I came for my tennis elbow treatment. I have my pet, two years old Cavapoo with me. This place is dog-friendly. Dr. Chen was able to relieve my pain after one session. I will continue my treatment.

Dr Shen is an amazing doctor. She is so knowledgeable, caring and experienced. I have been getting her treatments for the past 5+ years and she has helped me with many concerns including hormonal issues and stress relief.

I had a frozen shoulder for two and a half years. I couldn’t put my right hand straight up and do certain positions. It was very painful and had to take ibuprofen 800 ml, twice or three times a day. I felt like I was a handicap.One day, I talked to my colleague and she referred me to Susanna shen. Susanna was great, knowledgeable and caring. After seeing her for about six months, I did not have to take ibuprofen anymore and was recovering 98%. A few months later, I was 100% recover. Dr Suzanne Shen is a genius. I was suffering from severe wrist pain for 2+ years. I had gone thru 2 procedures and PRP treatment with zero improvement in my condition. Dr. Susanna Shen is very experienced and knowledgeable about Acupuncture. She gets to the root of the issue quickly and provides effective treatment for a wide range of issues. She was able to provide me relief from my IBS symptoms in just about 8-10 sessions. Dr. Shen is also very caring of her patients and her clinic provides a warm, welcoming and a calm space for treatment and recovery.

Very positive first consultation with Dr. Shen. I had acupuncture before, so was familiar with the process. Nonetheless, she was thorough in explaining everything that was happening, ensuring my comfort was accommodated at every stage.

For about a week, I felt heaviness in my head.When I lower my head, I can feel a strong tension and heaviness.I also had low energy and poor sleep.My blood pressure has gone up and stayed at an average of 155/95.Came to Dr. Shen and she performed a detailed examination of the whole body.Right after the first session, my blood pressure dropped into normal range.After two acupuncture sessions and now two weeks later, the heaviness and tension in my head is completely gone. My sleep quality has improved and my blood pressure has maintained in normal range, averaging 130/75.Dr. Shen is great! Just wanted to add to my previous review of Los Altos Acupuncture. Anne Alyse Ostis is such a generous spirit. More than anything, she cares about your health and you feeling better. She has a variety of ways to treat you--drawing from both acupuncture and her training in Chinese medicine--and if she feels that an issue you have is served by another practitioner, she is quick to make a recommendation. Thats what I call a professional with integrity!

Dr Shen is awesome! She was able to help me resolve some health issues in the matter of weeks that Western medicine could not resolve in many months. I feel good and more energetic overall. Highly recommend!
