Terry Freeman was amazing as always. I’ve been coming to see her for the last 15 years. I also had my first mammogram today and tech was amazing! This was my first time and I was unsure what to expect. She walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable as possible.

Highly recommend this practice of caring, excellent and highly qualified professionals. It’s the perfect size and consists of a great team. I’ve been to previous practices that were too big and felt like I was being passed around and never saw the same doctor/nurse again but not here. They make me feel comfortable and take their time each visit to answer any questions I may have.. they also follow up and check in afterwards. Best experience I’ve ever had with a group of medical professionals. Love them!

I’ve had all wonderful experiences at this office. Everyone treats you with respect, patience, and kindness. Dr. Zinsky kept me calm during my procedure today and had fantastic bedside manner.

I have been a patient with this practice for over 26 years. I have always received the best care especially through my pregnancies and beyond. The professionalism and personal care is above and beyond for both doctors and their amazing staff. My daughters also go here. 5 star +++

Dr. DiSabatino and the team at Cherry Hill are the best. Nice, clean facility. Friendly staff, great patient care. I was able to schedule annual OB and mammogram appointment back to back. The mammogram was a first for me and I was nervous, the person who took care of me made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Staff and Doctors are very professional. Schedule appointment and office visits is always pleasant.I’ve been a patient with them since 1988. My grandchildren were delivered by them also. Highly recommend this office.

Been coming for 15 years (both my childrens births & the usual). Entire staff is always friendly & compassionate, from check-in & exams to check-out. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fine experience most of my pregnancy until the end. The practice missed diagnosing me with obvious preeclampsia even when I asked them multiple times about my blood pressure and swelling. After giving birth I ended up back in the hospital a week later for postpartum preeclampsia. This was a really emotional experience as a first time mom having to go back into the hospital a week after giving birth to stay overnight for something that could have been avoided if they just gave me blood pressure medication upon my initial discharge. I brought it up at my 6 week post appointment the doctor just said “oh I see that, sorry about that” and rushed me out the door like their error didn’t result in a whole additional hospital admission.I also felt rushed and pressure to induce and increase induction meds during the labor process only to have them increase it too much and need to give me more medicine to reduce contractions.While some providers are really great and make you feel heard, there are other providers that do not have that same kind of compassion/bed side manners. It’s unfortunate you can’t choose your provider and instead just get whoever is available that day.

Great practice. It’s convenient to have a mammogram done right there, all records are at doctors fingertips, easy to schedule and even have annual checkup and mammogram done at same time. My doctor is amazing, knowledgeable and caring. Thanks for great job you do!

My Dr got detained due to traffic accident and asked if I wanted to see another Dr which I agreed to. Very good experience all around! Appreciated the alternate plan!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to address all of my concerns. I left feeling confident and reassured about my health. I saw Dr. Sabrina Rebau today and she was awesome. Im having issues and she listened carefully to me, addressed every concern, asked ME questions, and was so thorough, understanding and patient. All of that so rare these days! Very down to earth. Best doctor I have seen in a long time. She made a plan for me and I will absolutely continue to see her for my care.

I have been going to Cherry Hill ObGyn in Mt. Laurel since I was 17... 31 years. I have never had a bad experience. The office is always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Have adored Dr. Zinsky since I started with his practice in the 1990’s. He is a wonderful, compassionate physician.

Just a number here. Their lack of compassion and patient care wasted my time and unfortunately we lost our baby waiting for them to get back to me. Go to virtua obgyn, where they actually take the time to tell you what’s going on and make you feel seen and heard. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Staff is amazing and Terri is always knowledgeable and really takes the time that you need with her. You never feel rushed and you genuinely feel cared for. I would highly recommend this place and especially Terri.

I’ve been a patient for 30 years. Although my original doctors have retired, I still visit my NP annually & love the quick, efficient service. My appointments are always taken on time & everyone is so friendly. Added bonus, Mamagrams are done on same premises.

Practice went downhill after being bought by Axia. Loved it here for my GYNO for years until I got pregnant. Thankfully there’s a few doctors who treat you like an individual, but you have no control over who’s on call when you go into labor.The lack of cohesiveness between the doctors recommends and diagnoses is mind blowing. I’ve seen different doctors at essentially every appointment. Some doctors care more about liability than an accurate diagnosis or individualized care.I’ve had an ideal pregnancy and unfortunately this practice has caused so much unnecessary emotional trauma and I would never recommend anyone to come here for OB care. It’s a shame when the only thing stressing me about my pregnancy and upcoming L&D is going to my appointments.Also- if a non-medicated labor and delivery is important to you DEFINITELY do not go here. Some doctors will push their bias opinions on you and try to bully you into unneeded interventions. Certain doctors cannot admit they they possibly jumped the gun on a diagnosis and patient blame. Major red flags when they want to resort to an early induction and make it seem like you don’t have a choice in the matter. Double major red flags when the doctor stresses to you that a specific course of action is needed for liability reasons. Clearly, he’s been sued before. Wonder why 🙄Updated: It gets even worse- some appointments I’m listed as high risk, others normal pregnancy. Some list hypertension (even though my BP is within normal range 3x a day, except 2 readings at appointments due to anxiety) and some list no hypertension noted.This practice only cares about money and liability. Stay far far far away from them. They will try to guilt you into unnecessary testing that doesn’t have a medical indication for. They course of care will change based on a “CYA” attitude.Terrible experience would highly NOT recommend.

My coworker recommended this practice after I became pregnant with my first baby. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I really enjoyed my time with every provider I saw, but Dr. Watters, Dr. DiSabatino and Dr. Stevens were my personal favorites. All three were very energetic, kind, empathetic and made prenatal visits something to look forward to. Funny enough the doctor who ended up delivering my baby was one I never had the pleasure of having a pre natal appointment with (but you never would’ve guessed that from the quality of care she provided). She was so kind, empathetic and really cared about our wants and needs. When all was said and done she felt like family. After attempting multiple induction methods over the course of 3 days Dr. Marcinkowski was kind enough to offer the option for a c section. She absolutely let it be my choice though. I happily accepted since it took three days just to get to 6.5 centimeters. What blew me away is we came to that decision around 5:30am, and I figured I’d have to wait several hours before I could meet my baby. But despite it being directly before shift change Dr. Marcinkowski and her team got me in the operating room in less than 30 minutes, and I got to meet my baby at 6:32am. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to wait any longer as I was anxious enough and was getting super impatient (I was almost 42 weeks at this point). The actual procedure when so smooth because she prepared me for every single step, stage and potential sensation. Postpartum care was great too! I love their attention and awareness around PPD and PPA and willingness to help with that. ALSO Cheryl was a life saver in helping me with my disability and leave paperwork / application. I could write so many wonderful things about my time here, they truly made my experience as a first time mom the best I could’ve asked for. I will be recommending all of my friends here.

I don’t think there is anything more uncomfortable than going to the gyn. I can honestly say Dr Zinsky is professional, caring and empathic. So glad I found him. The ladies in the office are awesome as well.

This is my third year in a row receiving my mammogram here they make it so convenient done right after My yearly Gynecological check up.. always done so professionally make me feel comfortable.

The girl who does the Mamos is wonderful. She makes you feel as comfortable as possible, explains everything she is doing, and has no problem answering any questions I had!

This office was a bit of a drive for me but it seemed worth it. Very clean and all staff were welcoming. It was also probably the shortest wait time Ive ever had in reception. Getting the initial appointment though took a while since I was a new patient but that seems to be normal.

When I got my office locations confused for an appointment and showed up at the wrong office, the doctor graciously agreed to see me at the last minute. I’m very thankful for their flexibility and their professionalism and compassion for someone who had driven along way that night.

I love this office! It’s clean and everything is done in the office. Dr Ali Strochak is the best of what she does, compassionate and really cares about her patient’s needs. Highly recommend.

My experience was good until today. I’m pregnant with my first baby. Went to the ER Sunday 2/11. Scheduled for my first appointment at 8weeks. Office calls me to state I have an outstanding balance from 2019 at a fertility office not their actual office. And they denied me healthcare. I will never be going here again. I want to add that even after the visit in 2019 I was still being seen at this office therefore with no issues until now that I’m pregnant. Not only is the balance in corrections but office is also trying to collect from me as well.

I had a great experience at the Mr. Laurel office for a procedure. Dr. Zinsky was amazing, as well as Dr. Gorman and all of my nurses! Also, the surgical scheduler and biller were amazing. Thank you for everything :)

I have gone to Cherry Hill OB for 5+ years now. I delivered both of my sons with them and have nothing but positive feedback. I have seen most of the doctors in the practice and everyone has been great. Those working at the front desk are always kind and helpful as well!

I have been a patient at Cherry Hill OBGYN for over 15 years. Terry Friedman, is my gynecologist. She is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I actually enjoy my annual visits. I would recommend the establishment to all women.

This is my second time here and I cannot stress enough how much effort this medical practice puts into the care of their patients. Staff worked cohesively together, from the surgeon and anesthesiologist, to the staff I passed in the hallway, My experience at this surgical facility was excellent.

No matter who the doctor is you’re going to feel right at home. Everyone makes you feel like family. It’s a warm and positive environment. Great clinical and administrative staff hands down.Recent visit: 2 years later still hands down best experience. They value your time. You are seen as soon as you check in. The doctors make sure you are informed about your health and they are willing to educate you on the things that you may he be unaware of. They make you feel at ease and safe. This has been my GYN office for 16 years and they still have some of the original doctors from then.

I have been with this group for years. I have gone through two pregnancies with them and years of self care. Theyre a great team of doctors (only one there that I do not care for). I would recommend them to any woman going through a pregnancy or needing personal care.

Amazing! It was my first visit but everyone was so welcoming and I was nervous. The nurses and front desk staff were so welcoming and understanding. I had a bad experience at another local obgyn and I’m so glad I switched. They are very prompt at answering phones and messaging back and forth through the app.

I was very happy with my recent visit as a new patient. I was nervous about finding a new practitioner and had done a lot of research before making this appointment. I’m glad I made the right choice. Nurse practitioner Terry Freedman was very friendly, made me feel comfortable and explained things clearly. Everyone I interacted with was kind and I didn’t feel judged at any time for being a larger bodied person, and that is very important to me.

I always get the best care! Now they also do mammograms.

Nurse Allison Stevens was so sweet as I was recommended to see her from this group of physicians. My doctor who was in this practice, relocated out of state. So I was anxious and nervous to find someone new. Nurse Allison Stevens was very patient and I didnt feel rushed like other doctors I had in the past. I definitely think she has a great bedside manner,too. I will definitely go back to see this very amazing Nurse.Chyna, the medical assistant was very nice. She was very welcoming as it was my first time meeting her as well.Maryanne and Linda were very kind as they are the faces of this office that you meet at the front desk. They are wonderful Patient Service Representatives.Overall,I had a great experience with this office.

I hate going to the gynecologist! But if I have to go, I’m so glad it’s Cherry Hill OB/GYN. I see Terry Friedman, one of their stellar NPs, and find such comfort in her calm, supportive demeanor. No matter the issue, she is always professional, intuitive, and kind. She takes time to explain, and has an extensive knowledge base that she shares in terms that both teach and comfort. The office staff is also professional and accommodating. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Former patient here- left this practice halfway through my pregnancy when one of the doctors referred me to MFM. Results from my anatomy scan were not shared with me and the doctor didn’t inform me of a serious condition my unborn baby was presenting. Doctor let MFM physician break the news to me. Unethical medical practice IMO.Prior to this incident I had a 16 week appointment where I waited over an hour to be seen. Turns out the front desk never checked me in after my bloodwork. I have never experienced such lack of care as an expectant mother.

I have been seeing Dr Watters and couldn’t be more impressed with his care. He delivered my twins(one was breech) in May and I am very grateful it was him! He was safe, communicated effectively and was confident in his skills. My husband and I felt so confident that our babies would be safe under Dr Waters care!

I literally would never review a doctors office, but I had the best experience today!! Today was the first time I met Kelly and she was very kind, soft spoken, and understanding of my nerves. She was very delicate and quick with the exams and Pap smear. My appointment was no more than 5 minutes.

Cherry Hill OB/GYN is amazing! I became a patient mid-pregnancy because I moved from out of state, but from day 1, I felt like I had been there my whole pregnancy. They have a whole team of doctors/midwives and I didn’t know how I would feel about not having the same one every time, but it was actually great, especially since I didn’t know when I would go into labor so I didn’t know who would be on call. Every single doctor (and for the record, everyone I encountered from techs to billing to the front desk) was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was always in and out, with little waiting, however, I never felt rushed. The doctors spoke to me and answered all my questions, as if I was the only patient and they had nowhere to be. I could see from the number of patients that they are a busy office but they never made me feel like a number. They were respectful and encouraging and listened to what I wanted. I did my research before choosing to come here and am so grateful for that because it was not the closest option but I definitely made the right decision. Everything from my first phone call to register as a patient to my postpartum visit was great! Would go back/recommend in a heartbeat!

Ive been a patient here since I was pregnant with my first child about 10 years ago. They have such a warm and welcoming attitude and treat their patients with care and respect. I always felt in great hands. They helped me deliver two babies and have been my ob-gyn providers ever since. 100% recommended Cherry Hill OB/GYN.

Love this practice and all of the staff. Had all 3 of my babies through them. Loved Dr. McCullen. So sad she’s no longer w the practice. But Dr. Watters is the best! He delivered my last and final baby. He literally saved my life. He’s so calm and professional. Will forever be grateful to him.

I would definitely recommend this practice. Theyre all friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Dr. Zinsky is a true gentleman. Also, the convenience of having the mammogram right in the office is fantastic because you can take care of your annual exam and mammogram at the same time.

I have been with Cherry Hill OBGYN for 13 years and love them! Only positive experiences and things to say about my care on a yearly basis and with my son’s delivery. Would definitely recommend!

New patients beware. I scheduled an appointment months ago for Aug 16th, 2023 to receive a call today on August 11th, they have to cancel my appointment. I was initially told providers were leaving the clinic, but my selected provider was not leaving. I was then given the option to wait until late October or November! When I expressed concerns for my prescription running out, I was told a nurse would call me back. Thus began a series of multiple calls were I was not given any concern. I already waited months for the first appointment so I could not request another special refill from my prior provider. They did not care. Each call I was told something else. First it was providers leaving, then they couldnt give me a temporary script because i did not have a blood pressure reading (no offer to accept my primary care visit BP reading from 2 weeks prior), to they couldnt honor my appointment because they booked 4 appointments for the same day/time/provider. I had called and booked the appointment with them on the phone months prior. I felt lied too and that most likely as a new patient, I had no priority and they gave my appointment to someone else. I had waited months to be seen already. The office is unprofessional and un-caring. In the end, they were unhelpful and uncaring because of their own issues. Beware before you wait months for care you will not get. I choose to take my business elsewhere and will never patronize such a dysfunctional place for my care.

I would highly recommend Cherry Hill OB/GYN for mammogram screening. Scheduling was easy and the reminder was perfect. Forms were easy to fill in online. Best of all, I was taken back before my scheduled appointment, screened and out the door within 15 minutes! It is also easy to find!

I have been a patient for years and it’s always a positive experience. The staff is wonderful . It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Terry Friedman is the best.

Dr. DeSabitino is AWESOME! He delivered my fourth via c section and he was there with me holding my hand while I got the spinal block, just great bedside manor & just a very sweet, caring doctor. He was meant to deliver babies. They’re all great over there but since he delivered my last& our first girl, he has a special place in my heart! He also tied my tubes as well & the delivery & recovery is very smooth! Also had very minimal post partum bleeding compared to my other deliveries. He even asked me what kind of music I’d like to listen to during the c section and it made it a great calming experience. I did not need a sedation to keep me “calm” and I owe that to him and his team. I wasn’t all groggy and drugged after the surgery and was able to breast feed right away. You’re in great hands here especially with him!

Staff is great. The dr was not as thorough as i am used to in other practices.

She was very nice and apologetic on behalf of the call center employee I was speaking to]First, this is not a review of any of doctors as I havent been seen for my appointment. However, I am less than pleased with my experience leading up to my appointment.I scheduled an appointment online and wanted to call to confirm that my insurance was in network. I had already sent my insurance information but the woman on the phone didnt ask for any of my information. I told her who my coverage was with (BCBS) and she said Id have to call them to see if they were in network. Ive seen plenty of doctors and this is usually handled on their end but I complied and called my insurance provider. My insurance company was able to verify that the office was in-network as long as they were using a specific NPI and TAX ID # so I called the office back to confirm. Another woman answered the phone and actually looked up my account and, without hesitation, told me that they accept my insurance. I explained that the previous woman I had spoken to was less than helpful and told me to call my insurance company. The woman told me that she wanted to find out who I had previously spoken to and put me on hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and then someone came to the phone asking how they could help me. It was all very awkward and took 45 minutes of my day to just make sure that this provider was in-network. Ive never experienced anything like it before. I hesitate to leave this review prior to coming in for my appointment but I did research and want to see the doctor Ive scheduled so Im hoping I dont face retaliation for this.Please be more kind to the people who are coming to you for services. A lot of patients, like me, are already nervous for routine appointments like these and its your job to not make their lives more difficult in the process.

My first visit to Cherry Hill OB/GYN was so so good! Dont usually hear this about an OB/GYN but honestly, I was very nervous but right from the reception desk to the nurse and especially to wonderful Kelly Earl--all were fabulous, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for making me feel so cared for and actually heard. This is my new place from now on.

Absolutely love it here. Been going since I was like 17 yrs old I’m 34 and my primary doc there is amazing. :) I recommend to all the ladies to go her.

The team here is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made my visit such an easy experience! I highly recommend them.

I’m giving 2 stars solely because the front desk staff was always friendly, my initial visit with Nicole Rogers was thorough, and they are affiliated with Virtua Voorhees. At 24 weeks pregnant I left this office and transferred care due to lack of support from providers here. I felt entirely left in the dark and my appointments after the initial were no longer than 10 minutes. The appointments always felt rushed and providers were very inconsistent. Some it was obvious didn’t read my chart let alone notes from maternal fetal medicine. Maternal fetal medicine was exceptionally thorough and sent them suggestions which all providers chose to disregard. At one appointment a provider told me they never sent notes and prior to me leaving she was able to flag me down to tell me she found them and that she could see if she could have anesthesia look at my records (diagnostic imaging reports) to see if I could receive an epidural or spinal block. I was told maternal fetal medicine can refer me out for the suggestions they made. My second to last visit I told the provider I saw that I was really upset with how I was passed around and was exhausted trying to find specialists on my own. He told me maternal fetal could refer me out places, I told him they just are ensuring baby and I are healthy. Dr. Shah at Virtua Voorhees MFM always has sent notes and suggestions to women’s OBGYN’s office as they work with many and he’s never had this issue. The provider I saw told me all they can do is provide suggestions as well and since I have an insurance plan that doesn’t need referrals, he can give me a name of a specialist but I can find my own specialists. He gave me the name of a hematologist. In April my labs returned back at their office and my iron was low. A voicemail was left to take OTC slowfe. I couldn’t tolerate it. MFM knew this and suggested my OBGYN look into iron infusions. This provider said my ferritin level is what they focus on and it was fine but I could see a hematologist if I’d like. It took an additional 3 weeks to get into a hematologist at this point- Lindenberg Hematology. They did labs and determined I needed iron infusions. 2 days before my first iron infusion I was hospitalized with a low hemoglobin and hematocrit level. The hospital did an iron infusion there. As for other suggestions MFM made, it fell on deaf ears at this group. Thankfully Cooper pain management was happy to help and scheduled me for an MRI as I have symptomatic tarlov cysts on my S2 & S3 which if ruptured could leave my permanently incontinent. This office only referred me to MFM but in my notes never mentioned I had a high risk pregnancy and had minimal documentation, even falsified material reviewed and given to me on my chart.I switched over to a different OBGYN affliated with Virtua and was met with such compassion and wonderful care. I was given proper information and instructions. They did a drug screen, pelvic exam, and swabs which was never done with this group. All things that should have been done. They have already even assisted me with the process of getting in with other specialists to have my imaging reviewed to determine how I can deliver. This group has been the topic of discussion on multiple pregnancy support group forums where women felt similar to how I did.. just a number. Many people have said this practice was once great but is losing some of their best providers which may be the reason for all this. Please do better as it’s scary for first time mothers who are putting trust into your group that they are informed, safe, and their pregnancy journey is as pleasant as possible. I pray things change and that others have a better experience in the future.

The office staff is very nice. I saw Dr McCrosson. She is so kind and took her time talking with me and answering my questions. I did not feel like she had to rush out to get to her next patient. Right after my appointment, I had my mammogram in the same office, which was vey convenient. The tech who did the mammogram was also very nice and personable. I would highly recommend this practice.

A Doctor’s appointment begins with a phone call. From my initial phone call, to the receptionist desk and meeting Dr. Terry Freedman everything was professional and caring. Dr. Freedman is an amazing Doctor who was patient, kind and answered all my questions. She is truly a good Doctor. (And I praise her for hiring such a great staff.)

The Cherry Hill OB/GYN team is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. They care so much about their patients- which is evident in their in-office care but also in making sure you’re taken care of with specialists and out of office procedures. I will recommend Cherry Hill OB/GYN to every woman I know!

Was at one time a good office. I have been going to this office since 2014 and I used to love it here. The doctors are great but the office and scheduling staff are absolutely horrible at this point. I gave birth in September and it is now 3 and a half months since I delivered and they still have not been able to schedule my IUD insertion. This is now the third issue I’ve had with scheduling it and none of the staff seen to care about my very real concerns about not wanting another pregnancy right now. They just tell me to abstain with is not a real solution. The woman who called me this morning saying my appointment was cancelled hung up on me when I started expressing my extreme dissatisfaction as it was nearly impossible to get this appointment as it is and I already took a day off of work and will now have to take another day off. They forgot to even put me on the schedule after my 6 week appointment when I requested and then tried to use some excuse about needing to wait 10-12 weeks after delivery to insert an IUD which is incorrect as I have a friend who also goes to this practice and was able to get hers at her 6 week appointment twice after her deliveries so why am I not getting the same attention? It continually takes the IUD scheduling employee at least a week every time to even call me. Only reason I didn’t give one star was because the doctors are very nice and caring. It’s just unfortunate their office and scheduling staff is so awful. I’m at a loss as now I probably won’t be able to get another appointment for over a month from now and I’m terrified of getting pregnant again. They told me someone would call me today to reschedule but they always say that and no one does!!

My experience with Dr. Kristen McCullen is always pleasant. She’s very thorough and very personable. She talks with you like you’re one of the family. Great doctor! I would wait months for an appt with her and I have.

Friendly and amazing staff, quick appointments but still give you plenty of time to ask whatever questions you have and make you feel comfortable. Always felt safe and heard during my appointments.

I delivered my daughter with the help of their midwife, Caitlin, who was an incredibly calming support through the experience. Caitlin even called to check in a week or so after I gave birth and chatted with me about how the baby was doing and how I was feeling. I have enjoyed all of the practitioners that I’ve seen. Generally, I have found that the practice is well organized and efficient. I would recommend their services.

This place is an admin and logistical nightmare. We have had 11 appointments there and every single one of them has been rescheduled due to the front desk not being capable of administering a schedule. They will have us booked, we submit time off from work, and then they call to say they made a mistake with the scheduling. It hasn’t failed. Further, my spouse is pregnant with twins and they do not bother looking at her chart beforehand. For example, she was told that we would be able to conduct lab work and receive the genders and potential abnormalities tested however, the lab they sent her blood off to advised 2 weeks later that the results were inconclusive due to being twins. If the staff would have looked at her chart, we wouldn’t have had to pay for this. Also, on 6 of the occasions, she was told by the front desk that she wouldn’t have an ultrasound conducted but the nurses and doctors advised that every appointment, she will have an ultrasound done because she is pregnant with twins. The medical professionals are great—I think the issue lies with the ignorant and uneducated front desk staff.

Why do I call at 5:10 pm on the day that they are open when they just called me on my cell phone...and I told them to call me back on my home #.... and they dont even close yet...they are still open!!! I am so peeved. They closed early...it says they are still open! ONLINE... so you better fix something!

I have been a patient here for several years. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Strochak as my previous doctor was no longer in this practice. Dr. Strochak is very friendly. I felt comfortable with her. She addressed all my concerns thoroughly.

Was there for both a Pap smear and a mammogram. One of the better experiences I have had in a long time in the doctors office. Everyone was super nice, timely, professional and answered all my questions!

Doctors Lack compassion and caring bedside manner and MAs have no idea what’s going on with patients.

Ive been a patient at Cherry Hill OB/GYN for many years. I simply will not go anywhere else. Dr. McCullen is simply the best. She is an amazing physician who always addresses concerns with sincerity. Not only is her care and expertise exceptional, but her genuine care for her patients as a whole is felt at each and every visit.

The doctors and staff at the Mt Laurel office are so nice. I had a wonderful experience with them during my pregnancy and delivery. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone thinking about having a baby.

I had my 3 month prenatal appointment today. The nurse who scanned me was AMAZING! She was really friendly, answered all of my questions, and did not rush with anything. I had some questions for a doctor and the doctor who helped me took the time to answer my questions.

Cherry Hill OB/GYN is simply THE BEST and I know bc I’ve been having my care here for decades and work beside them in L&D. They are attentive, intelligent, professional, warm, …cannot say enough good about them! They also delivered half of my grandchildren (others are out of state).

Apparently they are ok with letting patients bleed for 3 weeks without treating them. I am contacting the board of health today. I am officially done with this group. I found another doctor who said she would treat me right away and was emphatic to my situation. Bye bye.

Staff was very nice. Doctor was very professional and explained everything in a good way that I understood and felt very comfortable.

Dr desabatino & dr Mccullen are great! I haven’t seen any of the other doctors yet because I’m a repeat c section so just sticking with Mccullen primarily. Front staff are also wonderful, very friendly which is hard to find. Delivering my 4th with this practice (1st time at this practice) and I feel completely at ease and comfortable!

Absolutely love Dr. McCullen!! She is the best. I have had nothing but a great experience with this office. I needed a procedure and Doreen was awesome making sure everything was ready and organized and we had everything we needed to move forward. I would highly recommend this office.

Beautiful office, staffed with kind, efficient assistants at check in. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Today I was early & they took me right away! I have been going here for about 4 or 5 years and there isn’t a negative thing I can say. I have 3 children- one delivered by Erica (midwife) and twins delivered by Dr McCullen and I can’t speak highly enough about their support and expertise. They’re the best. The hospital staff agrees. They are supportive, compassionate and experienced and I trust them with my health.

The NP I saw today was for an sick visit. She was wonderful. Polite , thorough, I felt very comfortable, she came up with a plan to further investigate my issue that was appropriate and reasonable.The only complaint I have was with the front desk attendant, she was off putting. Not helpful when I was scheduling my ultrasound- and she never explained what I needed to do for the ultrasound. ( I am a paramedic and know what’s involved- but she should of given me directions)Other than that I find the office to be very professional, excellent providers who care about their patients

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been going to them for years and have had a plethora of problems. Most recently they contacted a family member that was not allowed to have my information and told them personal details violating my patient confidentiality, they canceled my appointment twice and forgot to schedule my third, and when asked to speak to someone about this issues, I was told that she was too busy. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone for any treatment, especially if looking for care regarding pregnancy. I mean if they cant even handle basic womens healthcare I wouldnt want them treating the more complex parts like a developing baby. The only reason I have even considered staying as a patient is because of the wonderful care by Terry, but at this point I dont know if its safe to go here anymore because of all the mistakes the rest of the office makes.

I’ve been to this practice for over 10 years. They truly care about their patients and provide the best care. Dr. McCrosson and Dr. McCullen are the best there is when it comes to OB/GYN care. They listen to your concerns and make you feel at ease even in the toughest situations. Highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a caring facility. 4 people I’ve recommended them to all love them!

I just left Cherry Hill OB/GYN. THE staff too my imformation within a minute of my arrival. I was updating my paperwork when they came to take me back for my appointment. She came in with me to review my information. She asked me questions and listened. Dr. Freedman was wonderful. She always is. Very easy to talk to and shows care. The office is so clean and has taken all the proper precautions. All of the staff is very friendly, and most important to me, listens.

The staff are so friendly and very efficient in getting me into Doctor McCrosson. My all time favorite Doctor ❤️She and her staff took wonderful care of my daughter twice in giving birth. The second time we were blessed with naturally conceived identical twin boys. We will forever ♾ love 💕 them all for helping us to bring three healthy boys.

Since the retirement of my former doc, I was a bit nervous meeting my new provider. There was no need to be apprehensive whatsoever since Dr. Strochak was great in every way. She was very professional and her friendly, caring personality kept me at ease.

I have been coming here for the last 13 years. I have never had any problems. Both my pregnancies were smooth and the staff and doctors were great at walking me through the steps. Whenever I bring up a problem, no matter the physician, Im thoroughly helped. I love this office.

I had my 1st appointment with Dr Katrina, (if its ok to refer to her with her name). She was very kind to me and she has a very kind demeanor towards me especially with all of my questions along with my anxiety. She did not rush me out of the office. She took the time to listen.

Cherry Hill OBGYN has the best doctors and staff. They were with me for my whole pregnancy and helped deliver my baby. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for. I would never go anywhere else.

I’m 28 years old and I’ve been to many doctors offices through the years. This office is probably one of the best I’ve been treated at medically. The office is clean and spacious. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins past my appointment time. All the staff is kind, from the doctors to the front desk. I don’t ever feel rushed when talking with the doctors and I got all the care I needed during my pregnancy.

For a very long time I tried to give this practice the benefit of the doubt. Womens health care in the United States is problematic in and of itself, it would be great to have a doctors office who would make the burden of care easier. Theres a bunch of highly trained people, highly paid professionals here excellent at doing one or two things, but are otherwise highly unaccountable. During my time going to this office I did not feel that my care was inclusive of all of my medical options. I felt guarded and subsequently unsafe every single appointment. I am writing this review after two years of slowly losing confidence in them dealing with their repeated mistakes, misdiagnosis, staff who are attitudinal/judgy and worst of all doctors who do not curtail health options for your individual care. It has driven me endlessly crazy to repeatedly follow up with them to get my care straight because their staff does not communicate with each other. Last month, the doctor I saw tried to upsell me an ultrasound I knew for a fact I didnt need. Dr Terry was the only person in this office who actually listened to me and didnt think she knew what was best for me before she spoke to me. Thank you to nurse Suzanne who always treated tenderly and saw my frustration with the office from a real sense of concern and vulnerability. Ive had doctors catch attitudes if I asked too many questions and ran over the 15 minute appointment time. Ive had doctors deny me of adequate care in so many ways at this office borders insanity. If you decide to go here have someone with you every time you go and most importantly KNOW YOUR OPTIONS FIRST. Honestly though, skip it. There has to be better options than this.

I would HIGHLY recommend this practice! They have 2 locations for your convenience. One location is in mt. laurel (three minutes from the greyhound bus station on fellowship road) and the other location is on fries mill about ten minutes from Williamstown area.As a hypochondriac( will admit), the staff has always treated with me respect and dignity. I have been coming here for atleast 5 years now and Dr. Noah is awesome! She is very calm and levelheaded , making the visit a smooth stress free conversation.I have made last minute appointments for health concerns that have come up, and the nurses always return my call within 1 hour and I am usually able to be seen that day for a concern. This happened on two occasions. I have seen an NP (forgot her name, in Turnersville office) and a Midwife. Both were very professional and very clinically knowledgeable. If I ever have children and also live in the area I hope they will still be my provider. Thank you for being there for me!

Dr McCullum was incredible at my appointment today. She was reassuring and knew how I was feeling at this stage of my pregnancy. She gave me a referral for my anxiety and was not dismissive of my feelings. This was my first time meeting her and could not feel more comfortable at an appointment. I am so happy I was able to open up to her and express my feelings that I normally keep to myself.

Cherry Hill OBGYN is a phenomenal practice! I haven’t had a bad experience with any nurses, doctors or midwives. I recently gave birth to my first child and spent 2021 visiting the office quite often and seeing almost everyone in the practice. Dr Rabau and Dr Strochak left a positive impression for me that stuck out above the rest. Dr Strochak delivered my child and made the experience so calming, especially for how hectic my situation felt. She has been more than thorough in answering questions and has always made me feel comfortable and confident in what I’m supposed to be doing. I highly recommend this practice and especially recommended Dr Ali Strochak, she’s just the best!!!

Dr. Larry Rosen is phenomenal!! He’s been my doctor for over 25 years. On Christmas 1997, he delivered my beautiful 5 pound baby. She’s now a patient at Axia Health. We’ve had the best experience being patients there. I highly recommend this women’s care facility.

I have been going to this practice for 35 years. They delivered all 3 of my children. Always professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. From the front receptionists throughout the practice it is consistent. They run on time but give you plenty of time to discuss everything you want to. You won’t be disappointed here!!

Not sure if maybe this place just works more specifically for pregnancy, but I been trying to scheduel a consultation for surgery for the past month and all I get is a we will call you back or the person that scheduels for surgerys is not here today I have multiple large fibroids a cyst and possibly endometriosis and for the past few months I lived in constant pain. Im so frustrated that I have to come here and type this out. Why is it so hard to be seen.

Ive been coming here for years and I see Dr. Noah. Ive never had a problem. Scheduling an appointment is easy, although you may have to wait on the phone for several minutes until someone can answer. I was expecting to have to wait a month or two for my annual because this office is busy, but was surprised when I got an appointment in two weeks. I was reading some of the negative comments and I have never felt uncomfortable or felt like I needed to have someone else in the room with me, never met a rude nurse or front desk staff member, never felt rushed, or have never had a problem with any procedure Ive had done. Dr. Noah is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns and she even asks questions related to the health and maintenance of my kidney transplant.

The poor ratings and reviews are shocking to me because I had nothing but a great experience here! I scheduled an annual gyn appointment and the front desk staff was friendly as well as everyone that helped me during my appointment. I dont remember my physicians name, but she was very kind, attentive, and truly cared about what I had to say. Definitely will be returning and recommend this place for womens health!

I had to find a new physician after my former gynecologist, who I had been going to for 30 years, retired. Dr. Paul Zinsky was recommended to me and I have been very satisfied with the change. Dr. Zinsky was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was also very friendly and efficient. I had a very short wait time.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. S For years I had been experiencing bad cramps. When I went to surgery she found LOTS of scar tissue around all my organs and called in a spe specialist who helped her perform removal of tscar tissue around my organs then she was able to perform her part of the hysterectomy she called me within 4 hours upon me waking up and then again two days later to follow up she has great bedside manner as well as the staff being very friendly I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great gynecologist

Recently moved to the Cherry Hill area and was in need of a new OB/GYN. After searching and reading reviews I landed on Cherry Hill OB/GYN and am glad I did!! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. I met with Dr. Stacy McCrosson and absolutely loved her. I felt like I had been seeing her for years! She made you feel comfortable, listened when I spoke and provided additional options for me!! If your in need of a doctor and practice this is the place to go!!

I am 100% satisfied with my OG-GYN doctor Dr. Mccrosson MD. and her associates on the same clinic for the past 16 years ever since I become pregnant . They are accommodating , friendly and professional handling their patients needs with privacy and care .They are affiliated working the most prestigious family hospitals and advance technologies in entire South Jersey area where mothers gives pride with our very own Virtua babies where they were born .

The doctors and nurses were wonderful and I was treated very kindly by them. The lady in billing however is VERY unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude. For that reason I would never recommend this place, the lady from billing treated me very poorly and had an attitude towards me the whole time despite me acting very kindly the whole time. The looks she gave me and the way she was talking to me was very rude and disrespectful.It saddens me because I really liked the midwives there, unfortunately my experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE, and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.The lady from billing LIED and told me my insurance lapsed two years ago and that I would have to pay out of pocket for my appointment, which was already covered by my insurance. I called the insurance and my insurance hasn’t once lapsed since I’ve been on it. I recently changed insurance which they don’t cover but my previous appointment WAS covered, she just still tried billing me for an appointment that was fully covered by insurance.Then after calling a new office that covered my new insurance, Cherry Hill OB wouldn’t let me sign a release form to have my information transferred unless I let them give me a completely unnecessary ultrasound that I did not need, and charged me for it knowing my new insurance wouldn’t cover it.I’ve read other reviews of them trying to do the same thing to other people. It’s illegal and wrong.

I was a new patient to Cherry Hill OBGYN and had an excellent experience. From the front desk staff to the doctor everyone was so polite and friendly. I saw Alli Strochak and she was down to earth and easy to talk to. Will definitely go back there for future appointments.

Dr. McCrossan was wonderful.I was pretty nervous since it was my first visit with her. She made me feel relaxed from the moment she walked into the room. I definitely appreciated her warm friendly personality. Dr. McCrossanexplained everything throughout the exam. I had my first visit at the Mt Laurel office. Dr. Denny was very nice, quick and has a calming presence. While it took several weeks to get an appt, it was worth it. I am still in some pain but we we need exam results before further diagnosing my issue.

I had trouble getting pregnant and when I finally did I was both terrified and happy. The team held my hand along the way and made sure all my questions were answered with Care. I am high risk, so they really made me feel less anxious in my pregnancy. I could call at any time and get an appointment the same day in most cases. My water broke early at 32 weeks and the team was very informative and compassionate with how they handled my time in the hospital. My labor was very hard as my epidural did not work properly. Dr. Rabau was very calm and encouraging during the pushing stage of labor. My daughter had to be born via vbac and it went smoothly. Thank you to the whole team! I highly recommend women to come to your practice.

This place used to be AMAZING! Then ever since they combined with another office, the level of care has gone completely down hill. The drs from the new practice are either dismissive or just rude. They can’t get out of the room quick enough. Then if you leave a message on the nurses’s line, you better hope someone from the original practice calls you back, because if it’s one of the new ones, they’re just as dismissive and rude as the newer drs.What happened here? I used to love it. There were a few docs that I still liked, but even that number has gone down. The one that I’ve known for almost a decade acted like she didn’t even know who I was when I saw her in the hall at a recent visit. I waved, and she looked at me without even acknowledging my existence.Then I recently had surgery, and called a few days later and left a message on the nurses’ line. You guessed it, in a rush, rude, dismissive. I mentioned that I had a phlemy cough after surgery, and instead of continuing to treat their patient, they dumped me off on my primary care doc.The few good docs left are always booked out for forever. I wonder why. Could it be because everyone else feels the same way about most of the new staff?Good place of your pregnant, if not, most of the staff really doesn’t care as much.

I saw Dr. Terry today and she was wonderful. So nice. I waited zero minutes i was back in my car less than 30 minutes but did not feel rushed. I have never had such an easy office to deal with. 100% recommend cherry hill obgyn and Terry 😃

The best doctors, midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses and staff! Everyone is friendly. I’m pregnant with my second baby and they have always been attentive and caring. I feel so comfortable with this group!

I was facing possible cancer diagnosis and needed surgery. Surgical scheduler took over a week to return my phone calls, leaving me in limbo about scheduling my surgery. Only one of female physicians was available to perform laparoscopic surgery in a timely manner and was fresh out of residency..I was left to find my own provider at a different practice.Was charged $1400 upfront before insurance was billed, otherwise was told services would not be provided. Took several months to get my money refunded. I was in fact grossly overcharged.Would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go with them, watch the charges!

Dr. Nathan Watters is an excellent physician. I have confidence in the medical care he provides. He is consistent and patience. My appointment today was pleasant and informative. I appreciate Dr. Watters expertise.I will recommend him to my friends and family.

The doctors are amazing. That is the only reason I am staying. I love my OB/GYN, but the nurses/triage unit here...they made me feel like i was crazy, a burden, and generally didnt listen to me at all. They just did what they wanted to without taking my word on how I was feeling. This led to a hospitalization for fluids.

Dr. McCullen is one of the BEST Dr’s I have ever had in ANY field! She is so good at what she does and her patients come first which is such a breathe of fresh air. She is kind, courteous, compassionate and smart. What more could you ask for! Highly recommended!!!

Cherry hill OB docs and NPs have always been excellent. I recommend the practice to everyone and have never had a complaint. After terrible experiences at other OBs I found a staff that listens, is understanding and works with you. We are very thankful that we were recommended Cherry Hill OB years ago.

I have been a patient of this practice for 35 years. I was very concerned when the three physicians I have worked with over those years were retiring. I recently had the pleasure of being a patient of Caitlyn Schranz, the nurse practitioner, and she was every bit the highly trained medical professional I wouldhave expected at this seasoned practice. She is patient, nurturing, knowledgeable and with a demeanor for chairside manner that every physician should have.

He is the best OB/GYN Dr that I have ever had he is so pleasant 💗 MY three daughters and granddaughter comes to him wouldnt have any other OB/GYN hes the best

Cherry Hill OB/GYN -Mt.Laurel is a warm and caring facility. The moment you walk in ; you’re greeted by three cheerful, soft spoken ladies. The waiting room is so inviting and comfortable. I had a male doctor who has the best bedside manner ever. I love, love, love this establishment. 💕🥰

Absolutely the best. Ali Strochak is the most caring and compassionate physician I’ve worked with. Truly a collaboration on all care decisions with no judgement in the discussion. In such a sensitive and potentially intimidating environment, she’s so comforting and patient!

Everyone is super friendly. Had an ectopic pregnancy, needed surgery which was performed by Dr. Ali Stracheck. She made an unpleasant situation bearable. Very thorough in her explanations about the surgery and what was going on and going to happen. She was so sweet and kind and we were very thankful for her. Follow up apt with her today, and everything healed beautifully.

All staff has always been very kind. Pregnancy/delivery/birth was the best of all 3 children making me wish the first two had their help as well. All dr and NPs are great!

Dr. DiSabatino is compassionate, patient and genuine. I couldn’t imagine a better provider. He’s truly special.

The staff is friendly and courteous. They made me feel safe and kept me informed throughout my procedure. The office was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this office.

Dr McCrossen is extremely attentive, kind and takes time to answer questions. She either has an excellent memory or actually takes time to review your history. Either way, she gives you the one on one attention that is hard to come by. If I were in my child bearing years, I would no doubt pick her as my OBGYN! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent, caring doctor!!

Front desk/staff are almost always rude, feels like I’m at the dmv every single time. They never give you any information you actually need and they over charge you!!!! If you ever end up stuck here, pay close attention to your balances and keep every receipt you get because they have double charged my wife and I a few times and tried to give a bogus reason saying we weren’t current. That’s when we called our insurance and set it up to where we would just be billed directly through our insurance, well that worked for a few weeks then they insisted we had to pay in the office only. I refused. The entire pregnancy felt almost like a burden while dealing with these people. It wasnt personable in the slightest, at no point did we have one official doctor. Filling out forms at the hospital was difficult because it asked for my wife’s ob/gyno and we had no idea who to put because we’d seen a different one each time. None of them were current on the prior issues she’s reported each week. Honestly I’m happy to have the chance to talk as many people out of going here as I can. I’m almost happy the babies finally here so we don’t ever have to go back to this place. A friend of mine recommended Virtua in Voorhees/ other campuses. We delivered our baby in virtua and I wish we had come here from the start. at least I know for next time now and can hopefully save some of you reading this the unpleasant feeling we’d felt each and every time we’d gone there. They wouldn’t even listen to my wife or the things she had concerns about. one of the doctors we had came in the room, didn’t introduce herself, was on her phone texting half of the appointment and then told us she had to leave and if we have any problems or questions we can bring it up in our next appointment or call the emergency line for the doctor on call. They lied too! In the very beginning they told us we’d see a few different doctors and get a feel for who we like at the end to choose to deliver our baby. Well shocker, that wasn’t true either....we asked about it because there were only a handful of doctors there who seemed like they cared...even a tiny bit at least. We were told that it doesn’t work that way anymore and it ends up being whoever’s overnight on call. Definitely will not be back here and will try to keep my friends and family from going there as well.

I had the worst experience with this group managing my pregnancy. This practice is way to big, therefore it is impossible for them to provide good patient care. You will be meeting with different doctors and assured that you can pick one to deliver your baby. Well, that won’t be the case! I was told a month before the delivery, that whomever is on call (I had a scheduled c-section) will deliver my baby. I’ve never met the doctor that was scheduled to do my surgery. Also, no one talked to me about any vaccines. When I finally asked one of the doctors why no one recommended for me to get vaccinated, I heard that they don’t do them in the office. Well, you still should talk to your patients about it, make recommendations and refer some place else if needed. My Brest pump was never ordered. When I inquired about it, I was told that rhey only give me prescription for it. ( my old OBGYN ordered everything on my behalf and my pump was shipped directly to my house). Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Watters has an amazing bedside manner and always takes the time to explain what he is doing and makes time to answer any questions I may have. The nurses have always been friendly and I’ve never had any scheduling issues with the front desk.

Ive been going to Cherry Hill obgyn since I found out I was pregnant in 2009. I always have a great experience, but today I saw someone new and I was a little apprehensive. Ali was phenomenal and thorough with my concerns. I should have never doubted it.

Easy to make appointments. Nice and courteous staff. Clean facility. Ive been going there for 10 years. Its always been a great place.

Dr McCrosson was wonderful. She and the staff were professional, friendly and efficient. The Dr was very thorough and informative. She also provided great recommendations for other physicians I needed being that I just relocated to NJ.

Dr. Richman wasted no time in finding out what was causing my pain and getting me into surgery (which resolved everything) in a quick time frame. From the first time I saw him through my final post-op appointment, it was obvious he truly listened to what I was saying and took me seriously. I cant stress enough how grateful I am to him! I would (and do!) recommend him and the office in general to everyone!!!

The front staff is horribly rude, not friendly or helpful at all. I did not have a good first impression of this practice. The lady I spoke with gave no explanation to my questions and had an attitude. Its not difficult to be kind. I would not recommend this practice just based off of my one and only conversation with them.

I have been a satisfied patient for years. Terry saw me through diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Had two D&Cs in the past year with Dr. Richman and Dr. Denny who are both great! And recently had a hysterectomy with the amazing team of Dr. McCrosson and Dr. McCullen. I have had almost no pain, two tiny incisions and I feel great! They spend as much time as you need to feel heard and comfortable and treat you like a sister.

I would never recommend to anyone!They try and charge you out of pocket for appointments that are completely covered by insurance and would NOT release my information to another OB unless I got an unnecessary ultrasound, which they fully charged me for.Unbelievable and illegalThe lady in billing is very rude and unprofessional and will try and get you to pay her the full bill in the office, she was very disrespectful.I don’t even know how this place is still running after reading other reviews of them trying to do this to other patients as well.

I’ve been with this practice through 7 years and two babies. Easy to get an appointment. Practitioners are all wonderful. Highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Terry Freedman treats patients with kindness respect and understanding. She never fails to educate. 20 plus years and will continue to come back.

Always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. McCrossan. She keeps me informed and answers all of my questions. She has even helped me find a doctor for a procedure I wanted done. Just an amazing person and her staff is always so friendly.

I have been with this doctors for almost 15 years and they are great! Dr. Richman saved by sons life. I had complication during my whole pregnancy and there was a point where if it wouldnt have been for his fast intervention, I wouldve lost him. I will always be in debt with Dr. Richman for his amazing intervention. All doctors are great and very professional. I have four kids and have always found prompt and efficient professional care. They have every service available at the office, so if you need an immediate ultrasound or lab work, they have everything there, which saves time if something requires immediate care. Dr. Richman and his staff are wonderful people and excellent professionals. Wouldnt feel safer anywhere else.

I was welcomed by a friendly, efficient young lady who walked me through the process and sent me to complete my paperwork. Soon after, I was ushered into a clean examing room and given a gown to change into. The woman who examined me listened to my concerns and her exam was gentle and thorough. She was very friendly, keeping a light conversation flowing. The timing was very acceptable. The only negitive item wS the fact that mo plus-sized gown was offered or availablebupon request. All in all, I was very impressed and pleased with my visit. I would give the team a 10!

I had an appointment with Dr. Denny and it will be my last appointment here. I previously saw Dr. Richmond who has retired and never had any issues with him. I was hoping to have a discussion with Dr. Denny about questions that I have. Instead of an actual discussion, she asked me question after question but did not give me any answers or provide the guidance that I needed. Her answers were very wishy-washy. I expressed a concern about a different issue and she did not seem to care enough about to actually look at the issue and give me a real answer. She also wanted to have a chaperone in the room during the exam and was very flustered when I told her that I did not want or need a chaperone. She seemed to be uncomfortable and made a comment about how she is not used to putting the swab into the container as her medical assistant always does it for her. Ive never had a doctor try to insist on a chaperone for their own comfort instead of the patients comfort. I would not recommend Dr. Denny

Everyone at the practice was so helpful and kind and we never felt rushed. Everyone let us ask as many questions as well needed to. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been a patient since I was 18 years old.. saw them last time in 2018.. as SOON as I got pregnant.. all of a sudden they wont take me anymore and said we dont take transfers.. they care nothing for their own patients.. I made the mistake of using them as my obgyn and now I have to search for a new one at a time where NO ONE is taking new patients.. they should not be in business at all the way they treat their patients.. the better business bureau needs to shut them down! Its ridiculous the way they treat their own patients!!!

Excellent communications with receptionist, nurse and doctor. Short wait for appointment. Doctor is caring and a great bedside manner.
