Planned Parenthood - Michigan City Health Center

THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The receptionists have absolutely no idea what professionalism is. I came literally 2 minutes late for my appointment and called ahead of time saying ill be a couple minutes late and they said it was fine. I go in, and the lady gives me a terrible attitude saying, you have to go cuz youre late. Im like seriously woman!!! What about all those times that you make patients wait 30+ minutes after their appointment time without even acknowledging them? But just because im two minutes late, I get asked to leave!! So unprofessional! I do not go here anymore and have told others that I know to avoid going to this planned parenthood!

LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE Ive had at a doctors office since I was a child. The nurse practitioner Hannah was so professional and helpful!! And also the lady that checked me in and drew my blood, she made me feel like there was no judgement and I felt like I had a real support system. Thank you all so much!!!

Absolutely terrible. I only come here for my birth control shot, which usually takes about 10 minutes. I am always stuck in the waiting room 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Doesn’t seem like they’re busy at all every time I come here because they are always standing around & talking, not helping patients who have other things to do than spend their day waiting 30+ minutes for their 10 minute appointment.

Besides my wait there wich i understood why once speaking with the sweet nurse there and doctor. Better experience ive had in YEARS at any hospital, doctors office, ect. They listened, answered all questions and concerns felt completely comfortable without feeling a bother. Thank you. Im glad i went there.

There is no Way to schedule an appointment. Literally have been on the phone for an hour with no one picking up and their online scheduling does not work. Not sure how to schedule an appointment.

Honestly the nicest medical staff you could ask for.
