Planned Parenthood - Murrieta Health Center

I had the best experience at this planned parenthood! I came in a little nervous and skeptical to be completely honest, but the service I received was just amazing! The facility is very clean and the individuals who work there are angels ! I had Isabel , Elizabeth and Stacey help me today and they made me feel so comfortable with what I have going on ! The women who work here are so welcoming and comforting. If anyone needs to go to get treatment with dignity this is the place. I high recommend this facility to any and everyone!

Staff shows exceptional compassion and life , I felt cared for and reassured through every step of my registration and appointment. NP Vanessa was warm and welcoming and allowed me to open up emotionally to assess my medical needs and hormones . Telehealth video chat during the weekend was convenient, having text reminders and MyChart account online made me feel confident ,organized , and ready to take steps towards more appointments in the future to take control of my health 🙏🏻❤️

It was my first time going and all the staff were so nice and patient with me. The MA assigned to me was very attentive and sweet, she even offered me snacks and juice as I waited. I got tested here (everyone should do this regularly, even if you know you don’t have anything) as well as check out my options for birth control. My Dr. went over everything thoroughly and not only was I able to get my consultation done but I was able to pick my birth control option the same day and have it administered. Thank you for the services!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The operations are also very efficient - my appointment took 20 min from the time I left and got back into my car.

Doesn’t let your spouse of 10 years go back with you for your visit. I get if they want to ask personal questions and then let you back but not at all blows my mind. 🫣

Super helpful, friendly, and non-judgmental towards me and my wife.The people that protested in front of it were throwing childish tantrums and probably need to get a life, though.
