Easy walk-in service, though the hours can be a little weird, so make sure to check if theyre open before you drive out there. I arrived when they were closing for lunch, but Spenser was kind enough to squeeze my test in before his lunch break. Friendly staff every time I visit for employer-mandated tests

Honestly, I (like many other people) dont like getting my blood drawn but this place always felt welcoming and has such a positive atmosphere. Every time I called they were beyond nice and understanding when I had to reschedule because of another appointment I had to make. And David is AWESOME! He did my blood draw and kept me laughing and relaxed. Places like this make my day.

I have to say both experiences I’ve had here at Arc Labs have been very comforting. As someone who doesn’t like giving blood the staff will make or break your appointment. They were all welcoming, comforting, efficient and organized. I had the pleasure of working with David both times and he is a gem!! Thank you Arc Labels for making the process a little less “painful” for me

I was nervous going in even though I’ve had my blood drawn millions of times. Needles are scary 😂 the receptionist was super friendly and David, the phlebotomist was super caring and nice! We talked and laughed and he explained how it would go. He found a great vein on the arm that no other phlebotomist even looks at and when he put the needle in (a bigger one at that) I didn’t even feel it. I was so surprised. Haha I just had to leave a review because this was quite literally the best place I’ve gone to to get my blood drawn. Thank you for being kind and for knowing your stuff! I’d recommend this place over and over!

It was a blood draw that was so easy, I have to post about it. ArcPoint Labs offered me next level customer service for a recent lab test I needed. From the first call they’ve been a professional and caring local business with a kind, empowered staff and owner. I was harried & nervous going in and they kindly & patiently helped me through the process of referral paperwork, test and insurance. They had me in and out in 15 minutes! 💉Go because you’ll get great service and know you’re also supporting a local business & part of the community.

The staff at Arcpoint labs is friendly and professional. I learned about so many other services they offer after checking in. Love how they are supporting our community. They have two locations on our peninsula.

Spenser was professional, caring and efficient. He arrived a few minutes early from the estimate, and everything went smoothly.

David I think his name was, but he was truly amazing and sooo nice and kind! He is truly amazing and makes getting poked easy! He makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything to you before hand! Amazing job!

From the first call to make the appt to leaving the office I had a wonderful experience. I am highly nervous when it comes to getting my blood drawn, but both David and Daisy made it a very easy experience. Daisy drew the blood seamlessly and painlessly while David brought a (very welcome) distraction to me by asking questions and being overall very personable and relatable.The office is clean and warm with very friendly staff. If I can have all bloodwork done here forever I would.

I went to do bloodwork here and I didnt even have an appointment. I was seen right away, and all the employees were very friendly. Carlos drew my blood, and he was so friendly it was a great experience. I have deep veins and he got it on the first try, all while chatting and had fun music playing in the background. I am not squeamish around blood, but if I was this place would be great to go to since the atmosphere is so calm and relaxed. Ill definitely use this lab again!

ARCpoint Labs of Monterey is the BEST. Have had to use their services many times over the past three months. Everyone I have had contact with has been kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. I feel like I am in very good hands and will continue to use them for all my testing needs. I will not hesitate to recommend them!

Fantastic facility...clean and comfortable. More importantly, the staff was excellent, professional and courteous. My mother was wary of the DNA testing, but they patiently walked her through the process and showed her how easy it was. Both of my parents did it -- so fast and simple. I needed the travel PCR test for flying internationally, so I set that up. I was informed that itll take 2-3 days for results, and my appointment was on Thursday. On Saturday morning, I wasnt sure if Id get my results in time, and David and Erika were super helpful in getting me in for the rapid test and giving me the results quickly before they closed at noon on Saturday. It was really stressful, but they were extremely professional and helped get the situation sorted. Thank you!!

I have had many Covid tests here at Arcpoint Labs and I have always had a positive experience here. Recently had to do another Rapid PCR test for work and Jesse collected my sample and she was so courteous and professional. Beautiful, clean facility, friendly people working there, and super easy to book an appointment. Best of all, my phlebotomist was AWESOME! Im a total needle-phobe, and she took a vial without me even feeling it. I cant say enough good things about ARCpoint Labs!

I had an appointment at 1pm to do a COVID test prior to a surgery. I arrived 5 minutes early and needed the bathroom. I asked politely if I could use theirs. They denied me access immediately stating that their bathroom is used for testing (?). A test is $135... you would expect to have access to basic services. I had to leave hastily, they charged me a $25 cancellation fee.

I have had two experiences with this lab. The first was for a Coast Guard DOT pre-employment drug test (that a different lab could not seem to get right) and the second was to renew my TWIC. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed on both occasions. They really know their stuff and got it right the first time on both my visits! I highly recommend them and will definitely be a returning customer when the need arises!Thank you ARCpoint for making the dismal process of government drug tests and bureaucratic paperwork a little less painful!! I really appreciate your level of service and your commitment to getting it right the first time, while still treating humans with dignity.

Carlos was great. He rushed our Covid test results so my family and I could fly out of the country that evening. I had plenty of time to input the data into the countrys health system and complete the necessary forms. Thank you!

Myself, my husband and my three children (10, 9 and 6 years) all had to be tested for international travel for my husbands work. We had accidentally picked and paid for the wrong test online but they helped us fix our own mistake. They were kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the different countries and their requirements. They tested us in the car and made the kids laugh. Because of travel they have test almost a dozen times and this has been the best experience we have had. Highly recommended! Next time we need testing in this area we will return here.

Great experience! Signing up online was easy. The person who answered the phone was quick and helpful. The person who did the test was super pleasant and did a fantastic job. Then I got my results right away.

All the staff I met were really kind and helpful. I needed a PCR test to fly to Japan, and they did amazing job filling out the Japanese COVID-19 certificate. Also, the testing process was real quick.

Spencer is the man! Got offered a promotion at work that required me to get finger prints done. Their office isn’t far from ours, so I called to see if I could get squeezed in. Unfortunately, I called on a day that they don’t do screenings 😩😫So I explained the situation to Spencer, told him where I was and without hesitation he said he’d fire up the machine for me and to head on over. 3 minutes later I showed up, but was missing some required documents. I asked if it would be better to just go ahead and book an appointment for another day since this was pretty much a favor anyways. He said go get what I needed and come back.We have a baby on the way and this promotion is major for my family. Thank you to Spencer and staff. Helped take the weight of the world off my shoulders

There are many labs in the Montery peninsula but there is only ARC Labsthat deserves an exceptional high ratingfor its cleanliness, timely efficient staff which is quite professional yet compassionate and friendly.Was extremely impressed with senior phlebotomist Kelly L. who made it absolutely painless and stress free!

After a recent covid exposure, I discovered how challenging it is to be tested. Long waits in line, long drives to the testing sites, and long wait times for appointments are discouraging.I found a lab near ryan ranch that felt totally safe as they tested me in my car. Nearly no wait time for appointments, no referrals required, family run, incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff, and we got our results in about 4.5 hrs.They do not bill insurance, but my insurance will reimburse the entire $130 fee. The lab even helped me navigate the website so I could give my insurance their request for a web posted price.

Not trustable lab. I called in advance to make sure about the date/time of my PCR test and received the information that doing the collection on Friday early morning would be safe to get the result before my flight on Sunday 1:00pm. What happened later was that I never received my result before my flight, I called many times and never got any response from them, sent emails and they never replied. My collection was Friday around 8:40am and I received the result on Monday late at night. For my surprise, the time of collection on it shows as 3:30pm approx. I had to do another PCR at SFO airport to be able to fly and almost lost the flight. This lab is very smart to charge but after that you need to be lucky to get the service! Never more!!!!

We use ARC point Labs as our Drug program facility for work. Theyre very professional and friendly to our employeesAnd also a great facility for blood work , much cheaper than other facilities with insurance
