I came in today for my first ultra sound from Doctor Pedro J Cepeda, If I were able to leave a Negative star I would. I asked if he could be gentle while conducting an internal ultrasound on me. He decided not to do it all together because I vocalized my wishes for My body. He was very dismissive and had a nasty attitude, He told me that there was no point in having an ultrasound because it would not tell me the things I would like to know, I would have to be referred out for that. I kept trying to stress that just seeing my baby was enough for me today as I haven’t this whole time, and I have reason to have concerns , so the ultrasound was not in vain to me. He did an abdominal ultrasound knowing I am not far along enough to see anything on top. I tried to express how he was making me feel he got extremely obnoxious and combative. I shared that I did not know I was pregnant at first I’m now 8weeks and there is validity in my worry. His response “ there’s nothing you can do, if you’re going to miscarry it will be this week or next week” . This man went to school for Obstetrics & Gynecology and it terrifies me. This is why black women are dying giving birth, behind things that are avoidable, our providers are failing us. Lady’s please DO NOT trust this man with your pregnancy. The Nurses there know how he is, My nurses face looked horrified as there was nothing she could do, she scheduled a follow up appointment with a different provider for me without being asked. When I went out to get his full name from the nurse desk all of them shared a look no one was surprised. This man is neglecting his patients and I do believe I am not the first, there were a few things I did not share for the sake of my own privacy but I Will be taking further action and there will be justice . Today Pedro you got the right Black woman.

Worst clinic ever. Currently pregnant and the wait times are unbelievable. The front desk staff is unbelievably terrible as well. The elevator hasn’t worked since I first started getting seen here. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend at all.

Dont waste your time it takes 11/2 to see the Dr, and thats with an appt. Also, if you have a PPO, the Dr. Will come up with tests you supposedly need, and youll be stuck with a huge bill. Horrible service they charge for parking, and it takes 1/2 hr to find a free spot! Never again!!

IM CURRENTLY PREGNANT AND WAS DENIED SERVICE AFTER MY EMERGENGY MEDICAL WAS TERMINATED ...I DONT QUALIFY FOR MEDICAL OR HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE,,,I WAS WILLING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET BUT THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH !! I CANT GET HEALTH INSURANCE UNTIL NOVEMBER ONCE OPEN ENROLLMENT BEGINS...AS A PREGNANT MOTHER YOU ARE CONCERN ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BABIES HEALTH..

This place deserves 0 stars when I was pregnant last year of my babygirl, I had tested positive for TB Nd they made me worried they said that I had TB Nd lost my blood test Nd made me redo it . I went back to my family doctor and they told me I was exposed to TB but I never had TB . This clinic just make u worry , when they told I broke down I even got a little depressed thinking something was going to happen to my baby ! I won’t recommend this place .

Very disappointed and will be changing doctors soon. I had my appointment at 2:00pm, didnt get seen until 3:30! This is ridiculous!!!!! I tried to reschedule and lady at front desk denied. Dont come here ladies. Its a waste of time!

During my doctors appointment I could say was a better place overall but the phone calls to this place they straight ignore ...I’ve been calling back to back for almost a week to get in contact with the doctors here and they either hang up on me or don’t answer

The place says it closes at 5pm when I arrived at 4:30pm they where already closed please do not lie to us if it closes sooner then why put 5pm ?

They were my angels sent from god when I had my baby girl 2009. May God Bless everyone there !!!

Bad service, I arrived 6 minutes late, they canceled my appointment, I waited 3 months for my appointment
