We had Dr Price (who I don’t think practices anymore) and had a great experience. He was willing to listen and give advice on which medication would likely work best. His recommendations worked for us we had our miracle girl in September! Thank you so much!
This review keeps getting taken down, but I will keep reposting it each time it gets removed! This is the worst fertility clinic ever! Do not trust their finance department. I believe they are embezzling money. They are incorrectly charging us patients for services. I will get down to the bottom of this and I will also find out whos the head person in charge there.
No one answers phone calls. I would give 0 stars if I could. Seems like front desk clerks have enough time to talk to each other but not enough time to pickup phone.I had to drive to schedule appointment with them after my doctor sent referrals.Front desk clerk sarcastically said that she was sorry about not replying on my phone calls and offered to set up appointment.I understand why there are so many bad reviews.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over a year now. Everyone has been amazing from the beginning. It does take 2-3 months to establish care because they are busy; so plan accordingly. Once you’re established you’re seen regularly and often. You get the opportunity to meet most of nurses, doctors, and fellows. There’s literally nothing negative I can say about this team. I’m very appreciative of the work and bedside manner this team has.
HOW SOME PEOPLE HAVE A JOB, I have no clue. There is ONE FEMALE -DESTINY EVERETT*****(THIS EMPLOYEE HAS SINCE STARTED CALLING ME FROM ANONYMOUS NUMBERS AND HARRASSING AND THREATENING ME OVER MY GOOGLE REVIEW!!!!! SHE HAS CALLED ME 5 TIMES-CURSING AT ME, YELLING IN MY EAR, CALLING ME DISPARAGING NAMES/WORDS!!!!!! I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT AND CALLING MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!)*******that I keep talking to who is AA, has a country accent and cannot answer one question without putting me on hold a million times or making me an appt weeks out with Finance to discuss a bill. My journey with Duke stops NOW. She was my last straw-I wish I had her name. Please get someone else who is competent and can talk professionally on the phone. How can I talk to the SAME person to make appts, in Finance, etc same voice, attitude, demeanor everything.
Im updating this review after further treatment. We were with Duke Fertility for two years total; our experience in the second year was terrific. This may have been because wed become more experienced patients; however, I feel like the level of care and follow-up (and physician contact) in 2022 improved.Old review (old location):You absolutely spend a lot of time with the nurses and have to be your own advocate (and specifically request to see your physician - it can be quite a wait to talk to a doctor) but unlike UNC they will TELL YOU HOW MUCH PROCEDURES COST if you can get their financial counselors on the phone. Its sad that thats currently my high bar - in any sane universe there would be public price sheets for self-pay procedures - but at least theyll tell you if you ask.
Could not disagree more with the low rating of this facility. Duke Fertility deserves 5 stars! Ive been with Duke Fertility for a full year and every aspect of my time with them has been wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and responsive. The new facility is beautiful. The communication is always timely and thorough. The resources provided - from financial assistance, to mental care, to med prep, to insurance coverage - are above par. I felt truly seen and cared for as a person with unique circumstances instead of just another numbered patient. Dr. Acharya, Nurse Ashley, and Nurse Kim took exceptional care of me and I will highly recommend this facility to everyone I know seeking fertility care. Thank you, Duke Fertility Center!
Waited months for an appointment they called one month before told me it was telehealth or I had to wait another 3 months to be seen in person. If you read the reviews and get excited because the doctors are good don’t get your hopes up. Their practice managers and nurses are not sympathetic won’t address your concerns and will not help you look for alternatives when they essentially cancel your appointment. Please look elsewhere if you want to save yourself the worry and trouble.
Stay away from Duke Fertility! Every negative review is 100% accurate. This clinic is poorly run, communication is terrible and after your initial consult, you are relegated to seeing fellows and have minimal MyChart based interactions with your doctor. I was here for over 6 months and saw my personal doctor one time. When a call delivering bad news had to be made, a fellow (who fumbled over her words and was incredibly insensitive and unable to answer my questions) delivered it, not my doctor. Dr. Acharya was wonderful, compassionate and helpful, however seeing her one time in 6 months is unacceptable. At Duke Fertility you are literally a number in the rotation of 3 different fellows who don’t know your name or situation. I did see Dr. Steiner for one visit and found her to be incredibly dismissive, rude and unprofessional. After two failed IUI’s I am transferring elsewhere to continue my treatment. If you want to receive compassionate and informed care, look elsewhere!
Every single person I interacted with here was exceptional. I felt cared for, understood and like I was in the presence of professionals who enjoy their work. The atmosphere is welcoming and they make the process of check in and out really easy. Dr. Steiner is fantastic. She put me and my partner at ease, explained her recommendations and responded to my messages through MyDukeChart. I trust her and the staff. I am thrilled to be pregnant and happy to have had this lovely place make it possible.
I have been going here on/off for 4 years. I have a long history at Duke Fertility only because I didnt want to start with IVF and started out with less expensive/invasive options. The nurses are AMAZING and the Dr.s are the most up to date on the research. Amy and the nurses have worked late hours and through the lunch hours to help me with financing or set me up with calendar/ special script requests. What I will say for those who left poor reviews is that it seemed they had expectations they would get a lot of time with their primary doctor. Frankly, the only area I could see being improved is addressing how care works in the clinic. The doctors are responsible to review the case, consult with patents/review history, create the plan of care, oversee the progress, do the implant procedures or egg extraction procedures (if doing IVF), or biopsys. You will work VERY closely with the nurses because they are the SUPERSTARS that tell you about the medication increases, the schedule of medicine and other important details. My nurse has singlehandedly gone out of her way to make sure I was injecting myself correctly, I had the proper tools and frankly cares deeply about her work. Dr. Price is VERY responsive on duke mychart and responds with any concerns and questions I have. I will also add that there are amazing support groups here for pregnancy loss. I highly recommend coming here if you are open to working with AMAZING nurses and Dr.s who are up to date on the latest research. Also, I will add Im successfully pregnant doing IVF. I am beyond thankful for this clinic and the staff!
I tried to have low expectations but still felt disappointed at the first consult. Several OBGYNs had blown me off perviously and just kept referring me to a fertility center assuring me thats where I would get more answers/information/options. I was surprised how little even a fertility center seemed to take an interest in our situation. There were hardly any questions asked about our medical history. We got no suggestions on anything we could try as far as supplements or additional bloodwork or options to try on a next pregnancy.I had done a lot of research in preparation for this visit - within the first 5 minutes, I could tell this wasnt really going anywhere. I kept asking questions anyway, and just kept getting the same answers: I am not familiar with that or Theres not enough data to support that. It was disappointing there was just blanket statements of theres no research for that even though I had found many peer reviewed studies to suggest there may be benefits in trying x, y, z or at least the possibility of a correlation. The doctor showed no interest in any of that. When I made the appointment, the front desk assured me that these doctors were up on the research and were active in the university - and I was severely disappointed especially with this aspect of the visit.Obviously after waiting 2 months for this appointment and the emotional heaviness of the situation, its frustrating to walk away with not much more than I had walking in. I left with the impression that this is not a center designed to have a team part of your TTC journey - it does not seem like they would help you monitor anything or offer any interventions (all my questions got no for an answer) - it seems mainly a system designed to solely get you on IVF without trying anything else beforehand. Any other things discussed in the appointment were things I had researched beforehand and had to bring up to ask about (which all got rejected).I even asked several times, this is all you can offer.. Im not really leaving with any suggestions here. (The ONE suggestion the doctor offered is something that I had already discussed with two different obgyns previously several months ago. If I had wanted that procedure, I could have done that awhile ago without this center. So they didnt offer me anything new or different.) On my way out, the front desk still tried to get me to schedule a 6-8 week follow up. What I would exactly be following up on, Im not sure.I was expecting very little, yet still hoped for something, and left with absolutely nothing. To be fair: the new facility is very clean and pretty. The front desk staff were very kind and polite and actually very welcoming. The nurse was very friendly was well. But I came for a bit more than that..How I can wait 2 months for an appointment, see a specialist in this area, and leave with absolutely nothing new -- is just mind-blowing to me.
I was referred to Duke Fertility by my OBGYN. My first appointment with Dr. Price was via telehealth. He was knowledge, but blunt. He didn’t beat around the bush which was greatly appreciated it. He scheduled me blood work and an ultrasound. I have a severe needle phobia. I didn’t sleep the week before my appointment because of my anxiety. I paced the whole day of my appointment. I get to the clinic and freak out about the blood work. The staff was AMAZING. They took their time and made sure I was relaxed. Once I was relaxed Constance drew my blood and i didn’t feel a thing. She drew it on the first try.I have had multiple experiences calling this clinic for appointments and financial quotes. Everyone has replied quickly. I haven’t run into any issues. The google reviews for this place at not what I expected. Some of the reviews less than favorable. I highly suggest going to DF and making your own opinions. The care I received amazing and delivered with the upmost professionalism.
I had a wonderful experience when we were having difficulty conceiving in 2010. Dr. Price took excellent care determining what our fertility issues were and getting us on the right path. Within four months we were pregnant and they still continued to take excellent care through the first 12 weeks, with regular blood work, ultrasounds, and check ins. Once it looked like everything was on the right track they turned us over to our OB. I would and have recommended them to all of my friends with the same struggles.
After suffering with infertility for two years, my husband and I decided to seek treatment. I was referred to Duke Fertility Center through my primary doctor (unfortunately also with Duke). The staff were unfriendly and incompetent in my opinion. From the start, I felt rushed and not given enough information with my condition (PCOS). I spent a maximum of 15 minutes per visit and each time left feeling confused and unsupported. The treatments suggested were unsuccessful and I decided to get a second opinion. I am SO GLAD I found Dr. Copland at Atlantic Reproductive. She has been so helpful, supportive, and compassionate. She actually took the time to explain in scientific terms what was going on with my body and has been so patient with the many questions Ive had. After going through treatments with her, we discovered that I was misdiagnosed at Duke and have pretty much wasted a year of our time and money with them.I hate for anyone to think that DUKE Fertility Center sets the standard for medical care. They have been the worse. Do your research and go with a different clinic if you are considering them.
1. Insensitive and arrogant. Yes, the nurses are arrogant. These poor women and myself who have experienced fertility issues have to experience the lack of empathy from the healthcare providers at this fertility center.2. Provide no background information about your treatment. No information about logistics and process. Just gives you a bunch of videos to review. Youll find yourself asking questions and getting frustrated.3. All calls go through voicemail. Little to no interaction with actual doctors.
This is a teaching clinic. Most of your procedures will be done by fellows. Your case is not responsible by a certain dr. You will be welcomed by the doctors but once you started you have very few chances to see your dr. So fellow is important but their information are not on the website and no review or record you can trace. Do not use Jessica. She has heavy hand but she does not care. I had 3D image with her and was so painful that I still remember now after it was done 1 year ago. Today, unfortunately my IUI was done by her again even though I requested an attending a couple times. Jessica did it with 40 minutes delay and told me the timing was not important. I searched online and there were research showing the time between sperm collection and IUI makes difference. Also the training of the professionals are needed. I could not get my blood drawn two days ago. Both the nurse and the fellow could not make it. I have no trouble with other clinics before. Very frustrated. The nurses are caring and responsible, the doctor I see is great but I wish I could be under her care not the fellow.
Lot of positive energy in this Fertility Center. Talented efficient specialists are working here. They take good care of patients visiting the center starting from the receptionists, Nurses, Duty Doctors, Doctors.Very calm & clean place. Dr.Thomas Price is an awesome man. His diagnosis are very accurate. Nurse Jennifer is an excellent person. Love all the people working on this center.
I was seen at Duke Fertility Center on April 26, 2017. I was having a diagnostic procedure to determine whether my fallopian tubes were patent because Id recently had surgery to fix them. My review is based solely on the lack of customer service, sensitivity, empathy and overall bedside manner of the staff that I encountered at Duke Fertility Clinic. I was disgusted by the assembly line approach to patients. There is no sense of care or concern from the staff. The feel is more like a government funded health department. They dont have time for tears, questions, discussion, etc. They want you in and out. Im sure it has a lot to do with their patient population and the sad truth that they deal with and see upset and devastated patients day in and day out. Similar to a hospice-type environment, healthcare staff can become numb to the emotions and needs of patients and that is exactly the case here. However, this is not an excuse and is simply unacceptable. If Duke has a standard of excellence in the delivery of healthcare, this office has failed miserably at meeting that standard. Please do your research and find a somewhere else to go for friendly, professional and empathetic care. The staff here need a serious in-service on the patient journey and patient sensitivity. Your hard earned money, time and energy should be focused on the reason youre seeking fertility treatment in the first place; not on subpar, arrogant and mediocre care.
More concerned about their stats to turn a profit versus helping people have families. I was told I was 3 months past their deadline and donor egg or look elsewhere. Even more so, all of my care is fully covered, so they wouldnt even have to worry about getting paid. I dont want to be a surrogate to a child my husband is having with someone else.
I started going beginning out the year seeing a Dr. who decided to retire and notifying us about 2 weeks before his last day. Was put on medication in January after labs and tests were done in hopes to make me ovulate then was told to follow up after 3 months. Well after 3 months, I called and he was going on vacation for 3 weeks and told me to take another month. Called to follow up again and was told he was no longer seeing patients. Extremely upset and hurt. No one followed up with his patients and Nurses will NOT CALL YOU BACK! Even if you leave MULTIPLE messages. Will not be returning. Only gave 2 stars because while we were being seen, we had a great experience.
We love Duke Fertility Center. They went above and beyond for us. We went here after trying another place that was rude and insensitive to our fertility issues. We were nervous as going thru IVF seemed so scary, but Duke was so supportive. Drs and nurses always return phone calls and answer questions with confidence. Dr. Muasher was wonderful and very caring. He even told us he would pray for us when they were afraid that I was at risk for losing my oldest child. We had to do 2 IVF retrievals and 3 transfers before I finally got pregnant but we now have a 4 year old and a 12 week old as a result of our last retrieval and last 2 transfers. I am hoping to have one more child in the next 2 to 3 years if God allows it and will definitely use Duke again. I actually have an appointment with Dr. Eaton in a couple of weeks to discuss egg retrieval for freezing so they will be available when I am ready as I am almost 41 and am afraid I wont have any eggs available if I wait until we are ready to transfer. Dr. Eaton did my surgery to remove my tubes and I have no complaints on that either.
Listen to the 1 star reviews ladies, I promise theres a reason. Take the 1 star reviews seriously. It should NOT take 20+ minutes to even get answered by the appointment line; and leaving a message, psshh, they dont call back! You have time restrictions for procedures and lab work, you HAVE to do it in the right windows or the results are out if whack and you have to do it again (more money!). 12 minutes the 1st time, 22 minutes the second time, 45 minutes the 3rd time! After I was ASKED in the voicemail to call back not even 1 minute before! I literally had JUST missed answering. (Absolutely NOT joking, I finally just hung up) And 28 minutes today with no answer in sight, I finally just left a message to cancel because I will NOT be returning. The nurses line, ok, I get leaving a message because the nurses arent sitting at a desk...but Im still waiting on THAT call back (from 7 business days ago). The financial counselor - what a joke. My 1st appointment was 2 weeks ago today. Couldnt see her when I was in the office (twice) - they said shed call. The 1st call, she didnt even have my insurance company OR procedure info, she had someone elses, but was still talking about mine and my wifes procedure plan (again, not the procedure plan we decided on with the Dr.) and what the insurance would cover. I had to keep cutting her off because it wasnt relevant for me at all! She just kept going, even after realizing the insurance she verified wasnt mine, then just started guessing by what my insurance Company usually pays! Just because one plan covers this or that, doesnt mean my company subscribes to it too. Im still waiting (2 weeks later) to see if my plans fertility coverage will even cover ANYTHING theyve already done, let alone how much they charge vs how much Id owe out of pocket.I will tell you that I chose Duke purely because my MyChart is easily accessible at all of my Doctors offices. Dont do this. Dont chose a facility based on the name its associated with. Were all here trying to have a baby, time is important. Chose a facility that actually has the time for you. Now, Im going to be a month behind because I have to start over elsewhere. Bad, very bad. Such a joke!
We worked with Dr. Hurd at Duke Fertility after a diagnosis of recurrent miscarriage. When an autoimmune issues was discovered and the initial course of treatment did not work for me, I learned about a medication from a friend with the same diagnosis that she believed allowed her body to continue to grow the pregnancy. I discussed this with Dr. Hurd who did his own research and was open to adding the additional medication to my protocol. Well never know for sure if the addition of that medication was the reason we were able to have our son, but in my mind I think it may have been. I credit Dr. Hurd with being open to a variety of options. He was patient and compassionate, even when I was highly frustrated with the very long infertility journey. He remained steadfast and calm and truly believed we would be able to have a baby. The staff at the clinic was wonderful; they were kind, compassionate, and efficient. I had my many doubts and disappointments (3 losses) , but sure enough, we had our son in December 2016. After he was born, Dr. Hurd reached out to us to offer congratulations, which really touched me. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Im so thankful for their services, particularly those of Dr. Hurd.
After two years, 10 cycles, 1 miscarriage and DNC, we finally decided to switch to IVF. Sent all our info to the financial counselor. No one ever called us. Left countless voicemails and emails without response. We finally just switched clinics (with better communication) and now DFC is saying I owe money without anyone ever contacting me back again leaving countless voicemails and emails. Duke billing says I have to talk to someone from DFC but good luck getting them to call me back. Thanks for sending it to collections and hurting my credit.
Dr Hurd has been absolutely amazing. Recently we went to him to have an HSG test done. This test was a painless and simple presegure and I have Dr hurd to thank for that. I went to have this same test done a month ago at another hospital and it was awful. The Dr was unsuccessful and caused me so much pain.We have seen Dr Hurd 4 times over the past few months and we have been so pleased. He is very informative, takes the time to listen to our concerns and questions and truly cares about our jurney while trying to conceive. We have had some really hard times over the past months with other Drs. We feel absolutely blessed to be able to work with Dr Hurd and his team. Thank you Dr Hurd for helping us make this journey as easy and comfortable as possible !
I can’t say enough about the staff here. From the front desk, to the nurses, doctors and phlebotomists as well, everyone there genuinely cares and has compassion. I had come to Duke Fertility after almost a year of failed medicated cycles and ovarian cyst removal/laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Eaton eased my anxiety during the first visit. I proceeded to have 5 failed IUI cycles (they recommended 3 for me but I wasn’t quite ready for IVF and wanted to try 2 more). When we finally decided to proceed with IVF, they walked me through the whole process and were extremely detail oriented, and really helped us understand the process. I was very nervous about the egg retrieval since I’ve had problems with procedures and sedation in the past, but they really put me at ease and are a well oiled machine there. Our little boy is due in September via IVF and we couldn’t be more grateful to the staff at Duke Fertility!
Dr. Hurd was such a Horrible doctor. He has the worse bedside manner. He is rude and unprofessional. This has been the work experience that I have had with a provider in my entire life. I am thankful that he showed his true colors at my very first appointment and within the first 20 minutes. If you choose this place, one of the other providers would be the best idea. I heard that Dr. Price is great. Dr. Hurd suggested that I take my business elsewhere and that is exactly what I decided to do.
Disgusting experience. This is not their fault that a half a year of expensive treatment didnt bring any results. But some things could be much better. The management is awful. First dissapontment was when they told me to make blood tests the same day and didnt bother to alert that was $800 (in REX the same things cost a few times cheaper). OK, this is again might be my fault - I should have insist to tell me the price in advance. Im foreign and have not much experience in this field. They messed with the billing and overcharged us. Now 5 months late they still cant figure this out. My husband explained them in person and by phone all the details (though its their job, not his) what exactly is wrong. They say OK well correct this. But then they call again and again and want me to pay. Because those who call are not aware of the situation and theyre sure that we own them! Im concerned that they might transmit this false information to collectors! Im so tired to explain every time that its Duke Fertility is due the refund to us!! We payed even more than needed because of their mistake! Every time we deal with different people and need to explain to them everything. Somehow they dont keep records! How can this be? Its money thing. If their bookkeepers are unable to count how at all they got their job?? And now I have one more trouble - cant make them send my records to another clinic. To request the records you need to go through huge pile of security confirmation and then you need to wait for weeks. First I requested the records for myself. Also had to wait and to call them. They couldnt do it easy and send it by e-mail so that I could send the records to another clinic. No. They made me wait 3 weeks, then send me it in paper and charged me for it. There were also other signs of careless attitude which makes me think its just a bad place to take treatment. Though the staff is friendly. But this is it.
I highly recommend this clinic very sweet receptionist everyone behind the desk spoke to me as soon as I walked up they talked me through each step before I was even seen by the dr. Dr. Price performed a hsg he as well talked me through each step he was taking as well as his nurse they all had excellent bedside manner. I was very nervous but they went out of their way to ease the nervousness. I did not wait long at all which makes a huge difference. Very clean and comfortable environment. Thanks so much to all that helped me!!
We were trying to have a baby for over a year and were referred to Duke Fertitlity from Duke OB/GYN. We met Dr. Mausher who immediately told me that I was the right candidate for IUI without even performing any tests or exams. The information provided by the doctor and his support staff during the 2 IUI cycles that I had undertaken was very inadequate and I was rushed into it. The procedures were also very painful. Even simple blood draw was extremely painful. The nurse poked me about 6 times just to draw blood.Upon consulting with other clinics, I was told that there are other options that I can try through medication. These options were not even suggested by the doctor and he had dismissed them when I asked him about them.Apart from this, I recently came to know from my insurance provider that I was over billed for the IUI procedure. Overall, I would definitely recommend a different fertility clinic. This is a very emotional issue and care is of utmost importance and the staff here do not seem to have any compassion for their patients.
Terrible experience at Duke Fertility and bad doctors. Dr. Anne Steiner should be fired for not doing her job. We wasted numerous cycles of fruitless IUI and unproductive appointments with this doctor. Nurses are not trained to do job correctly. Finally moving ahead with UNC and had much better experience with them. People who are serious about their fertility treatments should stay away from Duke Fertility.
Dr.Price had a very uncaring bedside manner. I arrived for an initial consultation and he abruptly told me that I was too old for their IVF program (I am 44). He then directed me to his secretary who seemed totally uncomfortable and flustered, to get a handout on egg donation. He didnt take the time to find out that I have done a ton of reasearch on ivf and already know my chances are slim, but was hoping to get an expert opinion on options including egg donation. I was reimbursed for my office visit, but would much rather have been charged the 40 bucks and been treated with kindness. The only thing I gained was a price estimate for egg donation and ivf from a center I would never have anything to do with again.Cant imagine Dr.Price is someone anyone would want on their ivf journey if he is truly as insensitive as he seemed in my brief encounter with him.
The front receptionists were very friendly. Dr. Muasher was awesome ! Very helpful ! The ONLY negative thing about the experience is the lady in the financial part of the office. She was RUDE. Barely went over anything. They were fast it was an in and out kind of appointment.
First visit was Dec 8 2016, and a huge THANK YOU goes to Dr. Price, on Nov 26 2017 my husband and I welcomed a beautiful healthy baby girl into this world, after TTC well over 2 years. Dr. Price did bloodwork, seen some issues, also did a water ultrasound and seen something on my uterus and was going to do a procedure to scrape it off and decided, we’ll hold off and said I’ll let you try 3 cycles of Letrozole before we going forward, needless to say, I conceived on the first round.
I spend every day in wonderment over my beautiful, healthy, newborn son. I travelled from NorCal to Duke for multiple treatments and would do it again any day of the week. The staff is calm, knowledgable, kind, thorough, and competent. Your care will be excellent hands here.
My husband and I are married for 6 and half years. We want to have a baby was trying on our own but not successful. We went to DFC and met Dr. Hurd. He is very professional and Made great plan for us right away. It was to the right point compare to what I have tried before. With only one try of IUI, I was pregnant with my first child. Just simply like that my dream become true! He also helped me with our finances since we are paying out of pocket. He lower the charge of his office visits. We spent around $3000 total. Compare to other peoples stories, what we spent is acceptable. If I wasnt going out of town often during these time, my pregnancy would be sooner. With only one try of IUI whats there for me to complain? In my experience, DFC is worth trying.
Dr. Hurd was both very knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. Although it is unlikely I will become pregnant (due to my age, not due to the treatment) I feel the care I have gotten there has been excellent.
Only visited here once but it was not a positive experience. They didnt have any financial counselor to talk to. Instead a nurse (who didnt know the answers to many of my questions) spoke to me in a crowded office area where a radio was playing music loudly. She also seated my husband across the room and only spoke to me which was just weird.
Stay away from Dr. Steiner - shares bad news through lab values and a duke message instead of speaking with you at your appointment and sharing your diagnosis. Very impersonal especially during a vulnerable time in your life. Praying for compassion
The place is clean and quiet. Front staff were nice. People seem to have masks on, but one of the nurses had a wornout basic surgeon mask on with the mask weave flaking out while others have newer masks. This is confusing. They had no covid practices in place. They did provide an sanitizing pump at the door and everything is as regular business.
Worst experience of my life from the front desk to the doctor who attended to me Dr. Muasher it took them a whole 7 months for them to tell me to check elsewhere. they so uncompassionate.
Staff was very nice and welcoming doctor price is a very caring doctor I’ve never had that before he definitely made me feel hopeful for the future with having a baby thank you to all the staff and doctor price for making mine and hubands visit a pleasent one I highly recommend them for anyone trying to have a child 😊
Amazing staff, we had a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Highly recommend this clinic.
Not welcoming at all Dr suheil was late forget to interprate the most important part of my husbands result which was so vital , there was a problem , we have to brought it on in order for him to remember .they never answer the phone
I stert our first cycle it was very bad experience we lost money like 20000 thousand and thay uncompete our cycle when our cycle is stopped at middle after that thay don’t receiving callI call several time at appointment number at nursing’s number and also send voice messages but no body call backBe careful about duke fertility center
Dont waste your time and money there.
Dr. Hurd, Dr. Price, Dr. Muasher and Dr. Smeltzer are all wonderful. Kind and caring nurses and office staff. I would give the entire office an A++
I highly recommend Dr Price. He is very patient, knowledgeable and very carrying. He takes time to explain things.
The staff is very kind and care
Friendly and helpful staff... Dr. Price has been great with my treatment!
Dr. Hurd and the staff, at Duke Fertility, are absolutely amazing!
Money is their priority. Run!!!!
I LOVE COMING HERE.
Great practice
