Any Lab Test Now

I really dont understand why places like this have an empty lobby, empty customer parking and I still have to wait almost 30 minutes to piss in a cup. Maybe if the ladies stop talking about thier gifted tumbler cups and service the only waiting customer in the building, I wouldnt be writing this. Nonetheless, Im not pleased.

The staff were super polite and very helpful! I got in out of the office within 20 minutes definitely would recommend anyone who needs their blood work done!

The reason you don’t have a record is because this is not my real name. Considering, I already know how the staff reacted to the original review , why would I put myself at risk to be treated even more rude while being treated. For privacy reasons I will not release my real name. And from reading other post I see that I’m not the only one being treated with such disrespect. You should do better. Does not matter whoI am, we pay you to provide a service not to be disrespectful.Extremely rude at the front desk. So Incompetent that they didn’t even know they already had all my paperwork from federal employer. Had to do half their job for them. The lady at front desk is disrespectful and completely Ignorant. Do not use this place… we will be letting federal Shane y know as well to hopefully get contract pulled. Wouldn’t trust them with anything.They must also know how horrible they are since you can’t leave any kind of review on the website…. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment received.

I was pleasantly surprised with my appointment.The employees were very friendly. The lady doing my blood draw was very quick, and made it as close to painless as it could be.From chatting with the employees, it sounds like Friday afternoons are their slowest, so you might want want to keep that in mind to help get in and out fast.

Went and inquired about their shots they had available. They were super helpful and kind! Made me feel comfortable I made right choice selecting my shot and the customer service was great!!

It was very convenient and quick. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the blood work I was needing. I hate needles and the lady made me feel very comfortable and she got my blood on the first stick. I will definitely recommend them.

I can not remember the womans name who helped me. I believe it was Blanca or Bianca. She actually made the experience of getting a gender reveal test extremely comfortable. She was really courteous on providing the information to how the process it was going to be done for the gender test. Very pleased with the experience, she was quick and it was not painful, she was very careful and have very gentle hands. Definitely recommend this place for a gender reveal test.

Usually have a good time at this place but my previous experience was just something else. An associate named Shanna really made my experience the worst. Firstly, she was super rude since the moment I saw her and made unnecessary comments regarding my personal health. Secondly, she was on her phone during one point of my appointment and it’s just very unprofessional and rude. She stuttered some words at me and when I confronted her she acted like nothing happened. She is all bark, but too scared to catch these hands. Will never be going back again.

Had an appoint for 4:45, showed up 20 minutes early. Was told by front desk that they attempted to contact me earlier in the day to ask if I could come in earlier, which proved false as I had no missed calls nor voicemail. But they cancelled my appointment only to find out on arrival. Waste of time. 1 star will not be going back here.

Just very rude from the minute I walked in! Won’t be goin back again./ Update to last review/ The place looked nice, they where polite to the other guests! Don’t go in for any kind of drug tests! Not the kind of people they want in, there are cheaper places to go for that too! PS they don’t give hugs or flowers

I can not remember the womans name who helped me. I believe it was Vanessa or Veronica. I may be wrong but she actually made the experience of getting a DNA test extremely comfortable. As anyone would know getting a DNA can cause anxiety or discomfort but she really made me feel comfortable and I was actually able to relax and not feel judged at all. I recommend this place and business 10/10. I will update with her name when possible.

The phlebotomist was very friendly, and I didn’t even feel a thing! I’d recommend anyone that needs blood work to come here.

Was told lab results would take 24-48 hours and they would be e-mailed. Been 5 days nothing, and have been calling several times no answer left message no return call. Wow if you need results right away go somewhere else. My test was not a test that can not be shared over phone or e-mail I live 50 minuets away.

The process of getting the test done was very quickly and everyone was so nice. Does anyone know how long it actually takes to get dna results back? I have called but get sent to voice-mail every time.

Be warned. They do not work with insurance companies. If you are insured and want to run some blood tests like I did, please go through a doctor so that your insurance coverage will cover the cost of the blood work. Thanks. Extra star for the politeness of the employees.

Worst service ever. I was standing right infront of them when they received my email with the blood screening I was needing. A week later I call to get an update- they lost the email, so I resent it and they never receive it. Called for the 5th time was on hole for about 30 min and when some one answered the phone the “person” in charge of the emailLeft for the weekend already.

The staff is friendly and the phlebotomist is so good!! She got it on the first try and I barely felt a thing! I highly recommend!

Don’t bother going! I had my labs drawn 4 weeks ago age they never sent me the results even after calling and asking. Mind you I needed them, so I went somewhere else instead

They schedule you for a apt at 8am and no one is even in the office it closed everyone waits outside.. 10-15 sue to the coworkers being late

Taking over 2 weeks to get a new chain of custody. NO ONE knows what to do. Go to any other place if you have to make changes.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They are often closed during normal business hours for no apparent reason, they often close early with no warning, and so far, all I have seen is a total lack of professionalism. Do not use this facility!

Very friendly and attentive staff, very explanatory about what you need! My son is a little nervous and Miss Stefanny was so attentive, patient and kind that my son didnt even feel the blood draw.
