Going on the website you think this place is wonderful. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Being that you are full of emotions going her nobody has any kind of bedside manner. The staff was very unprofessional, the clinic was very small and they treat you like a number not a person. Sometimes this can be a hard decision and and if you are on the fence about your decision this is not the place to go.

Doctor was great anesthesiologist was great! Staff was horrible, unwelcoming, Unprofessional on phone. Did not make you feel at ease with visit. There was one girl with the dreads that was great as well. Receptionist barely spoke english and techs we just rude. I wouldn’t go back there unless he starts fresh with a new staff

Went here for an appointment the male nurse had stuck me 2 times and on the second time he burst my vein. A female nurse had to stick the iv in my hand I woke up in so much pain to go to the recovery room and feel like I’m being rushed out later. I’m back today for the follow up and still no change. After my vitals the doctor has mad it known he will not see me till after he is done with his surgery’s when I saw him sitting in his office reading. His name is Dr. Thweatt. I will not be coming back here for any appointment after today. If I could leave no star I would. The nurses were nice. The lady at the reception desk is very nice as the lady who had to. Put the iv in a third time. What’s very nice. Even though I will not come back these 2 lady’s made it a little good after the follow up I was not told what to do afterwards I had to walk out and ask. Was everything done with so I can just leave. The worst place to come.

Great staff, very welcoming & attentive . Also very thorough and made sure I was comfortable & knowledgeable of the procedure.

I went there twice and they were very friendly at the front office. I never had a problem with the surgery or any of the services received. However, Lauren the person that files the insurance claims never filled either case. As a result, I was unable to meet my 1,200 deductible. They ask for $400 upfront to pay for any surgery. They never checked my insurance coverage. I checked my coverage and I was covered for both surgeries! I called various times to ask for a refund and I was given the runaround. Finally Lauren submitted my claims and I waited 3 months for my refund check. I am still waiting. Now every time I call they put me on hold. I think it maybe time for me to talk a trip there.They are very shady and I am sure the front desk staff is pocketing money.

My over all experience at this place was very wecloming. Staff was very pleasant and heart warming .All my questions were answered .I would definitely return back if necessary and refer others. Lady with the locs was definitely helpful thru the whole process .Thanks to the whole staff

Very caring and kind facility. The doctors and staff take time to know you and your needs. Excellent bedside manner.

I went this past Saturday, the lady with the dreads was the nicest of them all one lady at the front desk barely spoke English, when I went back for my surgery the black guy made me feel so uncomfortable, he was rough , i can’t remember anything else , but when I woke up in the recovery room I was still pregnant they say and I had to go to the hospital, they say I was a fighter but I don’t even remember anything or what happened, idk how much is true but my stepmom was called to the back and she said the black guy asked if I was a mental patient, like I said idk no because I was out of it . But if that was said then that was so rude and unprofessional.

Very friendly staff. Answers any questions or concerns. Feel comfortable there. Youre in and out which is nice. Its not an all day appointment.

Receptionist who answers their phone is rude and would not recommend coming here for any services. Her tone was more of a what do you want type of attitude.

Staff was nice & friendly the wait time was horrible was here for 3 hrs maybe longer recovery is ok I was rushing myself out Surgery was horrible cause I ate crackers & drink water I couldn’t get meds or put to sleep worse pain & experience ever

The doctor was exceptionally kind and answered all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable and always felt I was in good hands.

Amazing staff did wonderful, I’m glad everything went to plan. Other then the IV that was given.

Great Facilities and Super awesome care

Expect to be in the waiting room for 3 hours or more. Staff is super friendly tho
