Dr. Chang was nice the first time my mom visit her. The second appointment she told my mom she made her head hurt, how rude and unprofessional doctor! Dr. Chang took my mom off her insulin medication and didnt want to provide her the glucometer strips or give her a handicap parking. They require a mask to be in the clinic, thats so 2020.

I was asked to go with someone for their doctors appointment, it was at 230pm, but we got there early, around 205pm. We left early because of the rain weve had the last 3 days. I respect that if you dont have a mask, they dont want you there, they only provide the patient with a mask. Parking lot is small, but I waited to get a spot. Understand they dont have to see you early and were more than happy to wait the 25 minutes. However 330pm and nothing, my relative was barely in a room waiting for the doctor. An hour after the appointment, did not see the doctor till about 4pm, then blood was drawn around 415pm. The excuse, there were lots of people before you. I called, my relative also called bull. I was in the car, I saw people come and go, the parking spot next to me had 2 cars that came and went. Ive strongly suggested my family to switch to another place. If theyre going to bill Medicare, have someone more competent in running a business do it. Whats the point of setting an appointment if youre made to wait almost 2 hours.

This place needs to be shut down I’ve never been to a doctors office that is as unprofessional as this one. If you don’t care quit your job nobody makes you get up and go in. The medical field is not for people who don’t care about others or a field just to get a check!

I called on June 9th 2023 about an issue which has been resolved..Updated ReviewThis an update on as I get schooled and educated by doctors Ive learned to be very patient.As i bounce around from doctor to doctor i get many many opinions and have been recommended to receive 2 to 3 different opinions from different facilities .Every doctor will tell you based only their experience .As i go attend Central City Community Health Center. Theirs always improvement . Theirs new personnel and great doctors which make a difference Rome was not built in a day.I was informed that being part of VA Central City Community Health Center can submit referrals through my VA insurance so is not such a burden on the Medical and on the clinic.Referral Dept. thank you for being patient with my needs. Also thank you for personnel who checked up and sent me reminder for my appointments its what makes a difference in my book.With that said Dr Calista has been taking her time and provides suggestions that are worth trying prior to taking medication.She makes suggestions which have made difference in my health. The bad is Depency = for those who dont know is Mental Health term which a person depends on a type of drug or medication for pain. My goal is to get off medication and use it as i get older . Pain Management has made a difference .At times people get service depending on how they treat the staff.Im aware that Doctors due to their best by helping a patient so a suggestion for those who actually need medical attention and not just want to make the location look bad to take patients elsewhere.Remember some doctors dont have time too go through medical history . So is important to track and write when the pain has begun. Or the symptoms one has theirs always a 24/7 nurse line in your insurance and they are always willing too help. Is what Health Net Provides .So patients before giving a review . Write down your medical concerns and ask yourself have you done whats been told .HAs medication been taken correctly before complaining about body issues have you tried pain management.Physical Therapy. At times patients dont want to take pills, Thats a band aid but In pain managent they can provide injections which the medicine goes directly to the area .Also keep in mind as a patient if you seek help be courteous be respectful and always have empathy. Doctors are not here to be your friends . That would be against their work ethics.Once a patient forms a type of bond or friendship with the Doctor places doctors in a bad situation.So keep in mind Doctors are their for your your medical needs nothing more. Thank you Not sure if other people notice but I do so thank you for the services that have been provided whether is to talk about about a concern or an ear thats doesnt go unnoticed in my book . Hope this review brightens your day and patient understand to receive help you have meet the doctor half way . As i learn and go all i can do is share my experiences .Relieves stress to oneself and others . Being considerate is key patience is a virtue .RespecfullyHernandez

Unprofessional and NOT organized clinic.I scheduled an appointment for a specific health issue . I signed the Release Form for them to receive the record. When I show up for the appointment, which was 3 weeks after signing the Release Form, they didnt do nothing because they never received the information and/or record transfer from the other clinic.Since I work with DMV as a Data Entry, I MUST request day off for appointments . Recommendations: call the customer ahead of time that the records havent been released and the appointment MUST be rescheduled so people like me dont loose a day of work!

This place would be fine if it werent for the receptionist and some of the nurses, who can be very rude. Weve had several incidents where the receptionists error made us lose time, but its the closest clinic and we mostly just go for annual checkups and prescriptions.The wait times are always long, even with an appointment. You can have a one oclock scheduled and not see the doctor until three. Ive learned I need to remind the receptionists Im there if I ever want to be seen. A couple times, Ive had appointments canceled without notice, once, about half an hour before the appointment and when I was already on my way. I made it to the clinic only to be told the doctor didnt show up to do my physical, but I could get my prescription filled by phone, something I could have done at home. Another time, I had an appointment canceled without notice and only found out when I called myself just before closing time. Apparently theyd booked two appointments for me on different days and decided to cancel the earliest one without telling me. Both of these instances resulted in me losing time from work.Thats without getting into the time they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy despite me using the same pharmacy for years. Again, MOST of the doctors are good, with only one being sort of rude and brusque enough that its almost like she feels her time is being wasted. The front desk, however, is a total mess of incompetence. I have no idea why they take so long to answer calls when called because, from the hours Ive spent in the waiting room, Ive mostly seen them talking amongst themselves.To summarize; horrible wait times, even worse front desk staff, but decent doctors.

Still waiting on my prescription to be sent it CVS Pharmacy since Friday the 15th of September. I called the clinic and they sent my medicine to a pharmacy that Im not where near or live and never been before. I have been sitting in pain and my wound is leaking cause I dont have the proper medication or supplies to treat my wounds. Its very sad that these nurse assistants arent doing their jobs.

I was transferred without notice to this doctor through my health care provider. I called for a simple question... If i have been going to another clinic is it okay to transfer the medical record over to your location to avoid all the retesting? While speaking i was put on hold. I call back and politely ask the same thing and rep asks who i was speaking to then puts me on hold to check who i was speaking to rather then simply asking about my concern. Though this time she didnt put me on hold, instead she hanged up. I called for the third time and Merlin answers and i mentioned what happened in the first two attempts and she rudely says i was still speaking when you called! If only i could express her increased tone. I simply called to ask one question and little did i know they managed to make me avoid this location at all cost. I am definitely making a change to the previous doctor i was visiting. Thought id give this doc a chance since its closer to my home, but if they did this over the phone i cant image the miserable faces i will deal with later when i arrive. Its not a wonder why they have such poor reviews. Doctor Maria F Daly please pay this young mature ladies a little more and maybe this way they might value the people who allow them to feed their families. I am a customer service rep myself and would never treat my customers in such manner, instead i try to win them and keep their business no matter what.

Was told that we could come in as a walk in patient between 8 and 10am. Arrived today at 9:25am. Per the receptionist we could only be seen if there is a cancellation, the provider came out, and in front of myself and other patients in the lobby she told the receptionist that she was not gonna see any more walkins a few patients had already walked up to the reception area to rescheduled and I was told that some had also cancelled so now its 12:10pm and still here waiting to see the provider(3 hours) Management please control your Provider staff! How do they get to make the decision on who they can see and who they are turning away? Why is it okay to have walkins wait 3 or 4 hours to be seen? I will definitely be filing an official complaint with the corporate office. Recommendations: hire a provider who is not a rude and inconsiderate lazy ass! Tell your providers that they can NOT pick and choose how many patients they get to see, give your front desk staff the okay to take patients without having to ask the providers. And Inform your entire staff that walkins can only be seen if there are cancellatioms, dont make people waste their time and gas coming here if you cant service them!

Sometimes the wait times are extended by walk ins and even getting to an appointment thats supposed to last 5-10 minutes and arriving early can leave you waiting an hour or more to be seen. It feels like youre a walk in even if you have an appt which wastes the time of the patients. Besides this the doctors and nurses are very good kind and caring.

Very upset took my baby to his appointment that i made 4 months ago and thay told me that the dr was on vacation and they had no other dr that sees kids didnt even call me to reschedule. For another day on monday i even got a confirmation call and text so upset i had to take off of work to take him and they pull this crap so unorganized the only reason i go there is because my dr and my babys dr is really good shes the best if it wasnt for her i would have changed clinics they need to improve on this type of things such an inconvenience 😡

I went in for a pregnancy referral and it ok nly took about 30 minutes to be seen, for a new patient that was pretty quick along with the paper work i filled out. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I live in Downey and come all the way here for doctor appointments. The staff here is nice! Nancy that works inside office is so helpful!!!!!! and the doctor I had for my pregnancy is now my daughters doctor as well Dr. Dally!!! they are both soo helpful and go extra mile for their patients!

I was referred here by my insurance because my old psychiatrist closed. They’re listed as specializing in ADHD, but apparently they don’t handle it at all. Only found out that they don’t work with ADHD patients once I was already sent in to see the psychiatrist. They charged me $25 just to tell me they couldn’t see me. When I asked for a refund, they told me that since I had already been inside the psychiatrist’s office, that they could not refund the copay. What a dishonest and unscrupulous practice.

Very very inadept. I waited 2 hours and a half for the office women to tell me my Dr is not here anymore. During my wait I asked whether they needed to see my insurance or is there any paperwork I need to fill out. Two different workers said No. Point is I did not see a Dr. So I will just medicate myself and change clinic. If you need preventive medical care find somewhere else. 0 stars.

ADULTS DO NOT ALLOW THEM 2 PULL TEETH!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Dentist informed me of a dead upper wisdom tooth. I have NEVER had any teeth pulled before, so I did not know what to expect. The dentist made a HORRIBLE medical decision and attempted to extract the tooth in the office. After the shredding of my gum and inside of my mouth the extraction was stopped. I informed the dentist of the pain and refused to continue the procedure. I was then referred to an oral surgeon, which was CLEARLY what should have been done after careful reviews of my xray.

Went in as a walk in told to come back at 1 pm I got an email saying I have an appointment for 1:30pm . I got there before 1:30 and waited and waited only to be told at 5:20pm to come back tomorrow morning. This is ridiculous. There front desk staff are unprofessional.

This has been my clinic for over 2.5 years, if I could grade each Dr Ive seen here probably not all 5 stars but more recently I cant complain on that part. The 5 stars are definitely to location and staff, everyone is nice and friendly.

I have zero bad comments. This place is actually great. Their customer service isnt compared for the simple fact that they try to attend you as soon as possible and to top that off if you are in the parking lot, they go call out your name if youre next. Now that does not seem like the acts of lazy people to me, and it isnt.

I called just to ask how much the consultation with OB/GYN Maria Daly costs, the first time they left me on hold for 2 minutes and then they hung up on me, I called again they put me on hold again for more than 23 minutes and then they hung up on me again , they never took the call back.
