I’ve never been to this place prior to this week but Google said they have a $100 self pay fee which is much better than the walk in by my house so I came in Monday afternoon after feeling really sick for a couple days. I explained my symptoms to the receptionists up front (chest/back/neck pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc) and they immediately refused to take me in and let me see a doctor, and told me to go to the ER instead. Well I went to the ER Monday afternoon and essentially wasted my entire evening and hundreds of dollars that I DO NOT have just for them to find nothing. It was weirder than it was relieving cause I spent the following day and a half in bed before coming back to THIS walk in JUST for them to finally take me in and diagnose me with strep. So thanks for denying me your service and essentially costing me hundreds of dollars that I don’t have. Maybe don’t deny patients in the future, especially when they express that they have no insurance/struggle financially.

☆☆☆ROCK STAR SERVICE☆☆☆I have been coming to this facility since it opened. The staff and Dr Brunton Cooley, as well as all the other medical professionals, have been absolutely outstanding!! Recently, I called due to some intense gut pain, and after listening to my symptoms, they directed me straight to the ER. Thank goodness as I needed an immediate appendectomy. They have never overcharged me or taken my money for services that were not legit. They are incredibly honest and upfront, which is appreciated these days. This team has put up with me throughout the years 😀 and all my health issues as well as my families too. I have them as my primary care provider too, not just for urgent care items, even when they were not on my insurance plan, it was worth it to pay a little more out of pocket so I could work with a set of practitioners that would research my symptoms when not the norm and come back with a solution that improved my overall health, not just the symptom/s. Due to their bedside manner and accurate assessment protocols, I would highly recommend giving them a try. The family first approach is so helpful, and they always put myself and my family and friends at ease. Thank you to my extended medical family for always giving me your best. You are truly valued and appreciated!!

Brought my daughter here today because she was not feeling well. To say this is the best medical experience we have ever received is an understatement. The ladies working here were very pleasant, efficient, and compassionate. They listened to my daughters concerns followed up on them. It is very refreshing to go to a doctors office and have them actually listen to you, not treat you like a number. Would definitely recommend!

My go to place! Primary (Doctor) Perfection! They check on you a day or 2 after your visit too, which is very courteous. Hours: every day till 8 pm! Amazing staff, and Doctor Brokus is great!

Brought my very sick child in here last week. Everyone was professional, kind, and went the extra mile to make my young child feel comfortable throughout the visit. Thankful to have a clinic that is close to home with such flexibility to keep my kids healthy.

Very quick and friendly service. The people who work here are wonderful and truly care about you as a patient. I felt very welcomed and I also felt like the staff as a whole were very knowledgeable. Entire building is very clean and well kept and the equipment is all modern. I would definitely recommend this place if you need any medical help!

My husband and I came into town and got really sick. We looked up a few placed that were local but the only ones that seemed to be available were the bigger named urgent care centers that had very poor reviews and seemingly long wait times. We got ourselves over to this urgent care, they saw us immediately, were thorough in assessing, and gave us what we needed. It was a simple process and I appreciated that it truly felt like a walk-in clinic experience. We were in and out in like 20 minutes. I felt like we were in good hands. They do great follow up as well.

I made an appointment for my daughter here on Christmas Eve since she had been sick for several days and wasnt able to shake it off. We tested her for Covid at home and she was negative.The office was completely full when we arrived, so we got her paperwork and filled it out in the front of the office outside. Approximately 5 minutes after we turned in the paperwork Lisa Brunton Cooley DNP walked outside and called us back. Her bedside manner was great and did not order unnecessary tests as she said her treatment would be the same.Upon check out, Christie took our payment. She was super friendly, very efficient and even though it was Christmas Eve and probably would have rather been with her family, she provided great service!!!My family will not hesitate to go to this Walk In clinic for any medical needs we have that do not need the attention of a hospital.Keep up the great work and thank you for being open on Christmas Eve!

The overall experience was great until I was charged for something I never consented to. After speaking on the phone about needing more tests done, I asked to hold off until I had more time to discuss. The next day I was charged for the amount without my consent than was told theres nothing they can do to refund me the money. Very unfortunate.

So grateful for this clinic and for my experience there - friendly and warm attitude as well as quality care I received. I feel like you can count on help when you need it. Want to note the provider that treated me - Liliya. She was attentive, paid attention to details, provided me with compassionate care, and answered all my questions. It was a great experience overall- front desk staff and other provider I saw in tha past. Will be going back soon for a follow up. Thank you so much!!!

Right ear plugged up tight as a drum, and i tried all home ways to clear wax to no successful result. went to this clinic, staff was friendly and i got seen rather quickly, and after about 15 minutes of irrigation in my ear, a chunk of imbedded wax about the size of my clenched fist it seems finally dislodged and i could hear again. Staff was great, and I thank you all for getting that HUGE bolder size chunk out of my right ear. Great experience for me. jmb

A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and I had an amazing experience with Liliya (nurse practitioner). We had to check my daughter for a mild cold after hours, and I was delighted to find a place that was open longer hours. My 8-year-old kid was treated with great kindness by the nurse practitioner, Liliya. My daughter found herself to be very comfortable. We didn’t spend more time at the clinic than necessary, had our check-up, and saw an NP right away. I strongly recommend this Clinic

Always such a great experience at this walk-in clinic! This is probably my 12th visit to this facility. The providers take their time and listen, and the front and back office staff are so quick and pleasant. They even let me borrow a phone charger today. I bring myself and my four children here if we ever need anything and I have not been disappointed once!

My family and I have had great experiences with this clinic. When one of our kids are sick, finding an after hours pediatrician that has a great staff and doctor is so difficult.My sister recommended Your Family Walk-In Clinic. She happened to stumble on this place and given her identical experience with other clinics, she raved about her experience with this facility.We now dedicate our medical needs to this facility any time of the week, when our primary care is unavailable including for ourselves. We have referred all of our family members here.Relying on this clinic gives us great peace and reduced stress. Which is very much needed in at time when there is illness in the family.They are thorough, compassionate, caring, dedicated, and take great pride in taking care of patients. The staff is very friendly and personable.

Great clinic! My husband and I were very pleased with this clinic and especially with our doctor Liliya Glavatskyy!!! She is very kind, smart and knows her job perfectly!!! We speak English poorly and were pleasantly surprised that Liliya also speaks Russian. It was very pleasant for us. this way we were able to understand all the information about our analyzes. We have already been to this clinic and doctor Liliya several times and each time we were very pleased with the service and attention!!! I wish everyone doctors like Liliya!!! I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Your family walk-in clinic. They take care of my whole family. Their hours make it really convenient so we do not have to take off work to get care. Brittany has gone above and beyond. I cannot think her enough.

Very easy & convenient. I was able to visit their website at 7:30am on a Sunday & request an appointment for 8:30am on the same day. The front desk lady was friendly. We were taken back right away & seen right away. The provider (Lisa Brunton Cooley) was great with my child. We were in & out, with meds sent to our pharmacy. Wonderful experience! In fact, this was our 3rd visit to this clinic & all have been easy.

I went to the walk in clinic due to several friends recommendations. Upon arrival the front desk person was quick and friendly, and check in was easy.I was told it would be between 45 to an hour wait due to many ahead of me. I told the person at the desk I would wait in my truck and within 45 minutes a staff person came out and notified me it was my turn! The Doctor was not only very concerned and listened to all I had to say (and I had a lot to say) but quick with a response and very friendly while she examined me. I would truly recommend this clinic over any others, even if you have to drive a litter further, its worth the confident feeling and diagnosis you get from Dr Cooley. I dont want to feel bad again, but if I do. I know where I will be heading. Thank you Dr Cooley and your staff.

Dr Lindsey and Alona are AMAZING they were super personal and made me feel important during my visit faith my 4 kids. They treated each one individually and with dignity… I’m so grateful I stumbled upon them … SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT NOW!!!

One of the best I have been to so far in my life. From front desk and higher up makes you feel welcomed, they listens, try to get you help you need, your not there long periods of time but if you are it’s worth it because they truly care.

This was my third visit. Whenever I visit, I have a great experience. I was greeted immediately upon entering by Alicia. She got me registered and back to see someone within two minutes. Holly got my vitals done quickly and Tara was in to see me almost immediately. They had me in and out in under 20 minutes with a script ordered. I will be back next time I’m under the weather.

My husband received excellent care from Your Family Walk-In Clinic LLC. We were on vacation when my husband got violently sick and we didn’t know what to do. He desperately needed to be seen by someone to help him get better while we were out of town. Liliya (nurse practitioner) recommended that we do a Telehealth appointment. This was a great idea. I scheduled his appointment and he was treated by Kent (nurse practitioner), who was great and got my husband back on his feet ASAP. This appointment saved the rest of our vacation! Thank you so much Liliya for recommending a Telehealth appointment!!! 😃

Excellent service! The staff and doctors truely care about their patients. We have had to visit Your Family Walk in Clinic on a couple occasions for my self and children. Every visit is a great experience with prompt and accurate treatment. The office has followed up on every visit to ensure treatment is working and we are feeling better. Great people, with top notch service. Highly recommend!

The best option when you’re sick on the weekend, even for self pay. Providers and staff are amazing and it was worth every penny

I’ve been coming to Your Family Walk In for pretty much everything since the pandemic started. They are always very friendly, and get me in without much wait. When I do wait, you can tell it’s because they are busy taking care of other patients, and not for any other reason. They are a good, well-run team. The staff here is happy to help with all requests for testing and get the results back to me with appropriate timing. And they are also excellent with my kids, too.

I was there today and I was impressed with the staff including Brittany and Lisa. Their friendliness and professionalism were remarkable. I was in and out within one hour. Convenient hours and prices are reasonable. I recommend them if you don’t have a family Doctor.

I agree with all the past mask comments. They were incredibly to me rude during the mask times. They turned me away as well during that time and refuse healthcare to people that clearly needed it regardless of their vaccination status. I think they should disclose to people that this is only run by nurse practitioners so people can make an informed choice as well. They do not list their providers on their website either. It makes me wonder if it’s because it’s a rotating door of people so you do not know who the provider is…. I get it for urgent care but they advertise to be a primary care… so come on.I had a bad experience here and I would not recommend to anyone I know. With all the other choices out there and is a TGH walk in set to open in the near future on 54/Sunlake Blvd. I highly suggest looking at other options before choosing this place in my opinion.The walk in on 54 to open soon I heard will do all the services this place advertises as well. I hope this review helps someone avoid a bad experience.

I recently had the opportunity to work at the clinic and I can honestly say the entire staff is AWESOME! They are all extremely knowledgable, compassionate and really care about their patients. They are quick to get patients in the rooms and be seenwith very little wait time. They also go out of their way to accommodate patients needs and call to follow up after visits. Lisa Brunton Cooley heads the clinic and yes she does open it up to students but she is with them every step of the way making sure all patients are getting the best medical care. She also has 6 other excellent N.P.s working there being open 7 days a week 8am-8pm. I highly recommend it for medical care, keep in mind it is NOT a hospital and they dont pretend to be one either. I would also recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a job in this type of office, its not for everyone but for me personally, I had to go where my heart & passion lays. I have no regrets and appreciate all the kindness, support and friendships I made there. Thank you for giving me a learning opportunity and to Dan Cooley for his generosity and continued support since he brought me on board.

Been coming here for over 8 years. Everything is extremely clean from when you walk in to the patient’s rooms to the bathroom.Dr Lisa and Ella are very knowledgeable as well as a pleasure to deal with.The front desk people are respectful and always helpful. Whenever you visit this place for any issues, you’re always guaranteed they’ll call you in 1-2 days to check on you. Many general drs do not do that!!!!You can use this place as a walk in as well as a general drs office depending on your insurance.

Dr. Lisa was great. I dont like going to the doctors office, because I feel judged and some of them are very snooty. The front desk, nurses, and Dr. Lisa was very nice, professional, attentive, and efficient. I will definitely go back and possibly make Dr. Lisa and her team my primary from here on out.👍👍

Just had a wonderful experience at this walk-in clinic (never EVER thought Id say such a thing). Took my daughter in at lunchtime - had never been there before so I had paperwork to fill out etc. but they put us in a room immediately so she could sit down. They were in taking her vitals within minutes and the doctor was in within minutes after that had been completed. Very efficient office, great staff - highly recommend!

This clinic is the best! My family has been coming here for over 8 years. Through all our health ups and downs Lisa and her loving staff have always taken care of us like we were family. ❤️

Have been here several times with my family when we needed to be seen quickly and our provider was unavailable. The staff is great, friendly, and amazing with our kids. I usually have shorter wait times here than at an appointment with my PCM.The 1 star reviews on this site seem to be people that do not understand that a walk-in clinic cannot predict their peak times, especially during a pandemic, and have no control over patient volume.

My son and I have been attending Your Family Walk-in Clinic for about 5 years now.They have been nothing but WONDERFUL to us. Whether it is a school physical or elder medical care for my 87 and 88 year old parents....they are amazing!Elle, Jessica Ospina, ANRP, is the most calm, kind, patient, and knowledgeable person i know. Her compassion for care and her listening skills are awesome.I have also seen other providers in the practice like Lisa Cooley. None of which have I ever had a negative experience. In fact, between my son and myself, and my elderly parents ....we 💘 this clinic and we love how they care.

I have been here 3 times in the last few months for various things (tetanus booster, sinus infection, etc). Each time has been extremely efficient and everyone was pleasant and friendly. I have seen a different provider each time and each one listened, assessed and treated me appropriately. The waiting area and treatment rooms were VERY clean (although I never had to wait very long). What a great place!

Ive been going to this office for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. So much in fact I now use them as my primary care provider. As a walk-in Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes at most to be seen. Everyone has been welcoming and they make you feel at ease. Unlike some places that rush you out the door they take their time here and seem genuinely interested in your well being.

This clinic is great. I did not have to wait a long time. The facility is clean and has a very professional and competent staff. Leas approach to my issue was thoughtful. She took her time and took all possible steps to solve the problem which seems to be improving already. I would highly recommend this group. They really seem to care about their patients! Refreshing at a time when you feel like just a number in many other medical offices.

I just want to say that I love going to the family walking clinic.. The women and employees there are courteous polite kind And thorough. I Really wanna give a great thanks of gratitude to Ellie and Summer for really taking care of me and caring for my medical needs . They treat me like family.great place for all your family members.

Elle NP and rest of the staff are our families primary care providers. I have used them for several years and they are always so outstanding and helpful with anything I ever need. I can’t think of one visit where I’ve ever had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen. Plus they always follow up the day after to make their patients are doing well.

Dr. Cooley is a caring compassionate physician and her staff is top notch. My wife and I and my son have been seen here and we all received excellent service with very little wait time. They called us back to make sure we were ok after the visit and there was very little paperwork to fill out during our first visit. It was a blessing that we found this clinic!Update.... once again Dr. Cooley has surpassed all of my expectations. Dont believe the negative reviews, they are clearly not credible. My wife and my four children have all used this clinic in the past 10 months and EVERY experience was excellent, my children ages 9,10,12 and 15 have all been treated here and they are unquestionably skilled and able to handle pediatrics care.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I needed a same day visit as I was ill. The front staff was courteous and helpful. My provider listened to my concerns and I received prompt treatment. I am happy to have a wonderful provider close to my home. I would definitely return to the clinic again.

Every experience I had with this office has been a failure. they have an excuse for every one star complaint on this issue, so i’m expecting the copy and pasted response. I scheduled an appointment online with this office for some tonsil issues i’ve been having. After 10 sheets of paperwork, 5 emails, and looking through their website, there is not ONE statement informing patients they need to bring their own mask to an appointment. I have worked in medical offices, and it has NEVER been policy to not pass out masks to patients; especially those in distress. it’s even more unprofessional the front staff informs you they “are out of masks” rather than they refuse to supply masks to patients in a medical facility. I will never be returning and I advise everyone else as well to find a different clinic considering the plenty in the area. one with better consideration for patients who are suffering. 0/5 stars. The last issue I had was last December, I was severely suffering from COVID and needed a test. after calling to confirm i could be tested and driving the 45 minutes, i was refused service due to needing an appointment. apparently the person i spoke to was misinformed. it is just a very unprofessional medical environment.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT DOCTOR and NURSE PRACTITIONER. I came here the day after Thanksgiving because I was really sick. I live in ballantrae and not only is this place extremely convenient (2-3 min drive) but they were a very clean fast and caring office. It was my first time here so I had to do the paperwork thing, but after that they took me right back. I waited no longer than 5 minutes to see the doctor and when I did I was very impressed. She was extremely intelligent had an amazing personality and very down-to-earth. She gave me what I needed as far as medications to help me and sent me on my way, I dont think I was there longer than a half an hour. I plan on making her my PC... Thats how much I liked her. They even call you 2 days later to check on you which I always think is a very nice touch. If you are considering going here dont hesitate you wont be disappointed.

I love coming here for my family. Everyone is nice and attentive to the patients’ needs. I come here before going to my Primary Care Physician. I love the convenience and location.

My daughter is sick quite often. I take her here versus her primary FOR SO MANY REASONS!! We NEVER have to wait! They are so friendly and caring! Their the first doctors office my daughter isnt scared to go to! They have a room specially for children with doc McStuffins toy(which my daughter ADORES!). They actually listen to our concerns and they know us by name! Daniel and Lisa will always be Crystals favorite doctors! She loves looking for kitties in her ears! IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. GO HERE! ITS AMAZING! THEY HAVE A LIFE SIZE CUT OUT OF THE ROCK!

Thank you to the entire staff at your family walk in clinic. I went to them for the Rapid Covid testing, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I was the first one in line, with another co-worker and they opened 45 minutes early to help accommodate the people who were anxiously waiting to be tested. I was in and out in 15 minutes, with my negative test results. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for being so great in such uncertain times.

Wow…what an awful experience, to say the least. When I called I was told that the wait would be about 2 hours at the most. Well I waited almost 4 hours!!!!! Nobody told me, I had to keep checking with the front desk and ask will I be seen soon. Then when the provider saw me, I felt very rushed. I started crying, as their was no bed side manner and her tone seemed like she was annoyed. When I apologized for asking another question in the hallway she took me into a room and she briefly talked to me and told me to wait until I could collect myself. Seriously?! I would stay clear of this place!!!!!!!! 🥺

I cannot say enough about this wonderful clinic. We are from Canada and had to find a place to do a COVID test before returning home. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the staff were professional and very attentive to our needs.We highly recommend Dr. Cooley and her staff to all my friends visiting the area.

Last year I understand it was covid but we used this clinic as a primary doctor. We had referred several patients. My daughter was seen three weeks in a row and each wait was 3 hrs in the parking lot. The last time seen was for a physical and the next day my daughter informed she was out-of birth control. I called to see if they would renew her script and they insisted she had to be seen when she literally had a physical the day before. The reasoning was they said they had to ask if the pill gave her any side effects. Thats an easy over the phone question. Going and sitting in parking lot another 3 hrs was not an option for me. I swore I would not go back. My daughter who is of age tried to be seen yesterday (no cold symptoms) and refused service for not having a mask. She asked if they had one and was told no...she would have to go to CVS or Walgreens. So disappointed in the customer service in the last several months. Was amazing up until last year and still hasnt improved. Very convenient location and the PAs they have had in the past were wonderful but something has changed

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I was down this week on business and starting feeling bad Sunday Night. I called first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. The staff was so kind and helpful! They got me in that afternoon and confirmed I did NOT have covid! Huge relief! They even recommended some places to go to dinner when I was feeling better (which was the next day) ! I would give more stars if I could!

I have been going here since it opened, but recently I took my girlfriend when she had COVID and they literally saved her life. Dr. Elle and staff here are amazing, Dr. Elle truly cares for her patients. The follow up is incredible. This is not just your average walk-in clinic. This is like having a family doctor that you can always rely on. Thank you Dr. Elle and staff for all that you do.

I don’t think i will go here again.. My kids and I had flu like symptoms and my son is already predisposed to respiratory infections so I called to ensure they did COVID, flu and RSV testing and they said yes. They looked at all of our sinuses and said yep sinus infection and prescribed antibiotic and steroid. I asked what anput COVID flu and RSV? I explained to them my sons predisposition to respiratory infections. They told me that in addition to the $46 per person I had already paid (I have amazing insurance and that is usually only $30 at other walk ins and the regular doctor for sick visits) that those would be another $20 each so I would have to pay $86 for me and $86 for my daughter to get covid and flu tests. It would have been $106 for my son to get that plus RSV. They also said we don’t have a lab in house for the COVID nor the RSV so it will take 2-3 days for results u may as well do the test at home to get ur restilts quicker. Ummm wait a minute but didn’t we come to the walk in so you could do the tests? We left with our sinus antibiotics and steroids to breathe with our colds and that’s it. Next day our grandma who we were around the last 2 days goes to cvs walk-in and of course like any good clinic they tested for flu and COVID right away. Yep COVID. They said have ur daughter and grandkids come here the bc they have a high likelihood of having it too and it’s awful they charge extra for the COVID test and it’s not even on site no one does that anymore. I will say the antibiotics and steroids are making me and the kids feel better but not 100%. I don’t doubt that we do have sinus and ear infections as they diagnosed but I do not know whether we actually have COVID and or RSV too. They really need to tell patients that not only are the COVID, flu and RSV tests an extra $20 per test on top of their sick visit pay but also COVID and RSV are mail away and take several days. I feel like they purposefully didn’t tell us that bc we wouldn’t have chosen to go bc I’m not really sure who would choose to go there and pay close to $100 for a sick visit with COVID and flu tests and have to wait 2-3 days for tjose reaults when all the other walk ins and our regular doctor charge $30 copay TOTAL which includes any testing - COVID, flu, RSV and the results are within 15 minutes. All doctors offices have in house reaults now this is the first one I’ve been to since COVID started that doesn’t have it. If ur not concerned about COVID flu or RSV though then they are prob ok.

The staff was excellent. They treated my child with great care, late on a Sunday afternoon. I appreciated their conservative approach to medicine. Not only a tremendous value but also people you can trust to give you thoughtful and courteous medical care. I was impressed.

Im not sure if I just scheduled my appointment at the right time but everyone who worked there was very nice and prompt at everything, but not rushed.Everything is electronic here which is awesome.This has been the best experience I have ever had at any walk in clinic.

We visited this clinic well on holidays for a Covid test this spring. Very professional service for sure. We are from Canada and the speed in which we were seen in and looked after was amazing. Hands down the best experience from any clinic I have ever been in.Thank you so much for looking after us.

This place is awesome! I almost hate to share about them because I dont want to help them grow so much they get too busy. There is NEVER a long wait. They complete tasks and requests immediately. Response times are incredible. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. WE LOVE IT HERE!

Extraordinary Great Healers! Lisa, Elle, Leah and all the medical practitioners at Your Family Walk-In-Clinic are kind, patient and go to extreme lengths to get their patients healthy. They take plenty of time, listen, and think outside the box. They not only take their precious time and consult with each other but they also (yes it’s true) are willing to contact other doctors. This clinic is amazing! It is designed for the busy person. With time and energy savers like blood draw in the office as well as a super competent front staff (Brook, Crystal & Christy to name a few), I am spoiled by this exceptional care. Ive been coming here for over 5 years now. Even though I live in Trinity now, I still drive here because of the great care. I also use them as my primary care. They are friendly, open, honest, and I receive the best care when Im there. Highly recommended! Oh, and the wait time is so fast. Im always in and out within 30 minutes and thats during a busy time.

The Whole Staff Including The Doctors Are Such SweetHearts Here! Id recommend 10/10, bring your infants, elderly parents, or yourself to provide amazing genuine care.

All the health care staff treated my husband and I with great care, they truly wanted to cure him and listened to all of our concerns, they kept checking in with us even after the visit. Great team, they definitely listen to you and your symptoms.

Not terrible, but not really helpful.The staff was nice, the office was clean, the wait was short. However, the request to keep a credit card on file made me uncomfortable.When my son was seen the staff seemed unsure, and there was a lot of double and triple checking of everything. Their child blood pressure cuff was not working properly, so they check it two more times with the adult one (Not a big deal, but when your child is uncomfortable you really want things done correctly the first time). It made them appear slightly ill equipped to handle young patients. They continued to misdiagnose my son, and end the visit by sending us to the ER. Now we get to pay the ER $150 because the urgent care could not diagnose an ear infection, and a capillary popping causing blood in vomit.Edit to add- I was contacted by the office and will give them another try, but I probably won’t take my kids there... some places aren’t as well equipped for children.

Very caring and compassionate staff, I am very thankful to all who took care of me. I suffered serious burns to my arm, chest, neck and face, but due to COVID-19 restrictions at ER facilities, I decided to go to Your Family Walk-In Clinic in Lutz and give them a shot before heading to the ER. The care I received was A+. The staff was very caring and compassionate, they cleaned the wounds and were extremely worry about not hurting me as I was in a lot of pain.. I will be forever thankful and will reccomend this clinic to anyone who needs urgent care.

Requires masks but won’t provide any. So, they will turn you away. They charge $200 for a 10 min visit, but it is just *too expensive* to provide a 3 cent mask. Right. Would also like to add: They refuse to buy paper to put on the patient table b/t patients. Another example of their penny pinching.

Mediocre at best. The gentleman who answers the phone is horrible. I called to ask a few questions about primary care and he hung up on me 3 times. Horrible customer service. Ive also never once met my primary care doctor who is assigned with this office (I checked with my insurance and she is), Ive only met the nurse practitioners and np students who range from barely helpful to somewhat helpful with 0 bedside manner. Save your time and dont give them your money.

This is the second time I have been to your family walk in clinic. I had a great experience, and I was seen right away. Lisa really knows her stuff. I was in and out and on the road to recovery. I don’t plan on getting sick again, but at least I know if I do i have a reliable walk in clinic that I can depend on.

My 8yo son was running a fever all weekend but is negative for Covid. Came here as he probably has an ear infection and wanted him checked out. I had my 7yo daughter with me as well, I took off work in order to bring him in. They refused to see my son as they only allow “2” people in the room at a time and said my daughter couldn’t be in as well and asked me to have someone else watch her. Must be nice for people with that option but I didn’t have anyone else to watch her hence why she was with me. They then had to audacity to ask me to just leave my 7yo daughter in my car alone while my son and I were inside. I left and won’t ever be back. How ridiculous to refuse to see a sick child over a policy so arbitrary. Probably for the best this happened as if this is their level of care and judgement I would hate to see How they treat something serious.

I take all my children to this clinic for the past eight years. They are very efficient and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend this clinic for your family too!

I brought my child in, who had a swollen cheek, to get a prescription for antibiotic, the urgent care nurse acted all scared and overreacted. The nurse sent us to the emergency room to get an antibiotic IV. The nurse at the emergency room said an IV antibiotic is not going to help any better than antibiotic in pill form, (so we ended up wasting $200 for an emergency room visit and about 3 hours of our time). On top of all that, the urgent care receptionist was rude and wouldnt let the mom be in the room with the child and father. Furthermore, the urgent care office calls me up to make sure I went to emergency room, it felt like they were ready to report me for neglect if I didnt. I will never step foot in Your Family Walk-In Clinic again!

So i have been coming here off n on for Years.. but never again. Came in for a uti screening but was informed my 9 yo child was not allowed to be with me unless he was being seen. The mgr suggested he stand Outside the window of the exam room?? Really? Mind you i am a health care professional so i understand visitors with pts but....seriously? A 9 year old child..single parent.. wow.. i would give them a zero if i could.

I shouldve listened to the negative reviews. This place is from Hell. They charged my bank account for services I never received. They made me wait around for hours just to be seen, and the service was so horrible and meaningless I dont know how I ever stepped foot through those doors. The nurse pretended to be apart of the billing department and was so incredibly rude. This company is going to go out of business due to their FRAUDULENCE. Been seeing Lisa for many years prior to opening this office. She has saved my life a few times and I have brought my family into her and friends visiting. Staff is courteous, friendly. Lisa has been spot on about my diagnosis each and every time over the many years I have seen her.

I had an abscessed tooth and was in severe pain and couldnt get to my dentist for a couple days. The staff was empathetic and kind. I had a billing issue, and got frustrated because it seemed noone cared or was willing to help. Then the office manager Dan handled it with professionalism and kindess, even after I was pretty frustrated. Thank you for taking care of me, in every way!

My wife and son recently visited the Clinic to have a sports physical as recommended by the school .My wife can only speak conversational English being that we came from Costa Rica last year . However my son speaks English but still they were refused service because my wife’s English was not proficient enough to converse with the staff. Therefore because he was a minor they needed a parent who spoke English . My son tried to to them that he would call his Dad and he could translate over the phone . This had been done before on a previous visit .Needless my wife and more importantly a Mom bringing her child to a medical facility for medical service was humiliated and brought to tears, belittled, made to feel helpless and refused service because she was not fluent in English . Shame on you . FAMILY WALK IN CLINIC ! .. The name on the door certainly does not fit your ClinicWhat if this had been an emergency ? I understand policy . But it’s a sports physical. No one should be refused medical services because of a language barrier. You are a medical clinic and medical professionals who take an oath to help only to break it over policy that does not make sense … Here’s an idea .. hire some bi-lingual staff members and help those who come to you . We weren’t asking for a freebie as we have medical insurance .Put yourself in her shoes and have that happen to you.

Ive been going here for many years as it is conveniently close to my house and takes my insurance. However, they have become horrible and I now refuse to go here. I had a horrible history with UTIs due to an antibiotic resistant bacteria and would come in for a UTI test when I suspected I had one since my regular doctor is usually booked out. They knew of my history, but each time insisted I had an STD and made horrible accusations in front of my partner of 3+ years. They would say my test came back positive on many occasions only to find out they were negative when I saw my Urologist. The nurse practitioners here have horrible bedside manner and cant diagnose correctly.When the pandemic first started in the beginning of March, my partner and I went in to get tested as we recently went on a road trip. A female NP belittled us for traveling and not quarantining. She was 100% positive we had covid and said I had diminished lung sounds. They called the next day to check up on us and said we need to go to the ER immediately due to chest tightness. Long story short, chest x-ray at the ER was good and they couldnt find diminished lung sounds. Covid test came back negative as well.Fast forward to today, my boyfriend went in because he feels like he has a sinus infection or strep throat. They didnt test him for strep despite having many symptoms, asks if he wants a covid test and sends him to get a chest xray for diminished lung sounds. What a joke of a place and total waste of time and money.

Super quick to get in. Staff was very nice and friendly. They will tell you up front if there is any additional charges for exam. Flu type A is going around and she offered him to be tested and there would be additional cost.But it was my choice. Like that honesty and upfront info no hidden cost or surprises.I will come back here... hopefully not. But you know kids and germs...😂

I had really hoped this would be a convenient place to go with an urgent matter on the weekend. Cute, clean, no wait...However, I have never been to a medical office that accepts your insurance but also requires you to supply detailed credit card information on a sheet of paper “just in case” to keep on file...Including CVV info. Unfortunately, we were refused service because “it is policy to collect your credit card info or you cannot be seen” and I was not comfortable doing so. Would have been ok to pay by credit card but to collect and store on a sheet of paper credit card info is a problem waiting to happen.

Update: Its sad.. my family liked this walk-in clinic, but weve been so disappointed by the last few visits that we havent returned! Let me start by clarifying that I was so happy with them that I made them our PCP. I really liked their flexible hours and location and we had some great experiences with some of the staff at first, such as a younger male NP that was great with my kids and always very professional and caring! We also had a great experience with a pregnant nurse who was always super sweet and attentive. Unfortunately, after several visits I started to notice a trend where we were having to explain our symptoms to the front desk, then the nurse, then the NP in training and finally again to the actual nurse practitioner everytime! I completely understand training facilities, but if this was procedure then why not have the head and training NPs come in together to make the visit less stressful and move a bit more smoothly? I also noticed that I had come in a few times and was automatically told to go to the ER before they even looked to see if it was necessary, which it wasnt (i.e. sunburn, cough, etc). Finally, a line was crossed when I had one of the NPs literally argue with me repeatedly about the health history I was sharing with her regarding my sons situation, even after I had tried to explain multiple times that I wasnt trying to do her job, I was just trying to advise her of his previous history. But it seemed as though she was more worried about trying to prove something to me than helping my son, so after several attempts move forward I finally gave up and literally just left the room before it escalated any further! Granted, I havent gone to medical school, but as a mother theres some things you dont need a PhD for, such as 18 yrs of medical history and experiences that has repeated itself over and over in the same exact same manner and timeline and ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, ended up having the same exact end results! So why put my son through anymore suffering when it can be prevented? I wasnt asking for some crazy drugs or anything like that, I was simply stating that over 18 yrs, when his symptoms continue for an extended length of time, his mucus changes and he has already been taking his breathing treatments, steroids, allergy meds and his preventive medications, the ONLY thing that always ends the vicious cycle is antibiotics! This isnt something that has only happened once or twice, my son has been struggling with this his ENTIRE life! Although shes an NP, Im the MOM that has experienced 18 yrs of her sons medical history firsthand, so if you dont want to give him the meds then fine, but please dont argue and belittle me to death cause it just makes you look unprofessional! Btw, after trying the meds she prescribed, guess what, he still ended up in the ER and ultimately it was antibiotics that ended up taking it all away!! So, although I have the utmost respect for doctors and NPs I still do believe that sometimes just being a parent and experiencing medical history repeat itself for 18 yrs may still come in handy along the way! Isnt that why they ask for medical history and info to be filled out in the first place? Anyways, long story short, my son is now graduating late due to the 6 weeks of school he missed for something that was completely preventable and we will not be returning as long as this is the way this office is being ran!----------------------------------------------------------------------Original Review: Pretty happy with our experience here. Weve only run into 1 doctor that we really didnt care for, the rest seem to care and are knowledgeable. I love that they call with our results and to follow-up in general, something you dont get at many regular doctors offices!

Good if you have a cold or need a quick diagnosis for something easy. Complicated issues are not for this place. Also, they are a teaching facility, so there will be students assisting you with someone monitoring them.

The price for a simple sports physical doubled in one year from $45 to $100. Sad that these clinics are taking advantage of people in a recession. Well find an alternative next year.

This place is a joke. You are not allowed to have your children in the room with you when being seen/treated for ANYTHING….due to a Covid “treatment” rule. I went to this clinic on 6/4 for pink eye. The lady who took care of me did awesome, friendly. Later that day I get hit with a 103.1 fever. I called the dr and they prescribed me antibiotics. I had a fever 6/4-6/5-6/6 had enough and went back to this clinic on 6/6 and told this other dr that I’m getting worse and that I’ve had a fever ALL weekend. I needed help. They give me a covid test - $300 later, negative. I pled them to change my meds and they told me no. I went to my actual dr on 6/7 and was diagnosed with bronchitis. I feel like this could have been avoided and I would have been better if the DRs took the time and listened to me.

A fantastic clinic, the providers and staff genuinely care for the patients. They even call back a few days letter to check up on you. The staff gets you in and out, but pays attention and makes you feel heard.

The staff is very friendly. The spend enough time with us to gether all details. We generally get follow up calls too.

I just came in with my ill two-year-old the receptionist behind the desk refuse service to me because I forgot my mask and wouldn’t provide a disposable one was extremely rude had no concern whether my child needed to be seen or not I will not be coming back to this facility and do not recommend it to anyone. I am disgusted of the lack of empathy and concern for my child’s health all due to a disposable mask and the way that it was handled my visit was today at 9:30 AM.

I have always been seen very quickly and received the care I was expecting when going for walk-in treatment. My wife has recently switched to them as her pcp. Polite and professional staff. Somewhat shocked by the negative reviews I see here.

This place always gets you in and out quick/ doesn’t just write off symptoms, actually gives meds to speed up recovery (lots of places want to just say keep taking over the counter and go see primary in a couple days if not better) and is clean! Staff is friendly :) Everything you want from a walk in/ I actually prefer going here than my own primary!

This place is a COVID factory with incredibly rude staff.I went here because I left a PCP who wouldnt wear a mask. I told the nurse, who was wearing a mask, about my experience at my old PCP and another nurse must have overheard because she came in without a mask and took my blood pressure. She told me to imagine that I was on the beach drinking a Corona and then proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy may not get my prescription. The previous nurse had told me that they were swamped with covid-19 cases and this other nurse obviously believed that the CDC guidelines suggesting mask wearing for healthcare workers dealing with covid19 was BS. This place is incredibly rude and given their philosophy, the workers are likely to give you COVID. Avoid this place.

I live in temple terrace and drive 23 minutes so I dont have to sit in a waiting room. Im always seen immediately and the staff is very professional and courteous. They never rush and are always meticulous to ensure a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Warning DO NOT go here. They misled and falsified their billing for Covid test. They market as an urgent care walk in facility but bill as primary care yet charge urgent care co pay according to Brittany who was very rude. And their rapid test which is free elsewhere but apparently they “can’t find a code to bill insurance” so they charge you a marked up price directly to patients. They will be reported to the Florida Dept of Insurance for improper and misleading billing practices. I would suggest you go to CVS, Walgreens, Advent, anywhere else but this place.

If you need to go to a walk-in clinic they are quick and efficient and theyll take care of you I went in at a busy time and still was in and out of there within 10 minutes.

I went in with a 101.8 fever. The staff was great. I thought I had the flu. The ARNP told me it was bronchitis. Sure was. Sent my prescriptions over and called me a day later to check up on me. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

This Dr.s clinic is a joke! Worst service ever! Totally unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone. After being diagnosed with type two diabetes... they explained to me how to take the medication and when I had other questions regarding my new diagnosis they said oh just Google your questions seriously?It only gets worse from there but honestly they arent even worth the time I spent typing this complaint!

Just tried to be seen here, my daughter is bleeding from her chin because she fell and they refused to help because we don’t have masks! May also be because it’s 7:20 and they close at 8. PSA to all my friends in the Lutz, Trinity and Land OLakes area. I have been a loyal patient to Your Family Walk-In Clinic for a couple of years now. As you can imagine with 4 kids Im in there pretty regularly. I referred a family member there yesterday for chest burning. Upon arrival he said Im having a burning in my chest. They took his portion of $137 put him in a room. Took his vitals Dr comes in. We dont do anything involving chest pains in fact we dont even have an EKG machine you need to go straight to the ER! Which he did and is still in there. I inquired today about a refund since they literally did nothing. Their responsewas well we did offer medical advice and sent him to the hospital. Ummm seriously? What a scam! If someone comes in with chest problems their first response should be turn around and go to ER. We dont treat that here! Not waste time or take your money! Manager just calls to reiterate there will be no refund because that would be insurance fraud. Ummm no insurance fraud is you actually submitting a claim. I will be calling them next to have them look into this place. Needless to say we will no longer be going here!

I went to this location in October of 2018, I called them to see if they take my insurance I was told yes they do. I went to see doctor gave them my insurance card it says HMO but they didnt tell me that they dont take HMO. They take your credit card information on paper with cvv number, my biggest mistake. They charged me 180 dollars in January, please go somewhere else there are other better locations who are to help you not after your money. They mislead you so be very careful giving your information.

Inexperienced Nurse Practitioner. Gave me Amoxicillin and didnt even swab me to see if I had strep. I actually have all the symptoms of the flu. When I called back to say the Amox isnt working she called in a script for cough meds. Which was $45, My husband paid for the script, because he thought it was something for the flu. I definitely wont need a quantity of 90 pills for a cough. Just ridiculous. $45 might not be a lot for some but it is for us.

Being pregnant, with severe hyperemesis and just getting off a PIC(IV to give myself vitamins) line. I went to inquire about medication with numerous insurance and offered self pay and still refuse to see me.

If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would they arent knowledgeable in pediatrics so dont take your child there worst overall experience ever even beyond the visit.. TRUST ME you dont want the kind of care they give there

I needed some shots for school and this place had the best prices around. My experience was fast, friendly and convenient!

Great until I called to make sure they got the chest X-ray they wanted me to get .. They said no and never followed up now I get to lay in pain for another night
