Utah Fertility Center - Midvale

I had such a great experience at Utah fertility - they made a process which can feel overwhelming and scary feel a bit more manageable. They were always prompt with their responses, and everyone there is so kind. I like that pretty much everything is done in-house, so you don’t have to go to bunch of different places for your testing.

Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for Utah Fertility Clinic, and specifically Dr. Gurtcheff! We were treated with the best care and she never gave up on me even though I was in my early 40s. Miracles do come true. We have a beautiful, healthy, baby boy who is the center of our world. We will be forever indebted. THANK YOU!

Utah Fertility Center is top notch. Their staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly. I loved going to my appointments because they made me feel special, the ladies at the front knew me by name. I also have to give a shout out to my girl Maddie for putting up with me being scared of needles. She was the best and got me over my fears.Background - I did IUI - 3 times without success. Then did IVF and was successful on the first try. I now have a handsome 6 month old baby boy.Thank you Utah Fertility for making our family dreams come true.

We tried another clinic first and they were never responsive. We did a few IUIs and one round of IVF here and they always got back to me within an hour. We have the cutest baby now from that IVF round. Dr. Conway and all of the nurses/front office staff we worked with were great. Fees were disclosed explicitly as were all the treatment expectations/probabilities/processes. If we need to seek treatment again in the future, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I love UFC because it’s given me my 3 children. I have worked with Dr Conway both times, there is an 8 year gap between my twins and my other baby and the experiences were both good but different. Earlier on, before UFC had the vast clientele it now has, it was a bit more personalized and had more face time with the Dr. Now that theyre so large, I only saw the Dr. a few times. I understand that she cant be in on all visits with how many people they see, but it felt a little less personal the second time. Luckily, the staff there is incredible so I always had a good experience, but thats the main reason I didnt give 5 stars, as I felt like a bit more like a number than a person. The prices of course increased as well, but thats to be expected in 8 years. Overall UFC is fantastic and they offer amazing services and always make you feel comfortable.

Grateful for the care UFC gave my family. Very helpful when it came to questions, scheduling and frustrations throughout the whole process. They always provided multiple options and always left the final choice up to my husband and I. We are happy with results that we got and hope those in the same position can find help and answers from UFC as well!

Its hard for us to recommend ANYONE to come to this clinic with the experience we’ve had. The exception is if you have an uncomplicated case and get pregnant the first time.Our experience:Lack of informed consent, changing prices without notice, over scheduled providers that under deliver and continue you on damaging medication longer until one of their 4 providers is available for the 15 minute procedure, inability to reach providers in an emergency and no after hours answering service, discouraging any treatment plan that seems inconvenient to their schedule, lack of knowledge of any hormone levels that vary from the norm and feeling bullied into signing documents after the fact, that weren’t provided initially to clear themselves from liability for the mandatory consent that they knew wasn’t provided ahead of time. Not without mentioning the lack of success after 3 transfers and feeling like miscarriages were brushed off like they didn’t happen. We were told it didn’t matter if it was a miscarriage or if the transfer didn’t take. It mattered to us.Found myself having to fight hard for myself and self direct, because I didn’t feel like I had an advocate here.Also be aware the prices for embryo storage and egg storage are different and they can increase the prices at any time. For storing both it ended up being over $2500/yr, something that isn’t even on the consents and we were never told until after treatment and they wanted payments.Although I wouldn’t repeat the experience knowing what we know now, during our treatment I never met any office staff that wasn’t very empathetic and kind. Our nurse Bethany was a perfect example of this and we’re grateful for her. She always took the time to listen. And the phlebotomy team is extremely skilled.

The Utah Fertility Center is the absolute BEST!! We couldn’t get pregnant for 11 years and tried 5 rounds of IUI with no success. Dr. Conway and the Utah Fertility Center took such good care of us from day 1, discussed our options and we decided to go for 1 round of IVF. Thanks to the amazing expertise and care of the UFC, we were lucky enough to be blessed with four healthy embryos (3 boys and 1 girl). Our baby boy Benjamin was successfully implanted in June 2023 and born in March 2024, happy, healthy and amazing! The Utah Fertility Center has made our dreams come true and made the impossible happen for us! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

This place is kind of a joke. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 5 months. I’ve called them 1 time a week, and I have left 1 voicemail every week along with that. No matter what I say in the voicemail, I don’t get a call back.I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like spending 20k on their outrageously priced IVF along with medications, for a clinic that can’t even answer or return a phone call.I don’t recommend going here, AT all.Conceptions Fertility and Utah Fertility Specialists are AMAZING communication wise, and FAR more affordable. I’m using an out of state clinic now, but if you need to stay in Utah, go with one of those instead!

I love UFC! Dr. Dorais never gave up on us. It took us 4 rounds to get our first baby and she worked with us, changed what wasn’t working, and found what did work! We followed that same protocol and just had our second baby. The staff is so kind and supportive. I am grateful to UFC for helping us have our two babies!

I just completed my second surrogacy and both set of IP’s used Utah Fertility as their clinic. Both journeys I had wonderful experiences with the clinics. All staff were really nice and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Utah Fertility Center is hands down my favorite place that my husband and I have gone for treatment. My husband and I have nothing but positive things to day. The nurses and staff are so kind, loving and treat you like you matter then like a number. When I lost my son at 17 weeks prematurely my doctor wanted to meet with us. So we went and that appointment was filled with love, empathy towards what happened with our first IVF transfer. So thank you Utah Fertility Center for all you do.

Can not thank Dr Ibrahim, Bruna, and the rest of the team enough for all their amazing support and how easy they made what is such a difficult experience. After a rough experience at another center, I’m so grateful we made the switch!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the lab people to the nurses and especially the doctors are kind, informative and sensitive as to the patients being seen here.Dr. Jessica Dorais gave me hope from our first consultation appointment. I almost cried after meeting with her, it was overwhelming to have someone be so positive and understanding about something so sensitive.I absolutely adore Dr. Dorais and hold a special place in my heart for her and the countless other professionals here for the care and kindness they showed me at a difficult time in my life. Thank you UFC!

All the staff members were amazing to work with they were kind and took the time to really hear you out and be there to support what you were going through. 10/10 recommend coming here if you are having troubles getting pregnant.

The communication at the Utah Fertility Center Midvale is lacking and the clinic is unprofessional. I was referred here by my doctor. It was very difficult to make my first appointment because no one would answer the phone or return messages.On my intake appointment (over Zoom), the UFCM doctor seemed disinterested. He was focused on something at his desk for most of the appointment. He didnt give me undivided attention/really look at me until the last 5 minutes of the appointment. I felt that he didnt understand why I was being referred there.The Utah Fertility Centers doctor told me that someone would call me later that day to set up multiple appointments. After a few days of no contact I started calling and leaving messages. Finally, after no attempts made by the clinic to reach me, I contacted a different location. They contacted someone at the Midvale location who called me soon after to set up an appointment. While at my first in person appointment I had to talk to several staff members and nurses to determine what other appointments I needed to schedule.I wasnt given much information from staff about procedures. I had to look online to learn what the procedures entailed. I found out when I came in for an appointment I needed a urine test or I couldnt continue with the appointment. I had just emptied my bladder because I had not been told how to prepare. I told the nurse my frustration about the communication, to which she replied that they are just busy. Whenever I came to the clinic I only saw myself and maybe one other patient. There were always at least three secretarial type workers sitting at desks (which was beyond me as to why phone calls werent answered or returned).At another appointment, the receptionist said aloud what procedure I was having when I checked in, a HIPAA violation.During one appointment the room looked unsanitary. There was dried gooey dye drops all over the floor, especially by the exam table. I wasnt sure if these had fallen out of other women and not been cleaned up.At the final meeting (over Zoom), the doctor once again seemed to be disinterested in my case. It felt like he hadnt really reviewed my imaging because when I asked him about what the imaging showed he didnt really have an answer. I told him what the NPs had told me at the procedure. Before our meeting finished he told me that women just have this need to have babies, and that his role is to tell me what the clinic offered and how much it costs. Very unprofessional.Trying to get my information transferred to my doctor was extremely difficult. In total, I signed 3 release of information forms, one before my first appointment, a second in person, and a third when I was receiving email messages that I had forms to sign. After a few weeks of not hearing from my doctor, I contacted his office. They said they had never received my information from UFC, and that they had been trying for weeks to reach someone at UFC. I left work a few hours early to go to UFC in person to resolve the issue. UFC insisted had sent it. I called my doctors office while at UFC. I was instructed get a paper copy of my chart to send to my doctor. My experience here has been beyond frustrating.

I started my journey with ufc last July, Dr. Dorais was amazing. After a 3 long painful years of infertility I finally felt like I had hope and a Dr that listened and cared for me. I had my 1st iui in August 2022 that failed, my 2nd Iui was canceled and my 2nd attempt at iui was successful but unfortunately ended in miscarriage. during my miscarriage the team was amazing and I felt so supported. Due to my husbands health we had to hold off on treatment for a few months. In January I had my 3rd iui it was not successful. I had a phone call with Dr. Dorais and we made a plan going forward. In February I went to do my 4th iui and I had cysts and the cycle was canceled. anyone that goes through fertility struggles know you reach a point where you want to give up. so I decided to hold off on treatments and plan a vacation. I did un-monitored medicated cycles in March and April. In May I planned to do my 4th IUI that I had already paid for in February. low and behold I started my period early while on vacation so I figured the cycle was another wash. To my surprise I got spontaneously pregnant after 4 years! The nurses were great to get me, and did betas and I felt like they were happy for me. When I called in June to ask about my 1300 fee that I already paid for, for my February iui that got canceled, I was told that I had a 1300 credit. And that if any fees were left over I would be refunded. Well come to find out they did NOT properly disclose their fees, for my canceled cycle, that they canceled in febuary due to the cyst, i am now being charged 245 per ultrasound and a 300+ physician monitoring fee. After speaking with the billing manager Maren, She told me that due to the cysts, my first appt in February that the ultrasound could be billed to insurance, but I am still on the hook for a physician fee. I came back 4 days later from my first appointment to recheck on the cyst and to see if we could continue the cycle, the cyst was still there and cycle was cancelled, but according to the billing manager although my cycle was canceled by UFC because there were follicles on the 2nd recheck they legally cant bill my insurance. Had this ever been explained or disclosed in their fees I would have never went back for a 2nd recheck. the billing manager did end up waiving the physicians fees. but I still had to pay out pocket for the ultrasound, that she stated that they would waive. And explained to me that they are only charging me for the ultrasound at 245 instead of the cycle fee of 850. THAT THEY CANCELED. Again i stated that i felt like they were punishing me financially by getting pregnant on my own. Had i had my iui in may the 1300 fee i paid in February would have been rolled over, and i wouldnt have known all these nickle and dime charges that i have been fighting since july. Overall they were fantastic while I was going through my trauma. I never once had a billing issue during my time with them during my time as a paying client, but due to the way they made me feel i will never use UFC again. also my doctor never once called or sent me an email to congratulate me, and that was super disappointing.

Update: Changing this to 5 stars as they did remedy the situation and we had a great experience the rest of the way. I wish I could go lower in rating because price is more expensive without a “guarantee” option but we were treated well once the communication issue resolved and Dr Conway is so great that she deserves this high rating.Old Review: Should probably be a 2 star rating but I’ll put 3 stars because we really like Dr Deidre. She is kind and really tries to listen to us compared to other fertility places we have met with.We have not been fully satisfied with the nurse coordinators. Twice we have had instances where we should have been contacted (one is when our coordinator left UFC and we weren’t contacted about who our new one was) that left us in the dark. We went with this place based on the experience with the doctor even though they don’t have a “guarantee” plan.Haven’t had a retrieval or transfer yet but are in that process. It hasn’t been a good experience so far in terms of the coordination and communication.

All of the workers in every aspect are very helpful and sweet. It made me feel very happy to be there and they’re very informative. And best of all I got to have my miracle baby thanks to them. They are also very thorough too. Thank you Utah Fertility Center in Midvale and in Pleasant Grove, and Dr. Foulk for making our dreams of becoming parents come true!

We switched to UFC after 2 failed transfers at another clinic. We weren’t an easy case (2 retrievals and 6 transfers total till our take home babies) but they continued helping us look for answers and trying new protocols. Doctor Conway explained our options, listened to our concerns and ideas and really let us take an active part in deciding our treatment plan. We loved working with her! I also have to give my thanks to Hilda at the front desk who is such a kind and caring person and to Corine (I’m not sure that’s how she spells it) who did many of my ultrasounds and was great! I would absolutely recommend this clinic to my family and friends! They gave us our miracles and we will forever be grateful ♥️♥️

We are so grateful for Utah Fertility! Dr. Gurtcheff is incredible and so is her medical staff. After 1.5 years of being unable to get pregnant, they really took my medical situation to heart and within 3 months we got pregnant! They are so kind and patient. With weekly blood draws, ultrasounds, X-rays, and various other appointments, it got emotionally hard but they were always there to offer support and love and hugs. I can’t wait to meet this precious baby and look forward to working with them for our next babies!

It was such a breath of fresh air once we started going to Utah Fertility. Dr Conway was so great and supportive of our journey. The entire staff is so encouraging. Each month there was a game plan and we felt so supported. We did 3 IUIs here & IVF. They brought us our little miracle.Before we started going here, I was so nervous to finally make the appointment. It was a big step for me, but they had a texting service I saw on their website. I was able to text in and get a response so quick. I actually set up our first appointment over text and it made it much less stressful. Who knows if I would’ve ever called or when. I recommend Utah fertility to anyone who is going through infertility! You truly will get the best care.

Utah Fertility Center completely exceeded our treatment expectations & efficiently helped us reach our pregnancy goals. The staff is so friendly and kind. The Doctors truly care for their patients, and personally called us with any results or concerns. My personal coordinator explained everything in detail, and always took the time to answer our questions. They were there for us every step of the way, and we are forever grateful for them!

Amazing experience!! Everyone that I have dealt with at their office has truly been amazing to work with. From the reception desk to the clinical staff, to the nurses and doctors, even the lab technicians and the nurse coordinators were all so great. They always took the time to explain anything so I understood and they were always so patient with any questions and concerns. I was assigned to Dr. Gurtcheff and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Even though I didnt see her as much as the other staff, she was always getting in touch with me to go over all my results and to check in after every procedure. There isnt anything bad I can say about my experience with them. I wish they offered OB/GYN services so I didnt have to move on without them. Thank you all for everything!!

Had such a great experience at the Murray Clinic. We struggled with secondary infertility and so we attended UFC for just over a year doing different fertility treatments. We eventually got pregnant through IVF. I have to admit that I felt like a number here... one of many, many women that were being seen and rarely had any contact with my doctor (Dr. Foulk). If I had any questions about my treatment plan, I had to set up a phone call appointment to talk to him and that sometimes took a month or more. My IVF coordinator was nice but not very personable. I never actually met her in person due to the pandemic which didnt help. There were a couple of very nice women I associated with (a phlebotomist and x-ray tech) who always remembered me and were very kind when I went through a miscarriage. Other than that, it felt a little bit like cattle being herded through the treatment process. Very grateful for my little baby that was a result of the efforts of this clinic, but also grateful that we are done having kids and that I wont need to be returning to this clinic for future treatments.

My time at UFC was so great! The individual care I received was exemplary. They answered every call and concern almost instantly.Each nurse, medical assistant, doctor, office and lab staff, and everyone in between worked hard to give me the best personal care.I feel valued and really cared for by the entire staff.Also, the science is so precise!Im so grateful for Dr. Gurtcheff and my nurse coordinator Amanda.I highly suggest UFC!

I wanted to wait a while from my last visit here to give my honest review of Utah fertility center. I started my fertility journey here at the Murray location and I worked with Dr. Gurtcheff. She is absolutely wonderful and Im not sure I could have gone through everything I did if it werent for her being so caring, kind and supportive towards myself and my husband. Dr. Gurtcheff was always very happy to answer any and all questions we had and she was very real with what she thought about how we should proceed. One thing though is that her IVF coordinator wasnt the greatest and I felt like she sometimes wasnt communicating with us properly (but last I heard that IVF coordinator no longer works there at all so its really not a concern). Throughout our time at UFC, we did 3 IUIS and 3 IVF cycles and Im happy to say that thanks to them, my last IVF cycle was successful and Im currently 25 weeks pregnant with my twins. I no longer live in Utah however if and when my husband and I are ready to add another little one to our family, I will absolutely be making the trip back out to UFC to work with Dr.Gurtcheff and her team there!! I really cant thank them all enough for all they have done for me!

We have loved coming here, it is always so calm and welcoming. Dr. Dorais is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is trauma informed, compassionate, and does a great job at explaining each step in the process. The nurse practitioners are also compassionate and helpful. The front desk are accommodating with scheduling, are prompt at responding back, and are always very kind on the phone.

This clinic changed our lives in the best way possible.Every single staff member and doctor at the Murray and Pleasant Grove office is absolutely wonderful, and genuinely CARE.They helped us so much and were extremely supportive during our entire IVF process.Thanks to UFC we have our rainbow baby, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Highly educated and caring doctors and staff. I cant imagine better treatment, no matter which issue you come in for.Dr. Dorais is so kind and stays current on an evolving area of medicine. You will get evidence based care individualized ro your case and sgw will help you understand each decision you need to make.They take all kinds of insurance and make billing so straight forward and out of pocket costs are lower than at the U of U. Dont go to the U!! Bad experiences there.

I loved the environment & customer service here.Dr Conway is absolutely amazing to work with!She answered every question we had & was able to walk us through a difficult time with so much care & genuine concern for our growing family. We worked with her for less than a year before we became pregnant & we now have a healthy baby boy! Definitely recommend.

We loved working with Dr. Parker and most of the UFC team. Started our fertility journey with them in January 2017, and in July 2018 we welcomed a beautiful baby boy! Obviously we are more than thrilled with the result. We went to both the Pleasant Grove and Murray offices. Our concerns were addressed appropriately, the course of treatment was detailed and easily explained by Dr. Parker, and we felt like we were involved in each decision. They were welcoming and understanding of our specific needs. There were just two issues we encountered: it can be difficult to get ahold of the staff via phone and there were two particular staff members who we just didnt jive with. But overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

UFC was amazing and helped me and my husband achieve our goal of getting pregnant understanding the outcome of how infertility had been affecting us and gave us our beautiful little boy and girl! The staff is very knowledgeable and trust me there’s no question that cannot be answered. Our Dr was wonderful and the staff does the absolute best to accommodate and make your dreams happen.

Maybe if I wasn’t paying out of pocket for ivf I would have a different opinion. I hated how I didn’t have much access to my doctor, only her nurses. Because I was paying everything my self I wanted to talk through things maybe more then most. I don’t feel like I was given very many options. We had 3 ultrasounds that have come out to $500! We really only needed the one! This is my 5 transfer I’m not new to ivf. The lady just kept saying oh it’s covered don’t worry. We are 4 months after happily pregnant but broke as heck! So when I get a text that they are sending my $300 bill to collecting sent me over the edge. If you can afford this place and don’t mind not seeing your doctor then you’ll fit In great

Dr. Gurtcheff listened to our plan and concerns. She educated us and gave us her opinion along the way. She was so calming to talk to and I felt like I wasn’t just another patient. She saw me as a person. The nurses were amazing! I mean when I was done there and got pregnant and graduated to my OB tears were shed because of the kindness of the nurses. There was one in particular who went above and beyond and even met me near my house to give me my needed medication. She also went to Poway High in San Diego. Nurses are truly angels and when you are in such a fragile and humble state it is so nice to be met with smiling and truly caring people. I have recommended UFC to everyone I know that is hoping for a miracle baby. We have ours and everyday I am so grateful for him and for UFC for making my dream a reality.

There is not enough time to say how great our experience with Dr. Dorais and Utah Fertility Center was. We initially saw a different fertility clinic that said at age 30, we had less than 2 % chance of conceiving naturally, less than 5% chance conceiving with IUI, and less than 20% chance of conceiving with IVF. My husband and I were distraught. We decided to see Dr. Dorais for a second opinion, and I wish I never would have even bothered with the initial clinic. Dr. Dorais also was confused by why I was initially given such low statistics, she said she would give us at least a 60% chance of conceiving with IVF. We are happy to say that after IVF, we are now pregnant after our first embryo transfer. Along the way, Dr. Dorais was such a support. She is not only a compassionate and caring provider, but she is so intelligent and very knowledgeable. You can ask her any question, and she has statistical evidence that backs up her procedures and protocols. She is up to date on all the current research and options. I would recommend Dr. Dorais in a heart beat! The clinic is amazing as well. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes ever, and I was only there like every week! My clinical coordinator Katrina was an awesome support who was always there to answer questions. I love all the staff and they are very professional! This process is not only very emotional, but as everyone knows, expensive. I appreciated that all the costs were laid out so you could see where the money was going. I trust UTAH Fertility Clinic and I know that we wouldn’t be where we are now without them!

Had a great experience with Dr. Guertcheff. Got pregnant with one round of IVF after trying for 4 years. Very thankful. Staff was always great and worked well with my hectic schedule and keeping me on track with everything.

Whether you a Surrogate like myself or are just need of a little family planning help Utah Fertility Center will definitely be happy and able to assist. The staff are amazingly, sweet comforting, and informative. I know that if I ever need help no matter where I am in the world this is the only treatment center I trust to make it happen. The staff at Utah Fertility Center are amazing! They always comforted us and made us feel at home while at a doctors office. We always felt so much hope when we walked through the doors. Dr. Conway helped us get pregnant on the first try! I highly recommend visiting Dr. Conway and her staff.

I sought IVF treatment due to my husbands genetic translocation, no known female infertility. At a different clinic, we had 3 egg retrieval cycles resulting in 5 frozen embryos, and 2 successful pregnancies. We moved cross country and consequently engaged Utah Fertility seeking a third pregnancy via embryo transfer.Pros:- Kind staff and nurses- Short wait times to be admitted for appointments- Pleasant premisesCons:- Unsuccessful embryo transfer- Scheduling issues: there were multiple mix-ups, and at one point I was sent away from my appointment just to be scheduled back the same day because a scheduling mistake- Minimal interaction with the doctor: most of the interaction was with nurses. Besides the initial interview, I saw the doctor twice during the whole process. No communication via email either.- Timeliness issues: Prior to procedures, I was only informed of the details at around 9pm the night before (time of procedure? Can I eat? Should I have my usual medications? What prescription should I pick up? etc.).- Possible triggering material: the clinic has a lot of displays of photographs of babies and families, presumably relating to past successful cases, which could be emotionally triggering for patients.After our unsuccessful experience with Utah Fertility, we were able to get pregnant at another clinic using a different protocol.

Dr Dorais took great care of us and would highly recommend. She knows her stuff! I’ve been to a lot of fertility centers in the Salt Lake Valley. The staff and doctor together made for the best experience. We have a healthy happy 2 month old IVF baby boy. All is well. In our experience UFC will do whatever they can to make it happen for you.

Dr. Gurtcheff was a very professional, informative, and kind provider. We first met with her virtually. I then went into the clinic for lab work and I was rather disappointed in my experience. The staff did not greet me. I was then taken back for my lab work and the MA said I was getting a pregnancy test and I said why.. I am not supposed to be here for that as we have established I am not pregnant and I was supposed to be getting other tests. She then sort of acted like I was confused and I very much was not. I asked her if I could see the label she had and it turns out she had the wrong patient name and date of birth. She fixed the issue. When I was leaving I tried to pay and the person at the desk was busy talking to another coworker and blew me off. When I spoke with Dr. Gurtcheff regarding my results I let her know what had happened with the MA and my blood work mix up and she was very apologetic and let me know it would be addressed. I was rather sad because I had read great reviews and perhaps it was a bad day, but Dr. Gurtcheff was great, however, the staff had me lose faith and become quite nervous about going forward because when you’re facing medical procedures not only do you need to feel safe with the provider you also need to feel safe with all staff. Side note this happened last year so I was just nervous to write the post at that time. Things could have changed at this time.

I have mixed feelings about this place, the staff are amazing!! I loved Dr Conway, but never seen again after the first meeting. When it came for me to do my IUI I felt really lost and nervous, I wish they would communicate better like checking on us the night prior and possibly as call in the morning just to go over things with you as far as what to expect. My fertility failed and I never heard from anyone after the initial call to tell me it failed. I wasnt given a new plan of action, I was literally left on my own after hearing this devastating news. I wish Dr. Conway wouldve made this call and given me a new plan of action. The gal who made the call made it seem like I was out of options? It has been weeks since my IUI, I called the clinic to ask if Dr. Conway could call me. I have yet to hear from her. Extremely disappointed in the after care

Caring, compassionate, truly invested in our journey. I thank God for bringing me to Dr. Conway and the entire staff at UFC. From the clinical staff to our coordinators, everyone there has been nothing short of incredible. Thank you all so much for everything over this past year. It has been a rollercoaster of challenges but you have made it much less traumatic than it might have been.

Be aware of what you are getting into. I was in sever pain after the procedure and was unable to get ahold of any doctor or nurse at their facility. I felt violated, used, and abused.I had no idea who my point of contact was and was passed around the office at every appointment. They were constantly late and disrespectful of my time.Do not recommend this facility. Go to U of U fertility clinic if you plan to undergo treatment or are interested in donating.

I love UFC! Dr Dorais is amazing, the medical staff and NPs are so kind. And the receptionists are always helpful- I often have to leave a voicemail, but always get a call back. We have two sweet babies, all thanks to Dr. Dorais!

Honestly some of the worst communication and customer service experiences I continually have. I repeatedly give it the benefit of the doubt and then it all gets lost, backwards, jumbled, misinformed and misguided all over again. I’ve probably seen 20 people and feel as though 2 were truly informative, patient, guiding, and felt like they were with me in my experience.

Super gorgeous location and awesome staff! They make it incredibly easy to communicate and coordinate apts.

Don’t trust any other clinic with something so important. Doctor Conway and all of the Utah fertility center staff have been absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend !!! After going to another clinic and having the cycles be botched I am so grateful to have found them.

Utah Fertility Center was amazing for our journey toward having a child. Their staff is extremely kind and helpful! I felt confident in what we were doing at every step of the way.

This would only allow me to give me 1 star when it shouldn’t be given any stars, seeing as how i didn’t even make it through the door. I scheduled an appointment all the way in pleasant grove as my insurance would only allow me to go to that one. I brought my 3 yr old son with me , no one had told me that it was a problem prior to my appointment. I arrived at 8am which was my appointment time and I call in to let them know I’m there. The receptionist answered and asked “are you the one outside with the little boy?” I told them yes and she proceeded to tell me he wasn’t allowed in because I’d be completely exposed and because of the X-ray machine. Which is fine, but they didn’t tell anything before making the long drive out. As I’m pulling away they send me a text message basically saying “we are looking forward to your next appointment! Please note that children younger than 18 are not allowed..etc...” What a joke!They have poor communication and hate children. Definitely going somewhere else.

I spent 10 years at a different fertility clinic and UFC was such a refreshing and needed change. They are organized, professional, and most of all - they get results! I wish I hadn’t wasted so much time at the other place.

Utah Fertility Center is the best fertility clinic compare to other clinics that i have gone to . Everyone who works there are professionals and they are amazing at what they do.

I loved my experience with Kristi , she did my HSG and she was so kind and nice!! And her assistant was super helpful and nice too!!

Receptionist has very bad attitude problem.. I was there 10 mins early for my appointment,which I consider a good thing.. but she was on the phone with someone and didnt even ask me to what I am here for I was waiting and waiting..and waiting.. finally I told her that I have an appointment at 1pm she was like everybody is at lunch.. then why did you give me that time slot?? If there is no one to assist. Stupid.. nobody has that kind a time.. Her name is Hilda..very bad and nasty attitude..

The staff is so kind! I always got response to health queries that I used to post through patient portal. Dr conway is really fantastic. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Conway and this clinic.

Had a baby boy with first try of IVF after 2 years of trying other ways. Price was reasonable. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Ive been requesting my health records and I am told they will send it and never do. They also stop answering the phone 30 minutes before close. When they do answer the phone they are not friendly. Sad.

Dr jessie A Dorais she told us totally lie she don’t know what she doing she ordering IUI do this do this just waste money almost $3 grand because one $824 We’ve been couple of appointment but nurse say Dr. quiet treat appointment but we not only do you wouldn’t wanna waste money more this stealing money from los never go back again

Dr. Conway and the whole staff here are amazing. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they always made us feel like we were a priority and that they truly cared. I appreciated the option to visit the other practice locations to ensure proper timing of procedures during my cycle.We were successful on our second ovulation induction with a fully monitored medicated cycle and trigger shot. We are expecting our first baby boy in March.

After 13 years trying to get pregnant and I went to this Clinic in 6 months of treatments, now we have our twins 🙏🏼 Dr.Doráis super recommended
