Sonora Quest Laboratories

After today’s appointment, I will never go anywhere else to get labs done again. The girl at the front desk was polite and considerate. The phlebotomist at my doctor’s office isn’t very trustworthy and I refuse to let him hurt me again. I have picture of what he did on another review. All my phrase goes to Jessica who was so good at her job I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She used a small butterfly needle and took maybe 2 minutes for everything. She was kind enough to listen when I suggested where she might have luck sticking me. And she did and things went swimmingly for the remainder of the appointment. I’ve had a lot of lines started on me, labs taken, I know my body best. So when I suggest a place it takes away the guess work. Jessica was great the whole entire time. Listened as I voiced my concerns, I mean fears, who am I kidding? She even hid the needle from me the entire time too. Little things like that are a BIG DEAL to people. Bedside manner is so important whether the patient is scared or not. I can’t say enough great things about this location and the people who work there.

I do not live anywhere near this location but will come here next time I need labs drawn. I have been to various Sonora quest locations throughout Phoenix and I was incredibly pleased with this experience compared to others. The staff were kind and caring, treated me with respect and dignity which I do not always experience. They were fast and efficient with only 2 employees. They worked together to get patients in and out. I came early for my appointment and left 5 minutes before my actual appointment time. The two employees working there today should be congratulated for superior service, demeanor, and caring attitude. Thank you!

This location is so convenient! No waiting. Just make your appointment online, show up and be taken care of. The phlebotomist was very friendly and was done in a flash. No pain, easy poke! This will be my go-to whenever I need to have labs done!

My appointment was quick, easy and the 2 ladies were professional and very capable.

I went here to get blood work done and it wasnt even the right location that my appointment was supposed to be and they still took me right in. Jessica took my blood and she was so good at it I didnt even know that she had started by the time she already had three viles.

This location is a really good one. Its tucked away inside the Safeway there at Guadalupe and Alma School. Appointment only but no problem via Sonora Quests website. The person who helped me was Faith. She was very sweet and made you feel really at ease. Her phlebotomy skills are the best Ive ever experienced and at 54 years old Ive had my share of blood draws! If you have the jitters with blood draws, Faith is the person to go to for sure!

This morning I (Shane B.) did a walk-in with all sorts of awkwardness but was helped through it all with no shortage of patience thanks to the woman at window 2 (regrettably didnt get her name). I didnt know for sure what the process was with the kiosk, my phone was acting up, I approached window #2 three times when ONCE is probably normal! She was patient and helpful each time and I was embarrassed for how confused I was (thank goodness for the mask requirement so that my blushing couldnt be seen!). Then, perhaps even more memorable, was the phlebotomist who handled my blood draw. She made me feel unusually comfortable. How she said my name and her natural demeanor is incredible. She took me to the restroom and pointed me inside for a urine sample and said I can leave when Im done.As I left 2 minutes later, she was walking back with another patient and gave me the most captivating smile with her eyes and addressed me by name as she bid me adieu... I didnt get her name either but her smile is with me still...

I took my toddler here today for blood work and despite the experience traumatizing my mama heart, I was very impressed with the staff here. They are wonderful with kids and their parents. There was low and calm energy in the room, and I especially appreciated when the phlebotomists started singing twinkle twinkle Little star with me to help calm down my sad baby. If we ever need blood work again, Ill definitely be coming here. I hardly waited, which is a plus with little ones and this hard first experience was definitely a bit easier with these sweet and empathic professionals.

Inconsiderate at best. Posted hours online show closed for lunch 11-12, sign on door says 11-1. This is 11/22/22, if the employee is taking an extra hour lunch, I hope herboss teads this and acts accordingly.

Ill never go to any other location! Its appointment only, so youre not waiting for 2 hours. I was there 20 minutes tops. The staff were friendly. I dread having to go to Sonora Quest, but this was a pleasant experience!

Staff is not friendly.They just sit there and not even welcome you. Some elderly man asked for help and the lady was kind of rude. She didn’t want to be bothered. I know they do this every day but we do not. Would it really hurt to have kindness??

This place is hard to find as it is inside the Safeway grocery store and there is only a tiny pop-up sign in front. Walked in to find that they only take by appointment, no walk-ins. I wouldn’t have minded if someone was waiting but there was NO ONE else there and said I had to go somewhere else. I was the only person there and they said no.

Quick, friendly service and little, if any, wait when you arrive for your by-appointment-only visit! Conveniently located next to the pharmacy inside Safeway.

I took my toddler today and Kelsey did a great job she got him on the first try without any issues.

Stay away from this facility. Very rude staff. Extremely disappointed.

Only takes appointments- dont expect to get in as a walk in.
