemed “aggressive”/ “assertive” after explaining my pain. The police were then called after I was deemed an aggressive patient. Please do not go here. I was discriminated against. Save yourself, go somewhere you’ll be treated with dignity.

Staff is awesome! Nurse and Doctor awesome! Their registration leaves a lot to be desired. They try to have you register online but Wi-Fi sucks and if you don’t have good cell service you’re out of luck. Ended up filling out paperwork anyway.

My daugther and I have been here a few times. My doctor office is upstairs in the same building. I have been coming here since 2004. I have been coming to the urgent care center for over 5 years. We have always had a good experience. I like how the waiting room is big enough to accommodate a lot of people if need be. Every time we went it was night time and not that many people there. Staff was very nice, friendly and professional. We have nothing to complain about only good things we have experienced.

Caught my finger between a log and the log splitter, really dumb. Required 20 stitches and can’t say enough about the doctor and assistant. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable

I brought my daughter here for a COVID test. The staff were all very friendly to us and helpful when I had questions. When it came time for the actual test the young man who administered it was very kind and made my daughter and I both feel comfortable- she is four years old. Ive been coming here for the vast majority of my life and I have never been disappointed. Each visit is swift and I am always leaving knowing I received the best quality of care. The kiosk is an excellent and efficient way to sign in within five minutes you will be greeted by a customer service professional who I must say is always professional and discreet with completing sign in. I bring my two children as well as my nieces and nephews here as well.

I really like how you can schedule an appointment online as well as complete any paper work online as well before you even walk in. When you arrive all you do is check in and handle your co pay. I’m NEVER there longer than 30 minutes total. DeAngelo is the BEST PROVIDER I have ever seen and I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by him for 10 years… Great job everyone!

This evening was my second visit to this specific location for a rapid covid test. All I can say is that the staff members I interacted with were universally very kind and friendly to me; I left with a smile on my face! I regret that I can’t recall the names of the receptionist, doctor, and two nurses who I interacted with, because they all deserve recognition! I was there from about 4:30-5pm if that helps!

The doctor and medical assistant were very friendly and warm. My 5 year old son who needed care split his eye lid open as he run into a pole on the playground. He ended up having it glued. They were very professional and took the best care of my son. In addition to our wonderful experience there was no wait time we were taken greeted and taken immediately after check in. The Medical assistant came out to check on my son before taking him back. We were there at about 4:00 p.m. on October 14, 2021

Not a great visit at all. The lady there at the desk had a HORRIBLE attitude. You could just see it. From the moment I got in. After having to ask repeatedly what to do. She finally was helpful. She asked for my childs insurance, which we left in a hurry I didnt bring it. That was completely on me. And I had told her the problem however my daughter has been here before and there has never been a problem with me presenting it before today. They were able to look her up. She huffs and puffs which is very uncomfortable for patients. She refused to allow my daughter to be seen. I told her I could pay for the visit myself and just contact the insurance company later. She wouldnt let me. I come here all the time. My family comes here. I dont know if Ill be coming back. Bed side manner is very important. Coming from someone in the health care field as well.

Honestly was nervous to go get a COVID test but due to others that I was in contact with having positive results I had to get it done. The team at the Urgent Care were amazing. So friendly, so upbeat, and definitely kept me at ease. They answered all my questions and had me in and out within 20 minutes (and that was even with their computer system crashing). I went in around 6:00 p.m., and there was only one person ahead of me. After a short wait, I was registered without any problems. After another short wait I was taken in back to a room. An FNP saw me. I had a bad cold for over a week. She quickly examined me and came up with her Rx recommendations, plus a recommendation for an OTC drug. I filled the Rxs on the way home, and I will say the Rx for my cough worked fabulously. I had hardly been able to sleep for a week. It started calming my cough, and that night I slept for several hours. The next day, I was even better and was able to take several naps. I expect a good nights sleep tonight.

This Urgent Care is the only location that I have used for years. We arrived and had no wait time. The check in with Destiny was top notch. She was extremely friendly and personable. Ikisha was also very courteous and friendly. Dr. Webster has the best bed side manor. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included x-rays.

Didnt smell clean, dirty elevator no hands free entry to Drs offices on upper floors.

I always dread going to urgent care because of the long waits but I never have to wait long here! You can also make your visit quicker by reserving your time online! There has been times I havent reserved my spot and with a pretty packed waiting room waited maybe 20 minutes. Then as soon as they take your vitals the doctor is in in less than 5 minutes. Checks you out and your not waiting 30+ minutes for your discharge papers. Today I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Front desk staff has always been so helpful and kind as well.

The only reason Im giving this place a one star(Id give it a zero if I could) review is because the man at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Other than that this place is a freaking joke!! I went in for severe stomach pains that Ive been having for a few days and thought Id go there because its close. The male doctor was so dismissive and treated me like a child! He told me to take Pepto and eat rice. Definitely going elsewhere for a second opinion and definitely never going back here. Waste of time.

The doctor and the two women that administered my COVID-19 test today at 7:40 PM on 03-25-2021 were absolutely phenomenal. The doctor and the medical assistants made me feel very comfortable from the start. One woman took my vitals, while the other woman very gently and thoroughly swabbed my nose at the same time. It was the best experience yet out of the 10 times I’ve gotten tested. So quick, painless, and still thorough. So friendly too! Dr. Deangelo was very respectful, caring, and introduced himself and the staff by first name. I cannot remember the name of the two beautiful women, but if you know who you are, and you were part of the medical team tonight, you rock. Considering calling back just so I can get your names and leave you all the good reviews and referrals. ❤️

Walked in expecting a long wait but was checked in right away. New employee needed some help but was friendly and efficient. Saw a Dr. in about 10 minutes. Thought Dr. was judicious in not ordering tests or prescriptions that didnt seem necessary. Clinic manager Kathy Atkins provided follow up to make sure all expectations were met with check in. All in all a very good experience.

Webster the provider is outstanding he really care and his covid swab does not hurt. Great Urgent Care! I come back here whenever needed for my sons or myself. Always very quick and thorough. Staff is friendly. Our health issues have always been taken care of. There is an Urgent Care down the street but I would rather make the drive to this one.

The personnel at the urgent care were actually really nice and professional. However everything else is a freaking joke! I went in for testing last week and it’s been over the allotted time(5-7 days which is the longest time I’ve ever had to wait anyway) with no results back. When I call I can’t even speak to the urgent care directly I have to speak to the customer service reps who just tell me to hurry up and wait. They don’t know anything or have any information so why are they the contact for the urgent care??? I am so upset and I will never go there again.

We bring our children here every year for sports physicals for school. It takes about 20 minutes from the time we walk in the door to the time we leave. The entire staff is very friendly and fast. Both of my kids like to come here especially for Dr. Deangelo Webster, he recognizes them every year and makes them feel very comfortable. Hes so funny and always has something new to ask the kids about. Thank you all so much for making one more parenting task much easier to check off the list!

After spending a few days with a terrible cough I went to this urgent care. The process was quick, the doctor was very nice and Mona, the assistant was beyond great at her job. I would highly recommend this location if you are not feeling well and cant get into your doctors office.

Stay away from this urgent care. I presented with symptoms similar to flu or strep, tested negative for COVID at home. My throat was in excruciating pain and had a low grade fever and was confident it was strep. After the doctor talked to me for 30 seconds (no exaggeration, he didn’t ask my symptoms) and looked in my mouth, he declared I had a sinus infection and prescribed me a Zpack antibiotic (completely unnecessary). You could tell he just wanted me out of the office.Not knowing how strong a Zpack is, I started the packet. For 2-3 hours I was in EXCRUCIATING stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting because the doctor prescribed my antibiotics that I did not truly need. When I tried to call the urgent care to ask what I should do, they did not answer my call multiple times.Please take your business and health elsewhere to somewhere that will give you a proper examination.

Waited five minutes before being taken to a room. Got my results back in ten minutes.

One of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. As for urgent cares, probably the best. Excellent bedside manner and competency for both the doctor and the assistant. Online check in and paperwork was easy. Quick turnaround. Has both rapid and pcr covid tests. I would return.

Updating my rating 3 years later (August 2021) bc this place CONTINUES to be THE BEST. They listen to you, give you their diagnosis & then youre on your way. Another hassle-free, successful visit to the Livonia facility of Michigan Urgent Care. The staff is courteous, friendly and fast, and the service was, once again, top notch. Addie did a great job of setting things up and then, within seconds of completing her work, I was seen by Dr. Deangelo Webster, who thoughtfully explained the steps he was going to take, and then took care of my issue quickly. Ive been to a number of Urgent Care facilities in the area, and this is by far the best! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area, and even those a few more miles out - the cleanliness of the facility, talented and courteous staff and speed with which issues are resolved makes it worth the drive!

I went in today for two reasons: a chest cold, and a backache, brought on by coughing hard. The friendly staff quickly got me in, and the Dr was attentive to both ailments. He prescribed several meds for my chest cold and gave me something to eliminate the lower back pain. I really appreciate this team!

Very Professionally and well-run Urgent Care. Dr. DeAngelo Webster is super smart, kind, personable and thorough. The Other Doctors, receptionists and assistants here are good too. I have been going here one-two times a year for the past decade (Including once with a broken arm), and I am always confident about the great care I receive here. Highly recommend.
