MOM SHAMING at its finest! I never knew that another woman (especially a mom) would put down a soon-to-be mom so badly!

PLEASE BE AWARE: Your time could be wasted if you go to this clinic. This place is very unprofessional. They say you need an appointment to be seen, but they never answer the phone. Once you finally go in to schedule an appointment, they have to decide whether they’ll see you or not!!! In my opinion Michelle Runnfeldt should not be running this clinic if she doesn’t like her position. And please don’t waste your time trying to report to the Big Boss (Laura Varnier) she will not return your calls.

I had a wonderful experience during my very first visit to this location last week. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Michelle (sp?) was great and offered so much more than I expected. They are doing a great thing here and really helping out those that may be in a difficult situation financially or just need a little extra help. I will be returning to this location for other future services when the need arises. Thank you for all you do guys!

Why would you tell people that they need to make an appointment and then never answer the phone when they call you to do so? I have called at least a dozen times and left 2 voicemails in the last week and havent spoken to anyone. PLUS the last time I went here I had an appointment and then was left waiting for an HOUR before I ever saw a nurse, who by the way had some serious attitude - and an angry nurse is not necessarily one that I want coming at me with a needle. If you guys dont want people to use your service you should just stop pretending and close your doors.On top of that, the last time I was there, this place gave me my test results over the phone but made it nearly impossible for me to get a copy of the results for my primary care physician to review. Why does this all have to be so difficult?

Amazing staff and services. Quickest blood draw and fastest doctors appt IN MY LIFE! Everybody was so sweet and helpful and answered all my questions, even gave me numbers for other free services. I absolutely loved my visit and my interaction with this facility. Definetely will be back

I had a super positive experience here today when I went to get a certified copy of a birth certificate. It’s a different location than it was when I last went 10 years or more ago, which I’m sure they needed. The staff and security workers were super friendly and seemed to want to help.

I went to suite 110 and I cant fathom why it takes 1 to 2 hours to wait to be seen in ANY fully staffed medical office! The organization doesnt seem logical. People are called in random order, so you could be waiting much longer than someone who arrives way after you. Plus the front desk clerk seemed a bit perturbed that she was even being questioned about the wait time. Ugh! If you must come, clear your schedule. You will wait.

Great experience i walked in got seen with in an hr and great customer service from the front desk to the nurses that did the testing

This place has HORRIBLE customer service you will literally sit in the waiting area 2-3 hours after your scheduled appointment. The nurses and desk attendants are more worried about their LUNCH than your health. Don’t go there!

It was horrible. I arrived filled out the paper work. Sat for two hours, and nothing. There was only eight other people at the time which was 11:30 am and I left at 1:35. I will never go back, and I have been many times when it was at the old location. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience

Unprofessional and they never answer the phone. Why do they allow places like this to continue to run

Mr.Jonathan helped us look into health insurance options today. He is just volunteering there but was very friendly, knowledgable and absolutely helpful. Even gave us his cellphone number for any questions we might have. We appreciate your help Mr.Jonathan.

Ive had pleasant experiences everytime Im here. Clean and well-kept. The wait is worth it for what you save in costs.

Only ONE nurse working doing shots! Why only have one nurse doing shots for WIC AND SCHOOL SHOTS?!?! I waited 3 hours before being told they were only seeing patients with appointments! My son missed a day of school for this ignorance. Its ignorant to only have one nurse working when parents are trying to get their kids shots for school!!

👇PLEASE READ👇Nashville has failed our lower income families. Lentz probably has one nurse because she/he doesnt get paid like they should. It sounds like this nurse dedicates their time to help. Please lighten up on the nurse. At least one person cares enough to help us get well. Maybe they cant afford anymore Nurses. For all we know that nurse could be struggling too.On a side note. THE MAYOR OF NASHVILLE SHOULD PUT MORE FINANCIAL HELP INTO LENTZ. You know since our city is making bank off of the football draft, new years, the boom of people moving here, tourist, and more. 🤔THANK YOU LENTZ FOR ALL YOU DO TO HELP THE COMMUNITY.❤❤

The lady at the immunization office on the second floor is really rude I went to get my daughter immunization put on a Tennessee paper so I could register her for school she get smart with me then threaten to call the authorities on me for trying to get my daughter shoot records then later say I can give you the form then she types on the computer 10 mins later gone tell me I can’t give you anything ... so I wasted 30 mins standing there while she got smart with me and threatened me.. I will never go back to that location ever again

I went to suite 100 was waiting for more than one hour .Was calling the people they had friends working at the clinicSo not recommended for any one doesnt have friends working ther other wise you will seen after couples hours

I enjoy my visit to the dental clinic was seen but was able to make a appointment for Friday and could have called .( Dental clinic only see children ,only see adults on Fridays emergency only )

I’m thankful for Lentz because I have been trying to get my children’s birth certificates from the vital records office and they have been giving me the run around and Lentz gave me the help I needed!!

I love lentz. They really care about your health and help you in any way they can. The doctors are sweet and professional

It was cool I just had a long wait to be seen and my kids was doing the most thank God they didnt put us out lol

They are giving out washable / reusable masks.

Everytime i drive 40 mins to get shots only one nurse is working and they say they are full. Its 2 oclock 😡

The vital records department is so unprofessional the older lady is rude and not clear at all it took me over 10 calls to get an appointment then when I got one she did not comfirm the address nor did she say you need two forms of ID.

Cat and Candy are awesome. I am pleasantly surprised at how well this place is ran.
