Dr. Cox is a humble miracle worker who is dedicated to her craft. All members of her staff are professional, courteous and friendly. From the male’s perspective, I found the office to be comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, they had faith in us when nobody else did. Another clinic in the area gave us less than a 5% chance of success. Thanks to Dr. Cox and her staff, we’re now 6 weeks pregnant, and today I got to hear my daughter’s heartbeat for the first time.

I cant say enough amazing things about Dr. Cox and her wonderful team! Throughout our journey, they were so responsive to all of my many questions and were so kind and patient. It touched my heart how genuinely excited they were for us when we graduated to our OBGYN (Im now 16 weeks pregnant :)). We also loved that Dr. Cox is a veteran, as is my husband.

I just finished my first cycle of egg freezing at Adore. I cant recommend them highly enough. From the beautiful office to the kindness of the nurses to Dr. Coxs excellent care - I was thrilled. I love how the doctor herself was the one to do my scan as I progressed, as I know other places where you only see the doctor once or twice during the process. I am a high anxiety human and they were patient with my after hours messages and texts in the days leading up to the procedure, and were flexible when some elements out of everyones control led to a change in my anesthesia protocol.I will be coming back in a few months for cycle #2! :)

The moment my wife and myself walked into Adore we didnt feel out of place or uncomfortable. The staff is amazing, always so welcoming and so sweet. Once we met Dr. Cox at our first consultation we knew right away we wanted to go with Adore. Im so glad we did. We feel so honored to have our little one and for her to be one of the many Adorables. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is wanting to expand their families but need that extra help to do so. They will always hold a very special place in our hearts.🥰

Adore Fertility was the most amazing experience I could have possible asked for. my Husband and I have been trying for over a decade to conceive with no results. Dr. Cox was not only caring but also super patience with us throughout the entire process. Dr. Cox and her entire team was super nice, professional, understanding and accommodating. Her team was very responsive in their patient portal, and when i called in as well. My husband and I did an IVF cycle there and we are now 8 weeks pregnant! their prices are unmatched and I love how transparent they where with the financial information. Dr. Cox is prior military and I believe that she was able to connect with us on a different level due to this ( my husband and I are both Active Duty). She could speak to both the military and civilian side of things and their discount for military members is amazing! I could not have prayed for a better outcome or a better team. Choose Adore Fertility, you will not regret it!

I am very glad that I went to Adore for my fertility care. I initially saw Dr. Cox for a second opinion after having a rather terrible experience at a different fertility clinic in the area. I immediately noticed that the Adore clinic staff were kinder and the atmosphere was more inviting. Dr. Cox spent a long time with me reviewing the work-up that I had undergone. I had received a terrible prognosis at the other clinic. Dr. Cox was honest with me that she largely agreed with their assessment. However, she seemed more willing to try different treatments so I switched to her clinic. My labs were outside the limits that many clinics use for establishing IVF candidacy. However, it was important to me to feel that I had tried everything during this process. Dr. Cox was again honest with me that my chances of success with IVF would be low, but she was willing to give it a shot if I wanted to. She expertly selected a protocol for me, and I actually responded. After a couple of cycles, I ended up with two euploid embryos, exceeding all expectations. When it came time for transfer, I was worried as I had been hoping, despite the terrible odds, to have more embryos available should the transfer fail. I asked Dr. Cox whether she would recommend pursuing one more retrieval cycle prior to attempting transfer or if we should proceed with transfer. She recommended attempting transfer first as we were fine with having only one child. I think that this speaks to her integrity, as I would have done whatever she recommended, and she would have certainly made significantly more money by recommending another retrieval cycle. I am currently pregnant from that initial transfer. Throughout the process, scheduling was easy and I have not received any surprise bills (unlike my prior clinic). Dr. Cox and her team were compassionate, prompt with conveying test results, and very responsive to portal messages. I am so grateful to Dr. Cox and the entire Adore team for making what once seemed impossible a reality for me.

My husband and I visited at least 5 fertility clinics and chose to drive to Adore for IVF. This was a huge commitment for us because it was a 3 hour drive one way and we drove several times a week during our IVF process. There were 3 other LOCAL fertility clinics but we felt so strongly about Adore and loved the care they provided that we chose the commute and never looked back. Fast forward, we have a happy and healthy 10 month old daughter.

Ive been to a few fertility clinics and Adore is hands down the best. I do not feel like a number here like I have at other places. The staff is friendly and organized, and Ive had zero billing issues (common with other places). Dr. Cox is straight forward and very honest with your progress. She clearly wants the best for each patient and it is reflected in the fantastic care that is provided. I also really appreciate their beautiful clinic! I would 10/10 recommend Adore Fertility!Update: I was a difficult case and the odds were low but I now have a beautiful 6 month old boy.

Me and my husband started using them about a year ago, had all of our testing done with Dr. Cox . We went in for our final consultation for starting IVF and we had to talk about costs and I needed a surgery to have my tubes removed from being fluid filled, we even chatted about CNY and their costs because we are normal people who that can’t afford $14,000 per round of IVf . We didn’t have insurance at the time so we were paying everything out of pocket . East cooper was going to charge us $10,000 alone just for the surgery and $2,000 from Dr. cox’s practice. So we did our best to find a health insurance provider that would cover most of the surgery. As soon as I got the insurance taken care of I called and set up the appointment with Dr. cox to make the surgery happen . I run my own business so I booked this over a month in advance to help with recovery time and everything. Dr. Cox’s office confirmed my appointment 4 days prior I even paid in full for the surgery. Well 3 days prior to the surgery Dr. cox emailed me on my portal saying we needed to cancel the surgery because of liability of her doing the surgery. Her issue with canceling the surgery was she wanted to make sure we used her for the whole process of IVF after the surgery and not go with CNY (which we weren’t going to do ) . We were just looking at all of our options because like I said before we’re a average family with average income . Let me tell you that’s when things got nasty with this office, they turned off my portal with all of my medical records and all the conversations(I have screen shots of). They tried to say I was no longer a client of theirs and that’s why my surgery was canceled which was an absolute lie . People have the right to search around prices at other clinics, holding a surgery over someone’s head that they need to just start the ivf process is extremely aggressive and money hungry . Also her office staff “Sydney” is extremely rude and dramatic, I called to find out if the surgery was canceled and was clearly upset because who wouldn’t be . But the entire time on the phone she was saying “ why are you yelling at me “ when I never yelled at her once my husband was in the room and was like ??? Your not even yelling what is she talking about . So “Sydney” relayed the message to Dr. cox about the “ confusion “ aka assumptions from a consult from JANUARY with CNY and that I was rude to her and they made up yet again another reason why not to do the surgery. 3 different excuses just because of money … RUN from this clinic 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 all they care about is money .

We had a round of IVF and donor egg cycle with Adore. It didn’t work out for us, but that’s not the reason for my one star review. The office started off great but once their main nurse, Courtney, left it became very disorganized. For example, I had asked about a drug order and start dates, and never received an answer. A week later I was given 24 hours notice that I needed to start the drugs the next day (a travel day while on vacation and near impossible to receive a package). I was left scrambling trying to find a solution that easily could have been avoided with clear communication. This is one example. We ordered donor eggs, from a place Adore recommended, and it was a bad situation with half our egg unusable. It took a very vulnerable, expensive situation and made it even more emotional and gut wrenching. We did not have our embryos genetically tested off of Dr.Cox’s recommendation, which we would later regret because both implanted embryos failed. I have since learned that an embryo can look perfect and still genetically not be perfect. That aside, when I expressed my anxiety before the second implantation Dr.Cox’s false positive read about as genuine as Tom Cruise jumping on a couch, it felt hollow and empty. When our second embryo failed a nurse called us with the news and to this day Dr.Cox never followed up. Not an email, not a phone call, nothing. That is her true bedside manner and care for her patient. She knew how hard our journey had been and never reached out after devastating news. The icing in the cake is a lab that we received a bill for that was covered in our donor egg package that they would not cover because we had drawn outside of the office. It made sense that we should cover the draw fee but Adore insisted that that had a special contract with labcorp and it needed to be drawn from their office. Labcorp, a national chain, explained if they had a contract with them all pricing would be honored. So after many emails Adore just refused to pay it just because they didn’t draw it. Makes no sense.Sometimes these things don’t work out, people don’t get pregnant and it’s heartbreaking and sad, but it’s in those situations you see how much your doctor cares and how they show up for you and Dr. Cox showed us exactly how much she cares with her silence.

I can’t recommend Dr. Cox and her staff enough. We came to them after visiting another clinic first and it was the best decision. She took the time to get to know us and figure out the best course of action. She even caught things the other clinic didn’t just by taking that extra time with us. It wasn’t an easy journey but they held our hands and encouraged us through the whole process. We tried iui twice and it didn’t work so we moved on to ivf. In the end we had 2 fertilized eggs and transferred one. She stuck and we now have our beautiful girl in our arms despite all the odds. Dr. Cox told me it only takes one and she was so right. I’m forever grateful for the entire clinic for helping us complete our family.

I am a patient at an out of state fertility clinic but a local to Charleston and I needed to find an outside clinic to conduct a saline bubble ultrasound since my clinic is severely backed up on them, and also six hours away and the lady at the front desk said the office does the ultrasound but not for outside patients….. what is the difference in me paying out of pocket for the study at the clinic and getting the results sent to another doctor so I can get it done. Very unprofessional that she’s not willing to help a patient out that’s going through the fertility journey.

I cannot say enough great things about Adore Fertility!!! If I could give them a billion stars, I would. As with most people struggling with infertility, I started my journey an emotional wreck, depressed, and scared to say the least. After dealing with a difficult miscarriage in 2020 losing twins after contracting covid, we had struggled for well over 2 years to get pregnant again. I tried everything - acupuncture, Chinese herbs, a million fertility diets, tons of different medications, you name it - and nothing worked. Every single month was crushing to say the least. I finally booked my initial appointment with Adore Fertility based on the recommendation of my OBGYN, and was immediately comforted by Dr. Cox and the rest of the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly supportive, kind, reassuring, and just down right personable. I really felt like Dr. Cox listened to me and answered all of my MANY questions, while offering honest, informative medical opinions. Since my insurance did not cover anything related to infertility (as most do not), I also really appreciated the up-front costs that were very clear and explained in detail. I never encountered any hidden fees or add-on costs apart from the treatment that was explained well in advance, and completely necessary to rule out any underlying issues. After doing several tests and ruling out such issues, we ultimately opted to first try IUI as opposed to going straight to IVF, which I’ve heard other practices practically push on you from the get go. Again, I really appreciated that every part of the decision was thoroughly explained, including the transparent pricing structure, and totally up to us to decide as far as when we wanted to begin. We were incredibly blessed to successfully get pregnant after just one round of IUI. After 2.5 years at this point, I almost couldn’t believe it when I finally got my BFP. We had waited SO long for this, and a small part of me worried it may never happen. But here I am, 11 weeks pregnant with my little rainbow boy - finally able to go on social media again without being triggered by posts of babies and birth announcements, finally able to find joy in others’ pregnancies without having a complete breakdown, and so on. I should also point out that I continued to do fertility acupuncture in addition, which I do think helped my odds. Ultimately though, I feel I owe it all to them, and I am forever grateful to Adore, Dr. Cox, and the entire staff for making our dreams come true. Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough. I hope that others do not encounter fertility issues we did, but in the event they do, I will forever recommend Adore Fertility.

I went through 5 failed IUIs with Adore fertility and decided to walk away for a different fertility specialist. I was not going to post about my experience, because I like the idea of an all female group supporting each other, and was hoping since they were new they would get better for their sakes. However, I just got a “bill” in the mail for $125 for back in June 2022. I always paid in full on my credit card every time. There is no way I owe a bill. If they charged me wrong that’s on them, I paid everything that was asked upfront. So, if they are coming after me for fake bills, I will be honest about my experience now.June 2022, was my first failed IUI, Dr Cox told me not to trigger, she said to save my $200 injection for the future just in case, and did the IUI 3 days before I ovulated, now I know frozen sperm, what I was using, does not live that long and it was done way to early. It never had a chance.July 2022, She had me trigger and everything went okay from what I can tell, just failed. IUI do not have the best success rate anyway.August 2022, got a bad batch of sperm, but they said it had a small chance of working and did not cancel. The bad sperm was not their fault.September 2022, another failed IUI, I begged to try different meds, clomid, something else. She refused clomid for some reason, which my new doctor says was a mistake, but at least agreed to increase my letrozole dose.October 2022, my follicle was 32mm, was too big to be viable, which I know now, but they did not tell me and went through with the IUI instead of cancelling it. It never had a chance.I started doing my own research about fertility, follicle sizes…etc and knew they were not being honest with me for some reason and that something was wrong. I paid $200 to meet with Dr Cox in November, she does not meet with existing patients for free. She wanted to do more IUIs, which I of course said no too, that’s a waste of money, I wanted to try IVF. She said it would be easy based on my pre-labs and they would put me on a stand protocol and talked more about trying to “save me money” instead of addressing my concerns. I insisted something was wrong and wanted my labs rechecked and she refused.I got a second opinion, who was floored that I had been though 5 IUIs, they never do more than 3 before recommending IVF and it yet it was never brought up by Dr Cox. She just cared about the money. The new doctor insisted on rechecking my labs and sure enough, my AMH had plummeted from 1.47 to 0.4 in 6 months time. That changed everything. He said had an honest conversation that my chances were very low, but since I was healthy he was willing to try, he even suggested egg donors as an option, since my numbers were so low. Yet, Dr Cox refused to recheck my labs and never had honest conversations, she will tell you what she thinks you want to hear to get money out of you.I wish I had followed by gut sooner, as I write this I am 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant thanks to leaving Adore fertility and finding a doctor who was willing to listen to me and cared more about me than just getting my money. If you go here, do your own research, because they will not be honest and trust your gut!I am only posting this now, because they are now coming after me for a fake $125 bill from June 2022 that I already paid.UPDATE 1/29/2024: Over a year later, I just got another bill!! Their billing department is a disaster. DO NOT GO HERE.UPDATE: I did not use an egg donor, it was my own egg. Their reply is full of lies, I could go on and on. Meanwhile, no word from the billing department regarding why I am getting sent a random bill for $125 two years later for no reason, and when I paid in full every visit.
