I love this clinic! Everyone is so kind, reassuring and respectful. I really appreciate Dr. Gupta for being so knowledgeable and caring. Having the ability to get into see a gynecologist without having to make an appointment or wait weeks and weeks is so incredibly valuable. I hope more people are able to take advantage of this wonderful care facility.

I recently went in without an appointment and was very pleased with the staff and the office. Everyone was extremely friendly, the office is very clean, and there was no wait. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to meet all my needs. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back

I recently scheduled an appointment at Walk In GYN Care because, like many, I don’t have health insurance and needed a place to get my Pap smear. They had a rare Saturday appointment slot available, so I snagged it. I admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because their business hours show they’re only open on Saturdays. But hey, who needs a social life on Saturdays anyway?When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself the VIP (Very Important Patient) of the waiting room – no crowds, no hassle. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and helped me with registration. They handed me an iPad to answer a few health questions, which made me feel like I was about to win a game show.A few minutes later, the nurse called me back, asked for a urine sample, and then did my triage and vitals. From there, I was asked to get undressed for my Pap smear. Enter Dr. Gupta, the superhero of gynecology! She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I told her about my PCOS and my future baby plans, and she gave me a list of supplements to take.I also asked about getting an ultrasound, and guess what? They did it right then and there! No need to run around town to an imaging place. Everything was done in-house, which was super convenient since I was on my lunch break. Talk about multitasking!The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Just a heads up, it’s self-pay only since they don’t accept any insurance at the moment. So, ladies, if you’re looking for a no-nonsense, efficient, and slightly amusing experience, book your appointment at Walk In GYN Clinic and get your check-up done. Highly recommend! 🫶🏼

Ive never had such a positive GYN experience as I have here. The staff is incredibly educated, accommodating, and kind. They always take their time to explain things thoroughly and treat me with respect and dignity. I cant recommend this place enough!

I wish ZERO stars were possible. This office and this whole business has been nothing but challenging to deal with. Inconsistent communication, inconsistent care. Ive given them many chances and they keep failing. Its sad that womens care is being handled with such disregard at this facility.****In response to the providers message below. I HAVE emailed you all about issues before and if all you can do is try to fix things AFTER its been messed up, then thats not good enough. Your LA facility now is ONLY open on Tuesdays and Thursdays and NO email was sent to current patients about that. I found out when I called this morning expecting the place to be open. So, Im NOT going to email you because it will do nothing. Your office will keep functioning as it does. Thats been my experience. Thanks.

My overall experience at Walk In GYN Care in Los Angeles was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.The staff Josie & Angie, the Nurse Practitioner Irene who saw me and the clinic itself were all top notch. I appreciate the clean atmosphere and professionalism. Everyone was welcoming, patient and knowledgeable.I will definitely return for future visits and refer friends & family. Hands down great experience and I’ve been in healthcare for over 2 decades!

I have been looking to establish a new doctor since relocating and I am glad I found this place! The facility was super modern and very clean and check in was super quick and seeing the doctor was even faster. The ladies(Josie) at the front desk are great! She was training someone and on point with patients coming in. Ms. Angie the nurse was awesome. She was very nice and pleasant. The doctor, Ms. Josepha was a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and held a great conversation, witty with a sense of humor. The whole appointment was great. I checked in at 1:55 and checked out at 2:35pm. Check them out!!!

I’m so glad i found this place! The woman at the front is so sweet and personable. Irene was my physician and she was also so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. They’ll tell you exactly what they recommend be done during your visit without pushing you to do any more unnecessary treatment. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable.

This clinic is completely unsafe. During my appointment I had an ultrasound done, and during my ultrasound one of the staff members advised me to leave my bag in the exam took while I go ‘just across the hall’ to do the ultrasound. Then someone in the staff went through my purse, took my sunglasses, added all my credit cards to their virtual wallet and started spending money immediately. I have already filed a police report, and I am letting law enforcement handle this. I am traumatized by this experience, and wanted to keep other patients safe so they won’t have to experience this violation.

I had a great experience at the Walk In GYN Care clinic. The staff was so welcoming, professional and pleasant. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire visit. Irene was amazing. She was very gently, reassuring and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend this facility to any woman looking for quality and urgent GYN care.

I love the staff at this location. Everyone is very kind and helpful- but there is a consistent issue with prescriptions being properly called in. It’s very frustrating to spend $100 to be seen and THEN have to chase down the staff to make sure my prescription is called in. That really should be taken care of for $100. Otherwise, very convenient and easy.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Most urgent cares don’t have great GYN services but this is a full service gynecology office that you can make a same day appointment at which is incredible. The practitioners are great! The staff was so friendly. I hope these open everywhere!

This place is amazing. It’s quick and easy and the ppl there are very friendly and make you feel comfortable . I’m super glad I found it because I was between gynos and needed to be seen quickly. I will be using this as my primary OBGYN from now on.

This was the MOST comfortable, kind, and safe experience I have had at a GYN/ doctors office. Everyone from the front desk professional to the nurse to the practitioner made me feel welcome, safe, and loved from the moment I walked into the office. Additionally, they were incredibly flexible when I had to last minute change my appointment. Thank you and I will be recommending to all my friends! Can not say enough kind things about this practice.

Im so glad I came across Walk In GYN when I encountered an issue during early pregnancy. The nurse, ultrasound technician and Dr. Seletz are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel well taken care of.

I received excellent service from Walk In Gyn Care at LA location.I received an appointment the next day (on a Saturday) through online portal.The office was extremely clean and fully equipped. All staff including doctor very professional, informative and nice. I was so relieved to get my wellness exam and results back quickly.I had phoned other Gyn offices and they were booked for up to three (3) months.This will be my permanent Gyn Office.

10/10 recommend. I was having a hard time looking for an OB-GYN. I searched on google and they’re the first to pop up, also the staffs are super nice and friendly. And i like how it’s super clean inside.

If I could give zero stars I would. I come here a year later to edit my review and tell you exactly what’s going on over there:They don’t work with insurance but they say they do. The front desk staff is completely oblivious about insurances and tell you that the bloodwork is covered but then everything else will cost you. So by the time you are being seen for you to have a proper dr visit you will end up paying hundreds of dollars.Dr. Josepha Seletz was so rude that when I was on the stirrups trying to find on the phone the exact place where I was taken for urgency a few days before, she told me there are more patients and she had to hurry. After I waited for over an hour she put me in the stirrups and wanted to get rid of me while being vulnerable in there. It is important to mention I wasn’t even 4 minutes in the consultation, and she was already trying to get rid of me. Of course she dismissed everything I said and didn’t let me explain anything. She made me cry and I told her I could give her the results later because of her hurry I couldn’t find them on the phone and she said I would have to pay again and make a new consultation. Then the results come in a portal that it’s impossible to register and you are left out from the results anyway.But the real reason I’m asking you not to ever set foot there is the BILLS are a SCAM!!!!! Those people won’t let you get out of there without paying the full amount and still harass you month after month later with emails, letters and messages telling you to pay. Some people might end up paying twice like it happened to me, only to find out that the following month you will still receive a letter asking you to pay once again!!! We had to call several times to ask them to stop harassing us with fake payments.

Its hard to say enough good things, but let me try... The doctor, nurse practitioner, and all the office staff have been outstanding. I have been able to get appts same or next day (unlike other providers in my network who wouldnt even return my call) and each time my medical concern was addressed with the highest level of knowledge and attention. I can readily message with the NP and make appts through their app. Plus the facility is brand new, I even dig the artwork lol! Sincere gratitude to you all for being there for me and women in our community.

I was having some pain that I believed was possibly an ovarian cyst over a weekend and my gynecologists office was closed. I did not want to go to Cedars and have to sit at the ER all day/night especially for what I was certain was a gynecological issue. I did a google search to see if an urgent care for women existed and I am SO grateful I found this place. Its extremely clean, welcoming and felt just like my normal doctors office. I received excellent care for my condition and they could do so much more than what an ER or regular urgent care would do for me. I hope women of Los Angeles know they can go here especially if its an urgent situation. I was seen immediately and they can do labs, sonograms, etc on site. Five stars for an excellent doctor and a great experience especially considering the alternative options!

A walk-in OBGYN clinic, I thought was too good to be true. It is absolutely wonderful! I was having an emergency with my IUD, and I recently moved out to LA so I hadnt established care yet. I was able to get this resolved within an hour, and now I have an OBGYN to follow up with. I love the facility and concept, I wish they had these all over the US for women.

I absolutely love this clinic! Dr Seletz was my hero today! I think this is the only Obgyn open on weekends that also offers ultrasounds. Dr Seletz is an incredibly thoughtful and thorough doctor who clearly cares so much about her patients well-being and getting to the bottom of whats going on. She asked questions that no Obgyn has thought to ask me before, and she also did some tests that other doctors have never offered me. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

I highly recommend Walk In GYN Care on Robertson in Beverly Hills. When my doctor couldnt fit me in as I was in pain, they gave me an appointment right away. Everyone in this office is so kind and caring. I wish all of my doctors and their support team were like this.

Dr. Josepha Seletz was very knowledgeable and professional. Her explanations were easy to understand and respectful. The staff was also very respectful and kind. It easy to make an appointment online.

This place is the BEST. It’s so clean and homey the doctor and all the staff is friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. It’s so easy to make an appointment the same day or even just walk in. The online portals is easy to work. Just hands down the BEST OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO SO FAR!!!!!’

Such a terrible experience. Beware!!!Everything is marked here as infertility consultation because most insurance do not cover that unlike the actual codes where insurance covers them and negotiates the correct prices for those codes too. The owner obviously takes advantage of such infertility codes for making patients pay everything out of pocket without having to negotiate the service prices instead. You cant speak to the doctor for when you should be checked, so basically you have to guess and see when the doctor is available and just walk in.And ofcourse if the doctor is not in on that day the nurses are required to speak to you and call it a consultation without any tests or actual consulation.This is a perfect setup for making money off of patients instead of actually providing gyn care.Update: After contacting them privately as asked by the owner, noone ever gets back to you. to be fair, I have only waited 8 weeks. So lets see.

Incredible facility with fantastic all women staff & doctors. My new Ob-Gyn!!!After trying to get an appointment for over a week with my Ob-Gyn, Ive stumbled on Walk In Gyn Care LA on the internet. Although a walk-in clinic, I was concerned about the wait so ended up making an online appointment and got in for the following day.Their website is easily navigated which makes is fast to fill out all the forms prior your arrival at the clinic.From the moment I made the appointment to the time I left, everything went so smoothly. Everyone was so nice, professional, compassionate and very attentive.This was a breath of fresh air to feel so attended and heard from Dr Josephina Seletz and all the wonderful women staff who made me feel so comfortable being in a not so comfortable situation.Facility is brand new, clean and lovely. I was a bit nervous to get my first pap but it went seamlessly! Everyone was fantastic the care that I received was great! I had the most painless blood draw of my whole life with Puri! I will be recommending this place to all my friends.

First ever walk-in gynecologist/women’s health clinic in the states. Everyone was so patient and kind, and answered all questions I had regarding my issue. From booking an online appointment, to visiting the doctor, to examination, and to checking out, everything went very smoothly. The place is brand new and clean. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re a women who needs a gynecologist asap or in the longer run, this place will not disappoint! Thank you so much for your service ❤️

After attempting to find a last minute appointment that would be covered by insurance all over LA, I stumbled upon this new womens clinic. The experience was incredible! They answered the phone immediately, allowed me to walk in day of (its a walk in clinic), I was seen right away and love love love that it is run by women, for women and I was seen by a female doctor!

This place is HIGHLY unethical. I would not trust them with any of your health care needs — if it takes a few days for you to be seen by your normal OBGYN, I would say it’s well worth the wait. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everyone at that clinic is very warm, caring and sincerely love what they do and it shows and everything they do. My gynecologist answered all of my questions I left there with nothing left to ask and in a peaceful State of Mind. So happy I found you guys I will never go anywhere else.

Great experience the staff made me feel so comfortable with everything, and they do it all. My dr was so kind and made the experience easy and helped with all my problems also was great because I got an appointment right away so I could fix my problems as soon as they started.

Amazing place. So easy to walk in. Very kind staff, the doctor was good and Nurse Angie was so light on her hand taking my blood. Overall, quick and great experience.

They make wrong diagnosis! And they charge you for things they shouldnt! They freak you out with things that are not true! I am the husband of a patient (Marta G) who was there and its not fun to see your wife suffering for unnecessary things that Dr. Seletz told her. At the end $800 out of pocket!DONT GO HERE

Friendly, clean, pro-staff. Doctor really took the time to answer all my questions and consider all symptoms with me. I felt taken care of.
