RMA New Jersey Marlton

I was referred to RMA online for a second opinion, as we were having a frustrating experience with another local fertility center, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made to switch. Thanks to the thoroughness of Dr. Osman and Nurse Rachael, we were able to fully understand the underlying issues of our infertility, and we promptly worked with them to start addressing it. Surprisingly, within three months, we fell pregnant unassisted, right before we were about to venture into fertility treatments with them. We continued through pregnancy monitoring, and they were nothing but supportive. Throughout our entire experience, we had a million questions, and Dr. Osman, Nurse Rachael, and the entire staff were quick to help or make an appointment. We loved the fact that for the most part, these two were pioneering our journey with them. We missed them greatly once we graduated, and plan to come back if we need to / decide to expand our family. We cant thank them enough for everything and we cant wait for them to meet our rainbow baby once she arrives in October!

The facility and staff are excellent at RMA Marlton. Everyone is extremely competent, polite and eager to assist you with whatever you need. We ended up conceiving naturally after our first consultation and didn’t even do any fertility treatments with RMA but they were happy to continue to see me and do early pregnancy monitoring, including blood tests and an ultrasound to make sure everything was on track and my pregnancy was progressing. This put my mind at ease so much, as well as having a personally assigned Nurse to your case who you can message through their app whenever (Thanks Rachael!!) Their finance team is super knowledgeable about insurance and helpful on how to make treatments work for you. Dr. Simoni was great as well, smart and definitely eased a lot of worries with our difficulty conceiving. I honestly do attribute our conceiving naturally to making the step and booking the consultation with RMA- took so much pressure off this process for us!

After visiting three different fertility specialists and feeling increasingly confused each time, my cousin recommended RMA. What a difference! The consultation was enlightening, leaving me with a clear game plan. Dr. Simoni thoroughly explained all my options with impeccable bedside manners. Nurse Tori kept me well-informed and followed up consistently, while Desiree explained the financial and insurance process in detail. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and dedicated team at RMA to embark on my parenting journey with. 🙏🏿

I can’t say enough about RMA and all of the doctors and staff that works there. They know how to turn an unfortunate and stressful journey into an stress-free and loving process. I went into this journey not knowing what my future would look like and Dr. Simoni fully painted the picture the entire way. He made me feel very excited about each step. The nurses and staff are so kind and welcoming they make you feel at home, especially when you are going multiple times a week. I am beyond blessed and grateful for everyone who helped me through my fertility journey. I went in not knowing if I could get pregnant and now I just hit my 20 weeks. Thank you so so much for everything you did RMA!!! I would recommend them to ANYONE.

After five failed embryo transfers at two other clinics, RMA was the third clinic we turned to. The entire team at RMA provided outstanding services. After nearly five years, we were blessed with our first child and are now expecting our second. Since natural conception is not an option for us, IVF is our only choice. When we met with Dr. Franisiak to discuss our final egg retrieval, he assured us he understood the importance of this procedure. Rachel, our coordinator, was much more than just a coordinator; she was my therapist and supporter throughout the process. We cannot say enough good things about the team at RMA and are forever grateful for their work.

I was been struggling with fertility for over three years. Before I came to RMA, I went to two other local fertility practices. I did not have good experiences and felt that I was not receiving the communication I was looking for. I felt unheard and in the dark throughout the process. After hearing positive things about RMA from a friend, I decided to go for a consult. I met with Dr. Osman who reviewed my history and gave me treatment options while being compassionate and understanding. I left my consult appointment feeling extremely hopeful, which I haven’t felt in a long time, and decided to move forward with RMA. Best decision I made! ❤️Dr. Osman suggested IUIs or IVF and gave realistic outcomes for both treatments. She respected our decision when we wanted to do IUIs first. After two failed IUIs, we decided to do IVF. Dr. Osman ended up doing my egg retrieval and embryo transfer. She was so comforting during those times, when I was feeling nervous or scared, which I truly appreciated.What I love about RMA is the communication. You’re assigned your own nurse who knows your history and medical background, gives you directions regarding medications, treatment protocols, next steps, etc. My nurse, Tori, was phenomenal! I’ve talked her so many times and she really helped me throughout this entire process. Tori was always thorough and would make sure I had a good understanding on what was going on or what to expect next. I always found it comforting knowing that I could directly email her or Dr. Osman with any questions I had. They would always quickly respond back to me. I never had direct access to the doctors or a consistent nurse at other fertility practices. This consistent, open communication made my infertility journey so much easier.The entire staff at RMA is fantastic! The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. The phlebotomists, especially Malissa, are fabulous. Beth was so patient and thorough during our med teach.I highly recommend RMA to anyone going through infertility. The journey itself can be overwhelming and frustrating but going to a compassionate place like RMA definitely makes the journey easier to navigate.

We will be always forever grateful for Dr. Franasiak and his team! Everyone at RMA was amazing from Tori my nurse to the front desk receptionist Nicole! I always felt important, they responded quickly , and always made sure I had what I needed. We got a double surprise and couldn’t be happy with the results. Thank you!

I wish I never went here. What a waste of time and money. Dr Franasiak didn’t listen to anything I had to say regarding my previous 2nd trimester loss. He treated me like every other patient and didn’t give me an individualized care plan at all. They were so focused on me getting any and every test possible before they could “treat” me. My nurse wouldn’t even answer my questions until I completed all testing. I’m glad I put my foot down and didn’t waste even more money here by getting unnecessary procedures done. Their appointment times are extremely inconvenient and I was told I couldn’t bring my child with me because it would be “triggering” for others to see me with a kid.. as if they aren’t seeing children every day lol wouldn’t you want people to see me with my child to give them hope that fertility treatments work?? On top of all that, Dr F misdiagnosed me with adenomyosis.. a condition that is untreatable without birth control or a hysterectomy and one that is usually present in older women (I’m 33) who have had multiple miscarriages. I had none of the major symptoms for it yet it sent me down a rabbit hole thinking I’d never get pregnant again. This caused me major stress while trying to conceive. Best decision I ever made was getting a 2nd opinion from Dr Manara in Voorhees (highly recommend). He immediately gave me individualized care, explained that I don’t have adenomyosis, and within one month I got pregnant with very little treatment. Do yourself a favor, skip RMA and head right to Dr Manaras office where you will actually be treated like a person, not a paycheck.

Dr. Emily Osman is amazing! She is so smart and talented in this field. My whole experience here was great and She got me pregnant on my first round of IVF. I Can not be more thankful for her. I was once told I would never be able to have my own children and she made it so I can. Thank you for my miracle baby and all you do!!

My experience with RMA has been nothing but positive. All of the doctors that are on for morning monitoring are amazing!!! They explain things in detail and never have you feeling left out in the process. They were able to have me conceive on my first IUI after trying for a year. Without Alex Ney, Dr. Franasiak and staff, this would not have been possible. My only gripe is that they can’t keep me longer or for the whole pregnancy. If you’re looking for a place to trust, RMA is it! You will not be disappointed. Baby Price coming October 2024!!!

I’ve been to 2 other RE doctors and had little success. First round at RMA and success! The staff from the financial advisors to the doctors are amazing and help you the whole way through. I never felt like a number and it was so nice being able to talk to the nurses and doctors throughout the whole Process! Highly recommend!!

My experience with this facility was full of disappointment and left me with endless negative pregnancy tests, and piles of bills.When we first started with RMA, I understand there’s a process of initial testing that we have to go through, however, that testing never seemed to end. Four MONTHS into testing with no treatment in sight and no answers, we declined any further testing as everything came back normal except for PCOS. The gaslighting was horrible. We were told it was to ensure a “healthy pregnancy” but you can’t EVER guarantee a healthy pregnancy.At this point, RMA refused to treat us.So here we are, massive amounts of bills and procedures and bloodwork gone down the drain.*****We went down the street to SJF and all it took was ONE ROUND OF TREATMENTS to get our baby girl.Go elsewhere and save your $

THANK GOD FOR DR SIMONI AT RMA: He found the issue that NO ONE ELSE CAUGHT and I was pregnant, FIRST CYCLE. Ive been to other places (Cooper fertility and SJ fertility), seen by a total of 7 doctors between the two places, multiple retrievals and transfers, and NONE of those doctors were able to look at ME, think outside the box, and figure out the issue like Dr. Simoni at RMA did.If you are having issues with conceiving, there are MANY REASONS you could be having issues. Dont take the chance of going somewhere that treats every patient the same in hopes something will stick. What I am saying is: I HAVE SEEN WHAT IS OUT THERE and PLEASE save yourself grief, pain, time, and money and go to RMA. If you want to decide on where to go, look at reviews from people like me- I didnt have a straightforward case. Im not just a happy patient who happened across a place, got pregnant and am writing a happy-I-got-pregnant- review. I have been THROUGH IT and RMA should be where you put your trust in.If the CEO is reading this, great job with every way you are running this place. Billing department refreshingly thorough - Ive dealt w/ billing at other places and to say your billing department is amazing is an understatement. It is SO IMPORTANT to have people in billing be organized, caring, and know what they are doing- IVF is stressful enough! RMA billing and Rx team are so amazing and thorough in explaining things, and I know now that I previously overpaid on a LOT prior to coming to RMA. RMAs Rx team were able to find ways to save me THOUSANDS of dollars. They were responsive and incredible. I had no idea I could do prior authorizations on so many meds through my regular insurance plan without it eating into my fertility benefits or having to pay out of pocket at a preferred pharmacy. Shout out to Sadia from billing, who made me feel like I was her only client.Nursing-wise, Tori is an above and beyond nurse, so smart and thorough. She is truly an INCREDIBLE nurse (so great job on hiring an A+ nurse) and again, I have many nurses to compare her to. She is smart as a whip, efficient, and trustworthy to get things done - she made everything seamless. I felt like I was her only patient. You guys do NOT want to ever lose her as a nurse, she is worth her weight in gold, and some.Speaking of being worth their weight in gold, Dr. Simoni is incredible- again, he took the time to look at my case and figure out what was wrong with me. Like I said, no other doctor caught what he found. He actually looked at my case and took time to figure it out. That should be the rule but unfortunately know that it is the exception for doctors to care like Dr. Simoni does!I have met people who went to other doctors at RMA Marlton and although I dont remember what doctors they had, they all have the same experience that I have had. So they are doing something right and seem to have doctors who arent bogged down or burned out, have pride in what they do- because they do it well!Lastly, there are statistics online that give you outcomes of fertility clinics in the area, and RMAs stats blow other places out of the water. Look it up- DONT BE SILLY LIKE I WAS INITIALLY, JUST BASING YOUR CHOICE ONLY ON ONLINE REVIEWS, THE STATS ARE THERE!!! Just google ivf fertility clinic statistics and youll see what the CDC and SART have to say.Thank you RMA for being organized, caring, efficient, amazing, high tech, and just overall competent. Again, keep up the good work. Ill be shouting your praises to anyone that will listen.

Absolutely trash 🗑️ I did test on April 12th doctors still dont have results, everyone saying they sent and got confirmation but no one has results, sloppy establishment I definitely would not trust them to help with child if they cant Even find results from serious test. Drive further and avoidEDIT: 5/14 nice script respose , again i sent email in person to people at desk confirmed they got email said it would take 1 day been 7, ( had to get my own results released to me becuase they cant do anything like send them to anyone ) still waiting?

My doctor and nurse, and really all of the medical/clinical staff were amazing. They remembered who I was, had good communication, and took the time to explain things clearly.One star off is for billing/financial department. They still dont seem to be done resolving all of my billing from last summer and I graduated two weeks ago. I dont understand how my insurance can finish processing everything but RMA cant manage to give me a detailed description of services rendered, amounts charged, and payments made by both me and my insurance. Additionally, they wanted me to pay up front thousands of dollars for something that very clearly my insurance was going to cover. Billing here is rough but the medical team mostly makes up for it.

I kind of ended up seeing Dr. Franasiak in a round about way (not for fertility treatment BUT he was respectful of my issues despite them not maybe being what he typically sees every day). We met in his office first. He had reviewed my record. He asked me specifically what I wanted to focus on and he listened to me.We discussed all testing prior to any samples being taken (besides urine), and he explained it all and gave me plenty of opportunity to decline a test if I wasnt comfortable or interested.He did an ultrasound to follow-- performed and interpreted real time by himself, not an ultrasound tech. Then they took my blood.I am still waiting on results of the bloodwork, but I already have one diagnosis off the ultrasound and I have never felt so validated.10/10, best doctor I have been to in over a decade.

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our experience was at RMA. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we felt right at home. Dr. Franasiak is truly the best and most caring physician I have ever met. His patience, kindness, compassion, and knowledge were unmatched. I felt so comfortable in his care. He went out of his way to always call me personally with results/updates, and I never felt rushed during our conversations bothIn person and on the phone. He was so reassuring and always put me at ease. Our Nurse, Melissa Mikolon , was equally amazing! She answered my portal messages within minutes and was so patient and kind responding to all of my questions ( and I had a lot)! She was truly a pleasure to work with. She called with results extremely timely and explained instructions so thoroughly . She motivated and cheered us on throughout the IVF process, which was so helpful! Everyone else was so friendly and welcoming, from the phlebotomists to patient techs to the receptionists! Our patient navigator, Stacey, was so nice and responsive as well! It was truly bittersweet graduating from their care and moving onto our OB! The service at RMA is stellar and 5 star. The best care I have ever received.We are so grateful to RMA for helping us start our family!

Left in the dark about next steps. I took all my tests, and whilst everything came back fine, I’ve been seemingly ghosted. Very frustrating to deal with them.*UPDATE: after getting over the hump of the first month, the staff at RMA have been amazing. I’m so glad that I stuck it out with them.

RMA has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I create our family. Everyone has been so amazing through the entire process. Everything was discussed is detail from the very beginning and never felt left out of any detail in the process. I can’t recommend RMA enough!

My wife and I had a great experience seeing Dr. Simoni at RMA Marlton. Dr. Simoni has a laidback, low-key humorous approach and I thought it really helped take our minds off the stresses of going through IUI/IVF.We’re really appreciative of the rest of the team, from the nurses (shout out to Melissa Mikolon and her detailed follow-ups!), andrology team, acupuncturists, phlebotomists, receptionists, benefits team, etc. for their bedside manners and support through the process.It was a pretty stressful experience at times, but that was more-so a function our health insurance and lining that up with the timing of the IVF process. Regardless, we’re happy to say that we’re currently 12 weeks pregnant and we’re happy with the process at RMA! They’ve got an abundance of resources and articles on their website if you wanted to do some prior research on their methods.

I went to RMA Marlton for egg freezing and retrieval. It was an amazing experience. Dr. Frasniak, my nurse Hillary, Maria from financial services, all the phlebotomists, the anesthesiologist Mike and all the nurses for the surgical procedure were so knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring. My first consultation was early May, with the actual process beginning July 30. I appreciated the touch points in between those months and again throughout the freezing/retrieval process. Also, the RMA office in Marlton is very beautiful and has a calming vibe to it. Highly recommend!

RMA is a wonderful facility with caring, patient staff. Every appointment was easy and everyone was professional (but kind).My doctor, Dr. Simoni, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and was able to break everything down into understandable terms. All options were clearly described and I felt very informed. He was very gentle at every procedure and felt I was in safe hands.My nurse, Melissa Mikolon, was especially understanding and accommodating. She was able to work with my crazy schedule to deliver phone calls at times that worked for me, and she always answered any of my portal messages ASAP. I had a zillion questions and she was always so patient in explaining the answers to all of them.The rest of my team, including patient navigator (Melanie Allmer), and financial coordinator (Sadia Malik) were also kind and informative. Melanie helped a lot when there were issues with pharmacy approvals, and Sadia was able to fully and comprehensively explain the limits of my insurance and coverage.Finally, the phlebotomists there are incredible. A lot of blood is taken so you spend a lot of time with this branch of the staff. Everyone was so nice (even at 6am), and very skilled. I rarely walked out with more than a pin prick of blood in my bandage.I’m happy to say that, as a team, we were able to successfully get me pregnant! I will definitely be returning to RMA for my second baby when it’s time. Thank you everyone - definitely couldn’t have gotten here without you!

My experience so far at RMA has been great. Every employee has been so welcoming. All the doctors, nurses and staff are very thorough, take the time to make sure you are comfortable and go above and beyond what is expected. I would recommend RMA to anyone!!

Great experience at RMA. Dr. Simoni and his staff were amazing. They treat you like a patient and not a number. I was always able to get in touch with someone. And they kept me informed of my treatment plan and how things were going to go.

My husband and I sought out the RMA clinic after being directed by my gynecologist. After our appointment with Dr. Osman our hopes were high, we were advised by her that IVF would be the most appropriate option given our history; At the time I was 35 years old, in one of the exams carried out at the clinic it was determined that one of my tubes were blocked and my husband recently had his vasectomy reversed. The chances that I could get pregnant naturally were meager. After a few months of treatment, in April 2022 we transferred our (perfect embryo) words from Dr. Osman.Today, January 2023, I have my perfect son Theodore in my arms. My dream has come true, I am grateful for Dr. Osman and her incredible team at RMA Marlton. My heart is full of gratitude!

My husband and I started going to RMA marlton in August 2022. I see Dr. Osman and she is absolutely wonderful. It’s very clear she cares for her patients, is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has wonderful bed side manner. I’ve gotten to know Dr. Franasiak and Dr. Simoni through monitoring appointments and they are also very friendly and make me feel very comfortable. My nurse, Cristina is amazing and keeps me informed and is so responsive. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic. If you are looking for fertility experts in south Jersey, RMA is your answer! Also, the early morning hours are a dream for anyone who has an early commute like myself!

Please be cautious when going here - I had an appointment and had to cancel before I even went due to their insurance policies. My insurance covers 100% infertility and I personally got approval from them prior to going with the codes that they provided and they are an IN NETWORK provider. Two days before my appointment, I get a call stating that my insurance does not cover anything so Im a self-paying customer and I have to pay a minimum of $550 up front... but dont worry, they will still submit the claim and reimburse me if my insurance company covers it. Im not sure if people are aware but this is not how insurance works nor should you ever pay a provider up front besides your co-pay. If this absurd policy is in fact something RMA does frequently, a new client should be made aware of that when first calling.Why would I trust the doctors there to take care of me and personalize my treatment? This clinic is clearly more in it for the business and money rather than helping clients.

The only problem i have is that the aircondition was so strong i was freezing. Ask stuff to adjust and they were not willing to help

After a year of being passed around by 4 doctors who had conflicting recommendations, failed IUIs, a med error, and 2 failed cycles of IVF yielding no embryos from another nearby clinic with an “unexplained” infertility diagnosis I decided to come to RMA for a second opinion. Dr Franisiak and my nurse Tori have been absolutely wonderful. They listened to my concerns and actually spent time with me. I never felt rushed or disregarded. They have great bedside manner and compassion. We came up with a plan for my 3rd IVF round together and I was able to get embryos to transfer and bank. After that cycle I had my first FET which has been a success so far! I can’t recommend this practice and Dr F enough. If you are looking for a clinic in south jersey don’t even consider another place.

Dr. Franasiak and the team at RMA are the best. Do yourself a favor and go here. You are about to go on a difficult journey and you want the best care. Even though it’s hard, they make the process as easy as it can possibly be with their exceptional care. They are super organized with insurance and payments so there are no issues, their facility is state of the art and brand new, all of the staff are so lovely and compassionate. The other doctors are really great, too! When I was scared right before my egg retrieval, Dr. Franasiak was there holding my hand, when I was feeling sorry for myself during all the morning monitoring hours, the staff at the front desk were there with little presents for patients like pineapple socks and tote bags, candy and little activities like a pumpkin decorating contest. It’s the little things and the kindness that got me through some really hard times on my ivf journey. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them again when we are ready to try for baby number two. They’ve given me my daughter, the greatest gift of my life. Thank you, RMA!

So far things are ok. The people who work there are all very nice and listen to you. The lady who took my blood was one of the best Ive ever met. I just wish as a larger woman things where a bit more doable like the hsg test.. but Im working to lose weight regardless. Over all current rating is 4/5

I started going to RMA Marlton in February 2021 and have recently gave birth to my miracle baby boy. I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling to conceive! Everyone made you feel welcomed and safe from the front desk and phlebotomists, to my amazing nurse Tori, and Dr. Franasiak and NP Hayley. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You gave us a gift that we will forever be grateful for. I remember my first day at my consultation with Dr. Franasiak and I cried because of the unknown but he made my husband and I feel so much better about the process and we knew RMA was the right place for us. I hope to be back soon for baby #2! Thank you all again!

Visited this medical group and it was an excellent experience. The facility was super clean and well-maintained. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I felt well taken care of during my visit. Highly recommend this place for your medical needs!

I can’t thank Dr.Osman and the staff at RMA enough for all they have done. Because of them and IVF, my husband and I welcomed our first child, a beautiful, healthy baby boy. He is the light of our lives, and it is all thanks to them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about RMA Marlton and Dr. Osman. From our initial consultation to our successful outcome, Dr. Osman, my nurse Beth Harley, and the entire staff of doctors and nurses were amazing. Dr. Osman and Beth were always available by phone or email and were beyond compassionate during this stressful journey. What I appreciated most was Dr. Osman setting realistic expectations of outcomes and reviewing my treatment plan and the why behind it. I always felt informed and aware of next steps. Dr. Franasiak is kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The nurses are quick to respond, and they are supportive of patient input. I feel like part of the team than just the patient. They include me on all the conversations, and are thoughtful with their interventions. I highly recommend starting with the best!

I came to RMA after South Jersey Fertility Marlton and instantly felt like I made the right choice switching. I was always listened to and heard no matter what my concern. The doctors and Haley the NP knew me, my case, and my treatment plan inside and out. Kim, Beth, and Haley were so encouraging and supportive and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable during IVF. My only regret is that I had to go to basking ridge for retrieval and transfer and the new branch wasn’t open yet! But Basking Ridge was great. I cried when we were exited from RMA at 8 weeks pregnant and honestly I feel my OB is lacking because I’m not getting the attention and support that I did at RMA! We are so thankful for them! Highly recommended.

Omg!!! Dr Osman is amazing, she help me get through my IVF. Even when I want to give up, she was there for me. My baby boy is three months and he’s very heathy.

I can’t recommend RMA Marlton enough. I saw Dr. Kaser (before he went to CA) and then Dr. Franasiak for the 2nd half of my time as a patient. Both were amazing! As well as every staff member there. They are all kind, caring and respectful of the process you are going though. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and I wouldn’t be at this point without them. I highly suggest if you are looking for an IVF clinic that this is the one you reach out to.

Dr. Franasiak helped me with being caustically optimistic and gave me the privacy and professionalism that is needed for these sensitive situations. I am grateful to have found this office and recommend RMA to anyone I know who is experiencing any form of infertility. We have a beautiful 8 month old and couldnt imagine life without her and of course without RMA. I am forever grateful to this practice, Dr. Franasiak and Dr. Kaser and all the nurses and support staff. Thank you for all you do!

Staff is very friendly and helpful but I did not feel that my protocol was tailored to my diagnosis, which ultimately led to a failed IVF cycle. Every patient is on the same cycle and facetime with doctors is limited. I really wanted to have success here but unfortunately I have moved on to another facility.

I recently visited the new RMA office in Marlton, NJ after deciding to get AMH testing done in preparation of TTC. My experience couldnt have been better! From the front desk staff and the phlebotomist to the Nurse Practitioner who called me with my results, my experience was top notch! I felt completely informed and educated along the way and will definitely turn to RMA in Marlton with any future fertility needs.

Whether we got pregnant or not, I would recommend this place to anyone about to start their fertility journey. The facility is immaculate and the people that work there are stellar. You are treated like an individual and not just cranked in and out. Thank you to all of you!

Not recommended it at all, spend 60 k at there for nothing , and after I failed transfer , the doctor wanted me go back there to talk to me , then sent me $ 1000 bill for a 5 minute talk

We went to RMA and Dr. Franasiak after 5 rounds of IVF at two previous clinics. He was thorough, patient, caring and direct. After one round with RMA we have our beautiful almost 6 month old son.

The two stars are for early hours and follow up after a procedure. Doctors push you for IVF as soon as first appointment. Money talks in this office. Very disappointed in terms of Doctors trying to push you for expensive IVF. I was expecting a better care as Doctors swear after they receive their Doctorate is to put patient first, not money first. Loss of effort, time and money. Its a shame.

This place is all about the money like others mentioned. No real help was given and they billed my insurance in a way to make themselves more money out of my pocket. Now I am stuck with a bill I should’ve never been stuck with and zero answers. Another doctor who completely ignored my endometriosis concern and just told me to get birth control while charging me hundreds of dollars.

Extremely caring staff. Doctors that can work miracles. Highly recommend. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bergh. He is willing to think outside of the box, involves holistic treatment, and considers other things that other doctors simply missed.

The doctors and staff are incredible. This was our second clinic and they tripled our egg retrieval numbers. Thanks to them we have our beautiful daughter. I’ve recommended them to many people.

Lack of professionalism on new patient intake. Wait for extended period of time listening to music then to an absolutely rude operator. Very bad first impression.

Doctors doesnt listen to your concern and they force us to do all genetic and other tests that are not necessary and important . They only advice us for ivf in first appointment without giving any medications. They do all the other which are not covered under insurance only for money. Its Iike a business for money .

Amazing staff! They are so caring, so passionate and so knowledgeable. We are definitely going back here in another year or so!

Dr.franaziak and Dr.K both have great bedside manners they have both gone above and beyond through my cycles to ensure I’ve gotten the best care possible! The staff in the office have all been very kind and helpful!!

First appt IVF was a solution after 30 to 45 mins of a meeting...!!! They push you to get the most expensive procedure and its all about the money!!! No doubt!

Financial department costumer service are disgusting all of you should be working on jail not in fertility clinic RUDE heartless I hope all of you never on you nasty life have to deal whit health issues and pay for how you treat people
