UCHealth Womens Care Clinic - Firestone

Dr. Carter is a superb physician. She consistently listens to my concerns and answers my questions in easily understandable language. She is always friendly and welcoming while possessing a calm demeanor and gentle touch. In the past she has provided me with excellent surgical care. Recently I needed urgent medical care and the schedulers were able to fit me in to see Dr. Carter quickly. She resolved my issue during the appointment for which I was extremely grateful. I trust Dr. Carter implicitly with my health care needs. I feel so lucky to have her as my women’s health provider and highly recommend her to all.

Francisca is always very professional and really listens to my concerns. She has never made me feel rushed or dismissed what I’m feeling or experiencing. She really works to get to the cause of my issues and explains the plan in terms I understand. I’ve never had a GYN that would just sit and take the time to chat about what is happening in my life but Francisca put an end to that and has proven what a great provider is supposed to be like! Thank you for listening, caring, and showing concern!

The doctor’s are incredible here but their billing department is awful. Good luck getting someone to talk to. They make you jump through hoops, tell you they’ll have someone call you back and then they never do and you’ll end up calling and leaving tons of messages on voicemails and your portal just to speak with someone and it will likely take a month just to do that. And then once you do finally get ahold of someone they’re rude and inconsiderate of their customers.

The doctors, aides, phlebotomists and staff are very thorough and caring. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. In fact it is quite the opposite. They take their time and will thoroughly discuss and follow up with all of your health care needs. Easy to use app, fast results and convenient appointments adds to the overall experience. I would jump through hoops to be treated with the respect and dignity they genuinely provide.

I would give this place a zero if I could because the doctor was not only rude she also decided to not listen, so if you have PCOS I really really do not recommend this place because all they will do is say oh its just the PCOS and its nothing else....I will not be coming back here but the only good part was the nurse she was amazing

Dr. Carter and her staff were great! I felt like she took extra time to make sure all of my questions were addressed thoroughly and I knew all of the current and future steps of my pregnancy.

Great staff that assist you with any questions or concerns. Definitely, take the time to listen. My Dr. is the best. Just a great person all around. Makes me feel a little less nervous about going in.

I have not yet been seen at this clinic but that’s because there is so much confusion. I call and I can’t even get anyone to tell me anything about the ob gyn department or where it is in their building everyone is just clueless and I was even told that my appointment was not for the firestone location and it was for the Longmont location but in fact it was not scheduled for Longmont I even had to choose a different doctor because only a couple of their doctors are available at the firestone location. Anyways I hope it all gets sorted out and that I have my appointment in firestone tomorrow like I have scheduled. It’s really frustrating when the front desk service for the 3 rd time different people all tell you they have no clue..
