Update: I am pregnant! I’m so grateful! This would have never been possible with out God and Dr.Morice!Im about 4 hours post op from a tubal reversal with Dr.Morice. I can’t say enough about how phenomenal he was! I was so nervous at first but he came in and spent a little time reassuring me. I loved that! All of his staff was so attentive and caring!I’d choose him over and over!

Kristen is always amazing, compassionate, honest, & helpful. I drive from as far as Lafayette sometimes to be seen by her because she takes pride in what she was does & gives the best advice

Nurse Britney was very nice I had some questions and concerns and she answered and explained everything to meThe lab lady was awesome she talked to me the whole time so I wouldnt be worried about being stuck! lolAfter all that I seen Kristen to do what I was there for she explained what my visit was for and explained what will happen at my follow up appointmentThe front desk ladies were awesome also very nice 😄

My surgery went well today although they couldn’t find the Filishie clips due to them migrating. hopefully it won’t be long before we have some little ones running around! Looking forward to this adventure

I’m not sure if they schedule too many patients at once or what but they take extremely long to get you in a room to the back. My appointment was at 10am and I did not leave until a few minutes before 1pm. I love being a patient here, but the service is slow.

I went and got my tubial reversal done here and they were AMAZING!!! If I have questions they get right back to me. I couldnt of asked for a better staff.

Staff is very friendly and personable. Everyone was nice and very helpful from reception to NP. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I get to the exam room, I sit there for an hour. The tv in the exam rooms is helpful though, so more like 4.5 stars.

This was actually my first time visiting this location. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They made sure I knew that I was their first priority. They explain everything making sure I understood. They’re this one person I couldn’t wait to meet. Her name is Jess. She is absolutely amazing and I would like to personally thank her for doing such an amazing job. I can and will definitely recommend to a friend.

The staff goes over and beyond for their patients. I have been with this provider for over a year. I have gotten the pleasure of dealing with multiple doctors and they have all been great.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. The music choice was appropriate and wasn’t played too loud to where we couldn’t have a conversation. All of the staff was friendly. The faces that passed by were friendly, everyone smiled and they treated my husband like he was a part of the discussion regarding my information. The appointment that I was seen for was the ultrasound and an exam-both nurses were very kind and nurturing. They explained the process and nothing was painful. I was very comfortable as the rooms were not too cold either. I would recommend anyone looking for an obstetrician/gynecology office to choose Atchafalaya in LA.

The nurse practitioner I had on my visit on January 23 was awesome she was so pleasant and kept a smile. She explained to me everything. The nurse that did my labs and gave me my shot was awesome also. I had a great visit thanks to those two!!

To be Honest this OBGYN is the only one I have ever been to that takes an hour just to say everything looks goo have a nice day. It’s so rude and you have so many people working in this office it really shouldn’t take this long. We will not be back.

The entire staff went above and beyond during my appointment. Lauren is fantastic and the sonographer, I unfortunately don’t recall her name, was amazing too! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing during my time with her. The staff truly is the best overall.

Everyone was nice, after surgery while in recovery talked to Dr. so I really didn’t understand what he was saying bc I was still under anesthesia once I woke up and went to room nurses couldn’t answer any questions bc “they didn’t know” and they also told me any questions I had I would have to call the office Monday morning bc the doctor had left, It was kind of scary bc I just had a major surgery plenty of questions and no one to answer just a packet of papers

Had a tubal reversal done last week! The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Morice was better than I expected him to be and I’m super picky with doctors. I feel great! I had to have a ultrasound and manual exam plus the pre op appt and was still out of the office within 20 minutes. So wait time was great! I had some extra things found once he opened me up and that was all took care of. I flew from Kentucky to have morice do my surgery and I’m thankful I did!

Our experience was awesome. They explained everything very well. And did an awesome job dealing with all of our millions of questions.

I really can’t give enough stars to Dr. Morice and his staff! From the very first phone call with the wonderful Tallie, this entire office has been responsive, professional, compassionate and informative. I came from out of town to have surgery, and would gladly drive the distance again for this quality of care. They are able to keep their prices affordable by being a self-pay clinic- many people are upset when they see that insurance is not accepted, however, by not accepting insurance they’re able to keep prices reasonable. They do NOT skimp on quality! Dr. Morice is highly intelligent and explains the surgical process in-depth. I knew I was in good hands right away- he went above and beyond to help me! My only regret is that I wasted money with other providers and wish I would have came to Dr. Morice sooner. Wonderful clinic with excellent care; highly reccommend.

I must say my visit at the office was by far amazing from walking into the door the MA @ the front desk very warm welcoming through out my entire visit being called to the back the staff is very friendly with all smiles and by far the NP did well over her call of duty. Its great to be able to sit and conversation and connect with any medical professional that actually cares about you and others. Nevertheless, not a very long wait time and btw if it was it was still ok bc I was seen by the most professional NP with a smile and listening ears and a heart for people but radical for Christ was over the TOP for me. Thanks again to all of the staff.... please continue to do well and for others in our community and others you have to see at the office. Very good office. Didn’t really have any concerns or problems until yesterday when trying to get a prior authorization sent to my insurance. I called the office at 9am to see if I could get one sent over. I spoke with Danielle about it and she told me “there is no point in sending a prior authorization because they will deny it anyways” (Which as a healthcare worker, you don’t even say anything of that sort to a patient. Especially not in the manner she did). I asked her could she just send it over and I’d go from there. Later in the day I called my insurance at 3:13 pm and was told they never received a prior authorization form. I called Atchafalayah spoke with Sarah (who was real nice) and the form had never been sent. It was finally sent over to insurance at 3:30 pm! Really sad as to how this whole situation was handled because I’ve been going here for years and loved it. I see indeed that they are not trying to help in health areas and that’s completely fine. It was good while it lasted. Hope they bring in more professional and respectful medical assistance and billing specialists etc

Physician was very nice and thorough. However, I had to wait in a cold examination room, undressed, for well over 30 minutes. And while waiting , the TV had a movie on that used profanity. Granted, the profane words were silenced, but I thought it was very unprofessional to have such a show on. But once again, the service itself was fine. Staff was very nice.

It was very beautiful and everyone was so friendly and they all made you feel like family. I really love my gynecologist and her nurse they both treated me like family and they were very understanding listening to your concerns and was more then willing to help you and made me so comfortable I will and would recommend this physicians office to my family and friends. I love going to morgan city womens Healthcare bc they are so friendly and they are so happy-go-lucky workers and they keeps a smile 😃 😊 on they faces. The doctor their mrs.krisetn plaisance shes so nice and kind to you ❤️ and she was very friendly and helpful and understanding I wish I could have her every visit she doesnt take long at all. Like some they have you waiting 2 too 3hour before they come in the room 😏

.Dr Morice was so amazing and explained things to my husband and I before surgery. He is the best Dr for tubal reversal!!!! I felt so at ease just knowing he was in charge of my care.This place was amazing and the staff was amazing too. The one and only issue I had was the nurse in my recovery room when I was coming around, she said things to others about my past and so on and was kinda rude. Yes I have a past but that doesn’t make me any less of a human being and deserve less attentive care.

Always,always professional. Works well with patient. I have been going here for years, and no complaint. If they are not over booked you will not have a problem.

I am always uncomfortable talking about my weight or going get my annual done. At Atchafalaya, they know who I am and always greet me as soon as I walk up. I am always treated with respect and any question I have is answered. I feel like they really do care about my well being. I do prefer to be seen by Tory as I have always been, so that is the only change I don’t like. Other than that crazy change this is by far the best place to be seen. Great staff all around, love you guys and God bless.

I’ve been coming here since I was about 12/13 (I’m 18 now) and they have always been kind and assisted me anytime I needed. I always went there with the same problem because I felt the answers I was given weren’t good enough, and they were patient with me, ran more tests, and made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel judged.

The times I have visited the office everyone has been extremely polite. The office was very clean. And my appointments have been on time without having to wait for a long period.

Dr. Morice and all of his staff were phenomenal! I would highly recommend him to anyone for a tubal reversal.Dr. Morice even told me about a cyst that I had on my ovary that no other Dr. told me about and that I have PCOS. He even went in and removed it for me while doing surgery.

Beautiful office. Friendly staff. Honestly the most comfortable gyn experience I’ve ever had. I wish I would have been going here from the get go. My concerns were not brushed off and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Will be making an appointment for my teenage daughter soon as well. We have been putting it off because I dreaded appointments with my old gyn. So glad I switched.

My appt was for noon but I did not see Dr. Morice until just after 2pm. I was upset and told him so. I know doctors have emergencies and may need time with a previous patient, but I was very upset.He’s a wonderful doctor and made me feel at ease during the exam and ultimately the surgery. If I other problems that require a gynecologist, I will certainly go backTo see him.

They are great to me ...nice staff my only thing is the wait cause you wait and they only see u for no more than 10 minutes half the time but your waiting for more than that but other than that they are good

I had my tubal reversal surgery with Dr. Morice on September 23 2022. I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Morice is amazing, my husband and I are super excited to get to try for a baby of our own. I liked Dr. Morice and his staff so much that if I get pregnant I will be using him as my OB.

I was very pleased with Dr. Morice. He was very thorough. Did breast u/s because of paternal grandmother family history. I never had another doctor order this procedure for me.

Everything went well I had Pre-op March 31, 2022 and on April 1,2022 I had the surgery. Dr. Morice Natchez is the best I will recommend him to everyone that’s trying to conceive. I was in good hands the staff are great! And Mrs, Tally went over and Beyond. To make sure I had everything that I needed. I cannot wait to update you all when I get pregnant. I didn’t have a great experience at Morgan city facility. They told me the same thing since I been there and I been there over a year asking about my health nothing change no medication for infertility or no treatment to help me so I’m glad I decided to go to another OBGYN in Lafayette area.

Both my doctor and nurse came into my room unmasked. There was no explanation, apology, or excuse for their decision to put myself and countless other high-risk or pregnant women at risk. I should not have to ask my doctor or a nurse to respect state mandates and general common sense. I am completely appalled and saddened that members of the medical field, who should know the most about how horrible covid is, could not care enough about their patients to put a mask on. Although there is a sign on the front door requiring patients to wear masks, and I couldnt have my mother with me for a painful medical procedure because of covid protocols, my medical professionals couldnt give me the same respect I give them. I never call out anyone on facebook or places like this. But considering our state has no recourse for medical professionals who do not follow mask protocols, this is my only option. Do better.

Wow… What must I say First I willLike to thank GOD for me finding this place … The people was so nice here when I say from pre -op until it was time for me to leave they was very sweet it’s like I had been knowing them they made me and my husband feel so welcome when we first made it and we I went back for my surgery … They updated my husband with information on how I was doing after the surgery the surgery went very Good I know that Dr. Morice was Heaven sent he is a great a doctor and his staff as well was so awesome I had my procedure done May 24 , 2021 I will keep you updated when I get pregnant I know I will after my 8 weeks GOD will let it happen you just have to keep the faith and know that GOD will make it happen for you and I just wanna thank Dr.Morice and his staff so much for making me feel like I was welcome May GOD bless this whole staff and doctors if you thinking about going to them you want be sorry because they did an awesome Job with me and my husband was very happy we choice them and that GOD place them in our path I give all glory to GOD I just can’t wait until I can start trying for our bundle of joy … so if it’s ladies out there thinking about it pray to GOD and let him lead the way for you I pray you Go to Dr.Morice He is the Best … I pray this will help someone out there that’s looking to get a tubal reversal… He is the number one doctor to let do it … GOD is working through him this I do know and I pray GOD continue to bless his hands and anyone that is connected to him🙏🏽🙏🏽😇😇
