Best Lab prices I’ve seen in Orlando. The bigger guys are so much more. I’m visiting Florida and self pay. I went into get 2 test. I paid $21 dollars more to get 3 additional test, because they gave me this huge discount on one of their bundled packages that covered five test for only $21 more than what I I was going to pay for 2 test. Definitely worth it. Staff was super nice. Place was warm, clean, very pretty and welcoming. And I didn’t feel a thing when they took my blood. I normally faint but the chair was relaxing and the nurse did breathing exercises with me. My view of the beach while sitting in the lab chair was everything. So relaxing. This will my go to lab from here on out..

Lori and Cookie went above and beyond for me. They are kind and attentive professionals that are an asset to any organization who is so privileged to have them as a part of their team. Lori was excellent at providing results and solutions in real time even with the perceived challenges that I faced in the short time span that my employer needed my drug panel. Lori was thorough and helpful in easing my anxiety about needing my test results so soon and she even delayed her own break time to ensure I was taken care of and left with my results. Lori even faxed my employer on site just in case! I felt cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. I have been following Any Lab Test Now in Longwood from when they were located on East 434 to now west 434. I look forward to my weekly shots on Fridays. The ladies and now also gentleman are so pleasant, friendly, informative and professional. I feel like Im visiting an extension of my family. Reasonable prices and packages which is great when you dont have insurance. I love the décor in this facility, sometimes I feel like Im at a place for a wedding consult, on a serious note it is so welcoming and comfortable there and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of their services, you wont be disappointed.

I was out of town for business and I needed to get some tests done. Like any other person would do, I went to Goolge and found this AMAZING Lab. I dont get tests done often so I was had some trouble knowing what I did and didnt need. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my needs and lack of knowledge. The service was great and the environment was comforting!

Love love love this place. The ladies were very professional and helpful. It’s clean, feels more like a spa. Whomever decorated this place did a great job with relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been to other locations and this location is the best ever. They actually make you feel at home, like family. I was so comfortable in their lab chair, it reclines. Not to mention, my veins are challenging, they got me on the first stick and no exaggeration I did not feel the needle go in at all. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes. I got my results the next day. The process is as easy as it gets. thank y’all. I will definitely be back.

Lori was great! I have difficult veins, small and tend to roll so it always takes people 2 or 3 tries for bloodwork. She got me immediately and I didnt even feel it. Ill definitely come back for future lab testing needs. Plus the staff was friendly, place is very clean. I was able to make an appointment online and had no wait when I arrived.

Best experience I have ever had drawing blood. I have had many terrible experiences at other locations due to my chronic illnesses and this is by far the best place. Skilled, knowledgeable workers who are kind and gentle. It’s so refreshing to have a good experience with a typically not enjoyable activity.

Coy was inviting, warm, and best yet I didn’t even know she had done anything till she was finished with getting my blood work. Everything about my visit was amazing. I highly recommend anyone that needs blood work or has any types of injections they should check them out.

I wish I would’ve gotten her name but this was hands down the best experience I’ve had with getting blood drawn. I always anticipate the pinch and didn’t feel a thing. It was quick and easy and the woman who helped me was just the sweetest. I would 100% recommend.

Making my appointment was easy and didn’t have to wait for weeks to get an early morning appointment like at other labs, check-in process was fast as was the blood draw. I liked the location too, the office has nice decor and lots of natural light. I will be using them again.

I get blood drawn all the time and its always a hassle because I have small veins and they roll, but she took my blood effortless and painless as a matter of fact I was surprised when she was finished. I had a great experience getting some lab work done at the longwood location! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and checked in by Evelyn which to my surprise she was the one also doing the bloodwork. True professional that gets the job done. I am self employed so my time is very valuable, I was super happy to be in and out before my appointment time at that! Will be back and recommend everyone I know.

The place was hot with no AC.The whole blood draw experience was even worst.I needed 4 vials of blood and I paid upfront. The blood draw lady knows that and with no attention she removed the needle after filling 3vials. For her mistake I wanted to do another blood draw with her and on top she doesnt even apologize for it. I will never go back there.

I could not get an appointment with Quest on short notice, so I rolled the dice and contacted Any Lab Test Now. Great experience! Staff was super friendly (even first thing in the morning!) Office was clean and welcoming. I even told my parents to try Any Lab Test Now next time for their labs. Highly recommend!

3xs faster and $200 cheaper!! Whats not to like? We went here a yr ago for lab work/blood test because I was HUGELY frustrated with Q. I was (still am) sick to death of impersonal, automated phone systems especially when you have a question or a problem. After wasting nearly an hour with Qs unfriendly system last year, ready to throw my phone out the window, I went here. It was fast, easy and professional. And did I say fast?This year we went to Q again because my hubby read the reviews. We waited 15 minutes just to get to a computer where they enter your info and take your $$ where we nearly fell on the floor in shock from the price of $295!! Its just 2 tests (TSH &T4 free), the same test that ALTN charged us just &98 for last year.Since ALTN takes walk-ins, we drove there and since theyre literally right across the street, it took 1 minute. We were in and out in 15 minutes.Oh, and while we were there I read about a vitamin shot they give to aid my efforts at weight loss for $35. I took a pic of it & Ive posted it here (see pics). I think Ill be doing that as its supposed to increase energy too. I need that!

I have been getting lab work done here for the last three years. It has been a consistently pleasant experience. I get my results right away, no crowded waiting room, and the staff , ( Evelyn today😊) is very pleasant and professional. So thankful my doctor told me about them!

My initial experience was exceptional due to Lori. She was professional, nurturing and concise.

I arrived early for my test and found I had inadvertently missed filling out some of the necessary paperwork. I took care of that and she got me in a half hour early. The entire process was quick and painless and I had my results in less than three hours. Excellent. I would recommend them any day.

They got me in the same day for my gender reveal bloodwork. She was so nice and excited with me!! She said results would stay 3-5 days and they didn’t even take 2 days. I would definitely recommend anyone coming here, she will treat you like family!

We left the Any Lab test now in Waterford and came here (even though we live in that area). The lady on the phone who scheduled my same day appointment was friendly and understanding. When we got here (to Longwood ) the Nurse was amazing! She took a few vials of blood really quickly. My son is 9 and didnt even know that she was done. We will continue to come to this location, and bypass the Any Lab Test Now that is near our home. Coy is amazing.

I’ve been coming here weekly for over 6 months and wouldn’t change a thing about it. Extremely convenient, with amazing & quick staff. Every time I come in I’m in and out within 20 minutes with results immediately. such a cute, colorful, homey office that makes you feel comfortable while waiting unlike other offices I’ve been to.They also went the extra step since Covid by putting up barriers at the desk as well as wearing masks. Genuinely a very clean, exceptional place w great employees and that’s hard to come by. Def recommend!

We took my 9 year old to the Any Lab Test Now near our home in Waterford. They made him bleed in both arms and struggled to get his blood collected. While giving his veins a break from all the poking, I called this location and made a same day appointment. This location has an incredible staff. They did such a great job, my son didnt know Coy was done drawing his blood. This location will now be our Lab of choice, even though we are within 10 minutes of the Waterford location.

Very nice and pleasant experience. Super fast service. My appointment was at 9:30, I got there at 9:38, and by 10:00 I was out. Evelyn was exceptional! Definitely made me feel better about getting my blood drawn 😅 because I have “good veins” lol.

I just had the BEST experience here! I am NOT easily impressed when it comes to service and professionalism as I’ve worked in customer service management for 13 years... but this was hands down top notch customer service! I walked in knowing I’m the person who will pass out and vomit and was put at ease and made super comfortable knowing even if I did it wasn’t a problem. The price was super affordable (a good $250 less than I thought I would be paying). My blood was drawn and although I went white and nearly passed out and felt like vomiting, I was made comfortable and she knew exactly what to do to help me stay awake and get me through. I have had some pretty terrible healthcare experiences but I would definitely go here again for any of my future needs!

I had to do an urgent blood test and I called AnyLab.The booked an appointment for the same day and were very nice and welcoming when I arrived. the staff was great and the blood test went well! Thank you Any Lab team!

Beware if you pay online at booking ahead of your appointment this location will require a $20 “draw fee” once you arrive after you’ve already paid for the testing. Another location informed us that this is actually against their franchise policy to charge an additional draw fee so we will be following up with the parent company but just a heads up to anyone looking to get tests done at this location, consider going elsewhere!

Best experience. I was able to order the test I wanted and use my insurance savings allowance card. Lori was very friendly and helpful. If you have a high deductible or copay this is the place. The test are much cheaper than Quest. And the place is very clean and professional. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about unless theyre just trying to be dishonest.

This lab is the best in town. look no further. Lori took a very good care of me and oh! shes an expert with the needle . got my blood work done really quick and very cheap compared to lab corp or quest. i went in with no insurance and no doctors order. the place was very neat and overall very good customer service. highly recommendable.

This is the most beautiful and clean lab I’ve ever been to hands down! And the transparent pricing helped me a lot. This place was three times cheaper than other labs. Employees where helpful and very professional. The place is clean clean and smells so good ☺️. Any negative reviews, the customer had to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. This office is horrible. The woman running the office had her daughter answering the phones and telling me where to go to take my test. Then the woman charged me $10 more than the price listed on the website. The Website price $69.I went in to a drug and alcohol test. The test was done with a kit in the office. The first results she recorded was negative for all drugs and positive for alcohol. I questioned the results because there was no way it could be positive. She takes me back to show me the results. They were negative. She laughs and says, “I forgot the alcohol test reads differently than the drug test.” The she says it was a good thing she left my test result out. Then she corrected my results. Her human error would have cost me my livelihood.Your response is BS. Protocol was not followed. The woman needs to be fired. My name is not Less

I went to this any lab test now, west state road 434 , winter springs FL The owner was very friendly and absolutely professional. she showed mastery with the further information she gave and helped me reduce my price by putting my test in a panel. The best part was how super good she was with the needle. i always have my fears for needle but she was already filling up a vial before i could even think of my phobia! very neat place. i will visit them over and over again.

She did an amazing job on my son who has difficult veins and is prone to passing out. My son felt great afterwards and she did the blood draw easily with no pain. We will be using this lab from now on. Thank you for taking such good care of my son.

Omg! The best customer service I’ve had in awhile! So first off I’m here in Florida for training for a flight attendant position. Apparently I took the wrong Covid test & had to get a rapid negative result immediately for my next training course. They were phenomenal! The process was easy & I was in & out within 15 mins. & they even gave me a discount! Staff was super friendly & attentive. I definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

I have been coming to this location for the past few months and have received great customer service with London. Last month when I came in for a routine test she performed it during the posted lunch break 12-1 pm without any hesitations (Which did not expect because I came 3 minutes before 12). I used to go to another lab in Orlando but I stopped because of the strong air freshener/ chemical aroma that would give me a migraine before I would leave the facility. I prefer this Any Lab Test Now and will continue to go here because of my experiences at this location.

Evelyn, the new office manager runs the shop like a boss. She treats everyone with respect and kindness. She fast and efficient awhile glimmering a beautiful smile. Your in and out fast with all your concerns and questions answered.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. COVID PCR TEST LAST MINUTE and they were even closed. Megan in to accommodate me and my wife emergency visit back home. She was pleasant, gentle & very professional. We did get collected outside and we understood they’re keeping the inside for regular labs. We get it! Thank you for getting our results to us in less than 28 hours exactly. We couldn’t be more appreciative. Would definitely recommend

Called to find out if they could take my blood and my daughters for a research study being done in Europe for my daughters rare disease, Lori was able to get us right in, do the blood draw and helped with getting everything prepared to ship and having it picked up right from their location (saving me a trip to FedEx!). The package arrived safely at its destination in Germany. Thank you so much Lori for being so great to us - especially my young daughter who doesnt do well with pokes.

The attendant ( phlebotomist) was efficient, great attitude, and I never felt the needle go in for the 4 vials she drew. The best. Give that woman a raise because she deserves it!!!

I needed a PCR test to travel. The country only allowed a short window of no more than 48 before I travel. This is the only location that offered results in 24 to 48 hours. They also offer appointments. They sent my results electronically and it only took a day and some change. I was impressed. Not only that, although outside of their listed business hours, they called me at 9ish PM to make sure I received the results that they sent and I also received an text alert. . That was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this location. Ive had friends go to other labs that offered this test, not only did they have to wait for 3 hours before being seen, the results took almost 2 weeks and the place was also testing sick people. I DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK. This service is A1. They are truly all about protecting us and their staff. Most other places seem to be solely about financial gain. I could be wrong.

Very unprofessional and super sketchy. As soon as I walked in I felt off completely but we proceeded with getting a Covid Test that was needed. We expressed that weve been around someone but had no symptoms. Honestly we were just making sure but I KNEW we didnt have it. The woman did not even do the test on both of us the same. She went deep on one persons nose and barely went up the other. They both came out positive and we paid over $100 for false negative test. To be honest I was not happy and so I said were going else where, this place is running games.Came home and did out own test and we were negative. Found an OFFICIAL GOVT location that did test, scheduled an appointment only to find out that we were negative. BOTH TEST WERE FREE! Do NOT come here to get tested. Its a hustle...

The owner ROCKS! I love her and she runs an exceptional business. I was from out of state and needed a drug test fast and I always pass out with blood tests but she was very calming and for the first time I didn’t pass out. I’m so grateful for her service.

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional .. we had to wait out in the car for more than 40 minutes without any update .. when we tried to check how long we had to wait, they were extremely rude and negative and would not even answer the door .. the test requested was urgent PCR required to travel and must be obtained within max 48 hours of travel . They assured us that the test result will come out within 24-48 hours. The time now is 10:00pm. We are still waiting and nothing. The flight is scheduled tomorrow morning. I’m sure the result will not come before .. I would not recommend using their services. bad lab

One of the absolute best experience i’ve had while doing the COVID-19 rapid test. the lady was so gentle and it went by so quickly and efficiently i was shocked. when i had to do the test by myself yesterday i had no idea what i was doing but today i was very surprised and happy with the duration and flexibility of the test.

There are no words to describe the excellent service that AnyLabTestNow at Winter Springs provides. A-1 service. I went there for a Covid-19 PCR for traveling purposes (48-hours max to enter the country since the sample is taken). I received the results really fast in my email and now I am good to go. The woman running the clinic almost ruined my life. I went to her office she had her kids at the front desk.I was there to take a court ordered drug and alcohol test. I do the test. She uses a kit in the office. Then we walk to the front and she gives me the results. All the drugs are negative and the alcohol she list as non-negative. I question it. She takes me back to show me the test result. The test was negative. She laughed and said I forgot the alcohol test results read differently than the drug test. She also said, It was a good think I left your test out. If I had not questioned the test results, the lab tech would have caused me to be arrested. I will never go back to this office.This lady should be shut down. She clearly does not take her job seriously and does not care about giveing acurate results.

Showed up on time and received attitude from the front desk for even being there.It took them 40 minutes to figure out their own computer system. For a medical office, one person only wore a mask. This place comes off scammy, predatory, and trashy.I wouldn’t recommend them sticking a needle in me or anyone, I walked out. Incredible staff. I go here everytime! Im a hard stick but they get me on the first try. And the bathroom is a relaxed environment for observed urines!

Clearly they pay for their reviews/have family post reviews. I went in here pregnant over a year ago and the place reeked of cigarette smoke and was filthy and when it came time to get my blood tested a small child asked me to come to the back of the location to get my blood work which made me very uneasy about their professionalism and having their children work there unoficially. I decided to leave and schedule at another location which they were appalled to hear of the service and sanitary conditions of this location.

The people who worked her were really nice and treated me well. I was able to have a smooth experience getting my service done. Would definitely recommend this place for future people!

I live in Orlando and this place is 36 minutes away from where I live. I drive once a week to get my super lipotropic injection all this because of the great customer service and the quality of the product.Since I started my injections with the Megan i’m no longer scared of syringe needle. No pain no bruises.I lost a few pounds since I started thanks to the great directions and tips Megan giving me.I am rocomading this place with full confidence because tried other places and I was not satisfied so I rather drive long way to this place and get great service

I was super anxious about getting bloodwork done as it hasn’t been a good experience in the past. The phlebotomist made me feel comfortable and was super quick and painless. Plus a fraction of the cost quoted at another lab! Can’t thank you enough for the pleasant experience.

Was traveling to Brazil and called in to get a covid test and they knew exactly what test they were requiring in that place. Called last minute and even arrived to the center after they were closed and they still helped me out and did my test. They also have a bilingual spanish employee for all those latin florida residents. They told me they had 24/7 email service and indeed its true as they helped me out at 3am. The only negative thing I would say would be the price I had to pay for everything to be done express but i guess that is the price of the kits and the service around that area. Thank you girls for going above and beyond.

My experience at this location was absolutely fantastic. i went in for blood work and employer drug screening. Their price is ridiculously cheap in comparison to other labs ive been, very neat and professional environment and Lori went above and beyond to make sure i was very comfortable. wish i could give TEN STARS!!! This place is amazing!! I didnt have to wait long at all. I saved close to $200.00 off of labcorp estimate. Its crazy because its the same test and same instrument. My deductible is so high i will never meet it. Thank you guys for helping me. Everybody should go here.

I had an emergency to go abroad, they were the only place that was open on Sunday. They took me in last minute and received my results in 30 min. Very efficient staff and their pricing are reasonable .

This place is phenomenal. I got an expedited PCR test for travel. I receive my results but I couldn’t find them. It was literally 2 in the AM and I was able to contact them. Needless to say my email was blocking there’s but they worked with me until I was able to get my results to come through. It’s a process but I’m off to Spain!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

The staff is very rude. I bought a groupon for a series of 10 lipo-b12 shots and on my 1st visit I was told it was a 10 week program and I had to come every week at the same time in order to honor my groupon. As someone who works, this is impossible for me to do. The receptionist stated if I didnt come at my scheduled time, that couldnt be rescheduled, I would lose a shot. This was not disclosed in the groupon and I feel this is dishonest. Upon objecting to this requirement the receptionist told me if I didnt like it I could leave. So I did. This place is dirty and seems like a scam. They certainly have no empathy for their customers needs or satisfaction.

I had to book an emergency flight abroad. This lab actually respond to text and calls after hours. My flight is Wednesday. No lab was willing to give me an appointment for Sunday. I met someone there this morning for a COVID 19 PCR test. They did this for me and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My results will go to my email no later than Tuesday. So I don’t have to come back for them. This is A-1 service. I’m definitely recommending.

Two words, Life Saver!!! They offer NAAS RT/PCR COVID Test for traveling when nobody else does. I literally called a dozen places and the timing was not good. They got us in 2 days later. We received our results at 11 PM the next day. Its like theyre working around the clock to make sure people dont have to cancel their flights. This place is the best!!! Professional from booking appointment to receiving electronic results. 🙏🏽 #Grateful

I went to check my cholesterol and blood sugar and i was also able to get a b-12 injection and i dont need a doctors order for any of theirtesting. Also, i have to be at work at 8.00am but this location doesnt open till 8.30am they allowed me to make an appointment for 7.15am way before opening hours to accommodate my schedule.i love this location. Not to mention the staff was super nice and very knowledgeable.

Thank you for fitting me in today at last notice! They took all the proper precautions due to Covid-19, the office was clean and courteous and was even able to do blood draws that needed to be sent to quest and another out of state lab. If I need more labs drawn in the future, I’ll definitely be back.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Online the prices advertised for a certain test at $69. When I got there they tried to charge me $89. And then when I questioned the price, she asked me if I was going to do it or not because she had another appointment after me to get to. This is not a way to treat customers I ended up leaving.

Been waiting over 5 days for nicotine test results from the LONGWOOD location!! Called to get results and every time I’m greeted by rude employees, one girl even hung up on me!! I was told my results would take 48-72 hours and this test was need for surgery clearance… never again! If you need fast reliable results go somewhere else!!! Rude and unprofessional with a delay of progress…disappointed!

I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere here. I was able to get a full panel of test done and the results were sent electronically.. I now have lab results at my finger tips. I was not only able to forward this to my nephrologist; I also was able to deliver these results to my PCP with one touch of a button. Thanks Any Lab Test for making everything so simple.

There have been instances when I was running late because of traffic so I gave this location a call to let them know AND the owner was willing to stay past closing time just to help me. 11/10 would recommend!!

I had my blood drown on Thursday to receive my results on Saturday. I called on Monday since I did not get the promised email with the results. I was told that the computer and the printer had problems, so they were unable to give my results. I explained the urgency of my situation. I was promised that the situation will be resolved on Monday PM. I called on Tuesday, only to find out that nothing has changed. Broken equipment and no results for me. I was given Quest number, I called to find out that legally they cannot give me the results. The employee of Any Lab gave me the number of the supervisor/owner - only to find out that the person is not able to get or respond to any phone calls for the next 3 days (vacation). Called Quest again to ask if they can fax my results directly to the doctors office. That is possible if the doctor is a client and will call them and ask for my results.Overall : very upsetting, no solutions offered, will NOT return to this location.

I went to Any Lab Test Now in Longwood for a pre employment hair drug screen. When I arrived I was the only customer and there was one medical assistant there. She took my information then instead of proceeding with my screen, she got in the phone and was conducting other business while I waited for 45 minutes. Once she finally took me back to collect my hair sample, she proceeded to cut a large sample of hair at the nape of my neck all the way across my hairline, taking much more than the necessary amount for the screen. Then she put it in a urine collection tube and not the proper envelope collection kit provided by the lab. This resulted in the lab rejecting the sample requiring me to go back and have it done again. The paperwork I was provided to take to the lab stated that they open at 8am but when I went there the second time nobody showed up and I finally left by 8:20. I cannot express how unhappy I was with this complete experience and I would not go back or recommend to anyone to have any lab work there. They are clearly incompetent and dont have and regard for inconveniencing their customers.

I just left from the lab and I am so grateful for their help with our covid testing prior to traveling. The owner Coy assisted us and she was so wonderful and helpful. Five stars all around. I recommend this lab!

Had a appointment for 8am arrived 750. Door says open at 7am. No one there. Also a rapid the street is CVS that says they do rapid testing. I went and the don’t do the COVID rapid test.Anytime labs thank you for wasting my anytime.

Came in for glucose testing. Over two weeks pass by and I never received results nor did They give my doctor the results. Now I have to do it again somewhere else. Waste of money and time for nothing.Reply: again I will state that you never sent me my results via email or to my doctor. Labcorp was not able to give me the results either due to you guys messing up my name on the blood draw. I DID do the glucose test and had a blood draw. I paid you for nothing and wasted my time and would not recommend to anyone! I do not care if you are a military family like us or not that is irrelevant.AGAIN you messed up my NAME and did not do your job correctly, if I were this establishment I’d shut the hell up and learn some damn professionalism as well as how do to something right!

These guys are great!!! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and I paid a fraction of the cost other labs quoted. This is definitely the place for me and my family.

I needed a negative RT PCR test report for international travel . Test has to be taken within 72 hours window from the departure time. I got the results over email at exactly 40 hours of giving sample. The lab is very responsive and was responding to messages even late in the night. Best place to get the RT PCR test especially for travel purpose.

Shontae did an excellent job yesterday with my blood draw. Just thought I would share! I typically bruise right after but my arm is just fine and she drew over 10 tubes. She made sure I was out of there just in time for my next appointment. 2 THUMBS UPAmy.

They were very polite, and realized I did not have the money for all the tests my doctor had written. They then allowed me to select 5 tests for 129.00. I suffer from a rheumatologic disease, and they sometimes cannot catch the blood tithes for certain panels unless Im having a flare up.They are trying to figure out if my liver or kidneys are not functioning normal. I find Any Lab Test to be very helpful.

Me and fiancée came to this place for a blood test and surprisingly we had a pretty good experience. We just moved here and have encountered some pretty nasty attitudes so the few bad reviews had us skeptical at first. But we can not say one bad thing about this business.. 5 stars all the way ;)

I needed a drug test done last day same minute, they informed me they were booked up and directed me to nearby spots that were open. When I told them the other spots weren’t open upon calling back, they made room for me and I was able to get it done! Forever grateful 🙏🏽

I must say that this is one of the cleanest clinics that Ive ever been to! Especially in this area... The staff and owner was extremely nice, patient and helpful..( lord knows I can be a pain lol)..If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I needed blood drawn for Cyrex, which Cyrex covers the cost paying Any Lab Test Now for their service. The owner tried to charge me $30 for the blood drawn. The owner is a scam artist. The place is dirty, the lab chair is broken with no cushions, the owner is rude. If I could go zero stars I would. NEVER go here!!

Besides the lab being dirty; floor, chairs, and trash cans full (I should have left) the technician told me she could draw my other labs I needed to be done at a Quest Lab. I was excited BUT, SHE USED OR MAILED THE WRONG TUBES TO QUEST. QUEST called my M.D. and told them the wrong test tubes were used and the test couldn’t be analyzed. Now one week later I need to go back again to a professional laboratory and have all the test done again.

Shantay was very rude with my husband on the phone before even getting there. The sign was on a lunch at 2:45 pm we waited almost an hour then called again no answer we were in front the whole time it was going on an hour and 10 mins she said they would be back in 10 so we waited another 20mins he calls again and theyre on speaker shes like we been here and as we speak she turns the sign from closed to open. Literally 1 hour and 20mins later he goes in and does what he has to do and he leaves. 30 mins later he gets a call again on speaker I hear her say the temp was off...he was like well that would make sense its been 30 mins then she says that the smell was too strong and that its synthetic she changed her story twice and then says he has 10 mins note its been 30 mins and we live in altamonte which is a 40 min drive not included traffic I want the number for corporate anyone has it let me know.

The workers here smoke cigarettes in the lobby and their “nurse” was a 10 year old boy who called my pregnant wife back to do blood work after waiting 30 minutes outside due to the horrible stench of cigarette smoke. This place is a giant health violation and we refused to go in for any service and politely declined and were met with rudeness from the entire “family” who runs this disgusting nightmare of a location.

Im visiting from Canada, and Ive had to use the service at Any Lab Test Now atleast three times for COVID testing and for my blood testing to get done there as well, and the team has been exceedingly professional and they follow the Covid protocol before entering the promises, and I even got a follow up to call to advance my appointment which ironically that day I wanted to go in earlier..Additionally, the staff is very accommodating and respectful..Must I mention their Vlajka shes an angel more of a great samaritan, youre such an angel.

Used Any Lab Test Now and couldn’t be more happy with their service. For someone who hates needles they helped put me at ease before drawing my blood. Keep up the good work.

Did not draw enough blood and called to tell me they needed to refund. Got a call the next day trying to tel me results were inconclusive and would not issue a refund. Still no call back or refund.
