Chicago IVF - Munster Fertility Clinic

I have not had the easiest time getting started with IVF but everyone at the Munster office has made my experience easy as it could be. I love All the ladies there they make feel and treat you like family. Most importantly my nurse Vanessa has been absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for her, always going above and beyond even though she does not have to.I 100% recommend the Munster location!!!

Chicago IVF team was great from start to Finish! They were passionate about what they do and compassionate throughout our entire journey to conceive. We welcomed our healthy little boy at the end of August and am so grateful to the team for helping to make our dreams come true.

I am not pregnant yet, but my experience with Chicago IVF, and Tammy (my nurse), has been wonderful so far! Everyone has made me feel comfortable, allowed me to have input on my treatment, & they have been very knowledgeable too. I feel like I am in good hands here, & I am hopeful we will have a baby soon! :)Update: I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, and everything is going well! Dr. Brasch was absolutely amazing in making me feel seen/heard and in answering all of my questions without rushing or becoming frustrated like some other doctors. I am happy with the care I received overall!

The staff here is great, their phlebotomist is phenomenal I absolutely love her. The only thing I don’t like is that they say they do same day lab but my agency never gets my results same day. I’m guessing because I’m outside monitoring but I did ask this prior to scheduling my appointments. Other than that this place is great.

Knowledgeable, experienced, and very thorough to ensure top notch, effective care.My husband and I have had the best experience here. Tammy, Joselyn, Jackie, & the phlebotomist have all made this process so personable and pleasant. The doctors are also great. Our appointments have all been warm and welcoming and we always have clear insight into next steps, directions, etc. They are timely with communication and very accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for supporting us through our fertility journey!

Not only once but twice did we come here. Our experience with this facility was absolutely top notch. The care they gave to my wife was second to none. When you come to this clinic, youll always feel like family. Id like to give a special thanks to the staff. Tammy our nurse and Jaclyn made our whole process as smooth as possible. If anyone has questions or is needing IVF, Chicago IVF Munster is it.

Could not ask for a better group of professionals to work with. I truly appreciate Tammy and the team at this location, and would recommend them to anyone! My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Chicago IVF, especially with Tammy! She was so warm, caring, and understanding. She spent as much time as I need talking to ease my anxieties about the whole IVF process! We would highly recommend this office.

The staff is amazing and very responsive and tentative to your needs. Vanessa is an amazing IVF coordinator she has been there start to finish and when she wasn’t available she made sure I had backup contact person. Tammy is also an amazing nurse. They have really helped me along my IVF journey and we are praying for a successful pregnancy within the next couple days. I highly recommend the Munster office. All of the staff is respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

When we first started to work with Chicago IVF I was really impressed at their timeliness and response to questions, unfortunately things went downhill quickly. Our first consultation with the NP was so overwhelming and not very informative at what options we had. Information was thrown at us for 10 minutes and then the appointment was over. After that day I was able to ask some questions from the nurse care manager assigned to us, and it was recommended I get further testing done. I got a call from the financial coordinator that since we were self pay we would owe all of this money for appointments, lab work, etc. I reminded her we gave our insurance information at our first appointment and she then got flustered and tried to verify our benefits while on the phone with me. She said some things may be covered like diagnostic tests. The night before my procedures I was called by the financial coordinator saying nothing would be covered throughout this whole process following her doing a legitimate benefit verification . It was a shock and overwhelming thinking these things would be covered and finding out at the last second nothing would be. I cancelled these tests to investigate it myself. In the end, we ended up going to a different fertility clinic for a consultation and let me tell you how different this was for us in the best way. And what concerns me most is that this new clinic is able to get some of these things (i.e., diagnostic tests, consultations, labs) covered through our insurance plan. Since then Ive reached out to the financial coordinator and request they bill my insurance so it can try to get covered, or I can appeal the denied claim. And if the refuse to, Ive requested itemized receipts of what weve paid for so that I can submit it to insurance myself. Now its been almost 2 weeks since the financial coordinator has returned my calls (and Ive left a couple of voicemails) to try and get this situation rectified.I urge caution to people seeking fertility assistance through this clinic. They either have no clue what theyre doing when it comes to trying to help/educate people and get things covered through insurance OR they are money hungry trying to take advantage of vulnerable people by having them pay cash for things that insurance may cover. Both of those options are scary to me. If at all possible I would seek care elsewhere.

Ive worked with Chicago IVF for both my pregnancies but I went to the Munster location for my second. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work in the Munster office. They are kind and welcoming and made a very stressful process more manageable. I feel so lucky to have been referred to CIVF 4 years ago.

I had a wonderful experience with Chicago IVF. The staff and doctors were always amazing! They were always helpful and kind.They answer any questions you may have and also give you guidance along the way! I would highly recommend to anyone! I’m so thankful and happy I went through Chicago IVF!

The ladies here are soo nice!! They are a very knowledgeable and caring team! They care about your time and the wait is never long, I am treated as an individual and not as a general case of infertility.

My protocol was different from my previous clinic and that was the expertise I needed. We just started going to Chicago IVF in April, and so far we have had a wonderful experience. I like how the staff are always kind and upbeat. I never feel pressured to do anything and can choose our own pace for things. We have been trying to conceive for two years, so we are wanting to move rather quickly, which the clinic accommodates. Chicago IVF is very organized, like a well-oiled machine and the communication is great! I am about to start my first round of IVF and couldnt be happier that I found Chicago IVF!

This staff is absolutely amazing - from the receptionist, the ultrasound tech Jaclyn, and my nurses Vanessa & Tammy that helped with any questions I had along the way of my IVF Journey. The doctors that made my dream happen Dr. Baush and Dr.Shultz are so caring and sweet, they really made me comfortable with the process. They truly have an amazing team at the Munster clinic. I am grateful beyond words that I was lucky enough to have these girls by my side through this Journey. I absolutely adore all of the staff at the Munster office. Ultrasound Tech Jaclyn is amazing and a joy to talk to. Nurse Tammy goes out of her way to make sure all of my questions are answered and explains things in a way that I understand. She was a breath of fresh air coming from a bad experience at a different fertility clinic. Vanessa is also terrific and never hesitates to step in and help if Tammy is unavailable.

All my gals at Munster are so good. Tammy and Vanessa are seriously rockstars. They are so compassionate about what they do and so informative about the whole process. Jaclyn is such a sweetheart and really makes everyone feel comfortable. 100/10 I have already recommended the clinic to friends and have been raving since we started our fertility journey. Went to the clinic many of times. Love the staff. They know their patients and always greet with a smile. Dr Brasch is very nice as well and seems to genuinely care. They also took the time with me when I had questions or concerns (regarding my situation) over the phone. Overall very great experience. Highly recommend this office

Everyone is amazing at Chicago IVF Munster! I have one child as a product of their help and a second one on the way! Jaclyn and Tammy are the best! Everyone there makes you feel so cared for. My husband and I are so lucky to have found them!

My personal experience with Chicago IVF was was great. Dr. Brasch is great. I was truly satisfied with the care and compassion they provided through this difficult journey of infertility. The nurses at Munster Vanessa and Tammy are truly amazing, they are very responsive and organized. Also, Jaqueline the ultrasound technician is very knowledgeable and sweet. The staff truly made this journey less stressful, this team is amazing.

This can be a scary process, but my nurse Tammy is indeed sent from God. Any questions or concerns, she’s readily available to accommodate me. My heart is truly at ease knowing I have such a loving, knowledgeable, and funny woman by my side through this process. Thank you Tammy for ALL you do and for being such an amazing person! I had a wonderful experience with Chicago ivf. The Munster staff, especially Tammy and Jaclyn made me feel like family. Always explained every detail and comforted while nerves were high. Dr schultz was wonderful as well, great bedside manner.

I absolutely love everyone at the Munster Chicago ivf office! They are amazing and kind people! Very caring and personable. Very welcoming so thankful for everything they do!

I am forever grateful for the attention and care that Chicago IVF has shown myself and husband. They are truly a light in a very dark period of time. They were very transparent about our situation and continued to work with us to find solutions. I never felt that I didn’t have control with my treatments. Tammi my nurse made sure to follow up with every blood draw, scan and treatment and managed to bring joy to even the negative results. We are still actively seeking treatment with Chicago IVF and could not imagine going anywhere else.

Chicago IVF-Munster has been a second home when it comes to battling infertility..but having wonderful staff along with us and our journey has made it easier to navigate! Tammy, Vanessa and Jacquline are always there to answer questions, they are happy with our good news and support us with our not so good news! Grateful for Dr. Brash and Dr. Schultz knowledge in helping create miracles with help from science! Thank you!!

Tammy and Mary were amazing. Tammy was my nurse for multiple years and always went above and beyond she was there for me through my miscarriage and every question I had. I had my miracle baby this week and couldn’t be happier. The only issue I ever had was with my insurance and billing, we always had a hard time for it to go through and I had to keep calling I even had to skip an ivf cycle because of it.

I am so happy we chose Chicago IVF to start our fertility journey! Tammy, Vanessa and the entire team at the Munster Fertility Clinic were always positive, kind, encouraging, and helpful during this difficult yet exciting time. We are forever grateful!

Amazing caring staff that knows you by name and does not treat you like a number but an actual patient. Tammy and Angela are amazing they made this terrible fertility journey so much easier because of their compassion and care. I just had my miracle baby and they are a big part of why I have her. My husband and I have been looking for a Fertility Center since we moved from Virginia but couldn’t get any solid recommendations. Everyone we spoke to said all of them were horrible in NWI and Chicagoland and many people became patients in other states even the East Coast.I took a gamble and found the first one in my area called Chicago IVF and was pretty skeptical 🤨. I ended up getting assigned to an absolutely amazing woman named Tammy that has been nothing shy of perfection in her field.She has helped me in ways I cannot adequate articulate since I’ve started my journey. She is professional, kind, helpful, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. There is no way you will feel overlooked or overwhelmed, or uneasy when you speak with her.She has encouraged me in so many ways just like a mother would and for me that means the world. You will not feel like a client number or patient file but you will definitely feel like true family. And for those that know how emotionally challenging this process can be, having that type of support is priceless .Tammy you are truly a jewel and I am so thankful for you 🥰.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from the staff at Chicago IVF, especially my nurse Tammy. Tammy communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop of what was going on and what was to come. Tammy helped to make my journey a lot less stressful. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE WOMEN AT CHICAGO IFV MUNSTER! All of them are so pleasant, love their job and literally make me feel so at ease with everything. I will be graduating soon and Im both sad and excited. Nurse Tammy is Godsend! She answered all my questions even if i thought they were dumb. She basically is my google! This journey can be tough mentally, physically and emotionally yet she was there throughout the whole process and warned/advised us on how things will be. I do not know what I would do without her. Ms Tammy T is the best phlebotomist ever! Never bruised me, always patient with me (I HATE NEEDLES), and encouraged me every single time she saw me. Jacklyn! oh Jacklyn! I love her so very much. Every time she did my ultrasound, she would explain to me what was happening. It allowed me to forget everything and learn things about my body. Jacklyn and Nurse Tammy held my hand when things got too rough. I will forever be grateful to them for that! And I cannot forget Patricia (receptionist) the happiest face you first see when you walk in! She referred to each patient by name and made sure we felt seen.I would recommend the Munster location over and over and over again. The staff work so well together and will take care of you like no other place. They have become family and they will always have a special place in my heart! Justin and I are beyond grateful for all your support!

So far so good. I love my nurse Tammy every time I speak with her or have to go over anything she’s always so sweet, down to earth, and funny. Tammy makes me feel very comfortable to ask questions and her personality takes the edge off of what is already a stressful time. The phlebotomist at Munster office is also to me the best person Ive ever got to do my blood work, I’ve been to so many different places within this year alone for blood work and this was the only place I’ve been to that did not hurt or bruise me up and I’ve been there twice. I swear I wish I could go to her all the time whenever I need blood work even if it’s not IVF related lol. The only thing I would say I don’t care too much for is having to go to the outpatient surgical center in Downers Grove for the testing and other procedures since it’s so far away from the office that I go to and it’s kind of intimidating and cold when you first walk in and have to go through the processing but the nurses there are soooo warm and kind and make you feel a ton better about what your going through. Dr. Brasch was also very warm and comforting. I’m currently in the beginning stages of getting my medications ordered for the IVF process but so far so good and hoping for the best.

The nurses and staff are wonderful to work with. My nurse, Lydia, is truly remarkable. My IVF story has been a bumpy road and she always knows how to lift me up and made the whole process truly amazing.

I gave them a chance, but I was disappointed. I wrote a long review that was deleted so I’ll keep it short and simple. They are short staffed, if you are looking for a fertility clinic, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. When you call, it almost always goes to voicemail even when you are “next in line.”My initial virtual consult was canceled, then reinstated, and rescheduled for an earlier time -all on the same day! Then, the doctor is 45 minutes late so my partner is no longer available. The doctor completes the visit from his car and it’s overall a little awkward. But, I set my feelings aside and continue, the Doctor sets a plan, and we move forward.I am told I need testing at a different office 45 miles away but I can start with other tests at the Munster office. When I arrive at the office I am very nervous and a little depressed to be there to begin with. The atmosphere was not welcoming or warm. The tech drawing my blood is cold. The ultrasound tech was lovely, thank you I wish I could remember your name.A day later, I see my results are on the patient portal. I start googling all the numbers trying to make sense of it, all while still waiting for a call. Days go by and I haven’t heard back so I call and of course, leave a voicemail. Someone returns my call and tells me she’ll ask a nurse to call me. The nurse calls and she had no idea what I had called about. I ask her what each variable is and she gives me two word responses. How disappointing. This is all very emotional for us. There is little to no communication on their end, it is very unsettling and unprofessional.Then, my partner gets tested. The same happened, the results were uploaded the same day but we never received a call to go over the results. We leave a voicemail. I call again and again, get told someone will call us back.Do they realize how important and emotional these results can possibly be? Are we just supposed to figure them out ourselves? No courtesy call?

Tammy is fantastic! She is always there for any questions and support!Dr. Brasch has a fantastic outlook on the entire process and answers any and all questions ( and I had MANY) ... Highly recommend this location if you are having infertility issues!

Every single person staff member that I came in contact with at Chicago IVF was warm, understanding, patient and so kind. This is the second time I’m coming back to the clinic, for baby #2. (Nurse Tammy found some polyps, highly recommended we remove them; and within 3 months after surgery we were pregnant!) A few shout outs to Ashley, Latasha, Gloria, Tammy and Angela for being SO wonderful and kind, and always being quick to answer any questions I’ve needed help with. You are all doing such beautiful work in the midst of what can be devistating times for ladies dealing with infertility. Thank you for being rockstars.

Finding out you have fertility issues can be scary and devastating. I’m so grateful we were referred to Chicago IVF. The Orland Park and Munster offices were incredible! Everyone is so nice! We had an amazing experience and were blessed with twins. Raelyn and Raegan were welcomed on October 2018, and we will be forever grateful to Chicago IVF.

I just got a surprise billing $6585. Me and my husband have been calling Chicago ivf about billing questions for lots of Times but no answer. You guys never called or explained to us about any costs before services. I had to ask my insurance company to find out that genetic testing is the reason cost so much. But nobody noticed us before my DNA was sent to invitae to do genetic testing. Invitae is my in network. The price is ridiculous! I’m allowed to ask Chicago ivf for a copy of my medical records with itemized charges. I will keep the proof that How many times I have been calling you guys these days but no response. I hope you guys can explain us what procedure costed so much???

They are so attentive and truly caring. They follow up with each and every lab and ultrasound and set a plan. It takes guesswork out of any cycle planning . Truly recommend this for expansion of your family even for minor cases such as ovulation timing such as us- believe me so worth it !!!!!
