I cannot recommend this place enough! I see Natalie, and she is wonderful. So calm and kind. She explains everything thoroughly and shows genuine care for your health. Once she finishes placing the needles, it feels as if she has drained all anxiety and stress from my body. I feel completely relaxed the rest of the day and always have the best sleep that night. I started going to their clinic for help with fertility, and I am now pregnant. Not only do I feel like Natalie has helped with my fertility, but she has also helped with pregnancy symptoms. I’ve felt great throughout my pregnancy and fully believe Natalie is a big part of that.

Natalie Willits at Green Hills Natural Health changed my life. I first came to Natalie riddled with foot pain - she was my last hope before I underwent invasive & painful surgery. Under Natalie’s care, my foot pain became nearly non-existent.What I didn’t anticipate was the emotional care Natalie & her services can provide. She is a talented practitioner who has significantly improved my shoulder and back pain, and even works on my digestion. Beyond that, Rachel is a lovely person with a warm personality and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Rachel is an amazing acupuncturist, especially when it comes to women’s health, hormones + fertility. I started seeing her postpartum after my first baby to help with hormone regulation and continued to see her when I wanted to start trying for the second. I got pregnant very quickly thanks to her! She also helped immensely with morning sickness + pregnancy pains throughout my pregnancy. I am currently writing this as I sit here for my first postpartum visit at 7 weeks because I couldn’t wait to come back! Before starting IVF, I did a lot of research as to what could be done to prepare my body and give it everything I could for the best outcome. That is when I found Rachel and acupuncture. Rachel is welcoming, personable and brilliant. She takes the time to get to know you and tailors your care plan to your specific needs. I was with Rachel two months before I started IVF through my pregnancy - over a year and a half. On good days and on bad days, she was with me every step of the way, always cheering for me. I am a firm believer that taking 1-2 hours of out my week for acupuncture played a significant role in our IVF success. We are forever grateful for Rachel!

They were so helpful throughout my pregnancy! Such a a gift to me as this was the first thing that gave me an appetite while dealing with terrible morning sickness. It was also the last thing I did to help my body go into labor. Truly so so thankful for this practice and these women!

I saw Natalie in the Spring of 2021 mainly for acupuncture, but she also provided me cupping and gua sha treatments when needed. Natalie, Ann, and the team here are fantastic. They definitely helped me with my pain and even helped with some of the seasonal allergy symptoms I had. Everyone is very warm, welcoming, and caring. I always felt so at ease when receiving treatments and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking to try acupuncture or continuing acupuncture treatment.

Over 10 years ago I had my first appointment with Rachel for a long standing low back issue I was told would require surgery. Nothing provided relief--not PT, steroids, spinal injections--nothing. Four acupuncture sessions later I was pain free and remain so without having surgery. A decade and many, many sessions later Rachel has helped my body heal a plethora of acute and chronic injuries and is currently easing the roller coaster that is the perimenopausal transition.Rachel has a compassionate and caring manner that compliments her knowledge of acupuncture and other holistic treatments for a broad range of conditions. She listens intently and crafts a treatment plan that has often exceeded what I have received via traditional Western medicine. The treatment rooms are relaxing and the nap I take during treatment time may well be the best sleep I get all week.The clinic is easily to locate, accessible and has an abundance of parking. Rarely have I had a wait time and scheduling follow ups with Ann is always quick and easy. I recommend GHNH for anyone who regularly seeks acupuncture and also for those who are wary to give it a try.

What a blessing to find Tennessees only ABORM certified acupuncturist team so close to my fertility clinic! I saw both Rachel and Natalie during my IVF journey and definitely plan to use them again in my future when Im back for my next kid!
