Aubrey is always very prompt and nice. She goes over everything and explains everything very well. I have enjoyed my time with her. She is always on time and I hardly ever have to wait. If I get there early enough I am usually out of the office by the time my actual appointment is supposed to be. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Riley, as always, does her job - which is always a little awkward for the patient but she has a way of getting it over with quickly and without any awkwardness. She’s expanded her practice to provide other services that women may want or need. Very women-focused practice. I’ve been seeing her for several years and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Her staff are so easy to work with and responsive when you have some urgent need. I feel lucky that we have a physician like her in our small community.

Dr. Rice and her whole staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I will highly recommend them and will return to them in the future. Plus they were very understanding that I needed to bring my son with me and helped me with his wheelchair. Everyone was so great with him too. Thank yall for everything. I really appreciate it.

I came to Dr. Riley as a new patient. I’m 49 so I didn’t know what to expect after seeing the same doctor(elsewhere) for 29 years. Dr. Riley was great! Very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was in and out (yearly exam , pap, etc) in less than an hour and didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend Dr Riley!

Maurine was very in depth in explaining and educating medications and reasons for things. She was very kind and pleasant to be around. She was very easy to talk to and was not judgemental.

I have been going to Hailey Hutchinson and Dr. Riley for 10+ years and now Aubrey Rice has joined the practice. I was apprehensive about starting over with a new provider even at the same practice but Aubrey was amazing. The wait time is minimal in most cases and quality of care is superb. Everyone is friendly and courteous making for a much more pleasant visit in a potentially very uncomfortable situation.

What an amazing place. I had the opportunity to see Audrey and she was wonderful. Very informative and I enjoyed that we were able to talk about my visit. The whole staff was very professional and positive.

Jessie was absolutely amazing! She’s upbeat, and so kind. She took time to listen to all of my questions, and she helped me make a plan that best fits me. I haven’t got that kind of care in a long time! I’m so happy to be going to Namaste.

I was seeing a midwife at Vanderbilt that I truly adored, but the drive wasn’t conducive to everything that we had going on. She gave the recommendation to see Robin. I am so very glad that I switched. She is truly an AMAZING and caring provider. But it doesn’t stop with her. Denise, the nurse is always pleasant and remembers details that seem insignificant that nurses in larger practices often ignore. It is also super convenient that they partner with the high risk team and I don’t have to drive to multiple offices. Everything is handled right there in office and everyone I have encountered with the HR team is also very pleasant, patient, helpful, and encouraging. Being in the army and having 6 childrens worth experience with different offices and providers, this has been by far the best experience I’ve had!

I have always been relaxed at dr riley’s office they make you not have anxiety wich is great!!! the staff is awesome too.

Dr. Reilly and her staff are amazing at what they do. Even when I first started as a new patient, everyone was always warm and inviting. They took their time to explain things to me so that I could better understand everything that was happening. The wait really isnt long and the staff is just great.

I started getting my prenatal care here after a bad experience with Arizons Obstetrics and Gynecology. I absolutely loved their midwife whose name is Robin. She made me feel at home and she was super informative.Update: I still have had no bad experiences with Namaste. They have been very helpful with all of my questions and they offer many classes. I love love love Robin. She has been so wonderful to us. I highly recommend her.

I started going to this office in 2020 after I suffered a miscarriage and I was not getting better. The nurse practitioner was very nice but did not know how to help me. She overdosed me with progesterone. I told them over and over how I was having deathly panic attacks and my heart hurting and burning. I had horrible cramps and throwing up and would bleed 3 weeks out of the month. On top of that my levels were low. I just kept going and believing them because they are doctors right? Lol what a joke. I went all this time and STILL NO RESOLUTION. And I finally saw the doctor back in January of this year. It took over a year for me to even see the doctor and she was so fast and couldnt even listen to me. She was all over the place and didnt care what I said. I spend all this money and time and end up with no resolution besides putting me back on birth control when my Urologist took me off birth control because of the permanent damage. So here I am again on birth control. But thats fine. I will be going to a different doctor. The second time I saw the actual doctor I had Forms for intermittent leave. You people have no clue what I go through on a daily basis and because of not getting the proper treatment. I have had intermittent leave for going on 10 years and I happen to switch jobs God forbid!!! And on top of that I dont have a regular doctor to go to. The nurse practitioner and the doctors nurse decided to talk about me right when I was walking past them. The most unprofessional, rude, AND insulting thing I have ever had to deal with at the doctors office where I am suppose to feel comfortable and not feel alientated. Bullies. And on top of this year and a half they never helped me and just made me worse! And now I have to back track and GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR I originally was going to but thats fine because it was a mistake going to this place to begin with! I had to go there because of my insurance and it was the only doctors office in the area. They took my money and didnt help me and just made my health worse and really messed my whole life up. I would not recommend this place.

Theres a lot to like about this place, especially Robin, the midwife. But... as for how the front desk is run there is a lot lacking. Between miscommunications and it being almost 20 minutes after theyve opened and their phone systems still havent been switched over and their voicemail not being set up is quite irritating.Update: I meant to update this well before now, but they addressed my concerns immediately after leaving my review. I can only apologize for being all pregnant and hormonal at the time. No problems since then and I would love to reiterate how much I love these people. Dr. Riley, Robin (who delivered my little girl) and everyone else there, just great and friendly people. And they are amazingly patient no matter how hormonal you are!!!

You all should really get free Wi-Fi if you’re gonna make us wait so long. I always have a 2-3 hour appointment every time I come. I wait that long for a 5-10 min visit even when their is barely anyone here. I think it’s crazy how long I have to wait for silly appointments. I only Chose this place because me it’s in my driving range.

They working staff is so nice I go there a lot and they have never made me feel bad or guilty like I was wasting their time. Im very inquisitive and ask a lot of questions and they took the time to explain everything g. I love Hailey and Ashley as they are the ones I see. I barely saw Dr Riley maybe 2 appts and during my c-section. But she was nice I like being seen by the other girls I suppose because I have seen them on a regular basis. I love Namastae!

Haley Hutchinson is the best, I feel that I can talk and tell her anything. I love her being my nurse.

I have been to other offices where I’ve felt like a number, but this facility makes me feel important. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I cant speak highly enough about the staff and doctors at Namaste OBGYN. Their combination of professionalism and excellent treatments is exactly what one would want. Furthermore, their aesthetics department is an added plus to the practice so that one could get all their lady treatments done in one place!

I’ve been here for primary care and also laser treatments. Everyone is always super friendly and considerate. Hardly ever have a wait time. I would definitely recommend them.

My appointment was in January 2022. Immediately after the appointment I was told by Namaste that my insurance covered the entire visit because I had one free visit for the year. Four months later I get a $220 bill in the mail for that same appointment. After calling my insurance and then the Namaste office, I was told it was an error on Namaste’s part, but no offer was made to remedy the mistake. Very unprofessional.

The place is usually nice but my friend called and the woman on the phone laughed at her. My friend had a serious question and was scared and the woman who answered had the audacity to laugh at her. I thought of all places they should understand when someone is worried, yes its over something that might sound dumb to them but my friend was genuinely concerned.

The nurses and PA there where very nice and answered any question I had with no hesitation. Very understanding and helpful.

The doctor came right in and right out without saying much put me on a medicine without telling me the truth about it basically lied to my face and I found out only because I went to the hospital and they told me she came In with a belly t-shirt on vary unpleasant experience I wont be going back for sure never calls to remind of upcoming appointments wont let you talk and say what you feel very disappointed its where you cant even trust doctors anymore be aware.

I had gone to Namaste when it first opened in McMinnville. At that time I didnt feel it was a good fit the day I went. I did not receive a follow up call for test results as I am used to. I thought ok; I will call them to get the results. I was told that I had to make an appointment for the results. I however didnt go back. I paid the bill as I thought it was. Several months later I get a letter stating that they had sent several statements and have had no success and they were turning it over to collections. I called and mentioned that I had NOT received any statements. They then said Ok we will stop the collections and then I paid what was owed immediately.I recently started having trouble and knew I needed alot of test and I didnt want to travel to another county. I thought I would give it another chance in hopes things improved.I went for my first visit and I was feeling good about my decision. I had seen a NP. I had several visits but did not see the actual doctor at all. Things were discussed and a decision was made to check me for a certain thing by a scope. The few days before the surgery; I saw the doctor and I specifically asked we are checking for...... She said yes and explains that a sample would be taken and it would be determined from the sample.The day of the surgery (2hours late); the nurse asked what procedure I was having and I told her and she said no that is not how you check for that. I did however go ahead with procedure even though I should have not. After the procedure; the doctor did NOT talk to my husband or me about the findings. I called the doctors office a few days later to mention that the doctor didnt have the courtesy to speak to us. They came back to say that she said she was running behind and didnt have time.I went for the follow up visit and I mentioned to the doctor about I thought that I was getting checked for a certain thing. She said oh no we were checking for ...... I told her that no wonder the nurse at the surgery center looked at me crazy.I then thought; maybe I misunderstood so I called the office again and I got the same answers.I then made an appointment with another doctor out of town and I chose to get my medical records. When I picked up my records; a lady met me at the window and spouted off that I had to have a waiting period of 6 weeks before I could have another procedure with them. I proceeded to explain that was not the reason I was moving from them. She insisted I was leaving because I was upset that I couldnt get another procedure done at that time. I just dropped it and did not say anything because there was a waiting room full of people and this person did not know the entire story.I really wanted to see if I misunderstood. Upon the review of the records; I confirmed that I did not misunderstand.I had the surgery that I should have had 6 weeks later and was very please with the doctor and the outcome. I had no stress or confusion. The doctor met with me the first day and explained and showed illustrations. Very good doctor Dr.Makis.Wait,,,it isnt over yet.I received a letter in the mail yesterday from Namaste just like the letter I received the first time I visited Namaste. It was turning it over to collections. I have not received 1 statement from this office since I went to them in July of this year.I do NOT recommend this doctor as she does not have time. She may be a good doctor but it seems she has taken on more than she can handle.I hope things can turn around for her so that is why I have written a review.
