I have gone through 3 cycles of egg freezing with IFC and I’m grateful to have found Dr. Berger and his staff. It feels like a personalized experience, they are warm and as accommodating as possible along the way. Dr. Berger noticed my body didn’t respond to my medicine as well as it could have my first cycle so he made changes to my next two that produced 90% and 100% collections on the next two rounds. I’ll go back for one more to meet my goals, but I’m grateful to have found this clinic and team helping me plan for the future and go through this uncomfortable process as easily as possible.

Dr Berger is amazing and so is their staff. Loved Daysy our nurse! We had one round of IVF that didn’t yield any viable embryos and then one round of IUI that got us pregnant with triplets (at age 38)! We started with 2 follicles that both fertilized and one decided to split, hence how we ended up with 3. Everything turned out well even with a triplet pregnancy, and we will be forever grateful for such a strong start. Thank you guys!!

We will be forever grateful to Dr. Berger and the team at Innovative Fertility. We set out to find a local clinic where we could have a personal and trusted relationship with a small team who would take the time to truly get to know my partner and I, our struggles and goals- with all options considered and discussed. We found that and so much more here. (A complete contrast to the terrible TTC experience we had with my regular ob/gyn prior to leaving them to find a private option). We met with Dr. Berger in Dec and he ended up recommending medicated IUI for our case. We did three cycles back to back, 2 of which were successful. He, Kate, and the rest of the team were incredible in every step along the way. Always accessible, helpful and truly caring (especially so in our 2nd cycle that resulted in an early loss). We graduated last week into regular prenatal care at 8 weeks with a healthy pregnancy. We will truly miss seeing this team as often as we have been able to (and plan to see them again when we are ready to grow our family).

Very thankful for Dr. Berger and the entire team at Innovative. I completed one egg retrieval and two embryo transfers (first transfer failed). My case was not a straightforward one, but I felt educated and reassured through the entire process. Having an embryo transfer fail is a traumatic experience and Dr. Berger and the team were so helpful. I never felt pressure to hurry into another cycle and I appreciated that they provided the necessary information and then let me contact them when I was ready to proceed. I also preferred the one-on-one format that Innovative offers and appreciated that I saw Dr. Berger for every appointment. I never felt like I had to explain my history over and over again to new doctors.

Just a reminder to do your research :)My perception of the Innovative Fertility Centers shortcomings only became clear when I found care at a different clinic. They were challenging to reach, failed to explain the procedure adequately, lacked thoroughness, and offered little guidance. It seemed as though, because my health insurance covered most of the procedure, they had a well if this doesn’t work, you can just do it again attitude, rather than a commitment to maximizing success.Approximately a year after my egg retrieval, I consulted another doctor at Innovative Fertility, as the one who performed my retrieval had retired. Unfortunately, that conversation left me feeling disheartened. The doctor displayed a complete absence of bedside manner and lacked empathy. Following this conversation, I made the decision to explore other options for the rest of my fertility journey. I ultimately discovered an outstanding clinic led by a highly knowledgeable female doctor, who not only excels in her field but also instills a sense of hope and really just gets it!!I ended up moving my eggs to that facility and have had a great experience with them! Don’t settle!

Im 40, wife is 35.Researched, paid for consultation. Went thru tons of stress. But we have a happy baby boy on our first try. We were very lucky.One thing about Innovative Fertility Center, Dr Berger and CO will tell you what you need to know and explain in details so that its understandable.Let these guys tell you the truth and provide you with the best options to succeed.Other clinics will rush and take your money. From consultation to impregnating took us 10 months. Understandably people work for money, but some honestly would be nice, and Dr Berger gives it to you straight, whether you like it or not. But they are the expert, so let them do what they do best.Thanks Dr Berger and Co!

This is the best quality of care Ive ever received from any doctor or clinical staff. Reproductive journeys are a roller coaster of emotions. Dr. Berger understands this and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. He explains things so thoroughly and patiently and doesnt rush you out the door. He understands that waiting on results can be pure agony, and has personally called us to discuss same-day results and answer all of our questions in real-time (no other doctor has ever shown me the same courtesy).Other clinics will use fear-mongering to get you to start IVF right away, but Dr. Berger doesnt pressure you at all. Ive noticed that hes very careful not to scare you into doing something that might not be right for you. Instead, he equips you with all the information about your options and leaves the choice about which path to take up to you.The staff is equally wonderful. The nurses take the time to get to know you. Even billing (which is usually the most hated part of healthcare) is a total breeze. Perla is a jewel and explains things very clearly so there are no surprises. Shes also very knowledgeable about what is/isnt typically covered by our complicated insurance system.The entire clinic respects you and knows your time is valuable. Ive never had to wait long in the waiting room. They also have an operating room in the back so your procedures can be conveniently performed there.I am so glad to have discovered Innovative Fertility! Dr. Berger and his team are world-class.

Dr. Berger and his staff are incredible!!! I did two rounds of egg freezing (age 35) at Innovative Fertility Center and couldnt be happier with this clinic. Parking is easy, wait times are short. Extremely convenient location. I loved that each time I went into the office I saw the same doctor, same nurse, the staff knew me by name, were always friendly. Most fertility clinics are overwhelmingly large and youre just another number to the clinic. The staff doesnt know you well, you see different doctors & nurses each time, and the 1:1 doctor patient relationship is nonexistent. This is not the case with Innovative Fertility Center. Dr. Berger is the kindest human and explains the process in detail. Nurse Daysy is awesome & always sends follow up emails, ensures you know the next step in your fertility journey, and everything is explained to you in detail. Highly recommend this center for anyone on their fertility journey and in need of a doctor. 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely THE best! This was a new journey for me... I was thinking about freezing my eggs and was definitely very nervous. From the minute, I walked in the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I did three rounds of egg freezing and also was scheduled for a future appointment when I found out I was pregnant - Ive been here for 3+ years. Even though, my commute to this office was over an hour, it was an easy decision to come back every time!Here are some details - Perla at the front desk was a just a pleasure to work with - personable, friendly and to the point - it was always easy to schedule appointments. Daysy was the RN who went over the details of what was to come - she put together my calendar, showed me how to do injections and made this new journey very easy for me - pretty much she told me everything I need to know and it felt it was coming from a friend. Dr. Rispler was just fabulous - professional, funny, extremely clear and very knowledgable! I had so many questions and he answered all of them with facts and shared his professional expertise! This last round, my plan was to discuss IVF with the doctors, however I was pregnant before we could begin. I stayed with Dr. Rispler through my first trimester. During this round, Dr. Berger had joined the staff - equally professional and knowledgable, it was great having two doctors ensure my first trimester went so smoothly. Dr. Berger also recommend a doctor who is now my ob-gyn! Very much appreciated!We all go on our own journey, but mine was even better because of everyone at Innovative Fertility Clinic. Thank you!!

If you are suffering from infertility look no further! I am currently 10 weeks pregnant after my first IVF Cycle! My husband and I tried having a baby for 5 years. We met with several different fertility Doctors and even had two IUI cycles done at another facility. When we were finally ready to give IVF a go after several failed IUIs we chose Innovative Fertility to help us because we just felt more of a personable feel there. I felt like I wasnt just a number here like I felt at the other clinic. The waiting room is nice and comfy, the front desk receptionist Perla is super sweet and welcoming. The entire staff is amazing especially Daysy and of course Dr. Rispler. I felt very comfortable asking questions and always received honest feedback. If I ever had any concerns Daysy was always quick to get back to me via email or via phone. The whole team is great and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rispler for helping our dream come true. I will be graduating from the clinic in 2 weeks and Im a little sad. I will miss them all dearly. Innovative Fertility is the place to help you!!

And just like that Im ending my first trimester . Words cannot Express how grateful my wife and I are for choosing innovative fertility center. Dr. Rispler and his team are so amazing. Lets start with Perla, she is so amazing so helpful and so knowledgeable. She took care of all my insurance stuff took her time to explain and if I didnt understand she would kindly explain without showing annoyance. Daysy was our nurse/coordinator she is very cool and down to earth, very helpful and sweet. She would always answer my emails and help me even with the smallest questions I might of had. Lynn was such a sweetheart always very friendly and always made me feel warm and welcomed. Dr. Rispler is amazing!! He explained everything was very true to his words he made me feel very comfortable and confident he knows his stuff! I will definitely be coming back for baby #2. I miss going to my visits this team is epic. Forever grateful

Went there to get lab work analysis. Very unpleasant experience with reception staff, she said her name was Terla. Thoroughly rude the whole time and unprofessional on top of it - I was promised an invoice specifying services rendered so I could self submit to insurance for reimbursement, but received only a credit card payment receipt along with a classic eye-roll of desk staff apparently hating her job or hating me for daring to ask what was already agreed on. Constant interrupting and not letting me finish questions by cutting me off...saying I felt like an intruder is an understatement. I understand the front desk is not always a reflection of the actual services offered but at one point I even asked if there was anything I had done to provoke such belligerent behavior - they said no and that this was their standard. To be fair, almost immediately after I told the front desk that I would be leaving a review reflecting my experience and left the clinic, the main clinic doctor called me and explained the analysis results were ready for a pickup and faxed them over to the office of a doctor who requested them. He was very professional and courteous. Not sure if that was done to rectify the fiasco from their end but I will give them two stars instead of one as a benefit of the doubt. Not the first time I see a professionally acting owner and staff who dont really care. Still, not going to deal with an attitude of front staff hating their job, customers or both, and not going back there.

Update 2 years later:I went back to Dr Rispler recently to try for baby #2. Although a part of his staff has changed since last time, he clearly knows how to choose them, the level of service is still amazing.And I am pregnant again, could I be happier?This is the best medical office I have found in the south bay, no question there!2018: I could not be happier with Dr Rispler and his team. I felt like I was in good hands the very first time I came. Dr Rispler is gentle and kind, takes the time to explain procedures or answer questions. The team around him is easy to reach out to, always picks up the phone and follow up if anything is necessary. Dr Rispler got me pregnant 3 weeks after I started coming, I am so grateful! He takes care of you throughout the first trimester, and the team was great giving me a few goodbye gifts for our last appointment. So adorable. Awesome experience.

Throughout my journey and headaches of trying to conceive, Ive met a few doctors before meeting Dr. Berger. I felt like the previous OBGYNs and infertility doctors Ive with did not care about the feelings or what I’m going through. I was suffering from painful symptoms and instead of supporting me they filled me with hopelessness. Dr. Berger will not quit and has helped me conceive two children (miracles) during our journey together. Ive followed him while he transitioned to different clinics because I trusted him completely with having kids. His team was great in helping me obtain any information that I needed. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is going through hard times trying to conceive!

I would like to take this opportunity to write this testimonial about Dr. Rispler and the team at Innovative Fertility. This was my first IVF journey and Dr. Rispler and the staff made it the best first time experience I could have. Dr. Rispler’s bedside manner is very straightforward and to the point which I respect. I would rather have someone tell me the facts even if they are hard to hear rather than build up my expectations only to have them dashed. Dr. Rispler always made himself available on weekend or after hours if I had any freak-outs or questions that I failed to ask during my appointments and he never made me feel like I was a bother.The staff is also amazing as well. When you undertake this journey, you will likely be working with the people in the office in addition to the doctor for quite some time so it is nice to such kind people working on his staff. Perla works in the front office and is clear and concise with all my billing and appointment inquiries. Daisy, the nurse, is the best! I loathe needles/giving blood and she put me at ease, and now I feel like I am a pro! I had a constant stream of questions that I would send to her via email or phone and she was quick to answer them all. She showed such kindness to me throughout this journey understanding my every concern.I cannot say enough about this group collectively. I am currently pregnant and I know it is due to the expertise and skill of Dr. Rispler and team. I feel lucky to have found them!

We felt very safe during the coronavirus pandemic. The clinic takes safety seriously.After trying for years to get pregnant, we were referred to Dr Rispler by our OBGYN. We wanted to try IUI, and Dr Rispler was very realistic with us about our chances. We tried two rounds of IUI, and then we decided it was time to try IVF after I turned 39.Dr Rispler is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The entire staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. In particular, Daysy helped me understand what to expect / whats normal / dont freak out, and she helped train my husband so he could overcome his fear of needles and give me shots (so many shots) at home. Perla helped us understand all of the financial / insurance / scheduling concerns. Most importantly, Perla and Daysy recognized our voices on the phone and made little comments to make us laugh.People say that not being stressed out helps with getting pregnant. Even though we had lots of stress, everyone at Innovative helped us stay calm and trust the process. They are willing to communicate with patients and listen to our concerns. We *never* felt like we were being pushed to do anything, only educated about what our options were and what the realistic outcomes might be.After one round of IVF (so many shots), we are 11 weeks pregnant (no more shots!) and have graduated from the clinic today! Theyve referred us to a specialist for genetic testing, so soon well know if its a boy or a girl.We are very grateful to be referred to Dr Rispler and his team. Coming here was one of the best decisions in our lives.

My wife and I are working professionals who waited a bit too long to have a baby. When the time came, we needed assistance and began our journey with Dr. Rispler at Innovative Fertility. We didnt know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised at how knowledgable, kind and helpful everyone at Dr. Risplers office was. Fertility seems to be a field where the experience and finesse of the doctor and team have a direct impact on your outcomes. After a year of care we are happy to announce we are now 3 months pregnant and feeling more and more grateful each day. This office became our family and we are extremely grateful for all of them. We had a positive and successful experience at Innovative Fertility. Dr. Rispler, Daysy, and the entire team were helpful and dedicated to helping us achieve our IVF goals. I love Innovative Fertility Center! After years of trying to get pregnant, a miscarriage, surgeries, IVF and failed adoptions - everything came together and worked! Dr Rispler and his staff, especially Daysy - they made me feel comfortable and when I came in for appointments, it was like I was visiting friends. They knew everything going on with me and were so attuned to what I needed, I know thats why I finally got pregnant and successfully delivered our child. He is knowladable, kind and so professional. He explains the whole process in a way I can understand. It’s so important for us. We always go back home from this clinic without question mark. They patiently took care of everything ( pharmacy, medicine, insurance, appointments..)Before the egg retrieval day ( every single times) they give us instruction document and explain what to do and what should i not do.I had egg retrieval for 3 times and then 1 healthy embryo. Other embryos come abnormal from genetic test. We had 5 days frozen embryo transfer. On Transfer day everything was professional and clear. Embryologist bring my embryo and gave to Dr Berger. It was very special moment. I’m 40 years old and it is my first pregnancy. We made it. If anyone is looking for fertilty clinic this place is great place. My IVF journey started back in 2013 while I was still active duty and looking to preserve embryos for when I was no longer going to deploy overseas. During that time, I went to a fertility clinic in Arizona where I felt as if I was another number. Each time I went in for a check up, I had to explain my whole situation to the same nurse as if to remind her who I was. I went through four unsuccessful cycles and retrievals, which was devastating. What was more upsetting was the response from both the doctor and nurse; well, well just have to try again.Fast forward a few years: I was visiting home one day in 2016 and drove through Manhattan Village and remembered there was a fertility clinic nearby. Yes, Innovative Fertility! I told myself once I was ready I would give this clinic a call to see if they would be able to help me. I actually was home from a deployment in 2018 when my husband and I decided we were ready (emotionally) to start a family. I can honestly say I have never regretted my decision to call them. From my very first visit to my last, the staff at Innovative Fertility has been heaven sent. I cannot express the amount of joy and gratitude I have for each and every person at Innovative Fertility. It took me awhile to write this review because how do you thank a group of people who have made your dreams of becoming a mother, father, parent come true? Dr. Rispler and his wonderful team made this IVF journey an amazing experience. It makes me so emotional just writing this review. And yes, there is a happy ending...we are 11 weeks pregnant with our little one arriving in January 2022. My husband and I are just over the moon with excitement! Lets be honest, if you are reading reviews for fertility clinics you probably are not in the best mental state and kinda freaking out. I know I was.But let me help put your mind at ease and tell you that you’ve found the right place. Dr. Rispler and his entire team helped us conquer our fertility issues with so much kindness and support (and obviously amazing medical knowledge and procedures).We are currently pregnant and “graduate” to a normal obgyn in a couple weeks… but I am so sad to leave the Innovative Fertility team! They have provided us with such intimate care, and I can’t imagine another doctor and their team filling those shoes.Dr. Rispler has a very kind way of telling you the facts, and his nurses and office staff are just so amazing!!! I was about to list them all out and how amazing each one is… but then I realized this post would never end.Look, fertility issues are HARD. It’s a tough situation, and chances are that the odds are not in your favor (I know they weren’t for me!), but Dr. Rispler was up for our challenge, and I’m carrying a baby today for the first time in my life because of Innovative Fertility. Fingers crossed everything continues to go well for our baby, and that we will be back in a couple years to see Dr. Rispler for baby number two!

I have tried a couple fertility clinics in LA and Innovative Fertility Center is by far the best. I get personal, nurturing care from the entire staff - Daysy responds to emails with lightning speed. They always answer the phone immediately and spend plenty of time with me. Dr. Rispler always gave me space to ask questions and gives great, personal care. Best of all, Im expecting my first baby in June!

I started my infertility journey about 2 years ago. It started with clomid/IUIs, which were unsuccessful at which point I quickly decided to pursue IVF due to my age (35) and wanting more than one child. After a failed IVF cycle with a cheaper doctor, my primary care doctor HIGHLY recommended that I go see Dr Rispler. With nothing to loose, I decided to go for a consult. After my consult I immediately decided this was the doctor I would do my next IVF cycle with. Dr Rispler was very kind, knowledgeable and highly experienced. He took his time with me during our initial visit and never sugar coated anything. He did believe at the time that it did seem possible for me to have a baby! Prior to meeting Dr Rispler after my first failed IVF, I started acupuncture. I was also taking Chinese herbs that were prescribed to me for about 3 months prior to my second egg retrieval. Dr Risplers techniques did differ from my prior IVF experience, and so did some of the medications. Dr Risplers staff were always helpful and friendly, and never once did I endure long wait times in his office; this to me was extremely important due to a tight work schedule. I have to specifically mention one of the nurses Daysy, who always went above and beyond to help and reassure me during the entire process. My entire process from start to finish at Innovative Fertility was 10x better than my first IVF experience. I highly recommend Dr Rispler and his team to anyone seeking infertility treatment! And for the happy ending, well I am currently 11 weeks pregnant after my first FET with another healthy embryo in the freezer! I never knew if I could even get pregnant, however Dr Rispler with the help of science (his amazing, highly experienced embryologist) has given me a new chapter in my life!

We found Innovative Fertility through a friend and decided to come in for a consultation despite having already visited a few other clinics and Im so glad we decided to switch to Dr. Rispler and his crew.Their personalized and exceptional care has made our journey much easier. Weve felt like family every time we came. Dr Rispler listened to and addressed all of our concerns as well as involved us in the decision making process to ensure that we understood everything as well as trying to achieve the best possible outcome.Thanks Dr. Rispler, Daysy, Perla, and the rest of the staff at Innovative Fertility - weve got to know you all in our journey, and even after weve graduated to our OB youve still checked up on us to see how were doing!Were due in a month with a healthy baby girl after our first try.

Dr. Rispler is very sneaky when he doesnt agree on how you want your treatment to go. Instead of being up front about it he just does stuff under handed. My experience was very traumatizing. Although hes the professional I am still a patient and its my body and my embryos I should have a say so. I cant believe how horrible I was treated. And to think that no one has even checked on me has me so angry. I would never receive treatment from this place again and I would never recommend it either. Maybe I dont fit the mold of his usual patients.

I loved my intimate experience at Innovative Fertility Center. Unlike larger fertility clinics Ive visited throughout LA, everyone at Innovative Fertility knew my name, what was going on with my treatment, and welcomed me like family every time I walked through the front door.Dr. Rispler is obviously an expert, super knowledgable, and kind. He was willing to spend all the time I required of him, answering questions and easing anxieties, but didnt waste my time by unsolicitedly reviewing stuff that I didnt understand or would make me more anxious.Daysy, Perla, and all of the staff were SO helpful and kind. I cant say enough good things about them.This center allowed me to tailor my experience exactly how I wanted it, they didnt overly hold my hand and baby me, but certainly would have had I wanted them to. Baby on the way :-)

Dr. Rispler and his staff at Innovative Fertility Center are amazing. Without them, my wife and I wouldnt be pregnant. Fertility treatment can be an emotional rollercoaster for couples but Dr. Rispler and his staff made my wife feel and I feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the process every step of the way. We are so thankful to have found this clinic.

Where do I start? The entire staff at IFC is AMAZING! Who knew that I would ever miss a Drs office. Dr. Rispler, Daysy, Perla, Lin & Erica (nurse anesthetist) were the truly a wonderful team. Im grateful for the care & compassion they showed me this this journey. As someone who decided to go through the IVF process solo, I never felt I was alone. I also felt safe going through this process during the pandemic. Never once worried.Dr. Rispler is great at what he does. He definitely is in the right profession. We did 2 rounds of egg retrieval (at his suggestion). Daysy was always around to answer my questions if I didnt understand or forgot something. Thats a plus when youre taking sooooo many meds! Perla was the sweetest. She always made me feel better when I was having a bad day. I always felt better after talking to Perla. Lin was funny and kind. Always asked how I was doing and understood my weird humor. Erica, I just cant thank her enough for holding my hand through my egg retrievals. She made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way during the procedure (till she knocked me out lol). After 2 rounds of her being at my side, Im now trying to convince one of my friends who is currently studying in that field to work at a fertility center.Im extremely grateful for everyone at Innovative Fertility Clinic. You cant go wrong with this wonderful team. Currently 14 weeks pregnant and I cant wait to visit them with my baby once the pandemic is over.

Not sure how this place as so many 5 star reviews, but do your due diligence & research before beginning a long and very expensive journey here!First off, the initial consultation with Jacqueline seemed to go extremely well. She was over the top friendly, and appeared (over the phone) to be knowledgeable and responsive, returning calls and emails in a very timely manner. She initially quoted $900 for the IUI procedure we called about, and although high for a single IUI, still aligned within our budget & we felt was still reasonable. We spent $300 to zoom chat with the Dr., which was far overpriced for the little value and info we received in this 25 minute video chat. I quickly picked up on his energy being very fake & scammy, however we decided to still proceed. Fast forward to the 2nd ultrasound, after spending nearly $400 hundred dollars (with insurance) at the fertility center, and just prior to beginning the fertility medication, my wife & I arrived at our appointment and were told to pay $1400 for the IUI procedure and that none was covered through insurance. We were also told we had another $40 copay that day, in addition to the IUI. We explained that Jacqueline quoted $900 so where did the additional $500 come from? And what exactly did it include? The front desk staff continued to argue, stating they’ve “been there for 3 years and it’s never been that price so there’s no way she would have said that…”Even though they were not on the phone call with us and Jacqueline. I explained, if she had been upfront with the actually costs I would have went to another fertility center and had an opportunity make a better decision before wasting $400 with them, just to have an IUI elsewhere. They also do not send anything in writing and do not disclose all procedures and correlating costs upfront.We told them several times my wife has no fertility issues and we are simply looking to do an IUI. Ignore all these “positive” reviews, because based on experience they are very sneaky and you’d be better off going elsewhere especially with the high costs of fertility treatments.

Dr. Rispler and his team are so amazing! My wife and I began seeing Dr. Rispler in January, she is currently pregnant and our child is due in April 2019. Dr. Rispler has been great from the start, he gave us honest success rates and didn’t sugar coat the process. We ended up getting pregnant on our second try. The entire process was mentally and physically exhausting but Dr. Rispler and his team were always very uplifting and positive. We know that we’ll definitely be back when we are ready to expand our family.

I hope my IVF failure at innovative fertility clinic and the lesson I learnt from them will help you make a better decision in selecting clinics and doing your IVF. Here is my story.I started my IVF cycle with an young egg donor through my agency in Aug 2021, all seemed to be good until the IVF completed and it ended up with NO embryos! I asked Dr Rispler why it failed, he told me one of the major reasons was poor egg quality, my egg donor had poor donation outcome in her previous cycle and he told me they did not like the egg donor at all and it was me insisting moving forward, which I was not aware of at all. First, they never disclosed that important fact to me or told me any potential risks of using that egg donor before IVF cycle. Second, they made the wrong assumption about me, they assumed both my agency and I knew that fact, which was not true at all. They blamed it was my agency’s problem as they selected the wrong donor for me, isn’t it always your responsibility to screen the right donor for your patients? I don’t think any agency can make a medical decision. Third, they asked me to switch to the agency they worked before multiple times, so I gave it a try. Ironically, I found out the agency they recommended had very few repeat donors and they were some obvious disqualified donors you can’t use at all (like 8+ donations) while they told me their clinic had very high criteria in selecting donors. If it’s really high criteria, why did not you let me know your criteria at the beginning?As I picked up my medical records, I realized that my sperm testing was missing so I asked them, they told me they did not do sperm testing at all, but both Doctor and Nurse told me sperm was okay, I don’t know how they made the conclusion without testing. They also miss genetic testing, which i don’t know how risky the matching can be that way.The clinic is quite small, it’s small enough to forget what their job is, sperm testing and genetic testing. They have very limited experience in IVF, you can check out their CDC ART success rate and compare with other clinics. Since it’s small clinic, they also had very limited cases in 2018, it may be another reason why my IVF failed. I don’t know how they got so many five star reviews online, when you select IVF clinics, success rate is way more important than 5 star reviews. People can lie, but their success rate won’t.

From the beginning this place was great. From starting with Lynn to the Drs. Everyone here treats you like family. They are very helpful and go over everything. Daysy was beyond amazing answering all my questions. Whether it was via email, over the phone or in person she was always so helpful. They made this process super easy for my wife and I. Highly recommended.

First of all, if you are searching for fertility help, I’m so sorry that you are struggling! But please know you are not alone! Dr Rispler and his group are wonderful and caring and sensitive to both the highs and the lows. They were very patient when I asked a million questions (I’m an engineer, I can’t help it!). They’re usually on time but can be up to 30 min late on busy days. Parking is generally easy except for the 12 o’clock lunch hour. My advice: Pay the extra $$ for the PGS testing! It could save you a lot of [potential] heartache--I learned that the hard way. But luckily, we kept moving forward and now were expecting our first!

Doctor Rispler and the nurses are highly professional and caring. The facility is clean has a sense of warmth that I have not seen at other doctor offices/hospitals. If you are thinking of IVF, I would recommend this place highly.

All I can say is that I’m so grateful to have found Innovative Fertility Center. Dr. Rispler and his staff have been very patient and caring the whole time I have been a patient. They clearly explain everything and are always willing to answer questions. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone.

PRAISE GOD Im so grateful for Dr. RISPLER, HE MADE OUR WISH COME TRUE I was successful on my first round of IVF with him I’m so glad I chose them I am so grateful I’m so happy it’s so personable there it’s like a family they all their patients by name its absolutely lovely it’s 1 on 1 I’m really sad to have to leave them but I’m so excited I’m going to be a graduating soon thank you Daysy and Perla who are pure angels he has working by his side they are all so supportive and encouraging thank you all forever truly a dream come true if i could id stay with them because they are all so loving the office is so welcoming and warming always good energy and smiles its been a wonderful journey with them all I definitely recommend coming here thank you all soo much🧿☀️☀️🧿

Our daughter will be 13 years old this year and we have Dr. Rispler and his staff to thank for. My advice is to embrace the experience and have a positive attitude going into it.

Doctor Rispler and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their human approach and kindness is second to none.
