Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So ILL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours.But dont bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. So yes it this clinics hours needs to be updated. Other then that their great.

Most of the doctors are very nice but they have a revolving door of doctors so they never get back to me with test results or X-rays. They never return calls and I basically have to harrass the staff to get any kind of response. I went in a month ago and they still havent responded my messages or gave me my x-ray results.

My husband and I had an appointment at 6 PM this evening and didnt actually get back into a room until 7:30 , we waited in the room for 30 more minutes before I went to see if I was going to be seen anytime soon. They said I was, so I waited a other 15 minutes, with my 1 year old daughter just about to her limit of waiting. Then we ended up just leaving and I will make an appointment somewhere else. It was a complete waist of an evening , with no warning as to how long I would have to wait with my husband and child. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful!! None of this was her fault , she was so sweet. But Im so furious I spent my evening like this, already not feeling well.

I have been going here for my Suboxone treatment since being released from prison and they have been very helpful. When I ask for an appointment online they call within minutes to schedule me for an appointment. Very good clinic if you are looking to get help for your addiction problems.

They NEVER answer the phone . They will send you to voicemail and NEVER return your call ! Called to get an appointment for refill and said I was completely out . Scheduled me for 2 weeks out ! Finally got a refill when I said I was having withdrawals! Then the refill wasn’t even my normal doses ! Literally less than half my normal doses .

Well for one these guys and gals go wahhhay out of their in helping me. Even tonight if it werent for my Dr. Seth Mercurio and his being an impeccably great doctor for thos e on recovery i had no one else to go to and even after about 8 months ago gelling them i was to be taken in seriously ..well i was having a very hard time and they understood. Talked it over and helped me and still ..gone out of their way to make sure my ailement would not take me to the hospital,which is frankly embarrassing for me well he pulled out all chances of that and put me first me and my boys and saved the day. Thank You Staff and my Doctor Mercurio I hope this seats You and Yours Staff as well. God Bless and have a great weekend !

This clinic will not even have a conversation with you about about pain if it does not line up with their agenda. Pretty easy to find a compassionate professional elsewhere. Misdiagnosed ringworm as psoriasis even after I explained that I got it from work and I know where it came from. Im not sure why anyone would even walk through the door at this point. Write your congressman is not medical advice and your staff should be ashamed of themselves. There is help available out there for whatever you may be going through, you just arent going to get it in cowlitz county or at cowlitz family care. Shameful

Doctors and nurses here are often times rude and act like they’d rather be doing something else. I’ve had them accidentally call me with test results that weren’t mine, I’ve had a UTI misdiagnosed, I’ve been given the wrong medication. Staff here just doesn’t seem to care.

Currently been in here with my 1 yr old waiting for over 1.5 hrs. The lady that works the front desk is always super nice but we have literally never been seen on time here.

Ive been going to the Kelso family health center for awhile! Decided to switch and Id be damned things got accomplished here in a day then all those visits there! When the doctor says hes going to do something he actually does it! FIVE STAR!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with my doctor since the beginning of the week and still nobody has returned my calls.

Currently been waiting over a hour for my daughter to be seen and her appointment was at 9 am and its 10:16 longwlo I had to wait in a place for a appointment and there no other people here its so empty but takes soooo long just ridiculous .

A wonderful, helpful and friendly staff always a pleasure to come in and be seen I always leave feeling better then when i came in no matter the reason I highly recommend them to anyone looking to be active in their healthcare

Worst experience ever this past was not concerned with my health needs but more concerned ss to why we have no CPS case because we live in a shelter and yes I have a witness to his invasive questions that had nothing to do with why I was there and to be treated bad because Im disabled well Ill never go there sgain

Im try to call them to make an appointment and leave a massage couple time but they are never returned my call

Worst place Ive ever been to receive care. They are the rudest bunch in the Longview area, avoid at all costs!!

Good luck getting a call back or anyone on the phone ever. Even if you do they are rude and unhelpful. They dont care.

At 1 p.m. on Sundays they have a very good lunch I am stuffed
