⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Started off going to a different clinic early in my pregnancy, but they were awful so i switched to OGA around my second trimester.I absolutely LOVED being seen at OGA. The staff at the front were always super friendly and helpful, and they were always able to schedule me for days/times that worked best for me :)They were also flexible with payments, which was a life saver.The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, with lots of seating so you can have some space from other people. The mini fridge with bottles of water was an excellent touch and very much appreciated!!I saw several different providers, depending on who was available with my schedule. I loved every single one. I never had anything but positive experiences at OGA and i am so grateful. Each one i saw spent sufficient time with me, and they were not judgemental or condescending at all. I never felt rushed or not listened to. Genuinely the kindest, most caring providers i have ever seen. The actual rooms were very clean and cozy as well!10/10, would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed, y’all left my daughter on hold for 2 hours! Nope! Done!!Basically the office staff needs to figure out how to do business better. I think your Doctor needs needs new staff answering the phones.One thing I cannot understand is how anyone professional can’t do anything professional these days. We are finding a different practice, very disappointed.👎🏼

I went to OGA years ago in high school and again when I found out I was pregnant this year. I didnt like that I didnt have a doctor assigned to me for my pregnancy. When I expressed this concern they were nonchalant and said I could try to meet everyone but probably wouldnt be able to. It kind of felt like I was just a number or like cattle getting through. Each doctor gave a different week of pregnancy that I was in, so I never felt like I actually knew how far along I was or the due date (as that changed between doctors as well). Disappointed for sure.

OGA Meridian is amazing! The entire staff has always treated me well and made me feel like my health and well-being matters to them. I adore Kyla Shaver, shes very informative and listens intently to my needs. Ive also seen Scott Armstrong for a tubal and he was kind, listened, and made the process super easy. He was very proactive and not only did my tubal, but removed a small spot of endemtrial tissue that was found.The Nampa clinic has been good to me as well. Ive only had one eh experience with them and that was several years ago. I love the receptionists and the people who do scheduling very specifically. They tell me exactly whats needed on a referral and have gotten me in quickly many times. Theyre very good about sending you to the Meridian clinic if your provider has an opening over there.Overall, I appreciate everyone Ive interacted with at OGA and the philosophy they have. Ive never had to fight for my needs, theyve always just listened and trusted me to know my own body. If I could give them more stares, I absolutely would.

I cant express enough how incredible Jill Dawson is as my OBGYN. She is both a compassionate human being and a highly skilled doctor. Jill truly listens to her patients and takes the time to understand their concerns.I was referred to Jill by another doctor I see, and despite my initial fear about seeing a new doctor, I am so grateful I followed through with the recommendation. Jill has extensive knowledge, experience, and insight when it comes to individuals without or with a history of abuse that affects their bodies. She is incredibly patient and has a knack for redirecting conversations if she notices youre struggling, making her a very safe person to be around. Jill never pushes you if youre not ready; she allows you to take your time for exams, which shows her pride in her patients, especially those with trauma. She explains what she is doing and when she will be doing something, which helps tremendously.Jill also explains concerns or issues in a way that you can understand and always helps find solutions to make you feel better. As a trauma survivor, Jill does amazing with me, and I couldn’t ask for a better provider who is patient and genuinely cares for my well-being. Her nurses, Marilyn and Tanya, are also great. I love having all three of them on my team for medical support. Their collaboration with Jill makes communication much easier for me, so I dont have to constantly repeat my history to new nurses.Lastly, the front desk individuals at both the Meridian and Eagle locations are fantastic. They are quick to support, schedule, and answer calls. Its a great team when it comes to front desk service.If you need a great, supportive, caring, and patient OBGYN, I highly recommend Jill Dawson. :)

Dr. Uranga and Jill are both awesome providers! Both have answered my questions and provided me with the highest level of care. Being that this was a new office to me I was nervous for my first few visits and now I can safely say Im very happy with my decision to come here! Thanks for making me feel so cared for from the moment I check in, til I check out!

Re: OGA Most excellent experience from reception staff, to nurse, to Dr. Armstrong, to scheduler. Confident in treatment i received to move forward with my scheduled treatment plan. I am 55, so it was nice to have a good experience as a patient beyond child bearing years.

Horror experience. From a doctor telling us to go to Oregon after our first ultrasound and years of trying to get pregnant to the front desk getting insurance wrong for months…unwilling to make appointments with me over $100 that was their mistake of billing? Then getting a call to start payment plans on the delivery when I am only 15 weeks pregnant? This place is an absolute joke! I understand they don’t see many clients with disabilities but don’t treat women this way. Especially pregnant ladies who have enough stress as it is. I happily switched to Saint Alphonsus and no billing issues!! Plus care that got my baby’s gender in sooner! So happy now that OGA treated me poorly to point me in the right direction of care for my family.

Tracey Kopperud is my favorite doctor!❤️👍 I thank God 🙏🙌 for this amazing and wonderful professional who loves her job and listens with her heart!!! I love my doctor and the nurse, all OGA clinic. They all make a difference in womens health! Thank you to all of them!!!❤️😍💐

Dr Kopperud was not rushed, explained everything well, and was very kind and laid back. Additionally, both the receptionist and nurse were also very pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints!

I met with Kyla Shaver, NP, and cant say enough good things! She was so thorough with her approach. Ive never felt so cared for or confident in my treatment plan ever after leaving a health practitioners office.

Jill Dawson is the absolute best! I have been seeing her for years. She always listens to me and I never feel rushed. She is always good at making me feel comfortable.

Great staff and I really like Dr Richards. She really listens to concerns and offers helpful advice. She never makes you feel rushed even when you know youre taking up her time. Shes very calming.

I went in seeking answers after a year of unexplained prolonged bleeding/ extreme pelvic pain and to understand my options moving forward so I could make a decision on if surgery was the right method for me. I was told that they could manage my bleeding but not my pain and I was also told that being a woman is hard.I was extremely frustrated because I left with more questions than answers about what would be my best option other than to push birth control on me in hopes it ceases the bleeding (so far that method has not worked) or suggesting my husband get a vasectomy which has no relevance to my issues.Needless to say I’ll be seeking medical care elsewhere.

I wish I would have listened to the poor reviews before seeking and establishing care at OGA.When I first called to set an appointment I was consistently asked my insurance over and over again when I didn’t know it at that moment. They kept assuming I was from Nampa and sounded very discriminatory towards me but it changed when I said I lived in Eagle. I am high risk and have had blood clots in my previous pregnancy which means I need to be on blood thinners to prevent future blood clots in my other pregnancies and was told I will always go to Maternal Fetal Medicine so they can carefully watch me and baby. One of the Oga doctors said no I’ll be fine and they’re fully equipped to watch me at their office. Well I as able to find a different office and I am now seeing MFM because I am high risk and they couldn’t believe the doctorat Oga never sent me. Made me feel uncomfortable because I was told differently from two very prestige clinics in Bellevue and issaquah Washington. I decided to trust Oga anyways. I was also told they “Share” doctors and you will not be with just one doctor for your prenatal visits unless you are having a c-section. They also started a payment plan for labor and delivery costs at 10 weeks pregnant and I needed to pay to continue care even though I have had miscarriages after 10 weeks. Labor and delivery wasn’t even a thought at 10 weeks because of how worried I get of my miscarriages. They have terrible bedside manners, they only want money and sounds like from previous reviews they have been discriminate towards patients. Always go with your instinct!

I am currently 37 weeks almost 38 weeks with colostasis. The disregard for my blood work is quite insane. The last time they did my blood work was in March. My bile acids are fine but my liver test is high. The rotation of OBs makes it nearly impossible for you to have consistent watch over your blood work and your NfTs. I had my nft today and didn’t see any of the Obs I recognize because they are on vacation? The schedulers keep scheduling my appointments wrong.the front desk is beautiful they are so wonderful and do their absolute best but the care I’ve been receiving here is horrible. I have a seizure disorder annd it makes it difficult for me to be driving and cannot by anny means go to anny other location but they kept trying to schedule me for nampa because no one is in the office. They are all gone except maybe like four OBs and you’ll never receive the same care for the same Ob here and I feel like that will cause a lot of important details to be missed. I expressed that my baby has had reduced fetal movement. I got the nft done and near the end I watch my baby’s heart rate plummet from 130 to 88 bpm the machine is beeping and this blonde older ob says I’m fine and sends me home. They dismiss my concerns are not working together on my blood work and I’m just frustrated I will not be returning as I’ll be getting a second opinion at a different practice and pray that my baby will be ok. Maybe it’s because I’m Muslim and I’m getting really poor care because of prejudice but this was definitely the last straw . Every time I walked into the office it was nearly empty yet they had such a hard time scheduling my appointments.I’m disappointed terrified and quite frankly very upset that I was so dismissed today.

I absolutely love OGA. They have been there with me through high school, 3 births and everything in between. Dr. Scott Armstrong delivered two of my babies and he is the most compassionate, caring doctor anyone could ask for. He was out of the country for my last baby but everyone here is amazing! I have seen almost every doctor at some point in time and have not been disappointed. The medical assistants, ultrasound techs and staff have always been great and courteous as well! I highly recommend if youre looking for a professional, courteous, friendly OBGYN.

They got my daughter in as a new patient quickly because of her acute needs. She has some unusual qualities and I am her guardian and they respected that role. They also saw her as a human with unique needs and were gentle, kind and respectful. Dr. Lopez was kind, informative and intelligent. Phlebotomists were helpful and kind.

Best care available! Will be forever grateful for their thoroughness in my health care. Thank-you, OGA...and specifically, Dr. Richards!

I have been seeing Doctor Pittard and he has made this pregnancy such a wonderful experience. He has great bedside manners and actually listens to me. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and his answers them in a very professional/ blunt way. Which I truly appreciate that. I’ve had negative experiences with other doctors at this OGA place but I have really enjoyed being under doctor pittards care.I would highly recommend him.

I had an awesome experience and loved Kyla Shaver NP!! I will definitely be asking for her again she was friendly, professional and informative with my concerns. OGA has a good staff of people been going there for years.

I was late and Dr. Gentrys staff all worked together to get me in including Dr Gentry. Didnt even wait long. Any where else I would have had to reschedule. Great place

I have been going to OGA for nearly 15 years and have had 3 healthy babies with them. Their office is always clean, professional, and speedy. The group of providers are absolutely amazing, but just a couple special mentions to a couple outstanding providers… Jill Dawson who has been there since I started going. Her bedside manner is out of this world. She remembers her patients and takes a special interest in their lives. She is very knowledgeable and educates in a way that makes sense! Next Dr. Richards, I can’t say enough good about her. She is always very cheerful which creates such a positive environment. She took care of me through an ectopic pregnancy loss, my pregnancy with preeclampsia, and the birth of my last child. The trust I have in her is unmatched. Our family and our community are so lucky to have her.

Very little wait, took me back almost exactly at my appointment time. The staff was very nice. Dr. Schroeder took the time to discuss my concerns and questions with me. I did not feel rushed at all. I’d definitely recommend.

Jen Newman, NP was everything you could want in a medical professional. Took her time, answered questions, and is so dang wonderful! So happy I found Jen.

I was seen at the Nampa clinic with a different provider, but recently switched to Dr. Uranga and she is the best! She took my concerns seriously, and offered me different solutions that I didnt know could be possible due to my age. My appointment with her did feel a bit rushed, but there was a mix-up on the times that was communicated to me, which I really appreciated from the staff. Could not ask for a better person to oversee my care

I recently started going here after months and months of trying to find a doctor who would take me seriously and believe me when I say I’m in agonizing pain. Dr. Bronwyn Richards was such a breath of fresh air for me! From the moment I met her I could feel her warmth and compassion, and she instantly validated me. She just performed a surgery on me and she did an incredible job! You can tell right when you meet her that she’s extremely intelligent and that is so comforting as a patient!Finding Dr. Richards has been a life changer for me, because even though I know I can’t cure my disease and I’m still going to suffer, it makes the world of difference having a doctor that you feel like genuinely cares about you and wants to do everything they can to help you! I can’t say enough nice things about her! I’m super grateful for her! I would recommend her to everybody!And everyone else at the clinic has been absolutely amazing as well! I’m very very impressed with OGA!

I don’t like the last minute canceling of some of the doctors, and had a bad experience with Dr Pittard when discussing my mental health meds. But Carra the nurse, and Madison the NP I would recommend a million times, they are the best, she has never canceled and they go out of their way to listen, explain, and ease your mind 100% and that’s important to me since I have lost two babies with my old provider Dr Miza from St Lukes she was horrible and definitely didn’t understand how to relate to someone, but again if you go grab Madison if you can she’s AMAZING!

The front desk staff was great. They wanted to charge me $1500 for delivery even though I was only 15 weeks at the time and would not be delivering till May and they kept saying my insurance didn’t cover it when speaking to my insurance they informed me my deductible had been met and shouldn’t have to pay anything. Every appointment was rushed and I left feeling clueless with zero information. The doctors I would see made me feel too young to be having a baby. I would not recommend OGA to anyone. I wish I listened to the reviews about this office.

Great place to receive GENERAL INFORMATION.However If youre having abnormal symptoms I would highly NOT recommend.My doctor Referred me to this clinic For my annual exam & to get my CT & ultrasound results in detail. It the appointment I received basic information that would apply to anyone on the street. She recommends I have another ultrasound just 30 days after the first one which would result in non-coverage with most insurance companies . She was unable to read the CT results and did not perform the annual exam. VERY disappointing waist of time and money. Definitely would not recommend..

I’m so glad I was referred by my doctor to come to see Dr. Armstrong! The care is personal and full of kindness. His humble and wise treatment got the ball rolling in the right direction to get answers and help. Glad I was referred to him by my specialist. He really listened and asked questions to make sure he understood me and the situation of my health. He even knew that his teammates were a great resource to reach out too and make an even better plan to help me which shows confidence, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and love for his patients care, treatment, recovery. Everyone I’ve interacted with at OGA has been great! I’ve only been to the Meridian location. Even when it’s busy it feels like a comfortable and welcoming place. Allyson Bates is my provider and she’s been great to work with. She has a down-to-earth approach and has been kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly figured out why I was having certain symptoms and helped me choose a treatment that was right for me. Very glad I made my appointment at OGA!

Finally I found Dr’s that listened to me and helped me find solutions to my chronic pain I had been dealing with for years. I have felt very well taken care of and in charge of my medical plan.

This is such a wonderful office. The staff are so warm and helpful, and I have seen Dr. Armstrong through two pregnancies and after for all other care. He is phenomenal! I hardly ever have to wait for my appointments, and the office is very clean. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Armstrong performed my surgery and as always was amazing. The nurses at the Saltzer Surgical center were all great and all 3 nurses that helped me commented that I selected a really good doctor. I have had nothing but good experiences with OGA Women’s Health in Meridian and would recommend them to anyone looking for care.

Took a bit of time to get an appointment (surgeons and specialists are busy people!) but every other aspect of my visit was exceptional. Dr. Uranga explained my diagnosis thoroughly, and the different available treatment options. She was patient and answered all my questions, and asked a lot of her own, until I was comfortable choosing the treatment option I felt was right for me. Very impressed with her, and her team.

The staff are all very professional and compassionate. I never feel rushed. I always feel listened to and cared for.

If you want a fast, calm, relaxing and friendly environment they are a most I was so relaxed and calm the whole time and everyone there was super friendly and answered all my question without rushing me.

OGA is an overall great company. The staff are all so kind and professional. I saw Annie Fife, and she was amazing. It took me two years to finally find someone who would take the time to listen and discuss my symptoms and to help me understand what is going on in my body. She made me feel comfortable, heard,and cared for. I left with a renewed sense of hope.

Dr. Leigh Hess is wonderful! I felt like I was with a friend, someone who genuinely cared about me. She was very kind and had great bedside manner. I felt like I could relax with her. She has a very trusting and calming personality. I made sure to grab her business card so that I could share it with friends!

OGA is a great place. If you are looking for somewhere tidy, and with welcoming staff I would recommend this place! I saw both Doctor Jill, and Jen. And they were fabulous in being very understanding and helpful of my needs. One thing I haven’t loved and is the reason I put 4/5 stars is the wait time for doctors. I sat waiting for probably 20-30 minutes and I had to leave for a different appointment.

Jill Dawson is amazing. Actually cares and listens to her patients. I’ve been going to Oga for the past 15 years and been very happy with the care I’ve received from Jill.

OGA is amazing! I’ve had bad experiences with scheduling at other OBGYN practices, but at OGA it is easy to schedule and the front staff is friendly and helpful. The nurses/techs are great and never make you feel rushed during your appointment yet they always start you on time. I’ve also never had to wait more than a couple minutes to see the doctor.They are a large group with a lot of expertise, yet their office has a small and high-quality feel to it. Overall they provide stellar service and really seem to care about their patients. I would definitely recommend OGA to anyone looking for an OBGYN experience better than any of the hospitals around here can provide.

My experiences at OGA were terrible:First Appointment - Dr. Schroeder in Meridian made assumptions about what I was looking for which was weight loss but I was looking for overall health diagnostics because I had some new symptoms that lead me to believe something was wrong. When I tried to get her to listen, she was stuck on her assessment and then said she couldn’t help me then told me she would bill me at a different charge for a service she didn’t perform and asked me if that was ok.Second appointment, after the first experience I did talk to the executive director about what happened and she reschedule me with a different provider. Anne Fife in Meridian. At my second appointment I waited 30 mins past my time for the Dr. thus making my appointment rushed.Third appointment, I got yet a different provider, Kyla Shaver, who read my test results, by far this was the most normal appointment. We discussed coming back for a minor procedure that could be done by also my primary care physician. I scheduled the procedure for a month later, in the first available time, and they told me the appt with NP Shaver would be in Nampa.In between that appointment and the next I received multiple calls about my insurance info that they lost so I had to re-share that info again and again.I went to Nampa on the day of my appointment only to be told the NP was in Meridian and because I would now be late - I would have to reschedule. After waiting 30 mins for them in the past and after they made a mistake in directing me to the wrong office, it apparently it wasn’t in their protocols or practices to help a patient and figure out how to fix an error on their part so that my health could be in a better spot.After all of these terrible customer experiences, I decided OGA was not the place for me. I have never had such a consistently bad experience at a provider organization in my entire life, experiences such a lack of compassion, accountability, and a lack of care for women’s health - especially by a women ran clinic was really disheartening. Its not a wonder than many people are fed up with places like OGA and are opting for other non-traditional options.

I would not recommend going to OGA. The last time I went into the clinic I saw Tracy Kouperrud and she was beyond rude during my entire appointment. She immediately started judging me the second she walked into the door telling me how “obese” I was (which I am not) and that I needed to stop eating and drinking whatever I was doing up to this point and drink more water. (As I have a 40oz cup of water with me). Never once did she consider asking about my eating habits or if I’ve ever struggled with food issues before and as someone who is a high risk pregnancy she didn’t even bother to reschedule me. I asked her MULTIPLE times if I needed another appointment as I am now 34 weeks pregnant and she told me “no you’re fine, don’t worry about it”. When in reality I should’ve been rescheduled. I will NEVER recommend this place or be returning. Instead I will be seeing the Boise Women’s clinic and transferring my remaining appointments there. So beyond upset.

Jennifer Newman is wonderful. She’s helped me with birth control options and now fertility treatments. Highly recommend.

Jill Dawson is a wonderful gynecologist. She is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, and always makes me feel seen and cared about. I have also had nothing but a positive experience from her nurse and the office staff at the Meridian OGA.

Kyla is great! She is warm, friendly, thoughtful, listened to all of my concerns, and included me in development of a treatment plan. All of the staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend Kyla and OGA.

This was my first time at OGA. Checking in at the front desk was quick and easy. Also, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Tina came to take me to the room to meet with Dr Armstrong. She was also very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Dr Armstrong came in, and to be honest, I was a little hesitant. As soon as he came into the room and we started talking about my needs, I felt comfortable. He had a great bedside manner, took his time to explain everything, and listened to me. I was very happy with his knowledge and also his patience with me. I would highly recommend him. It would be great if there were more doctor offices like theirs and more doctors like Dr Armstrong, I truly appreciate him.

I don’t have much experience going to a gynecological clinic but after this I won’t ever go anywhere but OGA. From my entrance to my exit every person I met was warm and eager to make me feel at ease. Especially Allison Bates. She was of course knowledgeable but she took the time to dignify me by answering all of my questions, explaining everything she did and why, and emphasizing that my decisions were just that, my decisions. I would recommend her, and OGA as a whole, to anyone in need of great care.

I was very nervous to come here as it was my first time. I met Dr. Gentry and immediately loved her. She made my concerns feel heard and answered every question I had. During my examination I had a slight panic attack and she assured me I was in control and we could stop at any point. She made it quick while also being thorough. She was extremely comforting and didn’t judge or make me feel awkward. I highly recommend her and will always choose to see her if I ever need another appointment! She exceeded my expectations.

Everyone from front to back office staff were caring, kind and friendly. Dr Lopez took time with me and worked with me on my plan of care rather than just telling me what I needed to do. I would highly recommend this office.

I can’t say kind enough things about OGA and their doctors. I’ve seen them through 2 pregnancies. Dr Parsons delivered the first one and was so awesome to work with. He was encouraging and caring. I felt so comfortable during the entire process. For the second I saw mainly Dr Parsons for my visits and was so happy with him. For delivery Dr Uranga was my doctor and she was incredible. I completely clicked with her and felt like she was the best birth coach. She has such a calming demeanor, which makes for such an amazing birthing experience.I would recommend anyone I know to see the docs at OGA. Ive also been see by Dr Kopperud, Jen Newman, Jill Dawson, Dr Oliver and Dr Ross over the years and all of them are fantastic.

Saw Jen Newman as a new patient. She didn’t introduce herself, failed to make rapport, and was absolutely dismissive. The front desk was very impatient. The only positives were the assistant and the lab team.

I am so glad i made the switch to OGA. Every experience has been wonderful. They are quick to communicate. I had to have a procedure done, they scheduled it quickly. Upon reviewing images thebdoctor that was initially scheduled to do the procedure felt that his colleague was better suited to do the procedure. The doctor called me himself to let me know about the change and explain why! Super impressed by his professionalism in that situation. All of the staff have been very caring and friendly. And the clinic has also been very good about communication with my fertility specialist as well

I gave this rating because of a mixed experience I had with OGA staff. I almost was going to leave the practice due to what felt like a lack of urgency about my health issues. But then found 1 person who actually listened to my concerns who thought out of the box and made things happen quickly. It was frustrating that it took alot of persistency on my part to keep calling in to try to get an emergency appointment, but finally I got a hold of a caring lady that heard my worrying and made it her mission to make things happen quickly. I was able to see another doctor at the practice right away and she was very warm, caring and did a thorough job diagnosing my health problems. Im grateful to the lady on staff who took my calls serious and helped to get me answers quickly, in a time of uncertainty.

Dr. Gentry did a bilateral salpingectomy on me and was wonderful to work with. She listened to me, didnt try to sway my opinion at all, and was very informative and accommodating. And she mustve done well, because I have had almost zero discomfort following my procedure!

Dr. Uranga is the best! She is kind, knowledgeable, gentle and relatable. OGA is clean, well run and we never have to wait more than a few min to be seen.

The doctors at oga in meridian are absolutely amazing! I couldnt ask for someone better. They actually care and sit down with you for more then 10 minutes and they dont guess whats wrong. They actually get to the bottom of things! They are extremely kind, had a moment of crying here and every single soul over there was so warm and kind about it, that I didnt feel embarrassed at all. Love this company!

Jill Dawson has been working with me for roughly 4/5 years and shes been an absolute Godsend - my life is dramatically improved because of her thoroughness and advice. Shes been so patient, listens exceptionally well and has never let me down. The staff at OGA are always kind, attentive, professional, and go out of their way to be sensitive to any concerns I have. They have my full trust and commitment!

Every time I have needed to get in, the scheduling is an absolute nightmare! I recently had a more urgent need to get in,y main provider was booked out over a month and so I had to schedule with an unfamiliar provider. When checking in, the receptionist was extremely rude and was downright mean when trying to put in my new insurance. She was condescending and was not helpful at all. When I finally got checked in, the doctor was running super behind so I spent a long time sitting in the room. When she finally got back, instead of getting to know me or figuring out why I was there, she did not ask very many questions, threw out one half diagnosis, and then left. Spending a grand total of 7 minutes with me from start to finish. I left extremely discouraged, frustrated, and still with many questions. I highly do not recommend OGA or Allyson Bates as a provider.

He always takes the necessary time to make sure I have asked all the questions on my mind and he has provided the answers necessary.I never fear my visits at OGA. Everyone is professional, kind, and attentive of patients needs and concerns. The entire team is awesome!

Easiest birth of my life. Daughter had 0 issues, heart fine, def no c-section. No case is the same, and has my baby remained breech, the wonderful doctors had agreed to let me deliver vaginally anyway due to the fact that it was my 4th baby. Steer clear of OGAUpdate: 33 weeks and the chiropractor referred to me by Idaho stork did the trick! My baby is no longer frank breech and is lined up perfectly. Shame on you OGA for ruining 10 weeks of my pregnancy by wanting to schedule a c section at 24 weeks! Stress sucks as much as your practiceI had a horrible experience. First, I made 3 appointments total. THEY cancelled and rescheduled 2 of them several weeks later, but then I was going to be 5 minutes late for my 10 minutes early appointment…..and was told they wouldn’t see me if I got there ON TIME. I had to arrive 10 minutes early in order to be seen. Second, I asked for no male doctors and was given one and he asked me if I wanted to have a c section. I’ve had 3 super easy vaginal births and dude wanted me to be his Guinea pig for 0 reason. I won’t go to a clinic that would want me to elect a major surgery over an easy recovery. Any ounce of trust was shattered by that point. I googled Idaho stork and switched to them in the parking lot before I even pulled out. They also have a low quality ultrasound machine and I think they have no business doing the 20 week anatomy scan. They also booked my anatomy scan for 11:30 and my actual appointment for 1:30 like I want to spend 3 hours hanging out at a dr office.just in general had a horrible experience with these people, and my new drs office was shocked by most of what occurred with them. I also saw the lovelyVideo of the drunken hot mess doctor trash talking her patients. Cute.Edit to add: if they want to do a c section in you at 24 weeks because your baby is breech, it just shows they want to use you as a Guinea pig. An office that’s about you will send you to Bodo Chiropractic to work on creating space for your baby to turn. Mine has already turned. These people at OGA are quacks! The amount of stress they caused me treating me like a case and trying to scare me into a c section when I was barely half way through my pregnancy makes me so angry! Unnecessary and undue stress. I do not recommend this clinic! Also all they ever talked about was money, that was more important than my baby or me. They sent the billing department in several times and forgot to do my blood work 😂 I have stellar insurance and the quote they gave me with last years insurance wasn’t even close to my actual out of pocket cost. Again with undue stress and treating you like a case and not an actual person

It took 6 years but I found a doctor that respected what I want. Dr. Hess is incredible and I trusted her with my life twice. Any issue I had she called me back promptly. You will not find a better doctor. Her nurse, Natalie, and I were talking and my dog was ill. Dr. Hess came in and asked about him. She is the best I think any woman will find.

Dr Lopez was amazing. Great facility and staff.

After having a bad experience at my previous office through my whole pregnancy/delivery, I really wanted to find someone I felt comfortable with. So many people recommended Dr. Parsons. I’m glad I chose to go to him because he’s amazing!! Takes his time with you and thoroughly explains everything. The staff at OGA was also very nice and professional. I’ll be back!

Our phleb was great. My daughter has a sheer terror with needles, but this experience went so well. The whole staff was pleasant and engaging.

I highly recommend OGA. All the doctors are awesome and take time with you. Dr Armstrong has been my doctor for a few years on and off. I trust him. He has done two surgeries of mine and great outcomes every time. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I like the place, the staff, and my Doctor Tracey Kopperud. She listens well and answers all the questions.

They will stop your care partway through and say they require you to pay your estimate of pregnancy costs in advance.They never send the invoice, and just leave a voicemail stating you owe 500 and you cant receive further care.Super shady, and now we need to find a new practice. Not paying for care we havent received yet.

I went in on my lunch hour concerned I may not have enough time, but was in and out so quickly - great staff and so efficient. I ended up doing blood work while I was there to get everything done and I still finished in time to grab a coffee before heading back to work! Excellent service

Where do I even start! If you are looking for a place to be comfortable every appointment and at peace during your whole pregnancy up until you deliver your baby, THIS IS THE PLACE! Every staff in OGA Meridian has been so wonderful. From the front desk, ultrasound tech, medical assistant, phlebotomy tech, nurses, doctors, ALL of them. To Dr. Hess and her whole team at St. Lukes Meridian during my labor and surgery, thank you so much for making sure my baby and I are both healthy and okay! To Nurse Jen Newman for always being on top of every appointment i had. To Nurse Mary (triage nurse) your calming voice over the phone when i am in a panicked, answering all questions i had. Thank you to Doctor Parsons and Dr. Shrodder for checking up on me and the baby, and making sure everything is okay. OGA THANK YOU!

After having an amazing experience with my primary doctor the first time I ever went - I decided to keep going back as it was only for my yearly. My doctor who I truly enjoyed working with had left the practice, which meant I was to see someone else. I was fine with that as my overall experience before had been great. But talk about an awful experience and run around. Needless to say I was diagnosed with something that required medication and being monitored. Not once did they follow up in 3 months and when they did they were absolutely rude. They blamed me for not contacting them and scheduling a follow up. I have never been to a doctor where it’s a patients 100% responsibility to follow up. What an absolute insult. They truly don’t care for you or your well being. I hope they learn a little customer service and respect when talking to people. I have never felt more uncomfortable with a practice than now. Definitely will not be going back.

I’ve been going to OGA for 17 years now. They provided all my prenatal, delivery, and post natal care of my youngest. I’ve seen Dr. Kopperud several times and I appreciate her knowledge and are humorous banter throughout my appointment. She always listens to me and makes me feel comfortable.

Great friendly staff. They care so much about the health of me and my baby. I like the fact that they are honest with me and dont hold back. Ive had experience with former doctors in another state that didnt even give me detail on whats going on with my first pregnancy. My experience with OGA is a positive one and i trust them with my delivery.

Very personal approach to your care and I feel comfortable with each provider I’ve seen! Love that the rotating staff gives me ease of booking appointments! Definitely have had a great experience each time and feel that each doctor, nurse and front of house staff member are extremely well trained and caring about each person that walks in the door. After ending up transferring to the hospital from a birthing center with my first child I met Dr. Richards, the doctor who happened to be on call. She took such great care of us and helped us to feel safe and informed about the huge change of plans. When we were expecting baby #2 we went right to OGA and Dr. Richards again. She has always taken such wonderful care of us, she explains things clearly, shes patient, and most importantly she respects our decisions.

Dr. Richards is excellent! She is kind, down to earth, and really answers all my questions. She is wonderful!

Not impressed. I needed a surgical procedure that is pretty routine, quick, and easy. Personally interacting with Dr. Gentry was good at first, but follow-through was not.The front desk and scheduling personnel are not professional, and when I interacted with them, they present as indifferent when it comes to providing good service or caring about patient needs. They treated me like I was an inconvenience for them needing to call me.Checking in for my surgery was a mess. The receptionist clumsily fumbled around trying to figure out how to find me in their system, and how to take my payment. The receptionist next to her who was noticing her incompetence did nothing to help.The process of setting up the procedure was a nightmare. It took the scheduling department a long time to contact me after my initial consultation, and when I spoke with them, they said that the delay was due to checking my insurance, but they didnt seem to have any knowledge of my plan or its details. Im a medical provider as well, and know how to look up a patients insurance, or at a minimum, how to call the insurance provider to easily get those details. The scheduler blaming the delay on checking insurance was not congruent.The seemingly less important parts of the care I needed - the before and after consultations - were a low priority for Dr. Gentry. She cancelled both at the last minute. I was communicated my frustration after the first cancellation - a cancellation that happened 10 minutes prior to the appointment - that I cant seem to get the professionals at this office to follow through with the care that they said they would provide. For Dr. Gentry to cancel on me a second time seems extra unprofessional, if not deliberate. Fingers crossed that I dont need any follow-up care. At this point, the best medical consultation Ill be getting after the procedure will be from Internet searches.

Dr. Pittard is an amazing doctor. He sincerely cares about his patients and doesnt just want to get them in and out of their appointment. He makes sure any and all questions and concerns are addressed and answered fully and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the outcome! I would and have recommend him to anyone! I fully trust him with my medical needs!

You feel welcomed from the front door to the exam room. I felt like a patient not a number, every time I went to see Dr. Armstrong. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and listened to me as I asked all/any questions. Dr. Armstrong and his staff truly care about their patients!

Dr. Parsons helped save my babys life. He worked quickly and efficiently in an emergency situation and delivered my baby via cesarean in record time. Im very lucky to have a healthy baby boy! Post-partum care was excellent. My incision healed beautifully. Dr. Parsons was always very kind and generous with his time. He listened to every concern and always was reassuring. I cant say enough good things about the level of care I received from Dr. Parsons.My first pregnancy was a miscarriage and the staff at OGA handled the situation as best as can be expected. They were really amazing; kind and empathic, thoughtful and thorough. Im very grateful to have the support of a team like OGA.

I felt that Dr. Gentry was the first Doctor who took the time to truly find the root of the issue I was having instead is just being quick to treat and send me on the way. Is your general practitioner really the best person to help you through menopause or going through menstrual problems or bleeding excessively? Do the right thing... get yourself a gynecologist from OGA. They will treat you with respect, care and professionalism.

I’ve been under the care of Jill Dawson and Harmony Schroeder, and they’ve both been excellent health care providers. They listen to my concerns and explain all procedures well. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen, and the front desk staff has been great. I’ve read the other reviews, but I can confidently say that my experience with OGA has been excellent.

Dr. Schroeder listened to me at my initial visit and my follow up. She helped me with a plan to feel better. Highly recommend her. The front office girls are super helpful also.

I came to OGA from a “good” gynecologist who had told me that I couldn’t be helped any further. Dr. Parsons turned my attitude on my health -and gynecology in general- around completely. He explained my options in detail, drew diagrams, and gave me the choice on my treatment. The exam was incredibly fast, painless, and efficient. I felt respected by all of the staff from the second I walked in the door. I only wish I had found OGA sooner!

Edit: The manager reached out apologize. She took care of everything very professionally and helped me solve all of the issues plus more.Worst customer service ever. I was a patient here for MANY years. But their phone service is horrendous and you have to constantly repeat yourself multiple times about the same information over many phone calls. Extremely frustrating.

He always goes the extra mile, tending not only to the routine exams Ive scheduled, but asking follow-up questions and addressing any other health concerns I might have at the time. Dr. Armstrong was the worst and just made me more stressed over a issue i already knew about. The nurse had a attitude and i didnt appreciate my experience this time. love the other lady i see but definitely think i will be looking at other obgyns after today. This time they scheduled me wrong. Had me set for an ultrasound and they didnt do it. Its definitely strike 3 for them i cant believe they can just treat people this way.

I have went to OGA for over 7 years, I had 2 of my children with the doctors at OGA and I am so disappointed with how the treating their patients. I have been harassed and bullied by them, to receive an ultrasound that I did not feel comfortable with, especially since they would not allow me husband to accompany me! I am appalled at how I have been treated and the poor care I have received. None of the front office staff or nurses have been friendly or helpful, they are flat out rude and abrasive.You need to take you health into your own hands, and just because you dont agree with the doctors protocol doesnt mean they should bully you into it. I do not recommend OGA.

I really like the location. I wasnt impressed with the staff, they werent friendly at all. I was corralled from one room to another without a heads up on what to expect, carrying the paper I had to fill out around and trying to give it to anyone who would take it. Dr. Richards was okay, I didn’t like the pressure to get a Covid vaccine when there has been little to no testing on babies after pregnant mothers have gotten them. And after years of fertility treatments, I like to have some humor in the room, this office was way to stuffy for any of that nonsense! The whole visit was uncomfortable - it wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t anything great. The lab tech was the nicest person I met today... needless to say, I wont be back. I scheduled an appointment with St. Als. - oh and you give the paper you fill out in the waiting room to the last person you see, when you check out...

The facility is very nice and the staff are awesome but when it comes to communication, that is an issue. First appointment went fine for Initial meet, then come second appointment- they failed to tell me that I need to go pick up the depo shot from the pharmacy, then forget to schedule me for the next appointment even after I called to check on it - a week prior. Now, I call to set up my next appointment and they ask me - to call the pharmacy (which the office usually sends the request to the closest pharmacy for the depo) and the pharmacy is clueless because generally that’s how it’s been done in the past, the lady was snarky and unhelpful— just not sure if it’s worth the trouble.

I have been so impressed so far with OGA and how quick they are without feeling rushed and how friendly and kind all of the staff and doctors are. I came over from a different provider because my OB moved and I’m so glad I found a great place to land.

Dr. Parsons is an excellent and caring doctor. He saved my child’s life and I am eternally grateful. He has provided excellent medical care for me through the years. He continues to learn and advise on new treatments and care for women of all ages. We are fortunate to have him in our community.

Im just glad that most of the clinicians have been here with this office, seems like forever, as my last kid was born 7 years ago. They didnt make me feel like I am pregnant with an oopsy child but instead a bonus baby. They confidently know how to treat me and make me feel comfortable. Makes me feel like we are all human when I go in, like good ole friends who always have something to talk about. Thank you all!

I have mixed feelings of OGA in Nampa and Meridian. I have been seen under only bad circumstances, which isnt their fault and Ive had good and bad interactions. I decided to change my rating because theyre closed to a 2 than a 3. Mainly one technician during an ultrasound was really impersonal in the moment I needed comfort the most. Then the lab techs were always so friendly and kind but were always frustrated with me during blood drawls. Also I was given options that were to save me but I was not comfortable with them and was pushed and pushed to try to make choices I wasnt willing to make. Not a horrible office but Id never recommend them.

The doctors listened and responded with urgency to my concerns and worked to fit in my surgery sooner instead of making me wait. It turned out to be a good thing as I had some complications that were causing me a lot of pain. Highly recommend Dr Parsons

Jill has been my gynecology doctor for most of my adult life. I have always felt safe and respected. However, I chose not to wear a mask during my annual appointment. Upon entering the room she asked me to put one on in a fairly curt manner, and the conversation immediately following was awkward and uncomfortable.And to boot, I was told my procedure would be $300 and now have been billed $400. When I called billing to ask they told me that maybe I had received an estimate. I asked where the estimate came from since I was charged an additional $100. She was unable to tell me where the person had gotten the $300 estimate, and that the $400 was my total.This is the same sort of issues I had with St. Luke’s, and will not be returning to OGA. I dont think its right for a medical provider to be judgemental, and turn around and be charged an extra $100 with no accountability.

I feel so relieved that some one cares about my health. I had an amazing initial appointment and felt heard and advised about how I can help myself. And praise the Lord I was given names of other health professionals who WILL see me even though many health providers are maxed out.

Love this office. I am shocked at some of the other comments being left. I have never had any problems with anyone in the office. Dr. Uranga has been a godsend. Even when the office messed up my scheduled appt time they still got me back and made it work bc they do care about their patients and knew it was time sensitive. All the other drs I’ve seen have also been great and informative. I’ve never had a problem with wait times we have always been in and out but we also show up to them on time so. 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh and billing has been great at communicating our payments and payment plan and keeping us up to date and patient with all our questions.

I interacted with eight people during my recent surgery. From each of them I received kindness, patience, skill, professionalism, and communication.

I love going to OGA. All of the doctors have been knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I never have to wait long on the lobby or the room. I also really like the building but it is kind of confusing to walk around luckily there is always someone nearby to help. I highly recommend them.

I would avoid Dr. Kopperud. She was very cavalier and callous when discussing fertility concerns and made inappropriate jokes. Very poor bedside manner. Front office staff were courteous and the gal with the thick accent who drew my labs was a delight. I would simply request a different physician if you want to be treated with respect and compassion.

Dr. Armstrong is such a kind, caring, and considerate person! He is so encouraging and so supportive. He is such a great asset to the field!

I see these negative reviews and am shock!! I have never been treated so well, I have had appts and procedures with Jill Dawson and Dr Rachel Oliver. I cant say enough nice things about the entire staff. Every time I call with even the stupidest questions, I am treated like the most important patient they have. Everyone is so professional and kind - front desk, scheduling, nurses, physicans - you name it!! Dr Olivers bedside manner is AMAZING. I refer every woman I know to OGA - the only place you will get top notch care!!

Ive been a patient of Jill Dawsons for 7 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about OGA. They are professional, always ask if Im safe, helped me through preeclampsia, are always kind and make me very comfortable. Jill is one of the nicest people Ive ever met and listens to my concerns about my body. She is very knowledgable and I trust her judgement. I went here for the first time recently. The front desk recognized I was a new patient and welcomed me which I thought was cool. Everyone was super friendly. My questions were answered and my doctor, Harmony, asked me all kinds of information to make sure there wasnt anything I needed. Great experience, thanks!

Dr Armstrong may not be my regular provider at OGA but you certainly would not know that. His demeanor and genuine interest in my care were impressive. In a system of large practices it is refreshing to find what I wasn’t sure still existed for big practices - a physician who genuinely listens to the patient.

I love Dr. Jen Newman, she always makes me feel so at ease and comfortable during my annual (which is something I used to absolutely dread). Thank you OGA for always being so kind and providing an amazing experience overall.

St Lukes is the best! My wife received wonderful care from a very supportive and professional staff. I was kept well informed about her condition, her needs and her progress throughout her hospital stay. Thankyou for the fabulous nursing care!

OGA has the nicest people working there. And unlike most medical appointments the wait time was only a few minutes. Even after I was in my room I barely waited. I highly recommend this place.

Love this office for all my pregnancy needs. They are so open and friendly I feel like I am there only patient. I never wait more than 5 mins. Definitely recommend them, especially as a first time mom who has no idea what to expect. They have been amazing.

I have been a patient of Dr.Parsons for at least 8 years now. It is always very comfortable and an overall good experience. Dr.Parsons and his staff couldnt be more professional and they always make it a very relaxed atmosphere.I cant thank them enough for their compation and kindness.

Dr. Alyson Bates is the best doctor I’ve seen. She is the one that finally found my diagnoses after suffering with the side effects for years. Other doctors didn’t take the time to actually listen to me. She knew right off the bat what I had, and when the labs came back. She was right. I have referred several of my close friends to her, they absolutely love her too!

Dr Armstrong and his staff are amazing he has been my Doctor for 18 years and I have never had a poor experience.

After years of trying to figure out what’s going on with me and being told everything is fine, my new primary doctor referred me to the OGA and I saw Kyla Shaver. She has paid so much more attention and is already making plans and figure out problems and making possible diagnoses. I haven’t had anyone listen to me more than her in the past two years collectively. I am so excited to work with someone who knows what they’re doing and is willing to help and get to the bottom of all the issues I’m having right now from PCOS to endometriosis and more. And finally have answers.

Where to begin, first my OBGYN is Scott Armstrong and can I just start out by saying he is pleasant and just amazing all around, my initial complaint for seeing him was pelvic pain I unfortunately do have an autoimmune disorder and he heard that and immediately did labs he upped my dose of medication which helped but also triple checked anything and everything, he found gallstones but also like I mentioned he triple checked everything he scheduled a cosurgery to have my gallbladder removed but also to make sure I didnt have endometriosis, unfortunately he did find some lesions but were removed which explains the pelvic pain. I am a day into recovery but I just wanted to express my appreciation to Dr. Armstrong for listening to all my complaints and taking initiative, I cant wait to feel like myself again. Thank you Dr. Armstrong 😊

Was notified almost immediately that my regular provider was nolonger with OGA. Was sorry to hear it. Then spoke with Jazz about getting in with a new provider, She was awesome! Very helpful and got me scheduled with physician I requested.

Very nice office and staff. I liked being able to read the bio’s of the doctors before I made an appointment. I really liked the doctor I chose and would recommend this office and staff.

Dr. Newman is amazing! She’s easy to talk to about girl problems and anything you need! The OGA staff is amazing and very friendly! Best customer service!

I have gone to OGA since 2012, and have been seen by several doctors there. I have never encountered a bad experience with them they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Over the years they have received more patients, so they are a lot busier practice, but they still do an excellent job.

Best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. Everything was fast and efficient, no wait time. Dr. Parsons is so personable and considerate. He even took the time to call with lab results himself.

I absolutely loved my doctor, but the front desk needs some help. I just sat in the waiting room for and hour with 3 kids in tow for a follow up appointment. Come to find out an hour later that the doctor isnt even working today. Seriously! Tell me when I check in, not after fighting 3 kids for an hour and asking 30 min in how much longer. I think I might be finding a new doctors office.

Professional attentive and friendly office. No long waiting periods, appointments on time. Dr isnt rushed he takes his time to hear any concerns and help the best he can. My whole experience there was positive I highly recommend.

I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the valley! Every nurse and doctor I have seen has been great, but I particularly like Jen Newman (nurse), Jill Dawson (Dr., incredibly nice and really listens), and Harmoni Shroeder (who delivered my baby). Great atmosphere for a Dr.s office. My only complaint is that they have been late getting me in for my appointment a handful of times, but honestly, its a doctors office! That happens everywhere.

No bedside manner. Do not see Dr. Armstrong. He does not sympathize with patients well enough to comfort them and fails to offer plans or follow up appointments. I will no longer be returning to OGA. I was shoved out the back door like an animal and was refused the ability to wait for my ride in the waiting room. I waited outside on the curb in immense pain for my husband to come and pick me up.

Im a first time mom. Have been going to OGA before getting pregnant but since I have been seen for my pregnancy its been a nightmare.When they first started working me up for my pregnancy I was assumed i was given a contract in a folder explaining my financial plan with the baby. It was never discussed in person with anyone and I infact didnt receive it. I had been going there 3 months into my pregnancy and not once did the receptionist request any co pay or payments for these 3 months. After that threatening calls would come in from the billing office saying if I didnt bring my account current I couldnt be seen. This occurred almost ever future appointment I had. Now being 7 and half months pregnant and my next apt being on Monday; I received yet another call from the billing office demanding more than what I owe of money or yet again my appointment would be canceled. I was advised that a provider there at the office had come to the decision that needed to be discharged from the practice with 2 months before I am to be giving birth. This provider they got this decision from isnt even my actual provider! This is the worst patient neglect I have ever heard of. So at almost 8 months pregnant I have been forced to establish care with another provider for the remaining 60 days left of my pregnancy. I wouldnt ever suggest someone going to this office ever!
