Was in & out within 40 minutes. The nurses were very nice and the nurse practitioner Robert was so great. Very knowledgeable and super helpful—very personable. He is a true professional. Will definitely consider coming back if my primary doctor is unavailable on short notice. Thank you Robert & staff!

This is my third time coming here because my kids catch every illness. It is always so clean and the staff is super nice and professional. They are very good with kids. Especially the male nurse practioner Robert. The triage nurse Alexis is such a sweetheart. They make sure you get seen pretty quickly. They listen to your concerns and seem to truly care not just getting you in and out. I highly recommend using this urgent care!

Went in with my 2.5 year old for an ear infection while on vacation. Wait was not bad. Close to our place and CVS. Robert was great with him and diagnosis. Would recommend.

Everyone was so polite. It was very clean. They were able to help me and send a prescription within an hour.The wait wasn’t horrible compared to other places where you wait 5 hours to be seen.

Minimal wait to be seen, everyone was very friendly and facility was extremely clean. We saw the CNP Robert and he was wonderful with my 2 year old - very kind and thorough.

Called insurance to see if i could fo here . What a waste of time. good thing i called this facility no provider .. cant see anyone. Thanks for wasting my time.

Our daughter, who is 10 was having kidney pain. My wife and I both had work, and only had a couple of hours we called in, and the receptionist was very clear in her rudeness that it was almost pointless to come in as they had an hour to an hour and a half wait And they would only be able to check her urine and that’s it considering that’s how kidney infections are diagnosed. We told her that would be fine. It was clear she didn’t want any more people there. Once we got there again we were told twice it would be an hour and a half wait we gave our ID and insurance card Waited a while for her to register us and to make copies went back up to the window to get the ID and insurance card to go walk around the dollar tree while we waited. She was not there. We waited a few minutes when she came up to the window. We told her we wanted them back so that we could walk around the dollar tree and I hope for Voice she said oh are you leaving ? She said this twice we said no we just wanted to walk around the dollar store since you made it obvious, it’s gonna be an hour and a half wait ma’am, we can leave if you would like she said well I haven’t even registered you guys yet, but I’ll give them to you in a rude voice she said safe to say, we got our items and left and did not return. We were worried about our daughters kidney pain and struggling to find time to get her some relief and get looked after a receptionist with a bad attitude and a disposition for not wanting to work at her job doesn’t need to take it out on the patients, if health care isn’t the right job for you and you can’t stand to work somewhere with walking clients with weight times and overcrowding then maybe you should find a different job since healthcare clearly isn’t for you when parents should be concentrating on keeping spirits out to make children feel better view, this kind of disrespect is inexcusable, especially from someone who works in the healthcare field. We will not return.

I arrived at approximately 6pm. Alexis greeted me immediately stating she would be with me in a moment. She was very professional and friendly. The CNP, Robert was thorough and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

I’ve been there multiple times and they are freaking awesome! Super clean, super friendly, super professional, very awesome at what they do. They get you in and out way quicker than the ER and are really awesome at diagnostics! So thankful for the wonderful people who do the work here and that this place is here in Logan! Robert is the one I see all the time and he’s awesome! Such a pleasure to see them every time!

Lovely, clean, urgent care facility! The staff was friendly and kind. They got us in and out. And we were so pleased with the care my husband received with Robert, FNP! No one wants to need an urgent care but we would use them again!

We’re from out of town and my daughter (11yrs old) needed seen for problems with her foot. They got her in right away and spoke directly to her about the small procedure they were needing to do to relieve her pain. They made sure to explain to her everything they were going to do and made her feel very comfortable before proceeding. Worked in a timely manner and were very down to Earth. I will recommend them to anyone while visiting this area!

Best urgent care in town! We were in and out in 30 minutes today with zero wait time. Diane is so good with kids, always very kind and makes all patients (and parents) feel heard and validated. If we need medical care and cant get into the pediatrician, this is our go to.

This place truly has a gift when it comes to kids! Diana seriously goes above and beyond for her paitents. My 2year old son needed 3 staples on the back of his head and she had his head cleaned and done before he knew what was going on same with the removal. She did amazing and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, her assistant Alexis was such a great help as well. Overall amazing urgent care!

Every time I come here I hope to get Dr Robert.. he is the most caring and compassionate Dr I have ever had in my life. And he’s thorough and explains everything! Love him!

Brought my daughter in there with two swollen eyes due to a bacterial infection. They were incredibly kind and the girl up front, Alexis, was excellent with our 3 year old. She had her smiling through everything going on. We were in and out in 15 or less. Thank you!

This review is in response to Jen Ames review. I was in the waiting room with my son when she was there at the counter. Robert Carte was the provider, and he was not rude to her. He was actually nicer to her than I would have been considering how nasty she was being. He was nicely explaining to her that he could not see the little girl with her without having a copy of the legal guardianship, which she said she had but didnt even know the childs birth date. This made her mad because they were asking for it. She then threatened to make a bad Google review and use his name in it if he didnt see her without the paperwork. He was never rude to her and explained he was sorry but could not. She simply did not like what she was hearing and left. Robert then took my son back and took great care of him. He was kind and caring! This was our first visit to this urgent care, and we will definitely be back. Robert is great and deserves a medal for putting up with people like her!

I just want to say that this was theee best exspierence I have ever had with an urgent care. Even tho the lady at the front desk was new. She was so so sweet. She kept apologizing. I had my daughter Sunnie and I in for what we thought may have been the flu. Robert was so sweet caring and gentle. We will be going back for sure! I have been in this urgent several times in the past several years. Robert Carte and Alexis make a great team! They are but professional and friendly. Both of my boys adore Robert and his energetic personality. He talks to them and engages them in their care. Definitely prefer them and would recommend over HVCH

Had to make a quick trip in for a work physical on 5/8/23. Nurse Practitioner Rob and Nurse Tona made my visit so quick and easy. Even my shot was fairly painless! Definitely a team that gives a 5 star service to their patients!

I brought my special needs 7 year old for an eye infection. They were so nice and patient with him. Very prompt and understanding. I would recommend this place 100% over HVCH.

No stars we dont give medical advice asked to be transferred to the emergency room they wont give you medical advice either call 911. - youre an insane person lady. Get a job at a gas station and get out of the medical profession. My ankle is likely fractured. Why am I paying 200 dollars for the emergency room? I want to know what the protocol is before I crawl up there in the dark.

I mean not a great experience, it is understaffed & I get that but you’re still an urgent care and at least should be a bit more together. There’s one lady there that’s super wonderful but the rest are just very unpleasant. I’m pretty sure one of them had their kid with them there running around & I could hear them asking him to clean things?? Again I get they are understaffed but having your kid running around with Covid positive patients doesn’t seem good. The light in my room went off & the girl who did my test left the thing that takes my blood pressure on my finger, she didn’t ask anything or even speak to me, just very short. If you can’t properly run an urgent care & don’t have the staff to then maybe you just shouldn’t then.

Went there very sick November 18 2023. Place was very clean. Staff was great. They got me on appropriate meds and I am starting to feel better. Very professional staff.

Dr Carte is the best! Alexis is great too!The doctor really cares about everyone he sees! Ive never been there more than 45 minutes total! Id give 10 stars if it was possible!

Dropped my wife and elderly sick mother-in-law off at this walk in clinic. My wife was told no walk-ins allowed today only online or phone calls appointments only. The receptionist was very rude to my wife. There wasn’t a soul waiting in the reception room and was told no appointments available for the next two days. Couldn’t the receptionist see we were dealing with a unstable infected (UTI) elderly person! Okay called Nelsonville Urgent Care who immediately booked us in for an appointment today. They were very kind and attended to our needs. Will certainly go here from now on.

This place is great! Theyre fast getting you in. This Doctor really cares and actually spends time with you! Best Doctors experience Ive ever had!

Don’t listen to the Karen reviews hacking on the workers for not wearing masks. I always go here now instead of the Logan Hospital Urgent Care because they’re NOT rude and DON’T treat me like trash every time I go in for something.Every single time I have ever gone to the Logan urgent care, they’re always rude and make unprofessional assumptions, no matter what it is I’m going in for. It’s like they automatically assume you’re either pregnant or on drugs, and they look down on you because of it. Not here. I have always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect when I go to this place.And as for the person complaining about the seating, there are 7 seats total, not 4. And also, it’s an *urgent* care. Just a quick in-and-out, off you go type deal. It’s basically the fast food of medicine. If you expect anything more, go to Athens or FMC to get checked out. There’s plenty of seating there.

I recently found Walk In Urgent Care after my horrible experience with the urgent care at Hocking Valley Community Hospital.The NP, Melissa Mason, who took care of me at the Walk In Urgent Care was an ABSOLUTE ANGEL!!!!!! She is one of the rare gems in healthcare, and she is leading example of how every healthcare provider should be. She was extremely kind, understanding, and sympathetic to my situation. She prescribed me all the medications I needed, and made my overall experience extremely positive.The Clinic is small, but wayyyyy cleaner and more up to date than the urgent care at Hocking Valley Community Hospital. The staff are friendly, and my visit was quick. They’re all electronic, so I didn’t have to wait for a nurse to come in with my release forms or prescriptions. The whole visit was only about 15 minutes.P.S. I noticed there are a lot of complaints in the reviews about having to pay a $155 fee to be seen, but please try to remember this is NOT a free clinic. You will have to check in using their “Callin UrgentCare” app, where you have an opportunity to list your insurance information (I also recommend you take your insurance information to show to the receptionist just in case). If you have no insurance, you will have to pay the $155 fee, which is still fairly reasonable seeing as a typical visit to a doctor’s office ranges from 150-200 dollars. Those people are ridiculous to leave a bad rating for that reason alone because it is not the clinic’s fault whatsoever.Overall, I highly recommend this place. It is a blessing to have in Logan, Ohio. Also, you will really be in luck if you get Melissa.

Severe reaction to Doxycycline…told to give Benadryl….Asked for test for tick bite rash because Dr did not order it..no response from tex for this….asked for what to do ….no answer by email…from supportive executive Anna Rose….

Was skeptical about a strip mall urgent care center but the staff was prompt and courteous and very professional. Super easy and stress free experience.

Was a great visit and I got great news. :) Staff was very polite and professional. Took less then 30 minutes and staff was very helpful. Let me help with your visit, First, Dont take your whole family, if your the only one getting tested. Walmart has a whole parking lot for them to sit and wait, this Clinic is very small and they are dealing with over 200 test a day. Give these workers credit, a lot of people coming and going. Thats a huge stress dealing with every kind of issues, you could imagine. This will help, download app Walk in Urgent Care. Register and after all that. Sign in and click walk in. Fill this out and your ready to go. Now, they stop walk in at 7pm. OK OK Yes they are open to 8Pm but they have to clear all the current patience out by 8pm. Hope this helps a few. Dont get offend if glass window gets closed on you. Its for your protection and theirs. GLTA

When we visited there was only ONE employee working! Christina Hartley the Nurse practitioner was there and amazing! You wouldnt have ever known she was by herself with how efficiently she had things running! Will absolutely be returning in the future!!

The NP was awesome!! She was doing everything on her own without any help. But I was in and out in about 20 mins. After going to pharmacy to get my antibiotic the pharmacy could not get it for over a week. I called and talked to the NP who transferred it to another pharmacy and was so helpful.

Showed up on a friday AM at 0759, when they open at 0800. Two girls were inside at the counter then came out to get into a car. I stopped them and asked if it was open and they replied ‘Yes, but our provider isn’t here. No ETA on him’. I came back about 15 mins later when trying to decide whether to wait or go 20 more mins out of my way and the girl behind the desk didn’t even get up to open the door. She just shook her head, and that was it for me.Ended up at WellNow Urgent care in Lancaster. 5 star experience there!

Was there today and received excellent care. Was seen quickly and treated very professionally. This was my second time there and both times was a good experience.

Robert and Tona were both really nice and great with our sick child. We definitely recommend Walk In Urgent Care.

No employee was wearing masks when we walked in, despite being a popular place for covid testing. When we walked to the window to sign in, the woman was extremely rude and not welcoming. The woman who tested us was nice and so was the nurse who came in to give us our results. When we called back in to ask how to get a copy of our results, the same woman who had checked us in answered and was once again, very rude. A quick, easy place to get rapid testing but don’t expect to be welcomed kindly.

The nurse practitioner was great. Got a strep test and meds in about 15 minutes after walking in.

I was so very scared for my mom. She had covid in January she made it.But one of her aides had a temp 101 to sick to get a test. Mom got sick so scared. Called this facility ad was taking such good care they were completelybooked but the compassion for my80 year old momplus me went above and beyond they made room for me to be seen as last person. Can not thank them enough. Test was negative

Drove an hour to get tested for covid with having an appointment. Once I get there am told that they cant test anyone with symptoms or exposure. A phone call would have been nice. And the lady at the desk was rude and snotty with me

The staff was fine, but ther are charging 155$ for a test if you dont have insurance. The government passed an act agreeing to pay for tests for uninsured people, and theyve decided to shake down the people of a poor Appalachian County. Free testing leads to effective testing. Being uninsured I cant get tested for that price

Visited today to get a Covid test and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The woman who tested me was positive, made conversation, and made the experience an absolute pleasure. I’d happily come back if I ever needed to!

Beware. Liars told me that a second covid test within 10 days would not be covered by my insurance. So they shook me down for $155. I called my insurance and they said that was a lie. Now they dont want to cooperate so my insurance will take it off the back end. Ive never experienced such dishonestly from a medical facility. Criminals

They don’t answer their phones. I go in to be seen and was told all of their appointments were full for the day. This is suppose to be a WALK in urgent care. The website said nothing about an appointment and if they had answered the phone when I called then someone could have told me it was by appointment only. Elisa was extremely rude and apparently is overworked and underpaid. Don’t waste your time going to this place

I went in 2days ago my daughter is having trouble breathing they said u have to have an appointment its walk in urgent care and the guy was very rude and sent us away u guys dont care about people u just want to sit on ut buts and get a check thats all they were doing course I was watching them and it took 15 minutes to come to the window u people r worthless
