My provider is Celia Andrews. Celia is very good at her job. She is extremely thorough and really cares a lot about her patience. If it wasnt for Celia my husband would not be alive today. She spotted the cancer on his head before it was too late. We owe Celia our gratitude. Celia is the best position I have ever known and we love her.Leonard and Christine Gutierrez.

Location not well advertised as no sign on building except writing on door. Interior appears VERY worn. Doesn’t really speak to a medical office. Staff behind desk sit so low they weren’t easily seen as I entered. But the staff saw me and I was greeted kindly upon my arrival and checked in as a new patient. I was called at my appt time which was great. I was asked thorough medical history and given a mental health checklist to fill out as I waited for the doctor. Only waited maybe 5 mins. Doctor asked additional, along with clarifying, medical questions and listened to me describe my experiences and current medical issues and needs. Great experience. Everyone very professional, yet personable. I believe this may be a good fit for me and my needs. Thank you Bella Vida.

Like when i have my scheduled appointments the nurse assistants get you checked in and to the back real quick with no problems. They are also friendly. Rooms are always clean andsanitized, you don’t have to worry of catching something while waiting to see the Dr., she is very professional and curtious in what she does.

Rude desk clerk said she couldnt pull my insurance up on the computer. Been there several times before. So I left without being seen. This happened on Saturday September 14. This lady needs not to be working the front desk. I know my insurance info is already in the system. She told me to call my insurance. I asked her if I could use her phone since I didnt have mine and her reply was a flat No. I believe its her job to call the insurance. Whatever her issue was, she shouldnt be dealing with people, sick or not sick.

Celia Andrews is my NP and she does a great job. The support staff, especially the front desk ladies are horrible. I have been going to Bella Vida for years and it seems like the staff get worse and worse. I have never seen people so rude to people in need of care.

Luis Marquez is my hero. Everyone is amazing there. Love them all. I always feel welcome. Never had a single complaint.

If you have published hours, and you tell people on the website and elsewhere that you accept walk-ins for your urgent care until a specific time...and then you change that time with a sign on your door...this is not how you run a business nor healthcare.I went from a high opinion to a 0 star in a day because you dont have the care of the community in mind...

The staff is great. Viola is super amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help us for a couple months now. And Celia Andrews is always very accommodating and pleasant. We really like them both!!

Had a great checkup with Celia Andrews. She is very thorough and listens. I also use their Walk In Clinic if I have an emergency especially on weekends. Thanks for doing a good job.

You want to waste two hours of my time on a Saturday waiting for a prescription, that your employees are not competent enough to send to the correct place?.. then you get my negative review, which I have plenty of time to write, while still waiting for the prescription... I specifically told them to send my prescription to Walgreens, buuut BV thought theyd be cute and send it to Albertsons instead. Soo when I called BV looking for the prescription, the lady at the front desk made it sound like it was my fault that they made the error. They must be doing something fraudulent with Albertsons, since they just made it seem like, oh just go get it at Albertsons... No. And, the lady at the front desk at BV, had to make a specific comment that my insurance is going to have a problem with the change, if I switch it to Walgreens... Red flags..! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I love how NP Twila Reed and her MA Amber are so attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Bella Vida. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The front staff like Miranda are such a joy to speak with and really work to assist in any way.

This is very unexpected.... I really like my new Doctor Marquez , he is awesome very very into his professional career other Doctors dont say much or dont ask you many questions they want you to tell them whats wrong all they do is give you s prescription... not with Doctor MarquezHe wants to know and get to the bottom of why are there hell order studies to get to the bottom and he will put you on the right medication. AWESOME ClinicStuff members are very cordial as well. Thumbs 👍

My last healthcare provider, I wont mention any names but, hes a elder provider here in the community in Los Lunas.Its just his staff and Amber dropping the ball. Im talking care about the people especially the young lady at the front desk! She told me that if Ididnt like how far-out my appointment was that I have options. Like find different provider if I didnt like the fact that I wasnt able to see him in a timely manner. So thats what I did and the lady I visited (Jessica Klammer) was totally professional, understanding about my needs, and helpful in every way.

Bella Vida is a great place the staff are professional caring and treat us like family I would recommend them to anyone needing healthcare

Twyla (not sure if that’s how it’s spelt) is amazing, she sat with me and asked lots of questions about my family health history, she asked what symptoms/any concerns I had about my health, ordered bloodwork to test everything I had concerns about, she was quick but not trying to rush me or anything. I definitely recommend!

Excellent care on our initial interaction. We had a great first visit, explaining my medical history, and getting relevant and honest care, and helping me get referrals and medications required based on my medical conditions. I really like these doctors they are great with my disabled son but not only him my whole family. We never wait long and they listen to what I need done. Have been with them for two years now and will keep going for my families health needs.

I have been going here for my primary care for almost a year now. In the past 3 months, I have had a phone call the day before my appointment (after confirming multiple ways, and taking off work) to reschedule. The day before the appointment!!! This means instead of seeing my Dr every month for the meds that have been changed, I have now not seen my Dr in 2 months, and I will be lucky if I can get my refills this month.

I seriously loved my experience here. Twyla (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing to my daughter. So positive and cheerful even though she wasn’t having a great morning. When it’s already difficult to bring your child to a doctors appointment, it makes all the difference to have a caring provider. The entire staff seemed to be friendly, as well. We will most definitely be returning!

We are so glad to be joining the Bella Vita family. We had a great time with Dr Aragon over the years but with him retiring this is the perfect place for us to land.Jessica was just delightful yesterday. We have used the urgent care successfully over the years so it’s a perfect fit for our primary care.

My office visit, and overall customer service with this facility and my doctor, Kathy Fresquez-Chavez, was of high quality and standard. I love the fact that she does not rush the appointment and is truly engaged with every detail of why I am being seen. A rarity nowadays. Kathy is a very caring and compassionate medical doctor. I am very satisfied with the quality of care I receive at Bella Vida and would highly recommend. .

First of all, I adore Bobbi, the receptionist. Secondly, I like the look of the place. The fact that it was formerly a bank, the layout really works. Most of the staff is really good. There is one older NP, I think her name is Anne, who I would rather not ever see again, but the rest of them have been kind, knowledgeable, and have helped me with my health concerns after one visit.Walk ins....typically takes FOREVER!!I also think Medi-Spa is weird. Not sure what that is all about. Makes me think of foot baths and eucalyptus. Shrugs.This is my second choice for urgent care.

Excellent service. Practitioner Andrews listened patiently and addressed all of my concerns. The rest of the staff were also very professional and respectful. I dont like going to the doctor, and everybody at Bella Vida made me feel at ease and calm.

The doctor started my process very blunt but for me that works I am looking for a doctor that actually wants to help me and I am praying he is that doctor.

The receptionist is polite.The wait time before seeing the Np was short.The Np Reider was friendly, gave me the referral I needed . She wrote prescriptions that I had been on for the past several years.I am a new patient. I was very well satisfied with our first encounter.

I arrived early for my appointment, but they still got me in right away. My PCP has been @ this same location for over 10 years and that means a lot to me. I had blood drawn and didnt even feel the poke of the needle. All my questions were answered and my PCP makes me feel like she really cares about my health. That gives me serious peace of mind, which is hard to come by these days.

Celia Andrews is, by far, the absolute best Dr I have ever seen and all of the people that work there are always very nice and very helpful. You are not treated like cattle or like you are just a number. My family loves them all. Great people work there.

First didnt have to wait long. The person that took my vitals was nice and if I any questions she would answer politely. My primary that I got is very nice and polite and is setting me up with all I need to take care of to keep me healthy my last primary didnt even do anything for me so I am glad I switched to Bella Vista.

My husband and I, had back to back appointments with the same Dr. to get established, have a full physical and work up since we had not had a Dr. In years. We waited over a month for this appointment which is understandable, since Lovelace closed down it left A LOT of people scrambling to find a primary. However, my primary to be was an hour late for my appointment, that was an hour not a 15-30 min slot. I was there from 1:45pm my appointment was at 2:00pm until 4:00pm. And the only thing She did was ask the questions I already filled out on the questionnaire, didnt so much as listen to my heart and lungs. Did no physical, and only gave me referrals out for EVERYTHING. Some things she as a primary should have been able to do herself! I tried to show her some problem areas which she wouldnt even look at. She saw nothing, did nothing and just said I need to take an antibiotic every day for the rest of my life. She said she would fill an old script for me but didnt even ask what pharmacy I used. Then didnt even see my husband for his appointment. Luckily for my husband, someone else saw him, did an actual full physical as she stated needed to be done for the first establishing appointment. She filled his meds and sent them to our pharmacy. I still havent seen anything yet. Neither of us were given a receipt for our co-pays. If my husband can keep the person who saw him thatll be great. As for me..... It was one of two, of the worst appointments I have ever had in 40+ years. I definitely will not be returning to that primary and now Im back to the drawing board of finding a competent primary. Having been in and growing up in the medical field, this was a gross and negligent waste of time. Lucky for them Im not still in that field of work or I would have billed them for my time.

The ladies that work at Bella Vida are the nicest ladies. Very friendly and helpful. I didnt see my own Dr but the one who saw me was so very thorough, and I believe went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were addressed.

Staff are always very friendly, and quick to help as much as possible. Every time Ive needed to be scheduled, staff goes over-and-above to schedule me within a reasonable time. My primary doctor, MsC. Andrews is always very knowledgeable in providing test results and providing additional information on how I can improve my overall health as well as how to take extra precautions to avoid future health problems. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone as they provide an excellent service.

I was late to the appointment because it was my 1st one and I went to the wrong location. They were understanding and still saw me. Twila Reidet is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring provider.

Absolutely loved and appreciated staff and service. Wait time is nothing out of the ordinary, as a walk in I thought it was super fast. Dr. Kim was great! Very down to earth. Although visit was for my son I enjoyed the visit. You guys are great keep up the good good work! Not every facility will have awesome staff & service, I am glad we came across one that does!!

Bella Vida is family to us. Professional, caring ⚕️ staff have saved my life many times in the 20 yrs weve been patients here. Ive never had an issue with Bella Vida staff they are great! However, I walked out of an appointment 7/12/23 due to the male PA or whatever he is (not an actual doctor) told me he wasnt going to give me a medication I have been prescribed by DOCTORS for years! Well the last PA (again not an actual doctor) from another clinic, took me off that medication and prescribed me a different medication...12 days later I was rushed to the ER due to blood clots in my lungs (pulmonary embolism) from that new medication. Soooo, he was not looking out for my best interests as I was able to see a specialist, GYN who guess what? Said that man at Bella Vida was misinformed and as well as the other PA that caused me to have blood clots. Oh and guess again...she keeps me on the original prescription. I said all of this to let you all know be careful with PA and NP (Of course not ALL of them) but they ARE not DOCTORS!

My visit was the best I can not complain everyone there was awesome

While my assigned nurse practitioner was unavailable to me, another just as concerned came in & listened & addressed my concerns.

We found the staff friendly and professional. This makes our medical visits less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. We feel cared for. Thank you2/13/23Another visit just as comforting as the first 8.5yrs ago. Many health issues addressed for both my wife and myself. No wonder the American Association of Nurse Practitioners gave them the 2022 Award for New Mexico. They work hard for their patients and deserve such an award.

I wasn’t feeling good at all this morning. I had a sore throat, ear ache & body aches and they’re always real good at this clinic. The provider came in and I was only seen for 3 minutes! She checked my ears and throat and said my throat wasn’t too swollen so to treat my “infection”by over the counter medication. She never gave me a test for sore throat, covid, she seemed as if she didn’t care & her attitude completely changed when I said I took amoxicillin to treat my sickness. She seemed as if she didn’t care and too busy to diagnose me. She dismissed me so fast. I felt unwanted and very dismissed. First time I ever had a bad review and I’ve been coming here for years!

It was a great experience and I look forward to seeing you guys again.

Jess is a cool, friendly, professional.They go far beyond what I am accustomed to in a health-care provider, and Jess, Amber and others worked on their day off to take care of my critical needs. It does not get better than that and I hesitate to recommend them as I want them for my own and dont want to share and up my wait times. Five stars just approaches the professional service I have received.

I felt very comfortable with the doctor Cecilia. Cecilia asked all types of questions about my health and thats what I liked. Cecilia took time with me and she was concerned about my blood pressure which I appreciate it very much. She was so much different from the other PA says that I have had in the last 2 years. She gave me a new blood pressure pill that I will take once a day and told me what to look for so that I know and she will know what our next steps are. I really appreciate it. All the clinic staff are very friendly and polite and kind. after a stressful day and running to try to make an appointment on time, I meet staff who helped me to feel cared for and refreshed and renewed. Those are skills that are not easy to come by. Let alone skills you see present in all the members of a team. I take care of my family and other people. So its nice to see that theres someone I can go to when I need to be care. I have told my PCP that I very much value the clinic and all the people who work there. Its important to let them know how valued they are and that their virtues are noticed. I hope this information is helpful for you.

It was quick, smooth to the point, given tests immediately everyone was generous and respectful.

I had a 10:00 appointment on a Wednesday morning. I arrived 15 minutes early to get paperwork done and be ready for my appointment. I waited in the lobby for one hour before being shown in to the exam room. I saw my doctor for a total of five to seven minutes. All this just to get a referral for another doctor. I felt insulted and unimportant. I will be looking for another primary care physician as this is not the first time I have been treated like an imposition to this office.

Thr front receptionist was extremely welcoming. In the past it seems like the front desk receptionists always give attitude or are tide for no reason. At Bella Vida there receptionist was happy smiling and informative! My doctor was open to listening to my concerns considering it was my first time looking for a primary doctor in a long time. She let me ask all the questions I needed to ask as well as the ones she needed to ask. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My last primary doctor always pushed me out the door and brushed me off. Afterwards I needed blood work done and the nurse who drew my blood was patient with me because I am not the best when it comes to needles. I would recommend this location to anyone

Quick and efficient. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The nurses are fast and know what they are doing, all with a nice demeanor. The Doctor was knowledgeable and not pushing drugs or needless tests. She listened to what I wanted to say and worked with me on a plan. I am satisfied, which is rare.

I have been having a good experience these last few months. Although I have had to use different medications to actually get over my infections and everyone especially the nurse Practitioner who found my Illness and was able to get some relief for me in a timely manner. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and it really makes a difference when you are so Ill. Thank you for the opportunity to publicly thank all of them for their kindness.

Celia listens and helps me with issues and answers questions. She referred me right away to the services I needed. She is very thorough. I feel like I get great care.

Worst place ever !!! It’s been a week since my son had x-rays done and supposedly they still haven’t received my sons X-rays results!! Every time I call them they don’t answer the phone and when I called yesterday they said they were going to have a tech call to get the results and to expect a call on Wednesday I never heard from them. I called today and they said they still don’t have them and if I wanted to I can call the place were they got the X-rays done so they can send them to them.

Visit was for my 93 yr old mom the staff was very friendly so attentive to moms needs.

I was seen yesterday morning for congestion, a cough, shortness of breath and wheezing. I waited 4 hours to be seen. They gave me a breathing treatment and prescribed me an antibiotic but did not specify what it was for. I had to call them the next day twice. They still have not gotten back to me regarding other tests that typically come back within a day. I called again and asked if I should be concerned that my wheezing came back. They said I should definitely go back in but couldn’t give me an estimated wait time. Never going to Bella Vida again. I recommend Duke City.

Great choice! I was able to get my blood drawn for labs there and they offer in house pap smears. NP was nice and helpful glad I chose this place for my primary care.

This is usually my go to urgent care for my family and the nurses are great but today the doctor that seen me was rude and inconsiderate of my allergies to medications and then to top it off she sent my medication to the wrong place and now I’m stuck in pain another night. This is the second time they’ve sent medication to the wrong pharmacy and that’s so frustrating.

I Love Celia Ive been with her for about 10 years or so. She is so efficient on what she does, she has such a good heart. She is very patient, I can be blunt and honest with her. She is so compassionate and she doesnt rush. Celia is always a good listener. I didnt trust her or anyone when I first went to see her. And I told her I didnt trust her. And she never rushed me to open up. Now I trust her with all my heart. Celia is awesome and a beautiful soul!!

Celia Andrews is always so nice and very thorough in her examination. She listens to all I have to say and makes me feel heard. The rest of the staff is also quite pleasant. It was a good experience.

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews. We had appointments, my wife and I were both seen promptly and with close attention to our needs. They found some issues in our blood levels and immediately took action for prescriptions. CFNP Elizabeth Kirk and her staff are great at their job

Best office in Valencia county! Thank you for being open 7 days a week. I have received the best care at this office. The nurse practitioners were quick but attentive and the I was very pleased with the rest of the staff. The office manager was also very helpful with anything else I needed. Over all 10/10 recommend.

Everything was friendly and professional. Angela is very thorough and took her time to go through my history, even though they were very busy. I would recommend Bella Vida.

I like the nurse practitioners here and the front desk are helpful but the assistants have been an issue. I don’t know if there is a communication issue with them and the provider but it needs to be fixed. My primary wrote me a prescription to pick up later that day. I went to the pharmacy and it was not sent to them. The assistant didn’t know what I was talking about and she couldn’t do anything at the moment. That was on a Thursday and since Bella Vida is closed Friday-Sunday, I have to wait until Monday to contact them. So Monday comes around and they still can’t help me because my primary is not working. So now I have to wait another day to get help.

There is a difference between the Urgent Care and the the Doctors Office. Ive been to the Urgent care on several occasions. Even though the wait time can be really long, we have always received good care. Losing my long time NP recently (after 20 years) I chose to switch to a local NP. The staff, nurses and the NP have been awesome so far. I am truly happy with the change. They have been very considerate and caring.

My first visit to Bella Vida . My dr was very professional as to answering my questions. The facility nice and clean, the only issue i had was I had to wait a bit. But overall Im sure I will be going back for my future health issues. 👌

Both my PCP Celia Andrew’s and the new PCP were awesome. They were both very concerned about my medical issues. I was able to schedule my appointments with ease for my ultra sound and was contacted the same day for my colon screening.

I usually enjoy belle vida because of their Quick service but i went two days ago to get some antibiotics and the nurse said she sent them to the pharmacy I called my pharmacy for two days thinking maybe they were busy, I called Bella vida for those two days after to ask what happen to them , no answer , on the third day someone finally picked up and it turns out they never even sent out the prescription so I had to be in pain for two days trying to get ahold of someone because I didn’t have the time to go to another urgent care , to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy , that is unacceptable

They are nice there and I love my doctor over there

I was a little saddens with my experience this time. Ive had great experience with them until this last visit. Because I did not tell them about all my issues on the phone before I went before I made the appointment I got told that they were pressed for time and I should make another appointment for my other issues. I always thought that when you go to the doctor they should listen to all your issues and I was pretty upset by this. I get they have other patients and I dont know I just felt like I didnt matter.

Thorough care even though they had a lot of appointments, every staff member was easy to talk to and took me seriously. Efficient and thorough, I’m glad this is my new PCP

Had not been to the dr. In a while. But had a non stop headache. Thank you so much Roxanne Christian for making me understand that in order to take care of my family. I have to take care of myself also. The whole staff at Bella Vida made me feel comfortable and cared about me and my health.

Went in for my annual physical, (this was also the first visit with my new primary, as my previous provider had moved...) Im almost 47 yrs old w/ multiple issues. Primarily heart and recent diagnosis of pre-diabetes, but also have asthma and GERD as well. She never listened to my heart or lungs, and because my blood work in February, (4 Months ago), looked good, (with the exception of glucose levels, wich were elevated), told me I didnt need blood wk done. She never palpated my abdomen, asked me if i needed an inhaler or allergy medication, this being the season n all. She did refill my scripts and got me a referral for mammogram but somehow missed the fact that Im late having my colonoscopy by two years... Nope, never even mentioned it. Not sure which primary was the worst. My last one asked me who had prescribed the HTCZ I take for blood pressure and water retention. She was very confused when I told her she had. I read it in her notes from my last visit on my patient portal files. Dont think I will be going back. Doctors that dont even try to read pt information before seeing them, ( even if its just a cpl minutes before entering the exam room), shouldnt be practicing medicine. If this is what a physical consists of these days, I think Id rather go see the family vet instead. Much more thorough in his exam.

I saw the nurse practitioner Jessica. She was very kind and friendly. I had labs done. The lab tech was kind too. Even the receptionist was kind. I will definitely be back I enjoyed the experience.

Nothing but great experiences when Ive been there. Staff is great, doctors are diligent. People complain about the wait. Why is there a wait? Because these doctors and their staff really care to get to the bottom of why you are there. They ask, observe, and act on what needs to be done. So if your in a hurry, go to an urgent care that doesnt care and gives you BS diagnosis just to get you out. Ill wait to get the best treatment any day. Each time that Ive been there the wait wasnt bad.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. They forgot about my auntie in a room for three hours. By the time she walked out of the room to see what was taking so long they were closing. They didn’t give her an evaluation for her symptoms. Instead they gave her some pain medication and told her to go home. Her ride hadn’t shown up since he had been waiting In the parking lot for three hours. She walked out and tried to come back in . They locked the door and told her they couldn’t help her. Really your going to keep someone who isn’t feeling good out in the cold to wait even though they had forgotten about her. Don’t go here unless you want to be abandon in a room and then given pain medication without being given the proper evaluation. I hope they get shut down by the state.

I had a frustrating experience I spent almost an hour and a half waiting to see the provider. I realize they were very busy

We usually go here and most of the time its a decent experience. But we took our baby in a few days ago, noticing right away something was wrong with her. When the doctor finally came in, she was extremely rude, inattentive,then diagnosed my daughter and walked out while my husband was still trying to ask questions. We left came home, next day my daughter is worse. I take her to the ER and its something way worse. This doctor misdiagnosed my baby. We were treating for the wrong thing. I will be calling for a name as soon as they open. But Im warning other mothers not to trust this place. Terrible experience.

Dr Roxanne Christian also my husbands doctor is wonderful shes thorough she cares about you she wants to know whats going on with you and how she can help you and she doesnt stop until she figures it out. I was in there Tuesday and she helped me diagnose me help diagnose me with fibromyalgia I had all these symptoms and pains and all kinds of things that were going on with my body and I was weak and ill and I couldnt understand why and I had two doctors before her and nobody would help me they just dismissed me and she did she helped me figure out what was wrong and for that I think her very much and Bella Vita is a wonderful place to go theyre caring kind the nursing staff everyone is very pleasant the front desk ladies so thank you Bella Vita

If you need a drug test anytime soon, DO NOT come here. I had to drive an hour yesterday AND today just for them to tell me their drug screening systems were down, despite me CALLING and them telling me everything was up and running. This situation is literally going to cost me my job offer if administration doesn’t get their s**t together. That’s not the staffs fault I guess, but it certainly didn’t help that they are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered at a health clinic. Save time and don’t come here. Highly disappointed.

Bella Vida is the best. They take the time to really listen to you. Unlike my last Dr. I am happy I switched doctors.

Ive had too bad experience at Bella Vita healthcare the first incident I was sick wanting to go in it was 2 hours before closing sat outside waiting for them to call me they did not call me they shut the doors and never got seen talk to the lady at the door and she said Id have to come back another day after I was charged the visit and never seen. I went today March 26th to be seen because I have a stye in my eye . My eye is badly swollen and Bella Vita said that they were going to send over my prescription to Walgreens and It can take up to 2 hours I waited nothing happened went to the pharmacy they didnt have it. Bella Vita didnt send it so now its 6:00 closing time and I never got my prescription and now I have to sleep on a badly swollen eye and they are not doing anything for me tonight. I have to wait tomorrow so now my eyes going to be twice as bad and its very upsetting because this is the second incident that they cannot do their job right. Somebody in that office cannot get it together it always happens in places like this in New Mexico. Ive never had so much problems I wont be going back there they cannot do their job. Am very upset and no longer ever want to be seen in that place again its unacceptable if there was their family they probably would care a lot more but since Im not Im just like pushing cattle through the door in and out in and out they could care less if the person gets what they need.

The office is clean and all employees wear a mask properly and they all are very professional. The treatment is top notch, they take care of me better then I expect, reminders to do other yearly exams and blood work! I love the team at Bella Veda health care office!

Ignorant went in with concern of parasites. Total disregard to my health concerns. Indicated needed psychiatric treatment. Entered with and provided visual evidence and physical evidence. Still no request for blood or stool, EVEN THOUGH, thats where they always end up.

I was pretty wary after reading the reviews, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The building was new and clean, I was called in about 10 mins, plus the two women who helped me were very nice and willing to answer my questions.Im not sure if theres been a change of ownership/employees or what is going on with all the 1 star reviews, but dont let them freak you out.

The Front Desk ladies were courteous and kind, registration was hassle free. Wait time was short. My Practitioner listened to my concerns and was non-judgemental while speaking with me. Things were explained, so I thoroughly understood. I recommend Bella Vida Health Care Clinic and their Urgent Care Clinic.

Ive been with Bella Vida Health going on 6 years and have been very happy with the medical services, yearly checkups and 24hrs text reminder of appointment. There staff are always welcoming and ready to serve.

I took my 2 1/2 year old grandson on Monday . Everyone was friendly and helpful. Jess the CNP is amazing and so caring .

I receive competent , timely , care with follow up, from my PA. I believe this is a rare commodity as compared to my prior health care providers. I am way passed happy.

Everyone at this clinic is super responsive. Monica the manager is always attentive and friendly. Dr. Kathy Fresquez Chavez is the best!! I won’t go anywhere else -all my medical needs are thoroughly addressed and I get referrals as needed.

Well for starters I have been here for 3 plus hours waiting to have my 3 year old daughter seen. She is in pain and irritation due to her eye. Will not come back....sadly, I prefer to support local business but this is a prime example of why big hospitals are the way too go. Also the staff seem relaxed and laid back with no sense of urgency.

Dr was great and very nice workers I was in and out of the office in an hour . I was seen on time no waiting.

Celia Andrews, CPN is always nice and professional. I have been seeing her for quite a few years now. She listens to you and really cares. You don’t find that too often anymore.

Overall love this agency, both the primary and walk in clinics have been so gracious to our family and our foster kids. Front desks girls at both places always have a smile when you walk in. This place is the only place I will take our family/foster kids to because i know we will receive great care every time. Well worth any wait and much better time frame then going to an urgent care or the ER.

Bad experience I went in there with a cold and they told me I had nothing I had a fever the night before and when I went my temperature was at 99.6 and they said that if I didn’t have a fever now I didn’t have one last night? Like I’m saying what I’m feeling yet they say it’s nothing never going back I was in the waiting area for at least 1 1/2 and when I went back to the rooms they still took forever even tho they were fully staffed, Bella vida needs a change in doctors cause it’s not fair to us who are sick and don’t get treated right.

I have been taking my elderly mother for 6 years. We are very happy on all the service she has received. They are very friendly and explain everything thoroughly. Love them 💕

Good service, but they don’t answer their phones, so you have to to the office in person to get any appointments scheduled or questions answered, it’s really frustrating, especially because I needed urgent help on a medication because I was almost out

My visits here most of the time are good but this time I waited 1.5 hours and ended up leaving before being seen. I was not told that my doctor was not in. Which I understand they get sick I get it but I should have been told upfront that it would be a wait and give me the option to reschedule.

I love my Nurse practitioner, but it is so hard to get ahold of her. Also, when she was on vacation, and I ran out of refills on my medication the staff told me I would just have to wait. Even after I explained that it is vital that I not skip doses, they still would not help me. It seems very disorganized, and I have had to reschedule after waiting over an hour after a scheduled appointment.

This place is mostly a joke. I have spoken with a couple nice people but overall the service is awful. Im giving it two stars because of those couple nice people. When interacting with staff there seems to be this interrogation feeling like whatever youre saying is a lie and they keep questioning you over and over and leave you in the exam room alone for a very long time. There seems to be a very high turnover for employees and the various times Ive had to go, I dont recognize anyone. Ive only ever gone a few times when my primary and the other urgent care I go to are closed on the weekends. This last time I went was proof that it just gets worse. You would probably be better off driving up to Albuquerque.

Was sent here by a prospective employer for UA. The front desk woman was nice and thorough! The UA tech was also very nice and thorough! Spent about 45 mins total time. Thank you Bella Vida!

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!I took my child to this clinic because it was the only option aside from driving to the emergency room in Albuquerque. The nurse practitioner that saw my daughter did not do a thorough examination. She also argued with my childs father about the condition of our child. She simply sent us out the door with antibiotics for an ear infection. The next day, my daughter was in an extreme state of respiratory distress and was nearly hospitalized. She is now at home on oxygen and taking nebulizer treatments on a regular basis. When I called the clinic to tell them what happened, I was told that I would be contacted by a manager to follow up with my complaint. I was never contacted by management. This is a poorly ran clinic with staff that does not care about its patients. I will never take my child to this clinic again.Other note: We saw Lena Chavez.. This woman got her license from a Cracker Jack box! She was rude and argumentative. She is terrible with children and has a horrible bedside manner. She did not listen to us or put any effort into my daughters physical examination.

Tried to bring my 7 year old in for an ear infection when I got off work. Lady at the front desk DENIED my child care because we didn’t have a mask. I asked if they had any masks and she said “we’re now charging $1 per mask because we’ve been giving them out too much.” I am pretty certain this is ILLEGAL. Do better Bellavida!!!!

Absolutely love this place, both my husband and I moved primary care physicians to Bella Vida and all of the staff is wonderful and caring. We personally see Michael Saiz and Kathy Fresquez for Primary reasons and Michael found my husbands hip problems and we are very gracious for his outcome. As far as the walk in clinic, how awesome is it that they charge you your pcp copay and not an urgent care cost. All the physicians are wonderful and provide such amazing care. Thank you Bella Vida for what you do for the people in this community!

I injured my knee doing at home construction project and when I went into Bella Vida OK, the nurse practitioner told me that the cure to my issue with my knee was gastric bypass surgery. This is fat shaming and unprofessional.

Very good place for medical care good staff and dr.s and nurses. I have never had a bad experience there.

Not a great place. No consistency with doctors. Have tried to see my PCP there several times and always get stuck with whatever student she has that day. They dont listen or read chart. Been prescribed medication I am allergic to several times even though allergies are listed on chart. They also dont return calls including ones from pharmacy in a timely manner. Avoid if possible.

The front desk staff is amazing, the woman that checked me in was awesome! The doctor that I saw was awesome, very thorough and very nice. I totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a primary doctor

I want to preface this by stating I usually do not write reviews. I am far more likely to call and tell the administrator what I think, good and bad. I have done that. Now I am writing to offer a review for others who should know my experience so they can keep themselves and their families safe from harm. I was seen at Bella Vida last week. When I first became ill they were my first stop. I am new to LL and did not realize there was competent and attentive care at Duke City Urgent care on Los Lentes.I explained my symptoms for the provider I saw. Because my urine was clear and I was not vomiting he blew me off, told me I was not having symptoms related to a virus he could do nothing that day. This felt very invalidating considering i had been running a temp since Wed. He sent my labs to Tricore and then mistakenly told me the results would be back next day. I left there sick, vulnerable and feeling quite alone. The following day I received no call and learned then that my tests would not be back until Monday. I was very very sick by Saturday. Admittedly, I was confused and thought they were closed on Saturday. I did not realize they have a primary care facility. My bad on that one. I was devestated to be so ill and thinking that they were closed. Based on the flippant attitude of the man I saw Friday, getting this misinformation seemed likely. By Sunday I was very very very sick, could hardly walk, was vomitting, temp 102. I will leave off last detail. It was then my partner found Duke City. The DOCTOR I saw at Duke City was appropriately concerned when I arrived and provided me clear competent care with good follow-up. The PAs were lovely and helpful too. PAs that work hand in hand with docs. :) I think if I had waited until Monday I would have been hospitalized or frankly worse.If you read this and are thinking about going here, my strong advice is DO NOT. If you have no option than an urgent care, help yourself and go to Duke City on Los Lentes or brave the drive to Albuquerque. If you are in the waiting room, you still have a chance. Your should walk out if you can. There is an option.I called the administator on Monday and explained my unhappiness and grave concern about my experience. She promised she would look into it and call me back. Never heard back from her.A nice woman called Monday night at almost 7pm with my results and offer to provide medication. It was shocking. If I was not so sick, laughable. If have had waited for them I might be dead, Seriously.Save yourselves. We deserve bettter. They would get 0 stars if it were an option. I had to click something to be able to write the review. Update. It also seems filthydirty.

The hospital set up this appointment that I did not need. I thought it was to see a neurologist. When I got there I was told that it was to establish a primary care. Im fine with the primary care that I have been going to for the past several years. This was a waist of my time

I have been going to Bella Vida Healthcare both the walk in clinic and the Primary Care locations and I have had nothing but good experiences! The staff is caring and compassionate and have become people I call friends. My sister who was visiting from out of state and became ill was seen at the walkin clinic and received excellent care. I am very thankful for the walkin clinic, even if the wait is sometimes long it is much better than going to the ER at any Albuquerque hospital which I have had the misfortune to do. I am eternally grateful to the staff at the Primary Care clinic who has helped me recently to get thru a very difficult time.

As if the extended wait time in the lobby wasnt enough!! It took one week for me to find out, on my own, the status of my drug screening. It turns out MY URINE SAMPLE WAS LOST!!! Please be sure everything is labeled with YOUR name prior to signing anything. Also, be sure your personal belongings are locked rather than placed in an unlocked drawer in a room with open access. End result: missing out on a fantastic job opportunity. :/

Worst service ever. My kid fell hurt her leg and I wanted her to get A referral for an x-ray. We checked in and waited 2 hours then the MD refused to see her. He said she needed to go to the ER I asked to talk with the Md and the MD would not come to talk with me. Do not go to BELLA VIDA. I am a very experienced RN if my kid needed to go to an ER I would have taken her to an ER. And they said they would refund my Co pay but I dont see my money refunded back to my account. They will rip you off dont go here

Clean place which is a huge plus for me. Very friendly and helpful. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Most of the time its not a long wait.My go to when Im not feeling well

The concern that I had was the staff were not sanitizing the clip boards, pens or the counter tops that people were touching.The medical staff, especially Roxanne was very pleasant, seemed to care and understood my concerns.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Questions get answered promptly and appointments are easy to schedule.

This place wasted my time. At the end of December I set an appointment for Botox on 1/13 and Monica said it was tentative but likely, and shed get back to me. Monica never got back to me. I called her on 1/11 to confirm and she said shed have to call me on the 12th to confirm due to a supply issue. She called on 1/12 and confirmed, only to call me today (the 13th!) to cancel, saying shes call me in seven days to reschedule. (?) The nurse I was to see did not have COVID and when I pointed out I was 2x vaxxed and boosted and would be wearing my n95 mask she said, the nurse (Chavez) just wants to reschedule. Bella Vida has lost my business.

Great clinic for our community. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Yes it was a long wait but that is to be expected for a walk in visit. I will suggest this clinic to all my family and friends. As bad as I was feeling I came out of there feeling very well taken care of.

They make an appt for 11 to come in at 1245 , come in say 10 words walk out to say they will be right back 30 to 45 mins later. Its beyond ridiculous the wait times. If they cant do time management, they need to reassess and make appointments differently. They are not the only profession that has to work. Making a 11am appt should not take 3 hours to even be seen or talked to.

Not all the people that work here are bad, but Margaret Vonhendricks CFNP is just completely rude. The patient asks a question and the response is always you can go to the ER if you dont like our service She is just a rude lady who has a complex about being right.

I would like to recommend Kathy Frequez-Chavez for all the wonderful work she did for myself and my 5 children. she was our PCP for 10 years and the only reason my littile ones and I have a new one is because we moved to the east coast. She was alway caring, compassionate, excellent bedside manner and has healing hands. my oldest is now 20 and still uses her as a PCP. the staff was great. its so reassuring to see the same faces for years, especially Bonnie at the front desk. quick appointments courteous staff, and knowledgeable practitioners. as a registered nurse, i recommend her all time

Waiting for an hour and a half in a room before the practitioner came in. The chairs they have in room 4 are very uncomfortable. The practitioner was not friendly, didnt even introduce herself. Seems like webMD can do a better job than this place.

First off I want to congratulate yall for being the most HORRIBLE and I mean horrible doctor office in this town!!My son who is 16 months was seen by you guys on Sunday! Well the following night I had to call 911 because of his breathing! He was admitted to the hospital turns out he has flu type B!! So now if my son was better tooken care for I wouldnt have had to do that! So I dont recommend this doctor office not even for a quick check up! I prefer Duke City and sad to say but as do the Los Lunas EMTs!!

Two hours and 10 mintues wait time. One hour in the waiting room, not one person called back, them four at one time. 70 minutes waiting in an unkempt room with a hole in the wall. I finally stepped out to see if they had forgotten us and the nurse seemed suprised, went and talked to someone and said we were next. 5 minutes later the doctor came in. A different doctor than I had ever seen before. She was Rude. Spent all of 3 minutes with us, stepped out and a different person came in with prescription. Everyone other than the doctor were friendly but between the wait time and the rudeness, horrible experience tonight.

I was seen in a timely manner. There was a new provider. Very pleasant. my concerns were taken Care of. Very pleased.

I feel like Celia Andrews is very good. She has been my dr for 5 years. She always takes the time to talk to me for all of my appointments

Bella Vida provided horrible service. The people at the front desk are rude and un professional. Its so sad and shocking to me. I thought because los lunas is a small town the people that work in our offices would be heart warming and sincere. However I experienced the opposite. Walk in takes forever and appointments are hard to schedule. Would not recommend

Its such a shame that Kathy Fresquez Chavez will be losing patients because of the horrible staff at Bella Vida. They are not only unprofessional but very rude with no common courtesy. Three different staff members were very rude to myself and my husband all over a prescription refill. Kathy Fresquez Chavez has only been our primary doctor for a year and we have already changed providers because of the dreadful staff. I will never go back to this facility again and do not recommend anyone to attend this office. I hope I am not the only one who expects more from individuals that work in the medical field.

Always have an awesome experience with Bella Vida Urgent Care. I went yesterday lucky it was not busy I was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole staff is always friendly.

So went in on Monday 11.28.2016 with pain in my chest having a hard time taking deep breaths fever of 103.8 was seen immediately by saiz. Went in all this guy did was literally look in my nose, throat, and ears.he was like in a hurry to get out of the office. And said okay it seems like you have a viral infection. Just keep taking ibuprofen for fever and you should be good by tomorrow.2 days later. I feel even worse. Have already missed almost three days of work. Go to my family doctor. They said I have walking pneumonia and a sinus infection on top of that. Seriously? Will never be going back again.

Staff is always attentive and responsive. Doctor Andrews takes the time to answer any questions and address any issue. At no time have they ever made me feel unimportant.

Practitioners and staff always do their best to provide the best care to every single patient. Seeing over 30 patients a day, handling phone calls and messages like champs! Best place to bring in the family for primary care!

They have more appointments than they have staff for. Will check you in your room and leave you there for hours before the doctor comes to see you.

I was seen quickly and the doctor answered all my questions and gave me a thorough exam and referred me for more tests. I am very pleased.

The wait fluctuates. Sometimes its 15 minutes sometimes its 2 hours - so that sucks especially when youre sick.That being said the Drs are great and the staff is friendly. Dont be thrown off if the Dr as old as Doogie Houser comes in the room he is very knowledgeable, and professional. (Even if I did have the urge to tossel his hair like a kid brother.)

People complain aboutthe wait but so you realize that they are great doctors. And they have priority and Er. patients. Its nothing personal its a place of business. People have things to do. Kathy is an amazing doctor. Theres no hospital here .What more can one ask.

Im work in the medical field and my husband is also a Medical Provider/Pain Specialist. Kathy Fresquez- Chavez takes excellent care of me and my family. She never cuts corners, nor do I feel like a number. Kathy has also helped me slowly come off of muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories and lowered my opiates. She encouraged me to get other forms of spinal treatments to avoid taking a bunch of pills. Im feeling way better! I also sent my sister over to Bella Vida after getting horrible care at other 2 facilities in Los Lunas. She immediately treated her and kept her in the office for 4 hours, put her on IV antibiotics to treat respiratory infection and gave her education on her diabetes switched her meds around and 1 month later my sis is feeling great and her blood sugars are under control. Highly recommend Bella Vida to anyone seeking quality care. Office manager Monica and all the staff always are quick to respond and they are professional and patient with me and my family.
